Negative experience: Really Disappointed in trying to do business with these guys. I had heard they had police bikes at a good price. I sent an inquiry on their site explaining specifically what I was looking for. Eventually I got a “canned” email response. I responded and then got a few more canned emails that did not address the bike I was interested in. It wasn’t until I sent a less cordial response did some guy named “hench” responded with a very curt reply. Didn’t reference the bikes I was interested in. These guys are obviously not in tune with doing business in 2024 and seem too big for their britches. Do business with the smaller guys.

Negative experience: I spent $1,000 on an item that came with free shipping. Once it was shipped, the tracking showed that the address needed to be corrected by the sender, but instead, it was returned to them. When I contacted the shop, they informed me that since the package was returned, I would now have to pay $271 for shipping, as they only cover the shipping cost the first time. Despite the fact that I never received the item or interfered with the shipment, they placed the blame on me and refused to take responsibility. Their response was that it wasn’t their problem. If they’re willing to display such a lack of integrity over a $1,000 item, imagine how they might behave with a $30,000 motorcycle purchase.

Fantastic experience: I give Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson 5 stars. The crew there are great. My wife and I bought a 2024 Custom Road Glide3 (Trike). Starting with Greg "Turtle" Allen. He is our salesman and he helped me at every step and answered all of my questions. We felt very comfortable working with him. We never felt pressured to "sign" anything. Turtle is my salesman for life. Chris Dunn did the paperwork. Chris even checked to see if our insurance was the best we could get. (It turned out that it was.) Working with Chris was seamless and easy for us. The team went out of their way, including Mitch Pheffer, to make sure that my wife was happy, with a back rest so she would not fall off the back of the bike. (Happy wife, happy life.) I can't wait to work with Kyle Swan who is going to help size the trike to me. (I am of short stature and need to bring the handlebars to me.) Overall, this was a great experience and I would give then 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Quick shout out to Brynn. I stopped by after having a fairing speaker cover fly off the day before while riding my Road Glide.Called first and was told to come in at my convenience to see if they had anything available without ordering that would fit. I walked in and before I could even look around the showroom this young lady found what I needed and had it on the bike installed and ready to ride in minutes. Thanks so much for the quick service.

Fantastic experience: Biggest one I've seen, but I haven't to to them all.. New bikes, used bikes, gear, knick knacks, even an in-house barbershop to get a cut while you're waiting for the bike to get fixed.

Fantastic experience: Biketober fest at Destination Daytona. Located at the intersection of N US1 and I-95 this is a must year after year for Free, speed and open air loving riders. Even at the end of the event, staff are out with golf carts to shuttle patrons from the parking area. Vendors are pleasant and happy to engage in the commerce of the bike industry. And to keep it short, don't for your shirts.

Negative experience: I went there with the intention of buying a CVO St, along with a good offer I received the day before from Orlando Harley (South). With an 802 credit score, after they ran all the numbers, they said, “We’re not sure how Orlando managed to make you that offer, but they’re probably not making any profit or even losing money,” followed by recommending me to take Orlando’s offer instead. I really appreciate the customer service and honesty, which is why I gave a 2-star rating. However, if you’re looking for the best financial offer, you might want to go to a different, less successful / big dealer. Following their advice, I went back to Orlando South and got the bike below MSRP and $90 less per month than what Daytona offered me.

Negative experience: What a disappointing experience trying to buy a MC from this company. First there are NO prices on the bikes. Second, the sales people do not know the prices so give you the wrong prices. Third they keep you waiting forever to get an offer and trade in established. 3 hours later and you have been lied to and stalled. It was a disgusting way to buy and even worse way to sell. Their process lacks integrity.

Fantastic experience: Staff are so helpful and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions and provided assistance and support! I looked into leaning to ride a Harley three wheeler. I have no prior experience with motorcycles though always admired the trikes. My family encouraged me to pursue my interest. I signed up for the training as part of the process. I was invited to tour the facility before the training. What a spectacular experience. It was so different from my experience at a different dealership. A staff member provided me with information and support to the point of letting me borrow a helmet and gloves for the training. When I expressed interest in riding with female groups rather that mixed gender groups he provided relevant information. Through the training I did discover that I would not be physically able to ride a trike at this point in my life. My lack of knowledge and experience also play a role in my decision to not follow through. I was yet again reminded that if I needed more time or help they would provide it. The staff provide top notch service and support!!!!

Negative experience: I would go anywhere else... they're heartless. Never spending a penny after being a steady customer at any place in Destination Daytona. Never went to the dealership, but they own the property and I was told my experience was because of property owner...and I spent a lot of steady money at a few of the places in there. I didn't cause a single issue.

Positive experience: Pretty cool Harley dealership. Not sure if I've been in one near as big before. It has a second floor with escalators. The sign on the ceiling was sweet. Was able to check it out without anyone asking to buy a bike. I just stop in and check the dealerships out, get a poker chip and on my way. Which their poker chips were $2.50, fair price.

Negative experience: I have bought 2 bikes at this dealership and I promise I will never do it again. I was at Daytona Cycke Audio right next door and my air ride went out and couldn’t ride the bike. I was dropped off there to pick up the bike so now I am stranded. I walked to Harley to ask for there help and they tell me sorry can’t help you because bike has a 26 inch rim, WOW! I am a customer who bought 2 bikes from you and you know I am stranded and you tell me NO, really! I am a local business owner of two companies and I am sorry you don’t treat customers like that especially ones who have bought two 20000 bikes from you in the last 8 years!!!! Who has spent 1000,s servicing the bikes there too! So now I am spending another 1000 to tow the bike from Dayton Audio! I am really just in awe! I will never ever spend one more dime in that dealership just out of principle

Negative experience: Walked into this place looking for Harley I saw online and the bad reviews are spot on. Customer service has really gone down. No sales person there to guide you through the purchase process or at least greet you. Random customer hunted down a salesman for me name Todd. He goes on to tell me he doesn’t work off commission so it doesn’t matter if I purchase a bike or not because he stills get paid and begins to play on his phone while me and my lady google info to helps us find information about the bikes in his store. I get it, why work if you can get paid for doing nothing but good God at least make it look good. These 4.+ reviews are really sketchy. It’s a game of numbers. Seems to me the only reviews that count are the bad ones. However, just to be fair I arrived at the store late in the day but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t have mattered. Although I didn’t have a great experience, I’m a firm believer in finding out for yourself so go and maybe you can add to the 4.+ good reviews to make it a 5 out of 5.

Fantastic experience: True review. After visiting and making our purchases from multiple departments we (wife and I) can honestly say the following: The motorclothes department did not disappoint. The ladies there went into the stock located in another area to get the shirt and jacket I was looking for as I am a tall man, my wife was able to find and try on several items that she purchased and was told the truth about clothes that were discontinued and future styles and designs. Parts. I drove the 120+ miles to purchase specific lighting and trim items: "Wesley" was extremely polite and professional both on the phone and in the dealership; helping make the correct choice(s) and insuring the proper fit of each item. The dealership does deal with Military and made our dollars go further!!!!,

Fantastic experience: I attended Bike Week in Daytona for my first time. I fell in love with the whole Harley culture. My only motorcycle experience was 30+ years ago as a teenager. I didn't know if I could ride a motorcycle. I walked into Teddy Morse's dealership and became aware of the new rider class special rate. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. My learning experience with Joni and Doug was nothing short of professional. They made me feel at ease. Baby-stepped me throughout the course and by doing so, my confidence grew with each module. I passed! I asked Joni, based on my ability, what Harley could I ride. Joni put me with salesman John Clark. He is absolutely wonderful. He received input from Joni and took it from there. Without going into all the details, I fell in love with a 2018 Deluxe. There were additional complications in getting me to a point to test drive, purchase etc, but John enlisted the help of Jason Taylor. Together they helped with my desire to purchase the Harley Deluxe. I came back 10 days later to pick up the bike and I’ve been smiling ever since. Thank you to the entire Staff at Teddy Morse. That includes the sales people throughout the store that helped me with the helmet, clothing, etc, the parts department that assisted with the customization, and even the lady that runs the cafe’. I can’t say enough. This has been a wonderful experience. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: I don't own a Harley (I am a Kawasaki girl), but my partner does. For the past four years, he drags me into every Harley dealer wherever we go lol. This dealership was the FIRST to ever make me say "OOOOH...MAYBE I SHOULD SWITCH TO HARLEY" lol. The store is amazing!! From the barbershop to the little Cafe, even the items sold had me saying "LOOK AT THIS" LOL. Only one salesperson greeted me while we shopped and browsed both floors. However, upon checking out, Aja was the cashier, and she was super sweet and friendly. She struck up conversation and inquired about our travels. She has such an inviting disposition it made me forget that barely anyone else acknowledged us being in the store.

Negative experience: Went to purchase a new ultra limited they do not put prices on their bikes and when I asked about price on a 23 leftover the salesman says mid 30's sorry that is not a price so bottom line is they price them 4 to 5 thousand over msrp and then badger you with countless phone calls I will purchase the bike but not from this dealership

Negative experience: The store is nice but you can't park in the parking lot overnight you'll get your vehicle towed. They expect you to rent a hotel room starting at 150.00 a night at the Clarion. Place for the wealthy folks!!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t leave a lot of reviews and didn’t even buy a bike here, however I can’t help but come here to leave a great review. My buddy bought a bike from here over the weekend and we traveled to pick it up. The whole time we were there the staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly and had a sense of humor without being like your normal pushy salesperson. The place is like a museum and motorcycle candy store with a whole motorcycle village around it. Once the paperwork was completed they went through all of the features and details of the bike went over it with us to make sure everything was perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better experience at a dealer.

Positive experience: Motorcycles are nice, dealer is clean, good service. I gave 3 starts because they are very sneaky with prices. There are not prices in internet or at the dealer. You need to ask for prices, any motorcycle has any price tags on it. Everything is grey, nothing is white and black price related. Be careful buying at Daytona Harley.

Fantastic experience: I don’t ever write reviews but this place earned it. Went there for Daytona bike week traded my fat boy in and got an Electra glide flhtp that was all done up. They made the process easy took care of me with buying a bike. And service team you guys are amazing. Radio quit on me the same night taking the bike back to the hotel went back and they upgraded the radio stayed open after closing hours to make sure the bike was back to me and when I mean staying open late nearly close to midnight when they closed at 8. To the sales guys and service team you guys absolutely deserve a 5 star review I wish I remembered my sales guy and my service advisors name. I wish there was a dealership in p.a as helpful as you guys were and a lot of other dealerships should learn from you guys. You guys absolute killed it I’ll recommend anyone and will be visiting again.

Negative experience: Went on Sunday April 7 to spend close to $1,000 on side sport bags for my pan America. The guy in parts told me that the bags did NOT come with locks and would have to order and pay for them separately but he couldn’t give me the part number or cost and “you can just contact Harley”. I told him it said online that it came with the lock assembly and he said “this isn’t online and they don’t come with locks only the bags, nothing else”. Well as you can see in the pictures it came with lock assemblies AND the reflectors. I would not trust them to get the right parts for you. They are incompetent. If they can’t get something like this correct imagine if it was something complicated. ZERO stars

Negative experience: Only if the parts department team members had personalities. The simple things like, hello how may I help you today? Make recommendations like, sorry we don't have the part you need in stock however, we can order it for you. Try not to look miserable, put a little smile on your face. Take lessons from the lady who works in the boot department, she provides awesome customer service. I now order my parts and accessories directly from Harley Davidson since Teddy Morse's adds NO value added service.

Negative experience: The price gouging here for parts is ridiculous. I needed rear wheel bearings for my bike. I bought a set of bearings here 3 years ago when it was still Rossmeyer's for $26 for the set. Teddy Morse wants $38 for each bearing! I went to JP and got them for $15. I will never buy parts from Teddy Morse's

I don't even own a Harley but that didn't stop them from helping biker sister in need. I can't thank them enough, I was never interested in owning a Harley, but I might just change my mind. Negative experience: I stop at as many Harley dealers as I can and have seen many. This is one of the largest and they have an amazing selection of bikes and accessories. The reason for my low rating is they don't put tags on the bikes so if you aren't super familiar with the Harley lineup, you won't know what you're looking at and to ask the price of each bike and even the sales people don't know... they have to take a picture of the VIN and go look it up. Why not have tags that say what the bike is and how much it costs? Most other dealers I have been to do this, but this one doesn't. They also didn't seem very interested in negotiating prices, even on used bikes where they should have some leeway. It's still a great place to stop in and look around.

Fantastic experience: 12-28-23 Rode down to check out this Dealership while visiting with family in St. Augustine. This place is so cool. You need to check out the collections upstairs when passing through. We enjoyed our visit, bought a few shirts, and just enjoyed browsing around inside. Lots of motorcycles and apparel. We also checked out Highway Leather just across the parking lot, and J&P Cycles right around the corner. Just a cool place to visit.

Fantastic experience: There is a great inventory of both bikes, apparel and accessories. Vintage bikes on display, even a cafe. Recommend dropping by. Did feel like some of the staff was a bit disinterested if you weren't there to purchase a bike. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm a bite late on this review. But just wanted to say the Jacob from the service center and the mechanic, which I can't remember his name, helped me out big time and provided one heck of a customer service. On Dec 1 2023 I was riding home from Miami to Jax. At 545pm I showed up to this dealer because my gear lever broke. Well they were closing at 6pm. These guy's still took me in and fixed my bike and got me on the road immediately. I am very grateful. And I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. These guys are awesome and recommend them To anyone. Thanks gents.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Teddy Morse’s to check out a used Fatboy. The salesperson, Mo, was very informative and had a no pressure attitude. I went home to think about it and returned after a few days with the intention of buying the Fatboy. I was encouraged to test drive it first and after the test drive I decided it wasn’t for me. It has changed and not like my 2005. There was a line of Heritage models and I picked out a beauty, drove it and bought it. I was impressed with everything about this dealership. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get outfitted for a ride. Large and diverse selection of new and used bikes. Tons of motor clothes and T shirts. The clothing staff were very friendly and helpful. Sales and service guys were cool, but since I was a tourist from the west coast, I can’t comment on the sales or service experience. The upstairs collection of vintage motorcycles is a sight to behold. If you love Harley’s, you’ve got to check this place out.

Negative experience: Berts barracuda is more attentive to questions. I know I was looking at a metric bike. We were there for half an hour and left. Three sales people busy talking about bikes with each otheras we left. They never said a word to us.

Fantastic experience: Nice place to hang out. Very big area. I don't know how it is but bike week's not there but it was definitely an experience. The Harley-Davidson place was very nice inside everybody was very friendly. They had a very large selection of new and used bikes. Upstairs they also had display of some older motorcycles as well. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

Positive experience: I'm sad. The prices are ridiculous. I saw an average of 5 to 7 dollars more here for shirts that are HD not store specific than other HD dealerships within 100 miles. We went for Biketoberfest plenty of staff plenty of bikes but the atmosphere was flat.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and very informative staff. We visited during Biketober so lots of people there. The staff were very attentive and helped with all of our questions. Fantastic experience: We just stopped by to just look at bikes. They found the model and color we wanted and 4 days later we bought a 2023 Road Glide Limited. Todd Hardy are salesman was amazing. I definitely recommend Todd and rest of the team at Teddy Morse's.

Negative experience: Daytona made an offer on buying my bike that was less than half of the value of the bike. Very disappointed in recent dealings with them. I don't recommend trading in there or selling to them. Their idea of fair market value is insulting.
