Fantastic experience: I let my poor bike sit for a year after cross country mover damage, dreading a dealership experience, but unable to find an alternative. I finally caved and stopped in at Boswell’s to inquire, and am so glad I did. I’m kicking myself for waiting so long — it was painless! Mike in Service Dept took good care of me, was communicative, flexible, didn’t suggest things I didn’t need, not pushy, didn’t charge my right arm, still took my ‘99 Wide Glide on even though she’s older than what they normally repair, did what I asked/needed, and truly restored my faith in a dealership. Chuck was able to pick up my not running bike, and sadly not having anyone to take me the few miles back after repair/service, also brought ‘er back to me! I should also mention that Motorclothes staff here is very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised by this dealership! Thank you for a truly great, stress-free experience, Boswell’s Nashville team. Really sad to be moving out of the area soon, I didn’t get enough time with you, haha! Wishing all H-D dealerships operated like you do.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people to work with. Niko made everything as smooth as possible. Tyler explained everything in financing. Mike invited me to bring the bike in for a full service, which it needs. Great folks there. I will return for a newer bike and I highly recommend anyone that wants to purchase a new or used Harley to go see them. They will take excellent care of you.

Fantastic experience: If you are on the market for a Harley, see Niko at Boswell’s Harley Davidson. I was treated with respect and paid less for the Harley than anticipated. From motor clothes, parts and service the staff were knowledgeable and top notch. Lastly, there was no pressure from either department. My experience buying from Boswell’s was pleasurable and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Negative experience: Renting from this dealer for touring the Ozarks over 10days. Dealer unable to accommodate a rider backrest for Street Glide Touring. Recently rented from Mile High HD Denver CO for >10 days w same request … no problem @ $5/day surcharge. Surprised Nashville Dealer can’t accommodate request on a > $3000. Rental

Negative experience: Poor customer service. A friend of mine just bought a shirt while we were at Boswell's in Nashville and when she got back home to Florida she realized that the sleeve was sewn on upside down. (Picture below.) She called the store and basically was told she had to spend another $35 to send the defective shirt back PLUS a prepaid label to return a replacement shirt back to her. This was a defect of the merchandise and she was made to pay to correct the issue. We are all die-hard Harley fans/owners and what does this say about any customer service efforts on your behalf? Thank goodness this is as just a shirt and not a bike. BUYER BEWARE because they do not obviously care about customer service. And yes it's "only" a shirt but it's the principle and what it says about their customer service standards. Comment as Miki M

Fantastic experience: Got my oil changed in GA before heading out west to Sturgis area of South Dakota. On our return trip, we stopped to check out Boswell's HD. I asked if someone could check our oil level because we ran hard out west in the heat. Spoon came out to help us and topped our oil off for nothing! Fantastic experience: Mike from the service department was awesome, I’m from Atlanta Georgia and after all the dealers in my area quit working on livewire’s …Boswell was the closest spot to go to. I had to drive almost 4 hours to get up here & let me say I was thoroughly impressed with the whole stores customer service. I had a great chat with Niko, and the diner in the back was super cool. That being said the MVP of my trip was Mike from service he handled my service like an absolute legend. Even if I had a livewire dealer in my area from here on out this will be my dealer of choice for all things service. Thank you Boswell HD!

Fantastic experience: While on a 10-day road trip, I experienced an electrical fault on my bike. I called Boswell’s when they opened the next morning and was told to bring the bike in right away. When I got there, we also discovered my rear tire was losing air and found a nail in it. Not only were the techs able to diagnose and repair my electrical fault but also replace my tire (which they had in stock!) They were able to get me back on the road later that day and keep the rest of my trip in tact. Kenny Pewitt was super friendly and helpful to get me organized so quickly – big thanks to Kenny and the technicians at Boswell’s for taking care of me! Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Just happened to be on our route back to the hotel so decided to stop. Apparently it was the perfect time to stop because they had free BBQ being catered outside. Even though it was busy, we were greeted at the door and had a nice conversation with one of the salesmen. Merchandise selection was big and the woman working were extremely funny & nice too. You definitely don't always get this walking into the dealerships anymore. We'll definitely stop again if we're ever in the area!

Fantastic experience: This was my first Harley. I have been in a lot of different dealerships to buy or just look and I have never had an experience like I did here. They are very respectful and when I decided on the bike I wanted, they did a lot to meet my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to get something they wanted to sell. We arrived there at 3:30 And we finished at about 7:00 And never once heard anyone complain. Other places I have looked at something to buy it was pretty much this is the all we can do. Here when I was asked which bike I wanted, they maked sure when I left I was on the one that I wanted. Fantastic experience: You guys saved my bacon!!!! Stopped in a lot closer to closing than anyone would like with low tire pressure after visiting an other dealership 200 miles west for the same thing. After being told it was “elevation changes” at the previous dealership Mike set me up to get looked at. spoon found the screw in my tire in 30 seconds or less and the two got together and serviced my bike even though spoon stayed after hours. Original estimate was lunch tomorrow but I had 8 more hours to get home yet so they guys took care of me to get me on the road. When in Nashville, you have got to go here!

While travelling to Jamestown, I had a fuel injector go bad and running on 1 cylinder. I was a able to get my bike to Boswell's and the guys were able to quickly troubleshoot and repair my bike. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service! Not only did they open for a day and a half on their normally closed days to help riders participating in the Run for the Wall but, while participating in the Run, a lifter went on my bike, putting it out of commission. Roy, Phil, Randy and rest of the very knowledgeable service team bent over backwards to get my bike back on the road again. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts in and the bike back together ASAP. It's never fun to break down, but I definitely broke down in the right place.

Negative experience: I was 1.8 miles away stranded with a flat tire. I was told sorry we are just too busy to send our trailer to get me. Ended up on side of freeway for 3 hours. Thankfully Appleton Harley in Clarksville came 40 miles on a Friday afternoon and picked me up and changed my rear tire.

Negative experience: I hate to leave a bad review. I did enjoy my visit. The parts guy was cool as can but he sold me a part that did not fix my issue and the spark plugs made my bike run worse. The oils he sold me worked like a charm it fixed my issue there. The part he said might fix my issue he said 2 to 3 days shipping. I ordered on a Friday it came the next Thursday. It came from Cookeville yeh I think he rode a bicycle to deliver the part. The part not fixing my bike I'm not worried about because it was a shot in the dark it is what it is but my bike calls for an iridium plug and he gave me a regular plug! It's a waste of time to go there and argue over 14 bucks but I spent 65 bucks plus tax on a part that didn't fix my issue. Thanks to Google I was about to take a guess and it actually fixed my issue which was inside the gas tank. I'm sore over the plugs not the wrong part. I could have at least gotten the correct spark plugs which makes me wonder if he sent me on a wide goose Chase with the wrong part he said it was. I do appreciate him letting me bounce my thoughts on him but 100 bucks isn't easy to take. If you are the owner I'm not afraid of keeping the wrong part it was difficult to replace so I'll leave it on the bike or bring it back it is what it is but the spark plugs yes I would like the correct plugs and yes I did run the plugs but I mean come on a simple Google will tell you I received the wrong plugs which goes to the next part did he really try and get me a part that might fix my issue or was he just trying to sell me parts i did not need?

Fantastic experience: What a gem. I absolutely loved the staff and the feel of this store. I was super excited to see there was a diner inside and that we didn't have to make an extra stop while on our tight schedule to eat. The waitress was darling and we enjoyed the food! Great place.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Tyler, Reece, and Ryan to purchase my first Harley. I've owned other bikes in the past but never made the leap to the "big boy league." After hitting a puddle of fresh motor oil in the road 12 years ago, and three surgeries later, my knee is full of cadaver tendons and screws. Holding up a big bike for extended periods wouldn't be right for me, so the guys helped me find a great trike at an acceptable price. Btw, ringing the bell was kind of fun, too! As I got ready to leave today to bring my bike home, the bottom fell out of the sky and it began to hail... in April. TN weather for you... It was Tyler who pointed out how unsafe it was going to be to drive this an hour home in hail and pouring rain. It was nice to see they aren't just shoving bikes out the door but seem to care about their customers. We'll def be back for accessories. Thanks, guys!

Positive experience: The salesman was terrible he tried to show me everything except for what I was looking for I finally found the right bike and he had 3 days notice the bike was still on the sales floor and the battery was dead it took 2 extra hours to get it ready when it was supposed to be ready when I got there so that was awful but the only reason I will go back is because of the amazing ladies in the apparel department and the managers. Big shout out to Kristy, Chelsey, and Lauren in apparel their customer service is top tier truly elite and also Reece in finance they turned the entire experience around from terrible to amazing.

Fantastic experience: When I lived in Sparta, I always used Boswell’s for all my motorcycle needs and purchases. After moving to Murfreesboro I switched to another dealership. Recently, I decided to put a torque cam in my new 2023 road glide 120 anniversary bike. I reached out to Boswell on Fessler Lane and spoke with Mike in the service department. He was more than helpful. Told him I would need the bike picked up because I was going out of town, he got all the paperwork taken care of and kept In contact with me about a pick up time. After the bike was done Mike reached out to me to let me know the bike was ready. I felt like Mike went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of and provided great customer service. Pick my bike up today and couldn’t be happier. Fantastic experience: Purchased a bike there and had the best experience. We didn't want to purchase a new Harley Davidson because we weren't sure how much I'd like riding. During the middle of October, not a typical motorcycle purchasing month, we told them what we were looking for along with our budget, and they found the perfect bike, with very low miles, and more than what we expected that was in our price range within 48 hours. We had looked at and test driven a lot of motorcycles, so we knew what was on the market and the going rates. We made an offer, and they accepted. It was late on a Friday by the time we agreed on a price, and they wanted to inspect the bike thoroughly before we picked it up The finance guy met us at Ring of Fire to fill out the paperwork and they brought it to Ring of Fire because it is closest to us. We love our new to us bike and will purchase anything else, Harley Davidson from Boswell! This is my husband with the trike on the day we picked it up from Boswell's!

Fantastic experience: Traveling from Indiana to Alabama lost my rear wheel bearing 30 miles north of Nashville. Several shops acted like I was an inconvenience and basically told me if I could get it there they would see what they could do. Justin in service told me he would call me back in 15minutes and let me know when the trailer would be there and assured me he would get me taken care of. I continued to limp the bike there before Harley sent the trailer. The service I got was absolutely incredible. Justin and his team went above and beyond. Not only were they incredibly kind and respectful the tech came in early to ensure my bike would be finished for my trip. Bike was clean and fixed. Couldn’t be happier with the way service handled my breakdown. My wife even met Mr Boswell !

Fantastic experience: Half way thru a 3k mile road trip my charging system showed signs of failing. Near the point of failure I found I was about 10 miles from Boswells. After limping in around closing time and explaining the issue and situation the whole crew in the service department snapped to. Diagnosed a bad voltage regulator replaced it and was back on the road In no time Their courtesy and professionalism was above and beyond.

Negative experience: I purchase a bike as a Father’s Day gift of June 2022. It’s April 2023 and I still haven’t received tags for the vehicle. Still riding on paper tags. Can’t recall how many times I’ve called, went in & all they’ve done was take my information and never reached back out to me. Also, didn’t receive the welcome package that comes when you buy a bike. I would never return to this location, it doesn’t represent the Harley family well. They’re nice up until you spend your money and then they become unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: Brought my 21 Sportster S in after it was transported from Florida to Tennessee. I had issues during transport. Service staff took it right in and corrected the issue in an hour. No charge. Everyone was outstanding!
