Old Glory Harley-Davidson: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Was at the event on the 14th. Extremly friendly staff and event coordinater. Would highly recommend signing up as a vendor. They did breakfast with santa!
Fantastic experience: Everything here is amazing and the events are stellar! Thank you Brittany and Old Glory Harley Davidson!
Fantastic experience: My Mister purchased me my 1st Harley for my birthday, I had no idea. When I walked in the store it was the hello and handshakes as if they were waiting just for me and to my surprise there she was pretty as a picture, dressed with a bow and sold sign. The staff I cannot say enough about, each person I encounter was polite, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely excited for me as I moved about the store. The experience was amazing! My Mister shared, Carter was an exceptional sales rep. Carter gave knowledgeable insight and walked him through all the bikes in the store before he selected mine. We couldn't have chosen a better place and we will return. You want a Harley with great customer service, ride/ drive on over to Old Glory... what a team!
Negative experience: I bought a new motorcycle from this location recently. They have an extremely strong selling game, wickedly efficient and polished, it is top notch. The after sale customer service is woefully lacking, the service department is through the roof expensive (and not super knowledgeable when it came to my model) and if you need warranty assistance just forget it.
Negative experience: ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT BUY FROM OLD GLORY HARLEY ‼️‼️‼️I purchased my first Harley brand new from this location six months ago. The bike has been back-and-forth in the shop for a total of a month and counting. They will not get me out of the bike when these are all manufacturer flaws. All they want you to do is for you to reapply to trade in a bike, And purchase a new bike They do not care about you the consumer Nor do they give a rats ass about the problematic bike they sold you. I asked about some sort of compensation in regards to this motorcycle and I have been shelved time and time again. The last answer I was given about speaking with a manager to receive some type of compensation I was told they SHOULD contact me after the holidays. I have been waiting for a phone call from some sort of manager for at least a month now, before i received my last answer about speaking with a manager about compensation. To give you a quick story, I bought my bike six months ago, but before I purchased that motorcycle, it is not the one that I was looking at specifically. In the middle of the deal for the bike that I was originally looking at was sold from underneath me, and my salesman had no idea until I told him that it had been sold to somebody else. I was then suede into another motorcycle that I wasn’t necessarily looking at because it was out of my price range nor was it the color I wanted at all. After I said, I did not want that color. They then told me that they would have to have me reapply for the color of the motorcycle that I was looking at because of a price difference. Which I was unaware of simply because they do not put prices on any of their motorcycles here unless they are used or have a sale on that specific model. So I just went ahead and decided to keep the motorcycle that they got me approved for considering I had been there for almost 7 hours. After I finally leave the dealership, I was then flagged down by another rider Informing me that I had no running lights nor license plate light. I brought it back up here the next day after purchasing the motorcycle and sat there for 3 1/2 hours while they fixed it. Fast forward to three months later the same exact issue occurred, another half of a day was lost, THEN two months later the bike is now OVER HEATING, It sat in their mechanics Bay for 2 1/2 weeks after I picked it up a week later after they supposedly fixed the problem, It then YOU GUESSED IT, it overheated once again now the bike has been there for a week and counting… I feel that everybody that would like to purchase a Harley and experience the Harley Davidson experience. It should not be through this dealership. The only experience that they have given me was a real life nightmare. There are plenty of other Dependable, and loyal dealerships you may just have to drive a little bit further, just don’t drive nor ride to this one, drive or ride PAST it! This dealership is here for themselves and to line their own pockets, that is it. I have never been so helpless in regards to a vehicle ever in my entire life until after i made a huge $34,000 mistake. I guess my only option from here will be to look into lemon law, or any other legal action at this point. Thank you for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: Carter was an amazing salesman, he helped my dad pick out his dream bike. My dad had a great experience with this dealership, he was even excited when they played his song when he got his bike! I recommend this place if you’re looking a bike!!
Fantastic experience: Overall a great experience from start to finish, deep down wanted a bagger but didn’t think it was an option as I was looking at the new Sportster S, after strong negotiations got what I wanted (Street Glide) for what I wanted and realized I had made the right choice in getting it…drives as good as it looks…thank you staff as Old Glory for making me feel like family can’t wait for long rides and events.
Fantastic experience: Went in today to get gear for my classes coming up and Sam was a huge help. The process went really smooth and he helped me get everything I need to be ready. He even considered my hair type which I didn't even think about when going in for my purchase today!
Negative experience: I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with them. Ripped me off. Purchased from here a day later the same bike is 2.1 interest when they hit me with an insanely high one. No one cares to contact you back and assist with anything. If they do return your call they have no idea what’s going on. The store manager is a jerk and doesn’t resolve issues. One of the bike riding class instructors “Lenny” runs bike school like military boot camp cussing at class members. And makes racist comments and statements. Will never do business with again or recommend it with them.
Fantastic experience: Went to Old Glory on Thursday Oct. 24th to browse as I wanted to return to riding, I had been off motorcycles for about 14 years, and was never a Harley rider. Carter led me through all the details about the ‘24 Street Glides, a coworker suggested I look at that model, and I loved the look & feel but the only one that really caught my eye was a CVO (which I thought was out of my price range). He suggested we take a walk to their storage building as he thought he had one there in a color I kind of liked but blacked out. As soon as we walked in the storage area my eyes instantly hit this ‘23 Street Glide ST Fast Johnnie, he told me the details of it, and I said “I NEED to know how much!” I wasn’t ready to buy just yet but the finance team got it to a price I felt comfortable with, with less down than I was planning to put down, so I said “let’s make it happen so we can all go home” (it was about 6:15 p.m.) After all the add-ons I purchased the price was back OVER what they originally wanted but it’s the bike I had to have. I left the bike with them that night when we got done about 8:30 p.m. to have their service department go over it, it hadn’t even been “pdi’d” yet, and apparently a few of the other salesmen thought they had customers interested in it. Carter wasn’t even bringing me to the building for this bike but I was almost in tears shaking his hand & thanking him when I realized it was going to be mine. I stopped in on Saturday October 26th mainly to visit during their Hogoween event but decided since it was ready to I needed it under my rear-end! My first Harley-Davidson and hopefully I’ll ride with the brotherhood many years. If you’re looking for any model Harley-Davidson stop in to Old Glory and hopefully you get Carter as your salesmen.
Fantastic experience: The Riding Academy course was fantastic! I learned so much and the instructors, Calvin and Bruce were very knowledgeable and downright awesome!!!
Fantastic experience: I bought my first Harley last night. Josh, Kyle, Kim, and Katrina made sure I got the bike I was looking for.
Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend this Harley!! Everyone is amazing! From the event director, Brittney, to Emily in Motor clothes. Everyone is like family and I highly recommend attending one of their fun events!! Also the General manager, Charlie, is amazing! Very helpful and willing to go out of his way to help you as well he can! I can not say enough kind things about this staff!!
Negative experience: I purchased a Road Glide when your dealership in 2019 under the previous owner. Recently I wanted to purchase another bike. I inquired on a Monday about a used Road King and was contacted by one of you sales people who asked for the stock number and set me up an appointment for that Sunday. I asked to speak with someone from finance and was assured someone would contact me. Well literally every day I was contacted by a different sales person who I had to re-explain the bike I was looking at at that I had an appointment for Sunday. I would express that I wanted to speak with someone from finance still and was assured someone would call me... but no one ever did. Sunday morning came and I recruited my neighbor to ride up with me to buy this Road King. I drove 3+ hours in Bike Week traffic to Old Glory only to get a call 20 minutes away from the dealership by the Finance Manager. After speaking with him he informed me that they didn't even have the bike at their dealership. The bike I had been telling everyone I wanted was apparently at Starts and Strips (Sister dealership) in PA. I expressed I was furious but would come to the dealership since I was nearly there anyway. I arrived and insisted on speaking with the finance manager. I spoke with him and he stated they ran my credit and it was top tier so all he needed was a final price from sales and he would work the financing as best he could. A sales guy walked me and my buddy around for nearly 2+ hours. Not a single bike had a price tag on it. I found 4-5 bikes all that I stated could work but every time I asked what they wanted for a bike he had no idea. After walking around picking out those 4-5 bikes which I had no idea how much they were they sit me down and again have me fill out a credit app. I explained I was already approved and they stated it was for the best financing possible. I found out later they ran my credit for the Harley Credit Card and attempted to get me to put the down payment on the card ensuring me that I could transfer the balance every year back onto a new HD card for 0% interest. I never asked for the Credit Card or approved them applying for it. Then the Sales guy comes over. I am40+ years old, make good money and have top tier credit. I explained I don't do sales pitch nonsense and just wanted to know what they wanted for the bike out the door and I would figure financing or payment out. He talked to me like I had never made a purchase before. Like I was a 18 year old kid with 200 bucks in the bank a 200 credit score and no sense. I asked him numerous times what bike he was trying to work the deal on and how much the bike was. Every time I asked these questions he replied with asking me how much I wanted to put down or what monthly payment I wanted. I told him several times I only needed to know what bike he was trying to work the deal on and how much it was... I literally never got an answer. I grew increasingly frustrated and I finally said enough offered to shake his hand and told him I was leaving. He followed me through the dealership asking me what they did wrong. I replied by saying they set me up for an appointment, had me drive over 3 hours for a bike they didn't even have. I left the dealership, walked across the lot to my truck with this fool following behind me hassling me the whole way. I get to my truck and am getting in and he's still yapping at me. He kept saying you want that bike for 15K? And I finally lost it telling him he never even told me what bike he was talking about. I told him off and got in my truck and left.
Fantastic experience: I recently purchased my first modern Harley from Old Glory in Laurel, MD, and it was quite a journey! Initially, I wasn’t sure about the vibe when I walked in, but everything changed once I met Carter. He goes above and beyond for his customers and is incredibly easy to talk to. Carter worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect Streetbob that matched my requirements—color, price, and monthly budget. I had also taken the MSF riding course through them a few months ago, which was a fantastic experience as well. Overall, I’m thrilled with my bike and the exceptional support I received. Thanks, Carter and Old Glory! Highly recommend!
Negative experience: Staff is pushy and rude. This would of been our 5th harley and have bought all over the US. Cant just walk in and look around, have to sign in and get assigend sales.person. No price tags on the bike if you ask they won't tell you unless you sit down to try make deal. We will definitely be going elsewhere. We tried going in 2 times in a 2 yr period thinking maybe the 1st was a fluke
Fantastic experience: Stopped by Old Glory today looking around at all the new clothes had some help from Emily Arnold getting some really cool new clothes.
Fantastic experience: Was in the area from 3 hours away, and I will say Emily Arnold the motor clothes manager went above and beyond helping me get a new jacket she was able to give me all the information on all the different jackets and helped my get the perfect one for me. Will definitely return whenever I need anything else. Awesome work Emily keep up the good work
Negative experience: Walked in to look at new and used Harley's. Was in there for close to 15 minutes, wasn't busy. No body approached me even though I walked past sales agents and parts. So I just left.
Negative experience: Horrible dealership do not waste money here. And definitely don’t buy any clothes or accessories here. If you have a problem and try to talk to the motorclothes “manger” Emily Arnold she will be very rude and short with you like she doesn’t have the time to do her job. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting behavior for a manger at what they claim to be one of the best Harley dealerships.
Fantastic experience: Old Glory Harley Davidson has the best all around service and staff! Every dept. will go above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. They are patient and professional and above all else, they will do whatever it takes to make the customer/s happy. My wife purchased a new M/C on a Saturday towards the end of business hours. Each and every dept.head stayed well past closing time to make my wife exceptionally happy. We were 3 hours past closing when we left. We want to say a Special Thank You to; Carter, JD, Katrina, Dan, and Sparky for taking time away from their families and their time off on a Saturday night to accommodate us and provide The Best M/C purchasing time we've ever encountered. I know a simple thank you wasn't enough for all the people involved. We highly recommend you visit Old Glory Harley Davidson, you will not be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: So I had been looking at used bikes online at several dealers. I found a bike that i was very interested in and contacted the store. After driving over 2 hours to get there the bike was not what I hoped it be. I was greeted by Carter (by the way he's awesome) explained to him about the bike i drove there to purchase but I wasn't going to trade my near perfect bike in on that bike. I was ready to load my trade back up and go home when Carter said what if i can get you on something newer and still be in your budget. Now i really skeptical but hey I'll give him a chance. let me tell you, Carter and the staff all went above and beyond to get this deal done. 6 hours later the deal if finished and I'm driving home with a brand new 2023 ultra limited. Yes i actually took 6 hours but I'm telling they pulled out all the stops to make this deal happen. I will definitely go back here when it's time to buy another bike and will most definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a Harley to go see Carter at Old Glory. Thanks again for all your help.
Negative experience: I am very displeased with there team! I had a good experience purchasing the bike 11 months ago, however the way the handle fixing your bike absolutely not satisfied! I have no complaints whatsoever towards their staff in service but do towards the mechanics. They fixed the bike but you would think that a brand new bike would come out of the shop looking the same or better!! Nope I had scratch’s on the gas tank, the gloss from the engine guard was stripped and there was still oil on the bike after they fixed it! I spoke with the dealer before leaving and they told me it’s Harley’s problem! I called Harley and they said it’s the dealership problem! Now my bike has been in the shop 2 more times for other issues and I will say that this is my first Harley and my last!!
Fantastic experience: They are incredibly helpful and patient mr.carter is super nice and helped get my first motorcycle I really appreciate it thank you guys
Negative experience: Corporate dealership. Takes over an hour to get a price quote. Charging customers setup fees and other add on expenses. Harley's official website clearly states dealers are reimbursed for setup, etc. Low balling on trade values, yet not depreciating their year and two year old bikes. Honestly, an awful experience. Since they own quite a few dealerships, the same experience across all of their dealerships. They play with numbers thinking customers are idiots. X price if you trade a bike and Y price if no trade. Doc fees now $800 in MD, $1,000 in VA--fees not required by law. Lobbyists for dealers have sway on the politicians. Over the years these doc fees have gone from $99 to 800+. Go to Cycle Trader and search out a low mileage used Harley and not only save $$, avoid the aggravation of dealing with corporate dealership s.
Fantastic experience: If you're in the market for a Harley, go to Old Glory Harley Davidson. Had such a great experience there. Every single person there was so friendly and professional. Ink was welcoming and really listened to me. I pulled the trigger and checked a big one off my bucket list. Left with the bike of my dreams!! Great inventory, great people! You know you want one... DOOOOO IT!
Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment to check out a bike, they confirmed they had it and told me the price range for it. Showed up, no bike. These guys waste your time making you take a tour and aimlessly walking from one building to another while they talk about ALL of their products. The girl giving the tour was nice and friendly. However, the salesperson tries selling me a similar bike for significantly more - NO THANKS!
Positive experience: I went to Harley yesterday to buy a new to me bike. Tony the finance guy was cool, and everyone else I met in service and parts. The sales manager Jp didn’t listen to anything I said, misconstrued what was actually said and made up his bits as we went along. I heard multiple lies about the bike “it came from someone trading it in on a new model”, “I think it came from Florida”, “bike went through our extensive inspection”, found a bulb out (no biggie), key fob battery low and a rusted oil filter “the 10k service was done on it when we bought it” lies told to the insurance company they provided. I already purchased a liability plan as I was paying the bike off in full. I should have went to battlefield and I knew better. I’ve heard bad stories from a few people about old glory. I will never buy a bike from them again because of one person that barely had a part in the deal. Buyer beware, if you buy a bike there they think out the door is what you put down plus the otd price. I’m giving a 3 star only because everyone else was 6 star people. Edit 10-15 The lies continued well after the sale. I wanted to buy the bike outright, they talked me into financing it, “payment due in 45 days”. The payment was due 30 days after purchase, no big deal, but yet another lie. I get the bike home, order a 3 hole oil change and filter. There is no way the oil had been changed as stated, because the all of the oil was blue, Harley doesn’t use a blue oil. And I’m sure none of the other maintenance was completed either. I’m glad I didn’t run another 5k miles on already potentially tired oil. Still waiting on tags to come in, I called the Mva 10days ago and my tags were processed. Edit 10/23 spoke with Rich. He was helpful, called back as he said he would. My tags are available for pick up . I did have to call to get more information and feel they should have reached out. Hopefully they mail them to me before Friday next week when I leave for a 2 week 5k mile ride so I don’t have to run on dead tags.
Negative experience: I understand that you’re trying to push for sales but calling me everyday and sometimes leaving multiple voice messages in a single day is teetering toward harassment. I’ve never had any other business do this. My call log looks insane.
Fantastic experience: Ingrid was knowledgeable and helpful in trying to meet our riding needs. Not just trying to sell a motorcycle. No pressure and just let the bike sel itself based on what we were looking for.
Negative experience: Dont take the MSF here. Out of a class of 9, only 3 passed. Those 3 were already riding and just going through motions for endorsement. The clutch on my bike had massive deadzones making it very difficult to use the friction zone. I redid the class on Suzukis in VA and got a perfect score. Instantly felt the difference with the clutch on the Suzukis and was very easy to control their bike. I had the Italian Harley guy as the main instructor. Both instructors seemed angry to be there and annoyed that the class wasn't "getting it". Completely different vibe in VA. Better equipment, better instructors. Everyone having a good time. Taking it here was a waste of my time and money.
Negative experience: Through my years of purchasing or servicing my cars and bikes I have never felt so disrespected at a dealership like I just experienced. From the moment I walked NO ONE and I mean NO ONE walked up and tried to assist. I stood there for 15 min in the middle of the showroom and still assistance. I took it upon my self to introduce myself and get started. The only reason why I was at this dealership was for a rider to rider transaction (referred by Harley Davidson). The lack of communication, professionalism and respect of my time and my friend’s time was something I’ve never experienced EVER. Whatever they needed, I provided on time. But due to their lack of communication I drove down to that store 4-5 times an hour and half each way because of their incompetence. One of the manager told me on the phone that the rider to rider program is not something that they like to do, even tho it’s from Harley, and they are doing me a “favor”. When I tell you I was so ANGRY but held it together and never made a scene. Through the whole process NO MANAGER OR GENERAL MANAGER did ANYTHING to fix the issue. If I wasn’t on top of it all. It would still be dragging. I buy motorcycles every 2-3 years but would NEVER BUY from this dealership. I would drive hours to get better service and feel welcome than to ever go through that experience. I feel bad that I didn’t even want to hear a salesperson pitch on selling me a new bike while I was waiting because he was very knowledgeable. But the way I was disrespected there’s no way I’d buy my future 2025 road glide from them.
Negative experience: Their "Dealer Sugested Retail Price" is 30% above bluebook/MSRP. However, I've been very happy with both their Parts and Service departments. If you plan on buying a bike here, bring your own condom and lube, and you might want to stretch before walking in.
Negative experience: I honestly would give negative stars if I could I’m absolutely disgusted with the business. I found a 2024 Road King Special I wanted. Went down did the paperwork, everyone was great at time of paperwork. Was told the bike was in a shipping container and will be ready to go in a few days while waiting for my other money to clear for down payment. But after…well it got bad. Had to have my co-signer come down day of pickup. Mind you they called me everyday for 3 days checking to make sure I was coming and picking the bike up, which I then rented a trailer and borrowed a truck for pickup. Had an appointment for 2:45pm and waited over a hour to do paperwork, threatened to walk out and then got seen. After doing paperwork and ringing the bell and waiting for the bike I was then told the bike isn’t even there it’s in New York and they will ship it to me free of charge. I was absolutely disgusted. Mind you was told it was there the whole time and being prepped and ready when it even wasn’t there. They just wanted to suck me in and get a sale. They gave me a $300 gift card for the inconvenience which is fine. The bike got delivered as the time they said and after the driver left upon looking at the bike more I found a scratch. I called immediately and talked to someone, they said I could bring the bike down and I refused because it’s over a 2 hour drive for me and I would have to rent a trailer yet again. They didn’t seem to care and said they could pick it up again but don’t know when I would get it back. I refused and will have someone local fix it. I’m so disgusted with the service I received and will never recommend anyone to purchase a bike here. Oh and you will deal with like 8 different people meanwhile all this is going on my salesman is no where to be found. This is my first brand new purchase and it was such a cluster of a experience for me.
Brady, sorry your experience was not a good one. We do appreciate your feed back and we will have to work on some things.
Fantastic experience: Had a great time getting my first Harley and everyone made sure I felt welcome helping me out with the purchase process when I bought my 2023 heritage
Great pics of your new ride and congrats.
Fantastic experience: Parts manager Sparky was very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend doing business with him.
Thank you Angelo. Nice review for Sparky.
Positive experience: I love Old Glory. Ever since I bought my first Harley after 20 years with Kawasaki, I've been loyal to Old Glory. I run a Facebook group with over 7,000 riders, and whenever people want to purchase, service, or just show up for events, I always promote Old Glory. But something has changed; it doesn't have the same feel, and I'm not just some old crusty rider either. I'll give you some points. One Saturday, I showed up an hour before opening and just chilled. I didn’t stand at the door; I just waited until they opened. It was only me there. A lady from service came out, rudely approached me, and said, "We aren't open yet; you have to wait until we are open." Umm... okay. About 10 minutes later, a short white man comes in yelling and screaming about something. I said, "Hey man, they will be about in about 45 minutes." But they let the man into the store and even opened the register early for him. I still waited until they opened. Then I asked the lady, "Why did you even approach me, and then turn around and let that man into the store before you were open?" Hell, if I thought it was going to get me seen sooner, I could have yelled and screamed too. The service Manager did call me and apologize, but again that's just how much its changed. Just about a week ago. I went to get some parts and had a question. The parts guy, very chill by the way, said, "Hey, see that guy right there? He will help you." So, I approached the guy and said, "Excuse me, Parts told me to..." The guy cut me short: "Can't you see I'm on the way out?" Then proceed to GLEEFULLY help another guy moments later who was stent to him by parts. They aren't "proffessional" any more. A lot them look like they just hate to be there. I was waiting on service, music was turned way down, I came to get a new key fob. A service tech asked me what I thought of the song playing..........the parts lady comes over "you need to turn that down." We both looked at each other. ...dropped my bike off and was told that I could get text updates. I'm currently on vacation to Japan. Of course I text. text again. Finally I have to call (.30 - .50 a min), and I flat out asked. "Is the text feature a real thing.".....I have to call just for them to tell me that haven't seen the bike yet. come on man. Lastly, after I drooped my bike I go to the floor. Maybe its time to upgrade from my 14' (bought new) Ultra Classic, to a new Ultra Unlimited. I'm at 60k miles, and it seems to be in the shop each year. They had a Hawaiian event. I look for a salesmen and I start asking a few qustions...my guy was just not feeling me. Maybe it just me, but Old Glory ain't the same. They were always chill AND professional. I just might be time for me to find a new Church home.
Jackie, we really appreciate your feed back. Definitely cause for concern. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience was not a good one and not what we want to have happen at Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: While on 48 state ride new ultra classica muffler came loose pulled into old glory service jumped right on it thanks to Boyd and Scott excellent serve
That's great to hear service took care of you.
Fantastic experience: Shoutout to Dj and Ben with their help and hospitality they helped me and my pops pick out bikes that fit us perfect. The whole crew did a great job
Excellent to hear, thank you.
Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time there. I was helped by Jose Figueroa and he showed me at least 4 motorcycles just based off a vague description of what I was looking for in a motorcycle and also showed me other just in case. The ladies and gentlemen at this dealership are some of the best
LaMarcus, thank you for the great review. Jose will be happy for your positive words.
Fantastic experience: I had a excellent experience with old glory Harley Davidson process was easy and staff is very knowledgeable especially my sales guy 2tones was amazing through out the whole process and would definitely go see him he will take care of you. Thanks for the 2023 low rider st
That's great to hear and congrats on your new bike.
Negative experience: One of the worst experiences buying anything I ever bought. First they Rush me through the whole financial part messing everything up. I got the bike on the 2nd of July and nothing got done until the 25th. They didn't transfer my tag like they said and I got flagged by the MVA something I had to take care of on my own. They said it wasn't their fault the lady that did my paperwork was on dugs she doesn't work there anymore. Will never do business with them again worst place ever. There is more as well but I've already wasted enough time on this dealership buy at your own risk!!
Sorry to hear your experience did not go as smooth as we would have hoped.
Fantastic experience: My once a year shop for my Harley Man. They are always stoked with His size. Love this place. Everyone is so friendly.
Thank you for the review Michelle.
Fantastic experience: This place was awesome helping buy my first Harley. Ink was the best! She helped me talk through what I was looking for and what type of riding I wanted to do, and I gotta say the bike is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, Ink!
Great to hear and thank you for leaving Ink the Five Stars.
Negative experience: Went to go look for a used bike they had listed for sale only to be told those bikes are not for sale and are only used to get people to come in. I don’t mind them trying to up sale me on a Harley but don’t blatantly lie to your customers. Makes me wonder what other sketchy policies they have in place.
Sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feed back.
Fantastic experience: Stopped for the first time on July 12 to update my attire for the summer. Was met by a wonderful young lady, Samantha, who spent time showing me the great clothes. She made it a very pleasant customer service experience. Her constant smile made me feel comfortable and I will definitely be back! Donna Lambert
As a new member to our Old Glory team, Sam is doing a great job.
Fantastic experience: I had a very welcoming experience here! A nice lady at the counter named Samantha L. led me to some shirts in my size. Very accommodating.
Sam will be happy to hear the review. Thank you for taking the time to leave her Five Stars.
Fantastic experience: I took my BRC with Calvin and Phil as my instructors, Calvin is a tough love kinda guy, which works well with Phil, who is more chill. Both are engaging and fantastic coaches, and are quick to tell you what to improve on. They definitely want you to pass. But, they are still firm on teaching you proper technique. Phil gave me some well-needed encouragement when I struggled with slow turns, and it helped give me the confidence to pass the skills portion of the test.
Great to hear your Riding instruction was a good experience.
Fantastic experience: "I worked with Ben to purchase my new Harley. He had been working with my wife and son prior to meeting with me as this motorcycle was a birthday gift. He was very informative and honest with pros and cons of what motorcycles would meet my needs. After making my decision, I worked with his team members to make my purchase. They were all knowledgeable and friendly. The process was easy. I would definitely return to work with Ben for any future purchases and have already referred people to him!"
Happy Birthday to you and what a great gift to have. Enjoy your new ride.
Negative experience: I brought my motorcycle to get fixed here as it was laying on its side when it was shipped in my HHG (I am active duty Army). I brought it for a damage estimate as the shipping company was responsible for the charges. It took them 3 months to get me a damage estimate, and another 3 months to fix the rear left light that was crushed (only damage on motorcycle). When I got home, they somehow swapped the two back blinkers, so left blinked right and right blinked left. I was able to fix that myself - even though I don’t know how a reputable service department can make that mistake. Come to find out recently they forgot to return the wire to the left blinkers that was fixed, into the wire housing, so the wire was rubbing against the tire and that’s why that same light wasn’t working. Tried to contact them multiple times recently to see if they could repair the issue, but it was impossible to get in touch with them. Ended up taking it another 20 minutes out of the way to the HD in Fort Washington. They did a great job. Returned to Old Glory today if they could cover the $139 labor fee was charged at Fort Washington to fix the wiring issue. Spoke with the manager and he claims he likes helping out military, but couldn’t help me at all. Shame on me for not being a mechanic and shame on me for not taking pictures of the wire, but safe to say unless they can help me make this right, I’ll be heading to the Fort Washington HD from now on.
Doug, sorry to hear your service experience did not meet what was required. We will take note of this and work to be better.
Fantastic experience: Great people at this dealership, Old Glory HD. They went over the top to help me purchase my Ultra Limited. Thanks ,
Thank you for the pic and the Five stars.
Fantastic experience: Awesome sales experience. Ask for brendan he is a great sales guy. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Allison was incredibly helpful in finance. Very friendly staff.
Welcome to the OGHD family Madison. Sounds like B and Allison made your experience a very smooth one.
Fantastic experience: Brendan “B” the sales guy was phenomenal. Saved a sale for sure! Allison the finance manager was absolutely wonderful to work with made the process so much more friendly and easy
That's great to hear Lynsey, thank you for the five stars.
Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with DJ and Alyson from OGHD. Dj answered all my questions and showed me several models. I rode away with a nice road glide. Thanks DJ and Alyson. I would recommend DJ for anyone looking for a new motorcycle.
Congrats on your new ride. Enjoy hitting the road.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Carter and the team at old glory to make this happen!
Great to hear, thank you.
Fantastic experience: Great experience at Old Glory today. I took home a new 2023 Street Glide, thanks to Josh, J.D., Ryan, and Tony. Can’t forget Jason and Dennis in the parts department, either. The team went above and beyond to get me on the ride I want. Thanks again, guys; I very much appreciate it.
Congrats on you new ride. Sounds like you were taken care of at Old Glory. See you soon.
Fantastic experience: Purchased a beautiful brand new Nightster Special. This was my first motorcycle purchase and from the time I walked in to the time I left it was an awesome experience. They made sure I felt welcome even though I got there close to closing time. Jose is a great salesman that was with me every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about not only the Harley-Davidson brand but motorcycles in general. You can tell he actually cares that you leave feeling happy, comfortable, and educated about your purchase, and is not just trying to sell you out the door. I appreciate that the team keeps in contact with you afterwards and does their best to make you feel like part of the Harley-Davidson community. 10/10 I recommend Old Glory and you’re definitely in good hands if you land Jose as your salesman.
That's terrific to hear. Welcome to the Old Glory family and enjoy your new ride.
Fantastic experience: Carter was amazing! Very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! Jason made sure my upgrades went smooth over in service. I installed cams, headers, slip ons, rockford top shelf stereo system and couldn’t be happier. Great experience!
Excellent to hear Kyle. Great upgrades to your bike.
Fantastic experience: It was an interesting experience at this dealer but in a good way!! I never thought I'd ever own a Harley in my life. But i finally decided to say screw it an come on in. I'm immediately greeted by my salesman "Brendan." He showed my around floor and the motorcycles outside and did a outstanding job educating me on each Harley and also finding the one that suited my riding lifestyle. I was able to test ride 3 motorcycles to narrow down my choices, and I decided to go with the Nightster RH975. Afterwards, Brendan introduced me to the rest of the team who greeted me with open arms. From there we were able to get a deal done that i was comfortable with. The process was surprisingly very quick and I walked on out to my new motorcycle!! I would highly recommend this place, and if you do plan on stopping in, Brendan will be a great help! What a culture!
Jim, congratulations on your new Nightster. Hope to see you roll up for our events.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kim, bri and Emily awesome
Thank you for the Five Stars.
Fantastic experience: Great experience at old glory all the way to getting my bike delivered Nick was professional and punctual answered all my questions even gave me a few great riding tips.
Great to hear Nick. Thank you.
Negative experience: Carrot was AMAZING the rest was horrible i got a 21 iron 883 bike was dead when i went to pick it up now the bike won’t start i have to jump it everyday it’s my daily rider i call was told raffle was going to call me never happened carrot called he pushed things along didn’t know this was happening now im being told they are two busy to see the bike for 2-3 weeks and will take a few days to look at a battery the inspection on the bike was up i have warranty so how is it this was never seen before i purchased it at this point I’ve lost all confidence in this dealer and the way it does Business i still have yet to have a call back to say when it can be seen I’ve just been told a few weeks and i still haven’t got my payment information fast to sell the bike slow to take care of any other problems
Allen, I'm glad to hear Carrot did a great job. I am sorry for the not so great experience that followed.
Fantastic experience: Bri is awesome! She made my experience super flavorful before taking off for my cross country road trip! Thank you OLD GLORY and Bri!!!
Enjoy your trip and thanks.
Negative experience: I was trying to buy a bike.i need some infos regarding the financing.out the door price and other requirements, but they cant even send it to my email.they want me to be there, all i need is those info before driving an hour to get there, but Cole Hinton-internet sales told me it is very difficult for them to do that.not so helpful,
Sorry to hear the information you needed was not as easy to acquire.
Negative experience: I will never ever purchase even a t-shirt from this business. Saw a nice bike on their website that didn't have a price on it so I hit the button for the price , I get a phone call from a salesperson that cannot give s price. I don't like games when spending thousands of my hard earned money. Just give me the price.
Sorry to hear things didn't go so well for you at Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: Ink and Ryan were both very knowledgeable and provided a top notch experience both in customer service as well as delivery of my bike thanks to Ink , Ryan and old glory I now have the bike of my dreams !
Congrats Joe. Enjoy the rest of the summer and stop in soon.
Fantastic experience: Carter made purchasing our TriGlide pain free. He went above and beyond to answer all questions without us feeling silly or rushed. He made sure everything about riding a trike was explained thoroughly since it is different than a motorcycle.
Congrats on your TriGlide Charlie. Enjoy.
Fantastic experience: If you're in the market for more than just a Harley Davidson motorcycle and seek a genuine and trustworthy connection from the beginning, I highly recommend visiting Old Glory H-D and requesting to speak with David, also known as Carrot. David is an excellent salesperson, and we always specifically seek him out when we visit the dealership.
Thank you on behalf of Carrot.
Fantastic experience: Excellent team in Old Glory HD dealership. Very professional, always welcoming, eager to help , very knowledgeable, and customer focused, they understand the ask and try to deliver on customer's requirements rather than selling what they have in stock. Special shout out to Kim, Carter, JD and Schroeder. Its a splendid team! Keep it up Guys!
Thank you Edwin for the Five Stars
Fantastic experience: My experience with Scott at the Old Glory Harley Davidson service department was exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating, adjusting the schedule so I could drop off my bike before my deployment overseas. Scott understood the urgency of my situation and went out of his way to ensure everything was handled efficiently and on time. His efforts to assist me during this busy period were greatly appreciated. I’m grateful for his understanding and excellent customer service at Old Glory Harley Davidson Service Department.
Sound great Ham. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: I want to give a lot of thanks to Carter for one of the Greatest experience purchasing my first motorcycle! I had such an amazing time there. Looking forward to the next one after I pay this one off!
Congrats on your new ride. Stop back and see Carter anytime and welcome to the OGHD family.
Negative experience: I'm just going to post negative review now and see MK's review. I totally agree. I'm legitimately interested in 2023 CVO streetglide, clicked to send me a price and they just give the runaround. Went thru 4 so-called sales people to just get a ballpark price, never got it. And when my wife questioned about the Harley important safety recall on the 2023 CVO - they lied and say they know nothing about it ! Are you kidding me? The staff is selling 50k bikes and lieing about important information? Harley recalled every single 2023 CVO because it was dangerous, and they say they knew nothing about it. Give me a break. I wanted a deal and they gave me the run-around which was annoying, but when my wife told me 3 separate salespeople lied about knowing anything about recall on the bike I said NO WAY am i going to buy anything from this unethical dealership. They showed how much they can be trusted. They could care less about you - and your safety. The truth is , bikers that want to ride over 100 mph, don't by the 2023 CVO streetglide - google it . As for Old Glory - Buyer Beware!
Steven, sorry your experience didn't meet you expectations.
Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years and always greeted with kind staff. Just bought a new 2024 Road Glide too, ask for “Ink” she explained everything clearly to me and ensured I was happy with my purchase! I’m never disappointed with their services here.
Excellent to hear and thank you on behalf of Ink.
Fantastic experience: Fun dealership full of great people. Made my first Harley experience stand out. I’ve owned multiple Indians and BMW that I thought were good experiences until I walked into Old Glory. They really set the standard.
Welcome to the OGHD family, enjoy your first Harley.
Fantastic experience: Sales experience was pleasurable. Sales associate took ample time to let me test drive multiple units and listened to my comments on each and was able to find the bike that fit my needs. Closing the deal and taking delivery was also done very well. Thanks, BCD
Thank you Rvduck, always great for the Five Stars.
Fantastic experience: The entire staff was very professional and David C. was very help full picking the right bike I wanted. I got my first HD 2024 FLFBS FatBoy 114 Red Rock. Awesome team!
Great feed back Francisco and again welcome to Old Glory and the entire Harley Davidson Family.
Fantastic experience: Scott took care of everything I asked for. Got the bike back in perfect condition. It was easy to work with him. He continuously communicated updates to me. Overrall, Scott was very helpful.
Great to hear Scott took care of, he's been a great new addition to the team.
Fantastic experience: I met JD and Ingrid and finance men Tony. They are great and kind. I recommend you work with them. Thanks again!!!
Congrats on your new ride and thank you for the review for JD and Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: Carter was awesome in explaining the entire process and helping me get the bike I wanted. JD did everything he could and got me a great deal. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and choosing Old Glory!
Old Glory really appreciates your Five Star review. Sounds like Carter and JD took good care of you. Enjoy your new ride.
Fantastic experience: Bought a 2024 Street Glide and love it! 2 Tones and Rafi made the numbers work and Allison got the financing knocked out with ease.
Welcome to the Old Glory family and congrats on your new St Glide.
Fantastic experience: "I recently had the pleasure of visiting Old Glory Harley-Davidson in pursuit of my ideal vehicle as a fervent Harley-Davidson lover. I received friendly and courteous service as soon as I entered the dealership. Among the knowledgeable staff, one individual stood out Jason 'Two Tone,' the esteemed sales consultant. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions and providing insightful guidance. Beyond the sales process, Jason's commitment to customer satisfaction continued. He checked in regularly to ensure I was happy with my purchase and offered to assist with any questions or concerns I had. His dedication to building a lasting relationship was truly commendable. In conclusion, my experience at Old Glory Harley-Davidson was exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jason AKA 'Two Tone. I highly recommend For Old Glory Harley-Davidson."
That's fantastic, what a great review. We look forward to seeing you ride in to Old Glory and not just for service but our events too.
Fantastic experience: Bought a bike from here and couldn't ask for a better experience! Big shout out to my man Brendon, he worked with us to get a great deal and got me riding for the summer. Huge selection 10/10 would recommend!
Congratulations on your new ride and on behalf of Brendan welcome to the Old Glory family.
Fantastic experience: On Saturday, April 20, 2024, at approximately 3 pm I took my 2010 Harley Davidson Street Glide to Old Glory Harley Davidson shop in Laurel, Maryland because my headlights and running lights were not working. Though it was late in the afternoon, the service department team, Alison, Scott, and Drew had a service technician conduct a quick inspection of my motorcycle without any hesitation. They quickly found that my headlights were not working because a fuse was placed in the wrong spot. I thought I was going to have to spend several hundred dollars to replace my headlighting system, but their knowledge and experience were able to resolve the problem affordably. It only cost me pennies on the dollar. I highly recommend Old Glory Harley Davidson in Laurel for any service needed.
Terrific fix on your bike. Thank you for the review.
Fantastic experience: I'm a Harley Girl now, thanks to the AMAZING staff! David AKA Carrot helped me find the perfect bike for me. We sat on multiple bikes that I was interested in and also bikes that David thought would best fit me. He was not playing when he called himself the fit specialist, because he made sure the bike fit my stature and had everything I needed. He was such a good fit specialist, that I ended up purchasing a bike that I was NEVER even looking at! Also David had no problems working with me and my crazy schedule, he was able to work with me to find time to come in to finish the process. Thanks to David and Rafael (amazing sales manager) I am the proud new owner of a black on black 2024 Heritage!
Great ride and congrats on your new Heritage. We're happy to have David "Carrot" as a new member to our team and receive Five Stars.
Negative experience: I had the worst experience coming in for a motorcycle class at this dealership. I have had friends and coworkers attend HD class and loved it maybe I chose the wrong location since everyone tells me Frederick has the best instructors. It started off with me and a buddy of mine talking for months about going and seeing how close friends of ours had a good experience with going through HD. We finally decided to set it up since this was the closest HD to us we decided to go with this location and were excited. We purchased our helmets and all, came down to just sit on the bike and get a feel for it until we had to come in for the actual class. We had completed all our paper work before the class. Once we arrived the instructors were rude and made racial comments about students in the class. This was not a good start on the first day early in the morning. This made everyone uncomfortable and during the rest of the day and the second day you didn’t get any closer to achieving your goal at learning to ride bikes and already felt that you were not going to get any assistance or guidance from these instructors. It seems like the first two days they rushed through everything and the instructor saying he had things to do after so he was trying to get us out early because he had plans. Some comments during the second day made you feel like they were trying to get people to fail as the remakes were hinting at just giving up. The instructors were rude and seemed angry at the fact that they had to teach the class and were not helpful at all. I called to speak to a manager and till this day a year later I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. I still get calls regarding events and have even spoke to the person calling that I’m still waiting for a call as I did not want to post a review without seeing if they could rectify the situation yet they don’t seem to care.
Jose, I'm sorry to hear your experience with the Riding Academy did not meet your expectations. Your words are not taken lightly. This kind of experience is not what Old Glory stand for.
Fantastic experience: "I have been a customer of OGHD for several years now. I used their service department for all of my service needs, I get all of my various parts and ad ons from the Parts department and love participating in the events with Brittany and the Event Staff. I even stepped up and prchased my new bike from them a couple of months ago and m very happy with the sales team, Two Tone and the whole process."Had a great time at breakfast with Santa today. Brittany is a star performer and Dan in service got me taken care of as well.
Michael, Brittany will be thrilled for the review. She works hard to get the events up and running.
Fantastic experience: I need to tell OLD GLORY HD THANK YOU , I recently set the back end of my street glide in a sink hole , the SALES lady ,,JESSICA was a HUGE assistance getting everything rolling , SPARKY in PARTS DEPARTMENT above and beyond assisting with parts. DAN the service manager WENT ABOVE & BEYOND WITH ASSISTING KNOWLEDGE OF TIME FRAMES , ( IN OTHER WORDS THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY THAT WAS A PART OF MY PROJECT, OTHER MECHANICS , PARTS DEPARTMENT SALES ,, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND AGAIN THANK YOU
Sounds like you got yourself in a pickle. Great to hear Old Glory was able to help you out. Stay safe.
Fantastic experience: I recently was at old glory shopping for a new bike and was met by Brenden a sales rep for old glory. Great knowledge on 2024 RG bike I eventually purchased. He made the sale easy with no pressure
Great to hear your experience with Brendan was a success. Congrats on your new ride.
Fantastic experience: Brendan was awesome and made me feel like I was family and welcome when buying my first bike. Don’t hesitate to deal with Old Glory!
Yes you are correct, Family, the Old Glory way. Welcome and that you for the review.
Fantastic experience: Brittany is the most amazing host here at the Easter egg hunt. She always throws great events, I enjoy bringing my family out to see her and the folks at the events, this dealership is awesome!
The Easter egg was a great success and Brittany will be ecstatic for the review. Hope to see you next event at Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: Old glory Harley Davidson was and it still is the place where I just go to check motorcycles from time to time. I had deal with several sales people in the passed but never bought one. That changed when I met Ink (sales lady) and she made it possible this year! Ink is one of the best sales person I have met she is easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall on top of her game, she showed me different motorcycles and explain to me the difference in between. AlI I can say is that she is one of the best and I’m really happy that she made it happen for me. I’m super happy with the VIP experience and to have one of my favorite songs played while I was ringing the bell the moment I sign off on that motorcycle it was amazing!! Thank you to all the Harley Davidson team and especially to Ink she is just awesome. And thank you Ink for the invite to the Easter extravaganza!!! We had lots of fun ! The event coordinator Brittany was great. She was very friendly and the kids enjoyed the Easter hunt. Her and her team go above and beyond!!!! Choose old glory at all times
Renzo what a great review for Old Glory and epically Ink and Brittany. The VIP process is so much fun and its great to hear the feed back.
Negative experience: This one star truly should be a -1. This review is only toward their event coordinator . She is rude and needs to have sensitivity training as soon as possible. We came to their Easter egg hunt event. In which we come every year and I bought my daughter. Who has autism the young lady coordinator was saying to make sure people sign up and because I wanted to make sure we followed all the rules. I asked the coordinator where my daughter needed to sign up. She replied in a rude manner. Sign up for what I said sign up. You were saying sign up? She comes back and says to me. This is a free event. Everybody can come. I know everyone can come and it's a free event. And I was telling her that my husband had told us about it last year and we were here. As I turn to my daughter , my daughter asked about one of her co-workers to me and the coordinator says out of her mouth well. You can go up to the sales tower or look outside or my manager is right here. and continues to mumble, being rude under her breath but loud enough so that I could hear her. My daughter thought she had done something wrong and felt she needed to go ahead and leave the event. Thank goodness she did not and she went outside and did the Easter egg hunt. I proceed outside to hear this. Same coordinator talking to some of her co-workers and friends using curse words with 2 of her co-workers around her females . Once my daughter was ready to take her picture with the Easter Bunny, who was outside. She then the coordinator tried to turn her nastiness around and say oh, would you like to take a picture inside because I was about to take a picture of my daughter outside with the Easter Bunny. My daughter gladly went inside because she absolutely loves the Easter Bunny. I am not used to this type of behavior at this establishment. I have been around the motorcycle industry for almost 30 years. I am a retired vet. This is totally unacceptable for anyone who is holding an easter egg hunt for children. You never know who someone is, nor do you know their disabilities. Your coordinator needs to do better.
I'm sorry your experience at Old Glory did not live up to your expectations. A one star review is cause for concern. Whether it's about a product, service, or the sales experience itself, we're here to listen. Please feel free to reach out to the dealership to discuss your concerns. Our goal is for everyone to have a great experience at Old Glory.
Fantastic experience: I recently just bought a bike from Old Glory Harley Davidson & got a pretty awesome Deal. JD the sales manager was great at getting me a the deal I Was looking for. Allison in finance got me & even better rate than my bank. My Fit specialist Carter Was amazing really cool & down to earth guy, he even came into work on his day off to watch & me take delivery of my New bike! If I’m ever in the market again for a new bike I’ll definitely pay these guys a visit.
Great pic of your new ride. That's great news about your experience at Old Glory. It makes the entire team light up to hear that you had a terrific time.
Negative experience: Negative stars if I could. Day 1 Dropped off motorcycle for OG to complete an estimate to repair accident damage. Was told that someone would be on it early the following week. Day 6 I called to check on the status of the estimate. Was told technician was out sick and someone would be assigned on Monday. Day 13 I called to check on the estimate. Was told bike was on lift and was being inspected. Day 20 Spoke with Dan the service manager. Was again told the bike was on the lift and the inspection was in progress. I received an email from Andrew (service tech) containing estimate and a note that it was also forwarded to my insurance firm. Day 34 Received call from Allison stating they had the check from the insurance company and did I want to add anything to the work order like an oil change or a particular service. I declined. Day 38 Received a text from Alison again stating they had the check from the insurance firm and telling me I have to come buy and sign it. I replied to her text telling her that I hoped they didn’t need my signature to get the ball rolling. I was informed that nothing could be done until I signed the check. I replied with an opinion about OG and it’s process and still keeping it above the line of being unprofessional. I called and spoke with Dan (service manager) and he told me they cannot start anything until the check has been signed and it can be used as a deposit for ordering parts. I drove over to OG and signed the check Day 61 I sent a text to the OG texting number requesting an update on the status of the repairs. No reply. Day 68 Jason (Parts manager) called me and stated who he was. He gave me a parts status report. All parts except the saddle bags and tour pak cover were in, but none of the other parts were being installed on the bike. I ask why not and he replied “We have a process”. I told him his process sucks and hung up. Day 90 I called OG and spoke with Dan (SM) about the status of the repairs. He told me the last of the parts had been delivered and would get it on a lift. I was given the “hopefully next week” as a delivery time frame. Day 93 I received a text after 5pm informing me my bike was ready for pickup. I replied to the text informing them I would pick it up between 1 and 2pm the following day and to acknowledge my text. No reply. I also received a call from them just after 6pm which went to voice mail. Day 94 I called OG just after noon and spoke with Dan and told him I would arrive between 1 and 2pm. Several things come to mind. 1. 20 days to perform an accident inspection? 2. They do not communicate with the customer unless it’s something they want or need. I repeatedly had to call them for updates. 3. Why do they need a signed check to start ordering parts. Again, they had my bike for 34 days before the check arrived, and 14 days since the estimate was approved by my insurance firm. There is no reason why they shouldn’t have ordered the parts once I told them they were doing the work. The only reason that I can come up with is that the company is having cash flow problems. They couldn’t order parts because the companies they were ordering from demanded payment in full and they didn’t have the almost $3,700 to cover it. 4. Concerning the check. I was told on day 34 that they had the check, but not told I needed to sign it over to them until day 38. Why the delay? OG did nothing to improve the quality of the relationship with its customer. There so many other companies in the area that want the business. I will drive to any other HD dealership or order online to obtain necessary parts or service. Had I done some research on the company I would have seen the issues they have repeated over and over again. That’s on me. But never again. I frequented OG before new ownership. Then I saw a company go downhill fast. And the worst thing they forgot as a business – I never got a “Thank you for your business” when I picked up the bike. I will not be spending another penny inside that establishment. They lost a customer for good.
L F, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had and the length of time for your service. We will definitely take your frustration and words to heart. By no means do we want experiences like yours to be the norm. I really hope down the road you might give us a chance to redeem your experience.
Fantastic experience: Upgraded to a sweet new street glide thanks to Carter in sales! Stopped in with no appointment and was able to purchase the bike just before closing. Staff, especially JD and Allison, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the great tradition of Old Glory, and the ringing of the bell will be a memory to remember!
That's fantastic. What a great review for the Old Glory Team and welcome to the family. We can't wait to see you roll up on your new Street Glide. Love the Picture.
Fantastic experience: Everyone at Old Glory was great! They made my test drive and purchasing experience very enjoyable. Everyone was extremely welcoming and made me feel part of the Harley family. Brittany and Jason (Two-Tone) helped answer all my questions about my purchase and made the time I spent there so fun. Anyone looking to purchase a Harley I highly recommend Old Glory and talk to Jason and Brittany!
Congrats on your new ride. Great remarks for our team and welcome to the Old Glory family. Hope to see you at our events coming up.
Fantastic experience: This is my first bike, and my fit specialist Carter was amazing at allowing me to discuss my wants/needs. He was honest about the different types of bikes he thought would be best for a first time rider that also fit my needs. I came in to look at the used selection and left with a new 2023 Nightster. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mike in parts a few times since the purchase and he’s been wonderful about talking about upgrade options and pricing. If you’re thinking about getting a bike or you’re ready to purchase a bike, i recommend going here.
Shelby that's great to hear the staff at Old Glory has made your experience a memorable one. Carter and Mike will definitely appreciate your kind words.
Fantastic experience: Been to many others Harley before I purchased my 2nd Harley Davidson, 2023 Softail. Traded my 2012 Road King, Joseph the fit specialist was very helpful. They had a nice test route about 5 miles so you can shift through all the gears and get the feel of slow and fast on. I had a great experience with the staff here. Thank You so much for your assistance! Loving my 2023 Softail Standard.
Beautiful to hear and congratulations on you new Softail Standard. We're happy to have you as part of the Old Glory family. Happy riding and see you soon.
Fantastic experience: Had a perfect experience with my fit specialist Carter, talked us through the process thoroughly, a few good laughs later and some decision making later i left out with a brand new 2023 road glide! Granted i was originally going for street glide and somewhere it got swapped over to road glide it ended up being a better fit in the end. Very friendly and hospitable and the staff are very vibrant and fun to be around!
That's terrific Ryan, Carter will be happy to hear your review. Enjoy your new Road Glide.
Fantastic experience: Just bought a Street Glide. Carter the salesman was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped throughout the process. Also Rafael the sales manager and Allison the business manager were great in the process. The whole purchase experience was very positive. The rest of the team from financing, parts and service were very knowledgeable and great. Will definitely look to purchase from old Glory again. Highly recommend Old Glory and Carter the salesman.
Congratulations on your Street Glide Wayne. Especially glad to hear our crew here at Old Glory gave you a great experience. I'm sure you cant wait to get out on the road once the warmer weather arrives. Hope to see more of you at our upcoming events.
