Negative experience: I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THESE PEOPLE SINCE MAY, MY DAUGHTER TOOK THIS COURSE IN MARCH/APRIL. CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM SO SHE CAN TAKE THE TEST OR GET THE CERTIFICATE. CALLED THEM TODAY I WAS PUT ON HOLD, GREAT I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!! THEN I WAS DISCONNECTED, CALLED BACK, SENT TO VOICEMAIL, IT WAS FULL, CALLED BACK 4 TIMES GOT NO ONE...CAN I JUST GET THE CERTIFICATE AT THIS POINT SO I CAN PROVE THAT SHE TOOK THE COURSE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES? YES I AM BIG MAD!!!

Fantastic experience: A1 is a great place to do your Risk Reduction or ANY class for your driving requirements. Even with things being virtual due to Covid emails were sent ahead of time & directions were clear cut. Also & most importantly Mr. Reuben Jones was the best. Very professional & DEFINITELY a patient man. He made the class enjoyable & a pleasure to take despite the predicament that landed me there. Rashad

Fantastic experience: Great place to get you Risk reduction certificate . Mr John is very good instructor. Who will not judge you. He will make you feel comfortable in the class. And to my surprise the time while you are there it will just fly by. Come to this location you wont be disappointed

Negative experience: The teacher, Albert, was great - the room and administrative support were terrible. The person we had to deal with at the counter loudly discussed each persons personal situation so the entire class could hear and cursed. The room was dirty, had bugs, broken chairs, a pile of peoples' records were in the middle of the room in open yard waste bags. I hope my information is more securely kept. I got the email for my certificate but no certificate was attached so now I have to track that down - I was told it was either or.

Fantastic experience: Albert was absolutely hilarious. He really made the class fun. He had a story and videos that were very helpful in understanding driving and laws. He gave history and provided great information pertaining to how laws are changing and even taking care of our vehicles.

Fantastic experience: The driving lessons were fantastic! I'm usually not one to give reviews, but it was just such a great experience. I'm a very inexperienced driver, but the instructor was super friendly and gave really helpful advice all throughout both lessons. Mr. Murphy is fantastic. You learn everything you need to pass the road test. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: The lady we had to deal with had a terrible attitude. She's extremely rude and made our experience unpleasant. We only came here because it was close to home. Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone and in person

Negative experience: This place said it opens at 10:30am and I have been standing here for 1 hour and they still have not open 0 stars if it was possible

Take the time to work through the program with the instructor and you will probably feel differently about things then when you first walked through the door! Positive experience: Their business hours that are posted right in the front if the building is wrong. They close on Mondays. (Edit): They got back to me and are willing to fix the problem, which was the whole point of my review. Excellent job on that and everything else about this school is great.

Fantastic experience: Yes having to take a DUI class is embarrassing and a little shameful, but it's better to learn from your mistakes than remake them. I'm very happy I chose A-1 driving school. The instructor, Mr. Spruce, makes the long weekend interesting, entertaining, and a lot faster than one would think. I highly recommend this school if you ever need driving education.

Fantastic experience: i had a great experience and what made this driving course really fun was the humor of the teacher. He is a very nice person and great teacher. It was a great 6 hour course i would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have a great time and learn.

Positive experience: I was dreading to do DUI class at first. But I had to force myself to complete it it was just because of the long hours on the weekends and I felt I couldn't do it but after my family helped me I was able to do it. But once I got in there and my instructor introduced himself as John spruce he is Awesome by the way. He made us feel comfortable and he open this up to express our feelings about what's going on and how we feel about the situation we put herself in which made the time fly so I do recommend A-1 Driving School on Jimmy Carter because it's awesome especially my instructor John's Bruce on the weekends.

Fantastic experience: A-1 Driving school was a scary thought at first so you can only imagine what i was expecting prior to attending class. I was taken back by the friendliness and understanding both of the instructor and the entire class. It was interesting to see different point of views and realized that these classes are made to obviously better you and to make you think twice about your decisions. A-1 driving school is professional and they care about your business. Easy as 1-2-3 and i love that they have such an accommodating schedule for the regular full-time worker. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: A1 Driving school is awesome! I was super nervous because I didn't think I would understand the material or I would be bored but it was the complete opposite. The instructor was super informative and the content we studied was interesting and helpful. I took the final exam with ease because how much my instructor helped me. I would definitely take the course again and I will be recommending all of my friends!

Fantastic experience: John Spruce was my instructor, and he made my experience worth while. I was apprehensive about attending class although it was required. The days were long, and attendance was mandatory, but John has a personality so funny and entertaining he made the time fly by each day. They provided us with breakfast danish and pizza for lunch. I also learned a lot in class. Now I think thoroughly through all my decisions, and the risk it involves. Overall, my experience was life changing, and I really appreciate this school.

Fantastic experience: My experience in the class was excellent. The instructor was very professional and informative. I learned more than what I expected. The duration of time was not too long. Breaks were taken which aided in remembering the knowledge given. I would absolutely recommend this class to anybody looking to become a better driver.

Fantastic experience: The class was actually not nearly as bad as one might think. The staff at this location were very nice and helpful with getting everything explained and completed. We were given adequate break periods to allow ourselves to focus while completing the course work. And, believe it or not after the first day, everyone was more comfortable with participating which made the time fly by. I would totally recommend this location to anyone who needs to complete this class.
