I told him straight up that I wasn't going to make a purchase because I was just in town on business, and he treated me as if I had a million in cash. So kind, explained every bike, and we test drove two bikes. I tried to tip him a little cash since I wasnt buying anything and he wouldn't let me. Such a good person and great salesman. Whenever I am in town again on business I will be returning for a test ride! Also all employees I conversed were very nice and the facility was clean. Fantastic experience: Got my 2024 Road Glide. This is my second bike purchased from Mike Bruno’s Northshore Harley. Jennifer made her first sale with me and I could not be more stoked about that. She stayed by my side the entire time. If you are looking for a great dealership, do yourself a favor and go to Mike Bruno’s and ask for Jennifer.

Negative experience: Customer service is terrible. No one spoke to me or offered to help including the parts counter. This happens every time I’ve been to this dealership. That’s why I purchased my Harley’s elsewhere. They act like they’re too good to ask if you need assistance. If I was the owner, I would hire a new crew.

He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He works hard to make sure that you get what you’re trying to get for your Motorcycle outstanding job, I’ve had to go to him for two different things that my local dealership could not help me with and within minutes He was to take care of me and when he says he’ll call you back can bet your last dollar that he will call you back. Fantastic experience: The staff were amazingly friendly! We got there almost at quitting time Saturday. They said “no rush! If we have customers here, we’ll stay open”! The dealership was very clean and had great merchandise at reasonable prices. I will definitely go back next time I’m in the area. Also, id bought a vest pin but couldn’t find it when we returned home. Rachel from the dealership reached out to me to say thank you for choosing to stop by. Bubba was awesome and even delivered my bike to my house right away. Rachel always welcomes me into the dealership and helps me when I need any specific gear. Gaige up front always chats with me for a bit and gives me a lot of insight and recommendations. John in parts always takes the time to get me everything I need to maintain and enhance my bike, from basic maintenance to customization. John, Kyle, and Herb in service are very knowledgeable and informative about any work I need done to keep me on the road. Feedback from Kevin and Kolby in the back has helped me fix small issues before they turn into big problems! The team they have at this location is unlike any other and makes you feel like part of the HD family. Every visit is as good as the first, and by hosting events every Saturday and sponsoring the HOG chapter here in Slidell, they really give riders here a great sense of community and a fun crowd to be around!

Fantastic experience: Just purchased a 23 Street Glide ST from these guys. I started this journey 8 months ago where I first met Gaige. I’ve owned about 8 HDs through the years so I’m not an easy sell. I want what I want, and I know a bikes value. Gaige and I tried to work several deals over the months and for one reason or another, I’d walk away. Gaige never changed his attitude one bit when I’d walk away from the table and was always friendly when I’d call out of the blue to inquire about a bike I saw on the website. On the day I bought this bike, I was actually there to test ride another bike. I can be difficult to work with in situations, but Gaige never checked up and he got me the bike I wanted at the price I wanted. He and Tracey are who I will send friends to anytime they are in the market for a bike. After the sale, I met folks from each department and everyone was great. The standouts were Mikey who did my paperwork, Kyle in Service and John in Parts. I should mention also that during this 8 month process, I called on multiple dealerships within a 10 hour drive and none of the sales people I spoke to came close to matching Gaige's and Tracey’s motivation and desire to sell me a bike. If you’re looking for a Harley, do your homework and then go see Gaige. Mike Bruno’s North shore is my new “home dealership” and I’m on the Ms coast. UPDATE: I have to give additional kudos to John in Parts. He has been a tremendous help in getting this bike set up for my wife to be able to ride with me. He’s been patient and helpful while I fumbled my way through finding the right seat and also ordering me in a sissy bar that was out of stock. John is my go to guy for parts
