Positive experience: I went in for clothing as I always do because I travel. The salesman was great. However, the merchandise manager was extremely difficult to deal with as the clearance shirts were still overpriced and not on clearance price points. She did not acknowledge the fact of clearance pricing not correct and was rude. I am very sad as I hit HD stores in every state, and this one manager made the experience not very welcoming. The rest of the team was great, I thank them for their time.

Fantastic experience: In the last couple years I have bought six bikes, 22 Pan America, 23 Breakout, 23 Roard Glide, 2 24 Road Glides and a 24 TriGlide. Always had a great experience with Harley of Pensacola and will continue our relationship in the coming years.

Fantastic experience: The employees at Pensacola HD are awesome. My wife and I go to every HD store while we are on vacation. We visited Pensacola HD looking for a shirt for the collection, while we were there my wife mentioned that she and I do a cancer ride every year for The American Cancer Society, and are always in need of raffle prizes. So I believe his name is Ben, in motor clothes jumped into action. He had to run it up the flag pole and said as soon as he got an answer he would let us know. Well you guys ended up giving us a sweet swag bag a few days later for our ride. Oh he also helped me find a cool HD t-shirt for the collection. We will definitely revisit your store when we are down there. Thank you again for the hospitality and hard work.

Fantastic experience: Completed the New Rider Course. Highly recommend this course. Zero motorcycle experience. Two day class made me very comfortable on a motorcycle and gave me the necessary skills to begin my motorcycle journey. Also, ended up getting a 2017 Road King right after finishing the course. Didn't mean to, but since I was already there, I shopped. Staff was friendly and didn't pressure me into the purchase. I saw the bike, and said can you get me on this bike? They worked their magic and got me a great deal on the bike. Side note, even before the bike purchase, the staff is just as welcoming if you are only there to buy a pair of gloves and a helmet on clearance!

Fantastic experience: I come in often to look around at the bikes and purchase merch. Today was the first time nobody tried to pitch me the idea of buying another bike after already telling them I have the Harley I love. It saves an awkward moment . Kendall (spelling?) told me everything I needed to know about the merch and helmets. She was amazing. She thought of ways to improve my riding experience with the Harley I already have. Kudos!

Fantastic experience: Pcola Harley makes your motorcycle purchase feel special. They always have events. Sales people and managers go out of there way to accommodate the purchase. I request some special items they discussed them with me, and added them to the purchase. I want to give the manager there a special thanks as there was a mis communication an price but he made it RIGHT, as best he could. The sales person was new but very informative, and considerate to my needs.

Fantastic experience: P’Cola Harley does a great job of taking care of the customers. They have a good selection of bikes and will try to get it if they don’t have it. This was my second purchase there and it was very easy from sales to finance to parts and service. Had my bikes serviced there and they do a great job. Keep in mind it is first come first serve so depending on the time of year, you may have to wait due to work load. Spring and summer are the most busy, so I get mine serviced in fall winter if possible.

Fantastic experience: First time there the parts guy was very nice , helped me get the right battery for my low rider, took my bike in Tuesday the twenty third Mitchell said he'd call me Friday night never did about it my bike would be ready by Saturday now I know people get busy but one should call at least when said they would if it's ready or not I guess I'll go fishing this weekend maybe they'll call next week ha, Mitchell just called bike ready plans now ride baby ride Ty Mitchell have a great weekend

Fantastic experience: On vac and had some issues with temp light. They saw I was traveling and pushed it up a bit to get us back on the road. Great bunch of folks here! Talked to several while we visited, everyone from sales to service was friendly and very accommodating. Hope to come back under better circumstances.

Fantastic experience: The guys at Pensacola Harley Davidson are excellent. I recently bought a Low Rider S and Sparks, the assistant sales manager, went above and beyond to meet my needs. He accommodated me in trading in my sportster 883 and helped me negotiate a deal that I was happy with. He also sold my wife her Sportster S last year. The whole team there makes you feel at home. One more shout out for Pete: he takes all the anxiety out of the purchase event and just makes you excited.

Fantastic experience: Bought a motorcycle from here last year. It was a great experience. I just recently bought another Harley from another dealership and that experience made me regret not coming back to this dealership. If you are looking for a new Harley and your anywhere near here don't go anywhere else!

Negative experience: On Sat,03/30/2024 I took my sister to this place to look at trikes. The trikes they had on the showroom floor were listed for more than she wanted to pay. So the salesman asked what is your price range? We said we were hoping for something in the 25k area..the salesman say ok I think we have a leftover 2023 freewheeler we can do for that..ok great!! So we didn't want to finance anything, we wanted to pay tax,title and tag out the door..instead they came up with a story and asked if we would consider financing..so we said sure..we can just pay it off, apparently this is how it works. So they take my sister in the finance office, in a hurry because it's 3:30 and they close at 5. Nothing was explained to her she was just asked to sign. So thinking she was signing for a 25.000 dollar loan +tax,title and tag..she was actually signing for a 39.000 loan @ 14.5 % interest with 15.000 in add ons we didn't agree to or want.We didn't even want to finance but they insisted. Are you kidding me? If she took this 6 years it would cost her 63.000. For a freewheeler! So we called the management and told them they need to come and get their bike that wasn't the deal. The manager say s No were not doing that the bike is yours. I would not recommend this dealership for anything..they charged 1800 for prep fee on a year old bike, which by the way they did nothing to prep it. Maybe a year ago they did but not for us. We actually had to ask them to take it back and wash it. And on top of all that, the free t shirt they throw in with the sale is not free..the 46.95 was included in the loan. This dealership sucks!

Negative experience: This dealership is not upfront with the price of the bikes. They will give you a false msrp, or try to avoid saying what the msrp is. When you agree to a final price, they will add several fees, totaling several thousand extra. This is expected, as licensing and registration is expensive. However, they added a $2,400 extra fee to a bike I was in the process of purchasing. This fee was covering the dealership’s own expenses for freight and assembly on the bike. When I wouldn’t agree to a higher price than I suggested because of this higher fee, the manager of the dealership got pissed and ripped up the paper while raising his voice and cussing. I’ve always loved Harley’s and this really made me second guess my decision. I would recommend not buying from this dealership, or Harley Davison at all.

Negative experience: At a front flat tire on my 02 Softail this past Wednesday I call them they tell me they're running a special this week 299.99 out the door they'll come pick it up and call me when it's done. Less than an hour later he calls me tells me his boss just told him they cannot work on anything under a 2005 model! My bike has less than 10,000 miles meticulously cared for all it is is a tire change! One thing is for sure I'll never be back sad State of Affairs for Harley- Davidson & The Regular Guy

Negative experience: Rebecca was absolutely the rudest person I have spoken with in all of my 40 years! I approached with a question and was instantly shut down when I told her I was just browsing, she commented on my weight and seemed to be drunk on the job. Absolutely blatant disregard for my service.

Fantastic experience: Badass dealership! Outside, we were able to see some pre-owned inventory, but we headed for the store. My son and I were immediately greeted upon entering the dealership. The store is very clean. The bikes are lined up nicely. Everything is easy to find. The sales people were accommodating but not pushy. The T-shirts were placed neatly and folded perfectly on shelves below their T-shirt wall. They also had good sales going on good merchandise. There was good conversation about Harleys in general. I absolutely love the 1969 Harley. What a classic! Overall, we were pretty impressed!

Positive experience: Nice store with a lot of bikes and a great place to sit and hang out. Poker chips are $4 and shirts are around $45 so this Harley is a bit pricier than most, but you’re in a tourist town so it makes sense. Staff was nice and they have a good service shop.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service. I'm riding across the country- literally - and needed a 75K service. Unannounced and late in the day, I showed up and they took the bike. The tech was super knowledgeable, and the level of care was above par. While i waited i went to the vending machine and they GAVE me a candy bar. The gesture went along way. Well done Pensacola HD. Positive experience: I would have given you 5 stars. However, someone sent Donna to take care of me and she asked if I needed help... I said no. To which I must have been speaking in tongues, because she didn't seem to understand my words. She kept handing me shorts. I told her I didn't like skulls... Didn't matter, what about this one " I will start a room for you "she said". I tried to go to the clearance rack and she said there wasn't anything on there that would fit me. Luck for me After trying what I had, she was with another person and I got to the clearance where I found what I wanted... Whew I used to work retail and that's not the way to do it. If I lived here locally. I would have found out her schedule and came another day... Just let people come to you. Greet them and if they need help they will ask for it. Thank you

Positive experience: Great place to go if your looking for a Harley. The people are polite and more than helpful. But I absolutely would not take there riding academy. It's not that it not a good class and informative it's because they'll have your phone number afterwards and they'll NEVER quit calling you and mean my God enough is enough. I would advise giving a fake number if you do decide to do any business with them.

Negative experience: Il push my road glide to Panama city harley before I bring it to my hometown pensacola harley again!! Went there with a top end racket on my TC ..3 techs told me engine shot and they wanted $5K fer new engine..I took it home put my stethoscope on it..figured out it was a cracked rocker box..cost me $40 and few hours to do myself..crooks!!!

Positive experience: I dealt with Sandra, Riley, and Jeremy. Sandra is the first person on the phone. She's good. She listens and knows her people. Riley, my main service, Dude, is a kind young man. He knows his trade. He should listen a bit more than talk. He's fine, though. Jeremy, he had to deal with my frustration and descalated the conversation and provided superior results. Fantastic experience: When you are ready to purchase a new HD motorcycle I would go see Scott Mechling and James Jones and finally Justin. They will do their best to fit you into something you want, you like at a price you are comfortable with. My experience with Pensacola HD is one to bring me back for future business. Negative experience: The service department is not customer service friendly at all. I went in with a dead battery and asked them to check it out. They replaced my 8 month old battery with a new one next day died again. Went back and they did a diagnostic and determined my charging system was the issue not the battery. They never tested the battery or charging system the first time, just put in a battery. It cost me almost $500 for the battery and diagnostic and my battery was fine. The service manager’s answer back to me was “ we did what you asked”. I guess I was supposed to know how to properly diagnose the problem and give them step-by-step directions on what to do. The motto here must be the customer is always wrong. They also quoted me $1900 to repair the charging system. I had it done for less than half of that at my home dealership.

Negative experience: They're service department is a joke and keeps up with the stigma that dealers are the last place you want to take your ride to be serviced. They offer a pre-payed service plan when you bike your bike, don't bother they don't honor it. So then when they call me back up there telling me now I owe them over $600 for an oil change I go collect my ride then realize they can't even manage that much they'll ask you things like what kind of oil filter you want. Don't bother they won't do what you asked. And apparently can't read an oil dipstick either left my bike a qt low. At this point I guess they were counting all the mess they got all over my bike while they had it in the total capacity had to clean up they're mess when I got home. Total joke don't waste your money.

Fantastic experience: Traveling all over the southeast visiting Harley dealerships, Pensacola Harley Davidson is the only one that made me feel like home and that I was family. Fantastic experience: Best dealership experience ever. My engine quit while visiting from Canada. Kevin in service got right on it. Had the engine torn down tonfind the issue, ordered the parts and got me up and going in a reasonable amount of time. Then managed to have it covered through warranty. Kevin was in touch with me throughout the process. Great customer service.

Negative experience: Similar to Tom’s story. Had my 2020 Fatboy in for service and was walking around. A bike caught my eye and asked a few questions. Was offered a test ride but I was more worried about numbers, figured once the numbers were good I’d get a test ride. When I mentioned a test ride it was said you can save that for the ride home. Kinda joking but whatever. Anyway I end up with a new bike as soon as I pulled onto 29 on my way home the bike made me totally uncomfortable on it. I called the dealer first thing the next business day I was basically was told too bad by a member of management, Florida doesn’t have a cool off period law. The member of the management team suggested I modify the new bike and try and make it suit me, spend more money to fix a bike I was over charged on to begin with, when all I wanted was my old bike back, they suggest I trade the new bike for my old bike. I’ve had three other Harley’s and had a great experience with all. The staff is polite enough but passive aggressive pushy, if that makes sense. Anyway I’m hoping to sell the new bike with 22 miles on it because it doesn’t work for me, I’m totally uncomfortable on it. The business is more concerned about profit than making things right. Just because the law doesn’t require them give three days for unique situations doesn’t mean they can’t, they just refuse to. If I can find another Harley I like, it won’t be purchased or serviced at Pensacola Harley Davidson. Honest hard working people should be treated better, especially our disabled veterans.

Negative experience: Well February 25 (my birthday) I traded my streetbob for a used bagger. Was told would be quick in and to so I wouldn’t miss my bday dinner…… 4.5 hours later finally got into finances and was questioning the $995 “prep” fee! Was assured it was to go through to make sure everything was good and safe. Didn’t get to ride till Sunday and 3 hours into my ride doing 45 over Bob Sykes bridge the right saddle bag just FALLS off and bounces and skids for over 50’!! Thank god nobody was behind me. Was assured it would be picked up and taken care of with new bag and hardware first thing Tuesday.. well Friday they finally get it on the rack to make sure nothing else is wrong and they decided to just paint the banged up bag. I decided I wasn’t comfortable with the situation or the bike at this point! Called Corporate and they said to talk to the GM to have him reverse finance and give me back my old bike and money I put down…. They say we can’t do that the GM won’t be back till Saturday. Saturday I tried several attempts to reach him but he was dodging me. So they say painter has the saddle bag and it will be done next week (2 weeks after incident) guess I need to call corporate again!! Seems once they get your money they could care less buy with caution from this place!! Sale people are pushy but try…. Upper management and service leave ALOT to be desired! By the way this was my 3rd bike from them….. THERE WILL NOT BE A 4th gonna try Emerald Coast Harley

Positive experience: Typical harley dealership. Nothing to fancy. Salesmen were nice and not pushy. The motor clothes salesman told me about a sale that I missed out on. Didn't see the point but guess he had to start a conversation somehow.

Negative experience: This experience has been horrible. I have purchased a bike from here before, twice before. This was my third and definately final time. I had bad vibes and ignored them. I was rushed thru the process and being overly excited did the deal anyway Christmas eve. Called them at opening Tuesday, (they were closed Sunday (Christmas), & Monday, told them I didn't want the bike - bottom line they said too bad. Oh well, so I kept it, nice bike. Then I decided to call and cancel the Dealer Warranty that I paid cash for - $2900 - was told cannot be cancelled even though it DOES NOT SAY THAT IN THE CONTRACT. I wanted to cancel it simply because It only covers service done at their location and this would be/is an inconvenience to me. They are so unwilling to do business with me since the deal is done. Oh the attitude changed immedialety after the deal was done. I'm definately looking into what my options are cause I don't want to be stuck with this location for another 3 years. I just want to be done with them. I'm reporting this experience to the BBB. So Buyers beware of these SWINDLERS!

Negative experience: Uncomfortable place to take the basic rider's course. Would not recommend at all. The instructor kept calling me out by name before we even got on bikes for absolutely everything and it made me nervous. Aggressive sales people too. And nasty opinions on bike preference if you even want to look at the livewire. Why sell it if you're going to be so nasty about it when people come in actually wanting to buy it?

Negative experience: My wife and I took there motorcycle class. I passed but my wife failed. We spent 750.00 dollars. The bike they had her ride was a 500 she’s 5 ft tall. Way too much bike. She could barely hold it up. They offered no refund no we’re sorry no will get 250s. All we got was you should of went to another class with smaller bikes. We both ended up with bikes from another Harley dealer.

Negative experience: Bike selection was great. But I told 2 different salesmen I wasn't interested in buying or trading in my bike. But they keep trying to pressure me into doing a trade for my bike and just hounded me . Even the sales lady followed us around . Every time took a shirt off the rack she would say, want told hold that for you at the checkout desk. NO we kept saying. We made it clear when they both approached us . We are there to just buy souvenir shirts. We did not like the pressuring. I talked to the salesman about other things but it kept going back to buying. My advice. Ease off, that makes people want to stay away and warn others.

Fantastic experience: I visited Pensacola Harley-Davidson Saturday afternoon. I was looking for my first ever motorcycle and wanted to check the availability. I had a very specific bike in mind, a Forty-Eight, in either reef blue or white sand pearl, with ABS. I was prepared to have to order that model with those options, then wait until it arrived. The salesman, Nick, introduced himself while my wife and I were looking at the available Forty-Eight models in the showroom. He also introduced me to his manager, James. They had the exact model I was looking for. It had arrived last week I think they said. Since I'm new to riding, I had a lot of questions. Nick was real patient with answering them and never made me feel like he was talking down to me as a newbie. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and Harley-Davidson. We were able to come to terms on a price and financing, and I feel like they did a great job working with us to make to purchase possible within our budget. Overall, a great experience. A very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable showroom and waiting area. Definitely recommend Pensacola Harley-Davidson.

Negative experience: Apparently the female workers are allowed to wear half shirts to work. How unprofessional and ridiculous. Not including the extreme low ball prices for selling back one's motorcycle. Management needs to enforce the dress code and I would advise to never sell back one's motorcycle here.

Negative experience: My, how Pensacola Harley has changed since 2022. Got lured in with a low advertised Internet price, a $500 coupon and a test ride. Didn’t even get to test ride the bike (why offer the option to schedule a test ride on the website if the bike isn’t ready)? Advertised price was $5,325 subtract the $500 coupon one would think negotiations would start at $4,825; nope, started at $6,500. Nothing like paying for maintenance; why not advertise that price on the Internet, because not many would consider that price on a 21-year-old bike with rust, paint chips and other things that come with the age. It gets worse from there because you are told Harley is required by law to charge you for a theft prevention etching and then overcharge for tax and licensing, we are up to $8K out the door. Talk about a waste of time and not even a test drive. Mind you, I have purchased from Pensacola before and have purchased merchandise. I have been buying from Harley since 2002 when I purchased a new Road Glide, maintenance, upgrades, performance and merchandise; again, with a 2006 Road Glide purchase, same purchases as above; and again in 2022 with a 2019 Road Glide purchase. When a high profit margin becomes more important than the customer and return business it is time to reconsider your ethos and where your profits come from. Do yourself a favor and consider a different shop (might be a better experience) or buy from an individual to bypass all of the markup and the “we have to charge you”. Pensacola probably would have earned more with continued maintenance, merchandise and future purchases but not anymore. They made a good profit in 2022 when I purchased the 2019 with a trade but return customers and purchases are forgotten when the numbers paper comes out.

Positive experience: They were very attentive to my need with the purchase of the 2019 Harley. I'm just not into the Bob style front end on this bike . My 2008 style Harley Davidson fits my body much better. Dealership in Pensacola was great .

Negative experience: Good gear, and discounts but lord y’all’s employees legit alllllll approached us with the same line and then later when shopping continued to approach us after several times saying we were good. There’s attentive service and there is training your employees to aggressively sell. We found what we needed for friends and tried to get our fast just so we were harassed even more during our time. Really bummed aggressive sales ruined that experience.
