Fantastic experience: Had a great experience buying my new 2024 Road Glide here! Obie was extremely patient and persistent to try get me the best deal I could get. Originally drove out to test ride a used 2020 Road Glide, but Obie convinced me give the new 2024's a try and the rest was history! I definitely did my research and shopped around, but he always said, "let me try to beat that deal" and they did. Thank you!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service from the service department ! Brought my brand new 2024 road glide in with less than 500 miles for an oil leak from the rocker cover gasket! Also had the vent tube melt to the head ! First told me they would have it done before Friday then they couldn’t get the part for a week then told me that if I wanted it in one day I’d have to pay $80 even though the bike is brand new and under warranty ! Horrible communication was told I was gonna get a call back three times was never called back. Had to call back every single time. had my bike longer than a week for a rocket cover gasket ! Overall, really bad experience will be taking my bike elsewhere to be serviced !

Fantastic experience: took the Harley Davidson beginner course and thanks to jason and Jeff I learned all the basics and passed cant recommend this enough game changing course if your a beginner and never even stepped foot on a motorcycle two amazing instructors and these guys know exactly what they're talking about. Now with all that aside I must say Jeff has a cool shiny head no diddy.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to order a key for my bike. It was relatively inexpensive and very painless. In fact the guy helping me kinda went the distance for me. I usually am intimidated when i go in there but this time was okay. A lot of memories with me and my dad Ray Mosteller in there. We always had a love for bikes in common. So because of that this place will always be special to me. Those sales dudes look like they are gonna pounce on ya when ya walk in.. m,maybe dial it down a bit guys... Go have a sandwich while I get nostalgic..lol

She helped me pick out all the pink items from the new collection and got me sized right. She not only helped me with the items I picked but she also recommended some perfect items as well. She’s awesome and can help all your needs, if it’s not in store then she can get it online and to your door Downstairs the 2 parts guys were super helpful and answered all questions as well. I got a new phone mount and thrashin bag for my bike and am ready to tackle my days now PS…The Harley riding instructor Jason was A+ top tier! Super rad instructor who cared about all of us. Pointed out something for every rider to work on and for some of us who have ridden before he gave us harder challenges while still making sure brand new riders were meeting all their fundamental skills. He was patient with us in 100+ weather and made the class extremely fun. I put my name as Princess on the bike and he actually called me princess all class hahaha love it! Definitely want to get into some private lessons with him as watching him on his bike proves he’s got top notch skills. You won’t regret his class

Fantastic experience: Take their CMSP course! Especially if you’ve never ridden before. Jason was a super chill instructor and I feel much more confident on a bike now. Ron was my classroom instructor and he was very informative and knowledgeable. Just don’t be late to his class lol

Fantastic experience: Obie was the best! So happy with my new street glide!!! Enjoy you Kings Size Kit Kat Brad is truly Amazing and without him wouldn’t be walking out with a new Harley. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He went above, beyond, and LITERALLY out of his way for us ensuring we were leaving with a bike. If your in the market for a bike, Eagle’s Nest Harley is the place to be and if your not in the market then stay away, far far away (hehehe) or at least from Obie and/or Brad as you will be leaving with a bike and an offer your could not turn down. Trust me as I know from experience aka this post. Oh and I was not in the market for a bike and look at the beauty I’m leaving with and a deal I could not pass up!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by Sunday for some test riding; Obie greeted and welcomed me in the showroom. I was a little road weary, so I took some time to freshen up and made my way to the lounge. An older gentleman was walking out with a cup of coffee, so I thought I was in luck. Yeah, no.Lol. Well, I owned a bakery cafe back on the day so I just made myself at home and started a fresh brew on the Bunn, and wiped down the counter while waiting for the airpot to fill. Then Obie joined me and we started swapping stories! Mason stepped in for a minute to inform me the bike I wanted to ride was no longer available, so I opted for a couple of Manger's Specials, hand picked by Obie himself. I've been riding my 2016 Sporty XL 1200T into the ground and I was very skeptical about the 2023 Road King, but man that was a helluva ride!! What an eye opener. Obie was a real trooper at the table, and Brad joined us for some in-depth discussion. I was up front from the beginning about what I was looking for, and Obie was very respectful of that, but he shared some other great ideas and options, as well. He said he would give me a check-in call the next day or two, and he kept his word. I'd gladly give Obie 10 stars for creating a fantastic experience! (He even tried to get me on the Pan America, and it almost worked. Almost. I'm stubborn like that. Maybe next time, Obie...)

Fantastic experience: Where in the world do I even begin to explain my experience with Holly!? She is such a beautiful woman inside and out. Holly helped me get fitted for my helmet and taught me how to wear it properly. When I put it on she noticed my cheeks were smashed and let me know that I could help eliminate that by pulling the front down a bit. Man did that help! She never for a second made me feel less than for any of the silly questions I came up with while shopping with her. After my helmet was picked out she helped me get the right jacket for my riding needs. Not only is my new jacket the perfect fit but I now feel cute as hell while wearing it thanks to her! she is the perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond to make sure people go home feeling happy and safe! Fantastic experience: This is a 2 part review - 1st part on my buying experience and 2nd part on the the Harley Davidson Riding Academy. Part 1 - Buying Experience. Professional and welcoming start to finish. Started with an online inquiry that got a prompt response from Jenn. Jenn hooked me up with MonTana and Mason who patiently walked me through the process of buying my bike. Ended up spending a little more than I had initially planned but got an absolutely killer bike (Low Rider S). Prepare to spend some time as you go back and forth. Similar to car buying (but easier and more relaxed). Thank you MonTana! Also a shout-out to Payton in parts. He was awesome when it came to picking accessories. Caity in apparel was fantastic. Good experience - was treated with respect by everyone in the store and I feel I got a good deal. Part 2 - Harley Davidson Riding Academy. There are options in the area for new rider training but after going through this class, you do not need to look anywhere else - this is EXACTLY what you want. my class was expertly lead by Dave and his co-instructors, Scott and Jason. There was a mix of classroom instruction and riding on 500cc Harley Davidson motorcycles. If you are planning on riding a Harley (or any motorcycle, really), don't go anywhere else. Should you pass the course, you will have the confidence to continue your learning journey and get out in the wind. Was such a great experience, I will definitely be taking their intermediate and, one day, their advanced class. Communication was clear and direct with safety being the main concern. These guys do not mess around when it comes to safety. They don't "half ass" ANYTHING!! You want a team that cares about you building the skills needed to get home safe?? Look no further. These guys are the real deal.

Fantastic experience: The Harley Riding Academy was a great experience. Ron and Jason were amazing instructors. They were both very knowledgeable in what they were teaching. Ron would give personal experiences that correlated very well to the lessons we discussed and it helped to drive those points home. Jason demonstrated riding exercises with precision and made sure everyone understood what we would be doing before proceeding. Jason also gave great feedback for the riding portion which helped with some confidence. They made the learning environment very relaxed and enjoyable. Kept things light hearted with jokes and general chat, answered questions openly and honestly. 10/10 would recommend this class to anyone that is interested in learning how to ride or just be safer on motorcycles. The people working the sales floor were also great. Shoutout to Montana and Jacob who were genuinely cool people.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking at a low-rider st and wanted to check them out in person. I headed out to Lathrop and within minutes of entering the nest, Jacob greeted me. He came right up to me and we started chatting. I gave him the run down of what I had in mind and he lead me over to a black low-rider. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up coming back the next day and bought my bike. I even got to meet the shop Rooster whose name is Chester! Ash helped me pick out a shirt and showed me around the shop. The loan processor was great. She explained everything thoroughly. Service guys were cool, and Brad really worked with me to get my APR and payment where I was comfortable. My entire experience was so smooth. Would recommend stopping in and checking them out. Worth the drive. Quality customer service.

At the dealership, the customer service is also outstanding, Caity, Holley and Mason all helped me out with my new visor for my helmet and I ended up leaving with a badass riding Jacket. Lalo, my salesmen, has been awesome and super welcoming. He helped me with gear shifting for the jumpstart before my course and is always checking in on my progress with the course, so kind! Fantastic experience: I just took my Intermediate motorcycle class today. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jason was the instructor and what a credit he is to Eagles Nest Harley Davidson. Professional, respectful patient and knowledgeable are just 4 words to describe him. He explained everything clearly, I never felt stupid asking questions and he answered them clearly and concisely. He took time to demonstrate each exercise and it was easy to understand what he was looking for from us. No matter how long you’ve been riding, it’s always great to do classes like this and I personally took allot away from this class and I know the other students did too. Fantastic experience: I did the rider training class with Jason thru Eagles Nest & he explained stuff really good, Always made sure to ask if we had questions and demonstrated everything. At the end of both days he would ask what we were most excited about from what we did for the day; and what we felt needed to work on. Jason was also really good at being patient, but also firm on teaching. After talking to other people about their rider class that they went through other accomplishments for; I’m 100% glad I went thru Eagles Nest & Jason was my instructor, and I will always recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I completed the CMSP course today and I cannot say enough good things about the instructor. Jason Rucker is by far the most knowledgeable instructor I’ve ever encountered. He is no nonsense, straight to the point, and crystal clear with his instruction, both in the classroom and out on the range. I would highly recommend any new rider to this course and him, as well as those who are intermediate to advanced riders seeking to further their knowledge in the safe handling of a motorcycle.

Negative experience: If you are a new motorcycle rider, do not go here. They will get you on the wrong bike! Go in to pick up your safety certificate and get out. I bought a new nightster for $13k and a month later I found out they had changed the purchase price to $18k. Went back and spoke to Brad and he said there was nothing that can be done. Ridiculous!

Positive experience: For those who read my review on July 18th 2024. I have removed the post, after receiving a call from the general manager, named John. He called and apologize for my experience of services, a couple of days ago. He was very sincere and candid, and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that phone call, which he did not have to do. It rare that someone replies to your post, to reach out for an understanding. So my hat's off, to the general manager of Eagle Nest. Thank again, I really do appreciate that call.

Positive experience: I recently purchased a 2018 Street Bob from the Harley-Davidson dealership in Lathrop. Less than two months later, I discovered a leak on my bike, rendering it undrivable. I had to take it to Oakland Harley-Davidson for repairs, which cost me $700 out of pocket to fix a fork issue on a bike I had just bought. When I contacted the Lathrop dealership, they were of no help. Despite calling them twice and being assured the manager would return my call, I never received a response. I highly recommend bringing someone knowledgeable about bikes to inspect any minor details before finalizing a purchase at this dealership. Please be cautious if you choose to do business with them. The team was friendly overall, but since it’s sales, I remain a bit skeptical.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the MSF course, and I don't think you could find a better place to learn how to ride. The instructors were patient, gave clear instructions, calling out on mistakes making sure that bad habits wouldn't stick. In my case I got to learn with Scott and Dave honestly just great people and greater instructors. I would HEAVILY recommend to bring "suero" or other sport drinks to combat dehadration ( water is provided but you will still need to recover sodium and potsauim as well a some electrolytes ) , you don't want be having a headache or feeling unable to properly focus on the field while you're trying to learn. The raw heat of the summer and the heat of the engines will have you sweating like a punctured water bag by all sides without mercy. You don't want to get a heat stroke, so please bring attire that is appropriate for the range as well as the temperature/weather. That is all, I hope you too have a great learning experience as did i.

Fantastic experience: I just finished with the motorcycle riding safety course. Overall a great class, from the classroom to the range. Everything was professional and clean. Tony did a great job in the classroom teaching me about safety and his knowledge on riding. Out on the range with Jeff was fun! He took his time and taught me how to be a better rider on a motorcycle. I feel like a more confident rider after taking the course with Tony and Jeff. The range was set up very nicely. Had a large insulated garage with cold air and an inside bathroom. When I book my next class it will definitely be with Eagle’s Nest Harley-Davidson.

Fantastic experience: Went into the Eagles Nest Harley Davidson today with my sister and had the absolute best customer service!! The second we walked in, Wayne greeted us and helped us with questions and concerns that we had. Our dad recently passed so we initially stopped in to grab some Harley memorabilia to commemorate him. Wayne was very friendly, he showed us some bikes, then went over the different variations. He even let us test the “tester” model that was outside since after a while we were just hooked and wanted to also get a Harley in the future. He then sent us upstairs to further our memorabilia search where Holly and Cathy assisted us. They were EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful with helping us choose what to get for our dad, since we are not exactly experts in Harley. We’ve been to Harley Davidson stores before but this location takes the cake when it comes to experience and overall customer service. They didn’t just see us as “oh nice, another sale of the day”, they really took care of us and exceeded my expectations, as we were just looking to go in, grab what we needed, and leave. So thank you to the following 3 people I mentioned for everything they did today. It truly made our day.

Fantastic experience: If you ever find yourself taking the CHP safety course with Jason, be prepared for an experience hotter than a jalapeño in May. With temperatures soaring to 96°, you'd think he'd at least serve cold beer. Spoiler alert: he didn't. But here's the kicker—despite the heat, I didn’t drop my bike once. That's right, zero drops, thanks to Jason’s wizardry on two wheels. To whoever's reading this: I survived two days in 90+ degree weather without a single drop, and now I'm a motorcycle ninja. Jason’s teaching is that good. But for the love of all things cool, someone get Jason an air conditioner and a nice office. The man's a legend, but even legends need a break from the heat. And maybe a beer. Or two.

Fantastic experience: Had the chance to grab a new enthusiast edition Lowrider st from the dealership in Lathrop, CA Eagels nest Harley Davidson. Montana in the sales department reached out to me, to let me know they had one in stock. She had everything set up by the time I made it to the dealership. Everyone else was polite and knowledgeable. The experience of buying a new bike from eagles nest had was more of an event than I planned on. They go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: For his 20th birthday, my son and I just completed and passed the California Motorcyclist Safety Program new rider course. Jason was our teacher and instructor. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jason made the class fun, incorporating his years of experiences with what we had to learn in class. I was never good in school but Jason made the class interesting making learning new things easier. Going over the material till everyone in the class got it. On the course, my son and I have never been on a motorcycle. Jason was very patient with us. Explaining and demonstrating exactly how he would like us to get it. By the second day we were more comfortable and confident being on 2 wheels. If you ever wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle, this is the class for you. And ladies did I mention, he looks like Chris Hemsworth (Thor) Thanks Jason. Me and my son thinking about taking your intermediate class. Great job

Fantastic experience: Attended the motorcycle safety class and bought some gear the staff are amazing super friendly is willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. The teacher that taught me Jason Rucker was one of the best I have learned a lot from him I'm a complete rookie and now I have a lot of confidence in learning how to ride thanks to him he showed patience and was really professional appreciate the service and the staff you guys are the best thanks again Jason had a lot of fun in your class!!!

Fantastic experience: I completed the beginners riding course with Jason and Scott, let me tell you they were the best instructors a person could have asked for. First off let me start with Jason. He made me feel confident and had a super safe learning space. I was the only woman in the class but I didn't feel like it. I was treated the same as the men in the class and I felt welcomed. No question was a dumb question. Justin did not sugar coat anything and kept it real and made the class engaging. This was just the classroom part of the class. At the range he really cared about our safety and made me feel safe to try new things. In the beginning I was a bit intimidated but he gave me the encouragement to continue and pass. Thank You so much Jason. Let's talk about Mike. At the game he explained everything so accurately and always made sure we understood. On the second day I felt defeated right before the skills test and I expressed this to him and he gave me pointers and encouraged me to continue. Thanks Mike. Without these two I wouldn't be able to get my license, feel confident on my bike, and be able to bond with my husband riding bikes.

Fantastic experience: I took the beginner riding course with no previous experience. Jason was my classroom instructor. Jason and Jeff both helped teach the riding portion. The classroom portion was taught in an engaging and thorough way. Jason did a wonderful job making sure we were paying attention and understanding each section before continuing on. Jason and Jeff were both great at being patient with us. They had a gentle but firm approach that made each thumbs up or applause meaningful. They genuinely cared for our safety and made sure we were learning things correctly to be safe riders outside of class. I highly recommend this course, and these instructors, if you are a complete beginner or you just want to improve your riding skills! Money well spent. Thanks again, Jason and Jeff!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t able to create another review so adding to my previous one. I took the Riders course with Jason Rucker. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough and very patient. Jason ensured that the class was "picking up what he was putting down" every step of the way. He is very enthusiastic and you can definitely see his passion for the ride. His approach is firm but not aggressive. He is patient and encourages his students to not let fear consume them when learning. I was riddled with fear and anxiety, Jason never made me feel incompetent but pushed me to be more confident. I would highly recommend taking this course with Jason. Josh and Lalo were very helpful. They answered all our questions and walked us through everything we needed. Purchased a CVO and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this Harley Davidson location. Ask for Josh or Lalo you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost a huge thank you to both Jason and Jeff for being an amazing team and even better instructors for the MSF course I was a part of 4/20-4/21. From the classroom to the range, there was ample support and guidance. I came to class with minimal experience and worked hard to follow directions and perfect what I could.
