Negative experience: The man who conducted testing for my son was very rude and condescending, even to me. Uncalled for.

Negative experience: I passed the test in a car with no breaks and the driving instructor have admitted for the breaks to be acting up and it was getting worse through out the test. For the parking segment my foot had to go to the ground. Not a safe car to drive if you don't know how to drive without breaks I took my test on the 6th

Negative experience: I went to this school for my driving test 2 times both times I was FAILED. The first time was cause I couldn't parallel park, okay fine. The second time was because HIS CAR didn't work properly. He blamed it in me for his car faulty. Later that same day my boyfriend went for the test a little later and passed without properly even parallel parking. He even admitted to my boyfriend that his brakes were bad. He was very lenient with my boyfriend but not at all with me. If you're a girl, I suggest you to not go here. I tested at a new school and I passed with 100% only a few days later.

Negative experience: Driver instructor was very rude raising his voice over the smallest thing, instructor kept reaching over the wheel and touching buttons on the wheel while I was driving!! and messing with every button possible that did not need to be touched, instructor Was not paying attention at all sat on his phone the whole time. My test time was double booked so I was rushed to get my test done even though I was 30 mins early. Parking lot that I did parking in was horrible and had me park over multiple potholes.

Fantastic experience: I was so terrified to take my test until I got in the car with Ido. He made me feel comfortable and was being extremely kind and funny the entire time. great place for your driving test!

Positive experience: Had Doug as an examiner this morning. Very level headed and a great instructor. 3 star review because if you are testing at this site, expect to be driving on some of the most damaged, torn up roads witnessed in MI. The parking lot is so bad I thought I was hitting cones while backing up on account of all the cracks in the pavement. Wonderful and kind examiners, but terrible location and infrastructure. Keep it in mind if you decide to test here.

Negative experience: Was told that the test was at 8AM on the dot. When I got there 5 min early, no one was there at the parking lot. Ido, the tester, shows up 15 minutes late, and then takes 5-10 minutes to set up cones. Even before this, they sent no instructions about coming to a parking lot behind the battery service center. No email, and no instructions. Go somewhere else that here.

Negative experience: This road test was really bad. First of all, this old man was testing with me and he was SO BLUNT when it came to providing the proper instructions. And then failed me because i didn’t understand the instructions he was talking about? like okay! horrible school for road testing. don’t come here unless you have someone else taking your road test with you. horrible

Fantastic experience: Took a 1 week class for a class A cdl followed by a test. My instructor joe was super helpful, patient, and thorough. Very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone trying to get your cdl.

Fantastic experience: These guys were awesome. My kid had the nightmare of having our car break down during the parking test. The proctor didn't miss a beat. Reassured him, and we had quick access to the company car, the office was super helpful and he quickly reset and was on his way. When they got back he waited until our tow and ride were there. Very professional. 10/10 would recommend

Negative experience: The instructor showed up 30mins late than never o e made a mark on His paper as i did my walk around inspection he tried to do it by memory and after he says i failed he asked me if I was doing class a or b completely incompetent and unprofessional I wouldn't use this place ever i just wish I would have checked the reviews first also the instructor asked if I took there 8 hr test first and commented that it would be a rough test when I told him no the 324 training center was where I trained

Fantastic experience: This company is great! I got my class A CDL from them after I took the 8 hour class. The teachers name was Kevin and he explained everything really well. I recommend them if your looking to drive truck or even increase you road skills. Thanks classic driving!

Negative experience: Called to schedule a road test and was refused. The reason was for leaving a bad review with negative comments about the examiner. When I asked If where this review was, I was told they can't access that information. Likely an excuse as the review in question does not exist. I was told to have a nice day and hung up on. If this is how they run their business, I would rather go elsewhere anyway.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience, Ms. Sue was so great & understanding, especially when I couldn’t find the lot at first lol. I was able to book an appointment fast and easy over the phone and pay for it. Thanks you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had miss sue when I did my test. She was super nice and knew I was nervous and walked me threw it like a champ. I really really liked her. A lot of bad ratings on here about them but I had not problems with scheduling or the test.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this company for road testing. Not the best at calming nerves; and no margin for errors with regards to parking. Go someplace that's not playing a money game. There are testing facilities that offer refunds.

Negative experience: Oddly enough I didn’t check the reviews either before hand, and when I did afterwards I Saul repeated problem and repeated things. Well I don’t want my daughter on the road being on safe I feel very concerned that she didn’t explain anything she had her playing with the heat which is fine but she kept telling her to do things but she never told her to do some oddly enough I didn’t check the reviews either before hand, and when I did afterwards I saw repeated problem and repeated things. I’m concerned that she marked her down for being too close to one parked cars but then also too close to a car coming the other way down a Nero residential area. Concerned that when she had time to go she made the decision to make a left-hand turn the instructor jumped out of the seat and gassed the loudly so my daughter did not turn but her car was turned a little bit and she marked her down for it. Concerned that she asked her questions then told her no you’re wrong but didn’t correct what was wrong with it. I’m also concerned because the way she explained to her about these things that she would see is unsafe driving practices, she also did the test the next day with somebody that even said she speeded.She said she got the questions wrong they didn’t go down a street where there was per cars on both sides in another car coming she went through a yellow light. I’m not comfortable with the way the test went at all. Even though I want my daughter to drive safely I felt like if you’re going to ask a question you need to correct the problem as well made her feel very uncomfortable during the whole thing they’re already nervous.

Negative experience: First of all it’s my fault that I didn’t read the reviews before choosing Classic Driving. Make sure you read their email, they had my sons name spelled wrong. We arrived 30 mins early, parked far enough away from the other tester, having no idea which car is which or who is who in a parking lot... another guy from another school approached my car to tell me the lady was ready for me. This was 10 mins before the appointment. Why she let us sit there I don’t know ? Probably waiting to fail him. Parents dress warm if you do this In February! You will be told to wait outside of your vehicle while your child takes part 1 of the test. If they fail part 1 there is no part 2. While we were driving ( part 2) the lady is very nice and calm. When my son came to a point in the road were the speed limit drops from 35 to 25 for less then a mile she asked what’s your speed he replied 35. She says it’s 25 here. Then you see the sign, shortly after that it’s back up to 35. After that everything went well. Again to my knowledge. We pull into the parking lot for her to say “ I think you know what’s coming” honestly both my child and I were clueless when she says you failed. I don’t even know what to say at this point besides get out of my car. I called the company a lady answers the phone hello, I say hi. She says what do you want ? I said I’m sorry is that how you answer the phone of a business? So she backs up and says thank you for calling classic driving you must not have heard me. Now I’ve learned the instructor has texted my father in-law to say. I’m sorry I think I failed your grandson. I could see this if I had told her who I was or who my father in-law was. I didn’t name drop. If you want so so service and classy driving instructors use classic driving school. If you want a school that isn’t out to take your money then use somewhere else. Anywhere else. Negative experience: Took my motorcycle endorsement here about a month or two ago. It was pretty simple but they guy was rude after I couldn't understand what lines he was talking about painted on the pavement. Very faded lines cracked cement full of holes with grass growing up. Confusing to test on. Easy to pass despite these factors but I would recommend a place where u can see the lines painted and who have a better location. Or at least have some patients when people don't know what faded like that's hardly there is being pointed at from 20 yards away.

Fantastic experience: Took operator's road test with this company and they were prompt and professional. Have scheduled motorcycle endorsement test with them for later this week. Their office went out of their way to get my test scheduled between my jobs. They've always been very nice with me.

Negative experience: Do not go through this company the instructor in port huron mich was so horrible and mean she made my daughter cry..they are very dishonest people who look for any excuse to fail you..this lady in port huron was so horrible and mean she tried to fail me because when I went to there location it was nothen but a parking lot and I parked just like they told me to and the instructor hid in her crapy car insted of announcing her self and start the road test.she hid and when I found her she tried to fail me by saying I was late.. She said it was my job to look through the car windows and find her.. Do not use this company for anything they are not what you want...

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend taking one of the 4hr cdl preperation classes. Its one on one and super helpful! I had Mr. Turro as an instructor, and he was beyond helpful; not only was his great company informative, and educative, but he made sure that I felt confident enough in my own abilities to pass the test.

Fantastic experience: Test was really straightforward, got it scheduled much sooner than I expected, but we made a dumb mistake on location!! They said river district, it's not where river district was, it's the lot on the other side over by the building supply/prestalite. You turn in off 24th. Look for the Orange cones if you get lost like us haha :) instructor was really nice and very clear with directions.
