Negative experience: Got my bike serviced the technician dented my fuel cap now 2 months later still don’t have a replacement fuel cap!!

Negative experience: I was having a cable issue with my clutch. I mentioned it when my bike broke down for the third time I made an appointment to have this fixed. Meanwhile, I did change the handlebars, but they had this report way before I did that they refused to help me with the issue Told me I had to pay $300 to get it fixed and when I told him I didn’t want him to fix it. He said to me the service Writer OK now you’re going to pay $167. I paid in cash. They were also supposed to do a Stage two for almost $5000. They will never see a dollar of my business again. I was always treated great at Peterson and Harley Davidson in Miami. I’m taking my bike to have the work done there.

Negative experience: My friend bought a 24 Road Glide towed in the Space Coast Harley Davidson because it broke down there was a problem with the voltage regulator. They fixed it great job. I mentioned to them that the clutch was snapping in my hand. I was informed that it could be a bad clutch cable. I made an appointment to have this replaced. I ordered a pair of handlebars and had them replaced so now they’re saying it was because I replaced the handlebars when two weeks previous to that was my appointment for the clutch cable. I was charged $167 for their diagnosis they refused to honor my warranty! They were supposed to set up an appointment to do a stage two on my bike, I will no longer spend any money with the dealership due to the way they treated me. I recommended three people that purchased motorcycles from them now I will ask all my friends not to spend any money in their store. If at all possible this will not stop here. I will contact corporate because it is just the principal. I’m sure my small amount of money that I spend every weekend there will never matter to them, just had to say this another disappointment at the dealership. #dishonest #badcustomerservice

Fantastic experience: When my 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C90T got hit in my parking lot I knew it was finally time to get my first Harley. I talked to Bobby Morales at Space Coast and my experience got more and more amazing as time moved forward. He really went out of his way to hook me up with my new best friend. A 2006 Electra Glide Ultra Classic the whole crew at space coast made my purchase an experience to remember!!! I’ll absolutely be buying my next bike there as well! Fantastic experience: I started the purchase of my first Harley Davidson with another dealership and had a terrible experience. I contacted Space Coast and was connected with Bobby Morales. He worked with me for a week to get the best deal on my Ultra Limited. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Bobby and the entire staff (Travis was instrumental in my financing). Although I live over 2 hours away, the drive and experience was worth it! I highly recommend Space Coast Harley Davidson to my family and friends!

Negative experience: Tried cancelling a warranty I stupidly purchased through the dealership. It has been over 4 months of them playing games and still no refund. From it should come direct from HD call them to HD saying it’s dealt with at the dealership and they will issue it. To oh we have all new finance and will look into it. Well needless to say I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. What a terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I don’t want to say any names because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I ended buying a Harley private sale and had no way of loading it. These guys were more than happy to help me. Gave me great service you would’ve thought I just bought a bike from them! They gained a customer today I will only service my bike though them. They are well worth the drive!

Negative experience: Purchased a slightly used bike with very low miles. The saddle bag was damaged and prior to purchasing the bike the salesman insisted that they would change the bag and deliver the bike to my home with 2 to 3 days. Once the bikw was paid for I was told they never promised to do anything on the bike. They charge you a $1500.00 “reconditioning” fee and they don’t even detail the bike. As far as delivery.. they won’t even return your calls or follow up on your concerns. A full week went by and they still couldn’t tell me when the bike would be delivered. Once they make a sale, it’s very evident that they don’t care about their customers. I’ve never experienced such a lack of integrity from any dealership in my entire life.

Negative experience: Fell short of everything that was promised to us once the bike was sold. Never followed up or returned any phone calls regarding delivery date. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My wife purchased a new Harley from Space Coast HD yesterday and the process was awesome! If you are after a Harley get down there and talk to Bobby, he really spent time with my wife to understand her and what she wanted and has a huge experience and knowledge of HDs to make sure he can help you get the right bike! Fantastic experience: I went in to see a used older bike but it was sold when I got there, the sales advisor Michael Phelps showed me another used Harley that I did not see on line and OMG there it was, the perfect color well kept and had all the options I wanted on my first Harley, it was my first Harley and Michael Phelps did an awesome job taking the time to show me everything on the bike and no sales pressure tactics, I’m very happy with my purchase and the treatment I was given at the dealership even though I went in just to look and not do a purchase and I told the sales team I wasn’t ready to buy but Michael Phelps still took the time to show me some beautiful Harley’s and I just couldn’t pass up the good deal they offered me. Negative experience: This is the worst Harley Davidson I have ever been to aside from the parts department staff, the rest of the staff is incredibly rude inconsiderate, and extremely unhelpful to their customers. I was signed up for the riding academy and had plans to buy a bike from this location, but the riding academy staff was also very unaccommodating and rude as well. I would rate this place lower if possible and will never take my business back to this location and possibly never to Harley again. You’re right it’s on me that I didn’t’t thoroughly read the instructions for the class. That being said I have been in there before to look at gear and the lady working the gear desk was rude so I decided not to buy anything. Also when your staff preaches that they are on a strict time crunch and everything is timed out perfectly, yet the class ends hours short every day, I’m sure they had plenty of time to give the rest of the students all the help they needed.

Negative experience: Worst experience so far, my bike was sitting for almost 2 months finally after they found out what was the the problem they fixed it and it was an expensive repair. One of the problems was the radio I have to go 3 times to pickup the bike every time I go the bike is still not fixed right and I'm still waiting today. Very bad experience, will never comeback again and customer service is horrible. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: Disconnect in communication from Service to Sales. Finance office communicates poorly and sales will attempt to get you in just to waste your time. If you’re looking to finance through the dealer with someone else other than Eaglemark, look at powersports dealers. Harley holds close to the chest with their terrible finance options.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my beginner MSF course to get my endorsement and I had a great experience. Coach Cece really helped me in my course and if it wasn't for her help it would've probably taken me more tries to pass the class and test. Even in the hard heat she made sure to take the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions. Coach Cece gave encouragement when I needed it and also great tips that helped me later on in the test. I would highly recommend going here to do your MSF course!

Negative experience: Living in Brevard County for the last 30 years, I’ve visited this dealership several times and never felt it was a good experience, unless you’re into high pressure sales. I didn’t realize how unprofessional this dealership was until a friend experienced it first hand. Luckily there’s a gem just north of this county in Ormond Beach! They were not only accommodating, but friendly and professional too. When I’m ready for my next bike, I’m heading north!!

Negative experience: I will never shop from Space Coast HD. They lack customer service and do not communicate well. The message left below by Harley Space Coast is false. I was able to obtain my endorsement by another dealership and was never rude to staff. Questionijg why I was sent an email congratulating me on passing course after I was told I did not pass rider test and being told by the contact in email that was sent to me that she would never have sent it if she had not received communication from the Riding Academy of my passing. After asking to speak to Donny, manager at Space Coast, he was dismissive of my concerns with the communication and I found it odd that as he got involved, the coach who had set up a reride course on my trike, purchased from another HD Dealer, could not do the course. The coach referred me to the dealership I purchased it from to take said course. Donny could not promise me a trike course until July sometime as he did not have coaches who were qualified through MSF. Way to go by trying to slander me Space Coast bringing up the Riding Academy. You took a defensive stance on my few words reviewed of what I consider to be horrible customer service, mistreatment of communication, and going back on a promise to follow through on your end.

Negative experience: I have now done the motorcycle basic safety class 3 times. You don’t get taught how to do any of the maneuvers, they just show you how it is done, and after that you have to figure it out yourself. I finally had to watch you tube videos on how to do the figure eight. They say it’s a two/ three day course, but alas it is really about 12 hours only. Here in Florida the temperature was over 90 degrees by 10am, and I was suffering from heat exhaustion. They say you can go at your own speed, well no you cannot, as there are up to 11 others doing it at the same time. If you’re like me, you don’t have a bike at home to practice on, so between each time you do the course, a month goes by, then you have to do the 5 hr online course and written test each time. Then it’s the same two days of trying to figure out how to make the tightest corner that is humanly impossible for a novice rider to make. The only thing going for this class is you can do it over and over and over until you pass, for $170.00, which is the cheapest in the area. Then when you do the test, it’s blistering hot and you’re tired as heck, AND because it’s a test they can’t tell you what is expected, and then suddenly they are timing your stops, why don’t you teach us that in the class, so we know what is expected in the test. Plus it’s a basic safety test, why do you have to be in a time limit. Most logical novices are going to practice before heading out on the road. But unlike some, you need to pass the test to get the endorsement to then buy a bike suitable for you. Plus, all the bikes are 400, maybe I should be practicing on a smaller bike for my height and weight. That might be an idea. After five hours of waiting in the hot sun for your turn to do the exercise, on a hot bike, getting on and off after each drill, to watch you do the next drill, only for us to then figure it out ourselves how to do it, is not fun. I understand it’s important to be safe on a bike, I agree that it is necessary to learn the basic skills, but you need to teach us how to actually do them. Not all of us learn the same way, and most of us are terrible test takers. So, I will have to carry on doing the course until you pass me. What’s sad about this is, I now know I will never ride a bike. But I paid my money, so I will just have to keep coming back, wasting a weekend to do the two days until I pass. Sucks for you, as you could be having a paid student in the class, sucks for me having to waste a perfectly good weekend trying to pass “because you feel I am not safe” to drive on the back roads until I get better. I’m the person that will only buy a bike when I pass. The teachers are okay. They are just following “the rules”, but seriously, for us to succeed teach us, help us, to get it right. Maybe, take us aside and work with us to get it right. Instead of saying, we will practice it again later, but then later, guess what, we still can figure it out. Here’s looking at doing it a 4th time. But will have to wait until it cools down, cause the Florida heat is bad.

Negative experience: Service department only rates 2 stars. This dealer ship is only interested in selling new bike and not servicing them. The parts department is even worse. They don't have a lot of stock. I went in for derby cover screws and was they won't have any for two months. Then the speed sensor broke and had to be ordered, which took over a week to get. If your looking for service, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have just purchased a new 2024 Road Glide form Space Cost HD. I was looking for a whiskey fire color with chrome, they made it happen, and they had the best price! Honest sales persons- Thank you Michale, and for all! Everyone in this dealership is realy nice , helpful and customer oriented. We had a quick walk thru the store got introduced to everyone in the departments. If you want to buy a harley, you need to come here first.

Diego was my sales guy, Jack was rhe numbers guy, start out by saying both are awesome people to work with. Diego is the most down to earth person you could meet, treated me with the up most respect, never tried up selling, very attentive to what I wanted, listens to the customer unlike others I have delt with " not here ".,speaks to you like a person. Right off felt like I have known him for years. Even after the sale he still takes the time to call and see how everything is going, this is not just a few days later either at least every other week I get a call from him to make sure everything is going good and if I ever need anything don't hesitate to call him. With that being said I sent my son to him the next day after I purchased a used bike and my son purchased a brand new Harley from him. He is the go to guy in my book. Now onto the next and that's the service department. Nick who is in service has also been involved, not going to lie and sugar coat things. Have had some problems with the used bike I purchased and has seen the service department a few times now., things happen with a used bike it's not brand new. On that note Nick has been the person I have only been dealing with and yes he is the go to guy for any service needed. He has been incredible and another awesome person to deal with. Nick has definitely helped me through the problems with the bike and has resolved those problems every time and has done the best he can with getting things fixed with in a timely manner considering how busy they are. He communicated with me every step of the way and made sure that I'm satisfied. He cares about the customers and there needs which goes a long way with me. Space Coast Harley keep these guys they are an incredible asset to your company and treat the customers the way they should be treated, with respect, understanding and commitment. With all that being said they have also made my 10yr old son feel like a part of everything including hitting the dong when I purchased my bike. I am so happy for him to see that there are still good people in this world that care. Thank you Diego, Jack and Nick to all you have done for myself and my son keep up the great job.

Both Instructors were able to pinpoint areas I was struggling, *kindly* yet firmly convey how I could improve these things, and celebrated WITH ME after overcoming a difficulty (I had quite a few!!) I highly recommend Space Coast Harley courses, for anything from beginner to advanced levels. 10/10! I will likely go back for the next level course, just during a cooler time of the year.

Negative experience: I tried to buy a Road Glide from this dealership twice. Ryan was nice enough the first time, but in the end, one of their sister dealerships, two hours further away from me gave me a deal that was thousands less. The second time, I spent weeks working out a deal with them, only to have the sales manager Donny, change the deal at the last minute, forcing me to go to another dealership. Don’t waste your time, better prices and friendlier staff are at other dealerships. You will find a dealership that doesn’t play the ‘used car’ bait and switch games like this one. Edit 5/10/24- I see their response to my review and nothing they said in their response is factual. Positive experience: I've been debating whether or not to write a review, and if so, what I would say. Obviously I am writing the review. Now what to say... I've been to Space Coast Harley-Davidson about a dozen times over the course of the last few years and only once has it been a pleasurable experience; largely in part due to the Clothing and Merchandise employees and that's why I give this place three stars overall. Every time I have ordered parts in the past, either the order was "lost" or never shipped and never arrived at the dealership. Will never go back for any reason. Enough said.

Fantastic experience: They do go the extra mile! Was having issues with my local dealership on financing being to much called Space Coast Harley-Davidson and talk to a very nice lady named Kim and told her the issue she laughed and said we can definitely beat that over all price! Got there and got hooked up with a salesman “Fit Specialist “ named Eric. Definitely the coolest salesperson ever! We went out and look at all the 2024 road glides. They had ever color in every trim. Eric and I did side by side comparisons with all the bikes until I decided on the perfect color. Had a blast that day they made the buying experience fun. Needless to say saved $8000 over hometown dealership and got the bike of my dreams! I will definitely buy all my bikes from here!

Fantastic experience: Great selection of bikes and motorclothes. We also stop there each year on our way to Bike Week in Daytona Beach. They usually have live music, food trucks and free beer.

Fantastic experience: 4/7/24 Update: Took bike in for upgrade installs and then a clutch adjustment. Bryan and Kevin in service dept were great to work with. Extremely knowledgable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with SCHD for everything HD. Thanks guys!! Got my ‘24 Road Glide delivered this weekend and love it. Beautiful bike. Damian, Tony, Menji, and Curtis were great with initial delivery and then figuring out how to load the new nav software. Looking forward to upgrades and working with SCHD. Fourth bike from this dealership. Great dealership in all aspects of sale, delivery, parts, and service.

Fantastic experience: This past weekend 3/23/2024 I went to SpaceCoast Harley Davidson to test drive some motorcycles. The bike that I liked is a softail Erik one of the salesman was kind enough to take me out for a test ride. Loved it and decide to go further and discuss an offer with him. He went to talk to Tony who made me an offer I couldn’t say no to so I bought a FXST 2023. After the sale I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to so many wonderful people that I felt like I was becoming part of a new family. Thank you everyone at Space Coast Harley Davidson you all are the best of the best and I will tell everyone to come see you to buy a motorcycle. Christy Severino♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: Nice shop lots of selection to choose from...

Negative experience: Awful work. Awful warranty service from Harley its self. And they take multiple times to find issues but when it’s the 4th time they magically find the issue every time for lemon laws. Also they forget to put parts and screws back on and cause damage to your bike. You call them out on it and they say they did nothing.

Fantastic experience: We bought our first Harley here, it made sense to purchase the new one here. Besides, all our friends told us that they had the better deals, and they DID! TY SPACE COAST HD!!

Fantastic experience: Top notch dealership. Went in for parts and Rick was very friendly and helpful. While I was waiting for him to pull my parts, I browsed the showroom. Spoke with Menji, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy salesman and offered to find what I would want, if I was in the market to trade up my 06 Electra Glide. Definitely would buy my next bike from them.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the riding academy and Jim and Lauren were the best instructors I could have had. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else to learn how to ride as a brand new rider. They are very patient and in depth about safety which was very important to me. Would recommend Harley’s program to anyone who wants to learn to ride.

Fantastic experience: Recently purchased a 2024 street glide and it was the best experience ever. After having a negative experience at another dealership, my husband and I drove 2.5 hours to Space Coast HD. From the first contact with Freddie, Jack and the team congratulating us, and delivery from Doug, the experience was outstanding!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Negative experience: Total scam artist and thieves. Stay far away from this place and their poor business practices When you call them with a question and they hang up on you, that’s when you take your business elsewhere. I will be spreading the word via internet and in person as to how bad they operate

Fantastic experience: What a great experience!!! I would never believe that I am giving 5 stars to a Harley dealership! If I could give 6 stars… I would. Freddie was my salesman and I liked the low pressure and he provided me with options. I decided on a pre-owned because it had everything that I wanted. The entire staff at Space Coast Harley was polite and helpful. I didn’t just buy a bike, I am part of the family now! Thank you for the great experience! I highly recommend giving them a try with your next bike purchase.

Negative experience: I am a man who has documented long distance motorcycle rides from New Jersey to Alaska, from the US to Panama, and through most of South America down to Argentina. In November, while attending an event at the Space Coast Harley Davidson Dealership in Palm Bay, Florida which is 3 hours from my home, I traded in my motorcycle and purchased a Harley. The salesman and financial department personnel knew of my riding history and obviously, how far away I lived, yet, they misrepresented their Priority Maintenance Agreement as a service plan that could be used anywhere there was a Harley Davidson Dealership. I was only informed that the plan only applied to the Space Coast Dealership after paying for the servicing of the motorcycle at another dealership a few weeks later. I complained and the General Sales manager understood and agreed to refund my money and see what could be done about rolling the plan into a nationwide plan. Two weeks later, I was informed that the General Manager overruled the Sales manager's decision. To add insult to injury, they sent a check to pay off my old motorcycle loan and the check was returned for insufficient funds which put my old account into 34 days past due status and affected my credit rating. I am still filing complaints.

Fantastic experience: Attended the riding academy a few weeks ago to get my Motorcycle Endorsement, and can’t recommend it enough. Josh and Deion were excellent teachers and promoted safety as their #1 priority, and worked closely with us as students to make sure we developed the proper riding skills. If you want to get your endorsement, get it done here. Thanks again to Josh and Deion for a great class!

Fantastic experience: Just arrived to the area from NY. Called today in much need of tires for 2017 RoadGlide. Nic fit us in today- and finished it in just a few hours!!! Even washed the bike!! Great service shop, friendly and great shopping experience in the showroom!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Negative experience: Every single time I call this place to schedule a service appointment, the phone rings forever and then cuts to a voice message. I call back a few times over the next hour, same thing. I leave a voice message, and get nothing back for the rest of the day. This has happened now three times and I’m happy to say I’m taking my bike to Miracle City since they answered when I called the first time. Today I tried (again) to call and schedule an appointment and the same thing happened. Endless ringing and then a voice mailbox. It’s maddening that I cannot get ahold of anyone at this place when I need to. If you’re that busy and business is booming, hire someone to answer the phones in service. I feel like nobody checks the voicemails until the next day or EOD. Ridiculous. I live down the street and I have to schlep my bike with.a flat tire to Titusville because I can’t get ahold of anyone.
