Positive experience: First time ever buying a harley and the only reason I gave them 4 stars was of how nice they are in person. Already have 2 things wrong. First they took our Pic on the wall but lost our pics and second is we have had our trike just a week or 2 and having to possibly have the radio and navigation replaced but have to use the extended warranty we bought. WE Are not happy with this.

Negative experience: My son borrowed my 2011 FLHTCU for a road trip to Arkansas, Oklahoma,Colorado,New Mexico, Arizona and back to Texas because his was down. And while on the trip he hit debris on the road which caused a oil leak on the oil cooler hose. So he took it in to Pig Trail Harley Davidson They took the whole oil attachment unit instead of bypassing the oil radiator it was a simple fix and to his surprise it was a crappie work they left the hot wires to oil cooler fans wide open. And it caused a short causing a the voltage regulator to go bad,mind you he used to be a parts manager for Mancuso Harley Davidson in Houston Tx I told him he should call them and complain but I know my son he doesn't like to get into things like that he said he'll fix it. I think if you charge $300 for shitty work one should have the right to complain as a Harley owner for decades I won't ever stop or recommend them period.

Negative experience: Bought 3 bike from there. Most recent one they gave me 3 bills of sale and referred to the first and only good one the entire time of working the deal. Now admittedly I shouldn’t have signed the last bill of sale but they lied to me and my bank about the whole deal and once confronted they knew they screwed up but had already sold my old bike. The finance guy pawned blame off on the Manager of the place bc he knew he screwed up. They kept my old bike and I got $100 added to my payment and they lost a customer that had bought for them 3 times and had sent them over 4 people to buy bikes there. Will never recommend again. Bad business practices. Great salesman and parts and service department but the finance side of it is ran by some dumbasses.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. Traveling with a toy hauler and my Harley in the back. I forgot to put it into travel mode. Battery was completely dead. They help me unload the bike from the trailer, pushed it into the shop took out the battery and let me hang out with my dog For four hours. Gave me free Krispy Kreme doughnuts and other treats and treated my dog like it was one of their family. When I was getting ready to leave, there was no charge. This was true southern Hospitality at this place. Young lady by the name of Crow Who is the nicest person you could ever meet. Thank you so much for your help and generosity.

Fantastic experience: Had a tire wear out faster than expected. Was close to Pig Trail HD, they took me in right away and got the tire changed so that I could get back home. Still had 600 miles to go and would not have made it without their help. Great people there and a beautiful shop.

Negative experience: Purchased oil and clothing. Bagged together! Asked for extra bags to separate and acted like bags should be purchased. Who puts oil with clothes??? Pretty sure you would not have refunded if one of the bottles leaked!!!! And we were out of town! Thank you for the response, we have stopped every time traveling through and this was the first time we were treated like an inconvenience. It was baffling to us why would you place any liquid item or any item that has a top with clothing. I know this is a learning lesson and thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Was there this past week at BBB had to have rear brake pads put on my Ultra Limited. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The service department was quick and efficient. Wish that I lived closer so I could use them more often.

Fantastic experience: Was down for the 2024 bikes blues bbq event and only a few minutes into our Saturday ride I lost my gear shifter. Didn’t have any tools along so was able to get to dealer. Was there around 9am Saturday and #19 bike of the day! Yes they were jam packed. Lady that took info was very friendly got me checked in and said they would contact when done. We walked around looked at vendors and maybe 2-3hr later I got text bike was done! Less than $200 fix and back on the road by noon. Great dealership with great ppl! Bought some shirts and other stuff while there also and the dealership has a large offering of gear etc. very satisfied with service at this dealership.

Negative experience: Worst place I have ever been, the people are rude they are deceptive. They will not extend courtesy to other riders except Harley riders. That place is a complete joke. Indian was more people friendly then they were and less deceptive, I bought a beautiful bike from them. Too bad I was hoping for a Harley but I guess I didn’t fit their criteria for one. Jerks!

Negative experience: Update in response to your response: I was not offended by the price you offered. I was offended at how I was treated by the salesman and other staff. I understand your points on costs ,regardless of if I agree, and that you are running a business and need to turn a profit. Just treat people better is all I'm asking. Have a wonderful day and hopefully a bit of self reflection on customer service will allow for some improvements and an overall better experience for future customers...I just won't be one of them. Original Post: Went in yesterday to get a cash offer on my bike ahead of the rally as I just don't ride as much as I thought I would. Salesman greeted me and got a manager right over to look at my bike then they went into the office to deliberate. I was honest and told them what my payoff was and when they came with an offer it was a grand below payoff. I was a bit shocked and told them that I had been by a couple of weeks earlier and was told they should probably be able to do about a grand above my payoff but they needed to see the bike first. When I pressed the salesman for reasoning and if there was any room to negotiate he told me that it was take it or leave it and that he didn't have time to deal with me as he could see I was getting upset. That made me even more upset then he got pissed and all but told me to **** off and then he walked away. Mind you I have bought two brand new over $30K street glides from this dealership and was treated like this. I then saw the manager, who had helped me on the two earlier purchases, and I spoke to him about my situation and expressed my disappointment in how I was treated and he told me that if he got mad at every person who didn't buy a bike then he'd be mad all the time, effectively telling me that he didn't care and that I needed to leave if I wasn't satisfied with their lowball offer. Up until yesterday I was a fan of this dealership but now I'll be hard pressed to ever set foot on their property again. Very very poor customer service and just no way to run a business. Busy or not you take care of your customers, I'm not saying they should have raised their offer but they certainly could have treated my like a valued customer and not raised their voices in anger with me. If you have a choice to shop or get service anywhere else please do so. All I can say is that I've never been treated that way by any establishment where I've been a customer...let alone one where I had spent a significant amount of money. Oh well...I'm just one guy but if they would treat me that way I can imagine there are others.

Fantastic experience: My Roadglide had a throttle issue 550 miles from home. Pig Trail HD got the problem diagnosed and fixed in just a couple of days. I had to fly home then back to pick it up, but they took care of the issue and didn't destroy my bank account, lol. I appreciate them getting me back on the road quickly.

Fantastic experience: I bought a new CVO ST from Ken back in June. With it I ordered a touring kit. Some of the parts we're back ordered though Harley-Davidson. I just want to thank Matt, the Parts Manager for helping us get this completed so we could do the trip that my wife and I had planned in July. The service department is great, their part of the department is great. As a business owner myself, I truly respect good teamwork. This is what I witnessed at Pig Trail!

Positive experience: Doesn’t seem to be a very good place to by a bike. Salesman are like vultures when you get close to a bike. When you ask a price in one, they can’t give you a firm price. They just say mid 20s and won’t commit to a firm price without “sitting down to do paperwork”. They will offer you about half of what your bike should be traded in for. Sales girls in the clothing are really good though. Especially the dark haired girl who helped with helmets. They were able to get my tire fixed in about 3 hours.

Thanks for the feedback. A shopping price will always be different from a purchase price. We need all the facts to get to a purchase price(buyer info, trade in, down payment, etc)? We use a market based pricing research tool to determine trade values. This tool compares, JD power trade value, auction values over last 3 months, current dealer pricing. It is very accurate. Trade value is what the market will allow not some imaginary number. We don’t get every deal on motorcycles but we are one of the top two volume dealers in our district. Negative experience: I had our Harley up there twice,bought parts they said it needed. They called and said it was fixed to the tune of almost $12,00.00. I drove it 40 miles and it had the same problem. Called them they said bring it back. I did I went to pick it up and they gave me my bike back PLUS 2 boxes of my parts!! It's NOT running. I had to find someone else to work on it to get it all put back together AND get it running again. They had no intention of fixing it. They had it over 2 months. I talked to the service manager Phil about it he said what I wanted to hear. And the service manager Larry was just as bad.

Negative experience: If I could give this a negative review, I most definitely would. My husband has waited 30 years to finally own a Harley. He was excited to finally have one! He wanted to have it looked over and have a gasket fixed. He took his bike to them in MARCH. There has been no communication unless he has called. And each time he has been told "waiting for a part". Finally a week ago they told him they were waiting on a part. When I called an hour later, the part had just came in (on Saturday?). We were told it was on the schedule to be worked on the following Wednesday, might have to finish up on Thursday. When he went to the store on Thursday, he was told it would be Friday because they had to charge the battery. Really? When he went today to get it, there was a part missing. (One that was bought a couple yrs ago for $400) He was told they would replace it if HE got them the information. Really? Well now if he can find it- so far its out of stock. So he got his bike back- 4 months and $1800 later. And it still doesn't run like it should. Of course I am sure that blame will be because when we finally did speak with someone a week before he could pick it up, "suggestions" were made for another $3000.00 of work. Really? You suggest that after it's been there for 4 months? I am so very disappointed. The communication, service and discussions have not been what you would expect from a dealership. I was going to say, maybe bc we didn't buy it there but it WAS bought there! It is definitely about the name and not the quality anymore. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE !!!

Fantastic experience: We prefer this HD dealer to our local dealership. More stuff to look at, better sales, and frequent events that are worth the drive. They have an area beside it to grab some food, with shaded outdoor seating, and a lounge upstairs inside the dealership. They offer riding classes (highly recommend). All the staff is great and they have a big service shop.

Positive experience: So little ramble about my fiance and mines experience at this locale. I haven't been to this dealership in at least 5 years and I'm looking at getting a new bike soon, so we decided to drop in for a bit. As usual the staff were wonderful for the most part and the general atmosphere was great. Until we met mister big man lol. I was looking through the used bikes, and the guy comes up and immediately starts acting...off, like we were wasting his time, and then he starts acting intense and starts trying to stare me down. From a customer service perspective, mans skills were lacking to say the least. Alas, I know when I'm not welcome, and after browsing a bit more, we left. Overall a delightful experience, aside from the random attempt at intimidation, but times can be hard and maybe buddy was having a bad day, also I'm not a Karen or an overly sensitive little B word, so it's all good. But we had good time and I believe I have settled on the model I'll be looking at purchasing in the not to distant future. Anywho, ramble/review over. Great place, good folks, and just remember everyone has bad days sometimes.

Negative experience: Made a trip to Ozark Mountain Rumble and right in front of Roger's harley-davidson my bike died...(I ride a VStar). We went in to ask if they could test the battery. They were very friendly UNTIL they saw my bike. We were told "oh no we don't touch metric bikes. There is a Honda shop down the rode" Needless to say I am not impressed with them. To me the the bike community is for all riders not just Harley. So unless you are on a Harley or willing to spend 30 or 40k avoid the place like the plague.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING WHEN YOU BARELY GET INTO THE STORE! We went on vacation and stopped at all the Harley Dealerships on our route, this one was the worst customer service ever!!!! We had rode for a few hours to get there and had to use the restroom as soon as we got there. We went straight to the bathroom and then headed over to the clothing section to see if there was anything we wanted. We had only been there at this point maybe 10 minutes and one of the girls walks up to me and asks if the shirt I was wearing is the one I came in with??? Are you kidding me? I was accused of stealing a shirt that I had worn into the store! That was so rude!!! I bought the shirt I was wearing the day before at a different dealership and my boyfriend was wearing a new shirt too and that they had at Pig Trail but he didn’t get accused of stealing!!!! Will probably never go back unless their customer service improves a whole hell of a lot!!!

Negative experience: I HATE THAT YOU HAVE TO TALK TO SOME JUST TO GET A PRICE OF A BIKE AND THEN WHEN YOU DO GET TO TALK TO THEM IT STILL IS NOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER. ITS ALWAYS A BALL PARK FIGURE. I'm not sure if I want to do business with them or not. Been discussing with a salesman at your store and have yet to give me a price on the bike. Just what payments might be. Again just asking for a price of a bike and NOBODY AT THIS STORE WILL GUVE YOU A PRICE.

Fantastic experience: Bought a new clutch for my bike ($300) soaked the plates and installed per my bike manual. Once installed the bike clutch was dragging, and was really hard to shift. Called the dealer to ask if this was normal, and they said it wasnt. I asked if they would exchange for another set of clutch plates since these were installed properly bit werent functionong properly. They said they wouldnt refund or exchange the plates once they had been soaked. Now im out $300 and have a partially functioning clutch. Should have spent my money on an aftermarket clutch instead of buying genuine Harley parts. Fool me once I guess. **Edit** Pig trail Harley reached out to me today wanting to rectify the issue. They exchanged my clutch plates for new ones only asking that i pre fit the plates prior to soaking them. The new plates fit and function far better than the previous leading me to believe it was a manufacturing defect. Thank you Pig Trail for making this right.

Fantastic experience: Went in to purchase a bike. At first I was thinking there is no way this is gonna happen. But to my surprise they went above and beyond to make it Happen. Big shout out to Josh. Negative experience: Pig Trail says they buy used motorcycles, I fill out the form, sent photos, dude named Trevor calls me, I send him pictures and a video of it running, he says Hell Yeah we'll buy that bring it up here. So I did, 35 miles each way, took the afternoon off take the bike up there, Kacey said it's an 89 we don't buy bikes that old, It's an antique. Waste my gas and time and lied straight up. Don't do business with these folks..

Hey Shawn thanks for the feedback. We offered you $2000 on this bike. We certainly didn’t want to offend you. On older bikes we typically invest $2000-$3000 on reconditioning costs and therefore have to buy them right or else we can’t sell them. Fantastic experience: Even though Mel knew I may not buy that day he spent the time to show me all kinds of different bikes and we went through my riding experience and what would be best for me and my wife to enjoy our ride. And even though I cannot remember her name the lady that showed us helmets was very thorough In making sure that helmet fit me and my wife before I walked out of there. My wife and I really enjoyed our experience there.

Fantastic experience: The Pig Trail customer service is incredible. They are very professional and very knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. Fantastic experience: Nice store with a good shirt selection. Stopped by while vacationing in the area, so didn't look at the accessories or bikes. The staff were all great. Molly was very helpful and friendly. Picked up a few nice dealer shirts to add to the collection.

Positive experience: Ok for a Harley dealer I guess. Useless if you ride an older bike and needs parts on the road. Next door to a good independent shop who has a lot of parts though

Negative experience: I was on vacation in Arkansas 10/14/23, Pig Trail Harley Davidson was our first stop that morning. I hit a large metal object laying in the road, it hit my water pump and my gauges lit up with warning lights, the dealership is under a mile away, i had always been told if you ride a harley and can make to the dealer they will help travelers. I limp the trike to the dealer go inside tell them i'm 200 miles from my home can you help me, the service writer walks outside looks at my trike takes down my VIN and says yup the water pump is broke goes inside looks up the part says we don't have a pump here's the part# can't help you sorry, just ride it you'll be ok the service manager also told me this. So me and my friends decide to try to make it to our cabin we had a trailer there, i stopped halfway back at a casey's to make sure i wasn't destroying my engine i check things over and i'm not leaking any coolant my overflow bottle is way over full, so i take a closer look at the pump and find wires that were cut by the metal object, i went one block down to an orielly's spent $25.00 bought a set of wire stripper/crimpers butt connectors and some tape after cutting the old zip ties loose we discover that the broken wires are for the water pump put the wires back together and trike was good to go rode six more hours down the pig trail and other highways had one of the best rides of my life. This service department could have been heros but ended up being zeros all they wanted to do was sell me a $453.00 water pump plus labor. That i didn't need, they acted like i was a inconvenience and couldn't wait untill i just went away, they were having a party/event that day and seemed more interested in that. I do want to thank there service department for being lazy and worthless they saved me probably $700. Beware of this service department the only thing they are interested in is ripping you OFF! Update 10/17/23 The owners response is not correct, nobody from your staff got down on the ground and looked at that pump and never offered to have a tech look at it. I asked twice first for the water pump and the second time for the cut wires both times i was told don't worry about it just ride it. I have been a mechanic for 30 yrs i manage a fleet of equipment worth 4 million dollars in all my career i have never seen a front counter this bad they give us guys who do the job right a bad name i'll never have anything good to say about this dealship!

Water pumps commonly fail and we did not get the opportunity to bring your bike in for further inspection. Our service advisor did get on the ground to look under your trike and did not notice any leaks. We also did offer to bring it in and have a technician look at it further which you declined. Fantastic experience: Had an issue with my bike at the recent motorcycle rally, and they got me in and out in about 2 hours. To top it off, they went to the trouble to determine it was a warranty repair and saved me some $$$. They were slammed with people, so I was very impressed with the way they handled the load and got me through.

Fantastic experience: Broke down on vacation not in our home state and this place was the bomb! Hands down the friendliest people, helped us get parts from another out of state dealer, had the bike in the service dept and ready for the next morning when the parts arrived. We rented a bike for the time of repairs and that experience as well was hands down the best! We cannot say enough about this dealership and when we are ready for a new bike we are going here! We dealt with Warren in service, Darrell in sales and Matt in parts and all the fabulous ladies….. they made us feel like we were right at home!!

Fantastic experience: Been thru on cross-country rides several times over the past 3 years and EVERY time we’ve been impressed with the staff; sales are really friendly and informative although we haven’t bought from them; Motorclothes are well provisioned, helpful and a blast; and they’ve done our 30K and 85K service as well as replaced a dead battery -after hours!!!! Special shout out to Warren, service manager, and his mechanics for always accommodating us on our travels. Warren is not only an awesome & knowledgeable Service Manager, he’s a genuine, engaging & entertaining person who really listens and shares stories and advice. He represents the Harley family more than any single person we’ve ever come across!

Fantastic experience: Just stopped in to look around and get an idea of what I wanted. Brandon, in the used motorcycle section, walked me through the additions to the newer bikes as well as showed me several new and used bikes. When I buy my next bike it will be from him.
