While in Terre Haute (Cannonball HD), the Motorclothes staff searched national inventory and found the helmet at John Elway HD. I was then able to purchase the helmet over the phone. Fantastic experience: Rented a beautiful 2020 street glide. The bike performed beautifully. Only I lost the keys. I called the shop, and Steve quickly Hooked me up with a code to access the bike. Shawna and Andrea, we're very kind and helpful. They made me feel at ease for doing such a senseless thing as losing the keys. Definitely, the best customer service you could ask for. I do not know what you were paying these people, but it is not enough. God bless you guys, and thank you for everything. Top number one!!

Negative experience: I never got around to bringing my scooters here for a estimate on a trade-in. They make it very clear they are not interested in selling scooters unless you're going to pay for them out right. Their expectations for a rough estimate are unrealistic. To expect me to go rent a U-Haul trailer, load up these bikes, strap them down correctly, buy straps, drive them all the way over to Greeley, and then I'll get my estimate. They wanted me to do all of this without any of the idea of what they would pay for trade-in. There are so many easier, more customer service friendly options that they could choose to do. If they want to see the bikes that bad, it's a 20-minute drive with a mechanic, just like they would do in their own garage. They know that a full rebuild is required, they should be able to accomplish this in 2 hours or less. If they're proper mechanics. Texts and calls go unreturned, promised conversations with managers never happened. No rough estimate was ever offered. And then they simply stopped responding. They roped me along for 2 weeks and then flaked. This is why I hate going direct to dealerships. They suck Booooo Ava, booooo Grace, booooo Jacob Edit: Jacob called Tuesday, apologized, and promised to deliver excellent customer service. He asked for the VIN numbers, and I never heard from them again. It is now Saturday 10/5/24. Reduced to 1 star. Steer clear! No pun intended.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to harley with any issues they always go above and beyond what you think a dealer would do. I ordered the part I wanted and explained that my bike was acting funny after the carbs were cleaned. I haven't rider a bike with carbs in a long time and forgot to set the idle. Austin came out and set the idle and showed me where to set it. Outstanding service and friendly people. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a helmet about three years ago. The plates that secure the helmet Visor had fallen off. I went in about two years ago and a young lady assisted me and after much back-and-forth communication with the manufacturer, she was able to get new plates for me. Due to my work obligations, I was unable to go until this past weekend. The plates had been there for almost a year. Krista spent a large amount of time going back-and-forth trying to locate them. I’m sure it was frustrating for her, but she was friendly and Courteous to me the whole time. She finally located them and a mechanic, I believe his name was Trevor, Came out front with several different plates. Within minutes, he had the right ones and put them on my helmet for me. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. It didn’t matter whether I bought anything or not. Now that is customer service!

Fantastic experience: I took my 2023 polaris ranger in for 100 hr service at John Elway wild west polaris dealership and was greeted as though we were all family, and I was surprised the sales manager (Jacob) remembered me from a year ago and dropped what he was doing to answer my questions I had on the purchase, then he introduced me to the service guys who helped me figure out what I should do for routine service and answered my general questions, mostly stuff I should have known, but glossed over. seemed like the service team were old friends and candidly cleared up my questions, like what should I do about a flat tire in the boonies? spare tire or fix on the spot with kit? highly recommended for Polaris sales and follow on service!

Fantastic experience: I was traveling last week in Colorado, had a ticking noise increasing and called the service department at Greeley. Talked to Steven, he said bring it in and they will check it out. Arrived at dealership, met with Steven, service dept. checked out the Ultra, said it was probably lifters. Agreed to fix the problem, started on the repair that afternoon and had me out next day at 10:30. Cost was what they said. Great bunch of employees, Steven, Jesse, Joey and had Hobert review with me before our group left. You all did a great job to continue on the trip and everyone was just very helpful. Keep it up! Fantastic experience: Theron, Grace, Terry, Dale, Stacy, Alex, and the Young Lady at the front desk (I apologize for not remembering her name) were all very helpful, respectful, friendly, professional, and kind. It has been over 15 years since I rode a bike, and was a bit rusty to say the least. They all took that into consideration and answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgement against my experience. They put me on a bike that fit me specifically and I rode off very satisfied. This crew of individuals was remarkable, not to mention the friendliness of those employees that I was not working directly with, but still approached me to greet me and shake my hand. Negative experience: Theron was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately I can't give a good review anymore. They have called me back in not once not twice but 3 time I have gone in to resign a contract and now there wanting me to come in for a 4th time after I was finally happy with where everything was. Because they screwed up on there end they are wanting me to pay for there screw up. Very displeasing and very disgraceful. And for my trouble and frustration with the situation they offered me a 100$ gift card or in store credit. What is that actually going to do make them feel better about screwing people over? Would not recommend

Negative experience: I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. They charged me double for an oil and filter change, they said well were really busy even though i had made an apt. I made an apt weeks ahead if time for a lot if service work on my ATV. After 4 days they hadn't even touched it. Then they said well it’s a 2 stroke and no one here knows how to work on them. I said no one told me that when i made the apt weeks ago. Then they said ohh actually our shop foreman can do it but not till next wed. I said you have already had it for over a week and now you want me to wait another week before you even start on it. NO. I called fort collins motorsports and they got it in the very next day and started on it the same day and it was 400.00 cheaper. We will not take any of our vehicle here ever again.

Positive experience: Harley Davidson’s policy that you can only order parts from your closest dealership is absolutely absurd and almost force me to pay double because of 3 miles. John Elway HD is twice the service twice the knowledge and half the price of thunder mountain stealership!! In America we should be allowed to do business with the people who provide the best service and price just because your bolts are now metric doesn’t mean your policies have to be like China
