Fantastic experience: The name of this school lives up to it's name SURE PASS!! After a fear of driving and thinking it could never be me. I decided to sign up for these classes. I am so happy I did! Craig my instructor truly challenged me I appreciate that so much. Amir Gave me the confidence in myself he literally set me up to fly. Both Craig and Amir changed my life, I passed on my first behind the wheel!! I am beyond satisfied with the service provided!! Thank you Craig thank you Amir for your patience and knowledge!!! Thank you sure pass !

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended driving school in town. My 16-year old daughter just got her license yesterday and when the lady at DMV saw her grade sheet with only 5 mistakes she said she did great and was taught well. That's definitely Sure Pass. Special shout out to Jenna too who did an amazing job teaching her. Thanks Sure Pass! You guys rock!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't driven in 17 years, and I was looking for a driving school that would reteach me to drive after I got my license back. I chose Sure Pass because of it's economical driver's education packages, and because of it's good reviews. Jon and Deanne are excellent instructors who allowed me to make my own mistakes (without killing anyone) and taught me adaptability again. It's a fantastic driving school! However, just make sure, if you need to cancel your appointment, to call 48 hours ahead of time to avoid the steep cancellation fee.

Fantastic experience: Needed live scan services. They were very helpful, affordable and fast. Didn’t realize they existed and after so many services life driving school notary and much more. Glad I know now!

Negative experience: I called the office and wanted feedback from the instructor if my Son was ready for the behind-the-wheel driving test. I spoke to a female receptionist; per the receptionist, the instructor is unavailable now. They are with another driving class at this time. I responded when there are available, can you pls ask how my Son does with driving. Per receptionist, they can't talk to you right now. I responded again when that person was available, and pls ask him for feedback. The receptionist then schedules my Son's driving class for Aug 10 at 5:45 pm. After one week no call from the Surepass Driving school. I called the office Aug 10 and spoke to the same receptionist. I told her my Son has an appointment today at 5:45. And Wanted to know if she was able to ask the instructor if my Son was ready to take the behind-the-wheel driving test. Per the receptionist, my Son doesn't have an appointment for today, and they are not a clinic. They don't do a follow-up call. I responded I know you're not a clinic; you are a driving school. The lady was vulgar, didn't schedule my Sons appointment, and hung up the phone.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommended! I passed my on-the-wheel test on my first try. Fabi is a great instructor, she let you feel comfortable and confident.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with getting a live scan at another local place due to sweaty palms. Peggy went above and beyond getting my prints done. She was not only understanding but very patient. Thank you so much for your kindness. A+++++

Fantastic experience: We had a positive experience with Surepass. Peggy is helpful and courteous, the appointment process for the lessons was easy. My teen son took lessons from Fabiola. She was punctual, guided him well and her instructions prior to the test were extremely useful. They also followed all the COVID protocol for which I am grateful. My son passed his test. I would definitely recommend Surepass Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to let y’all know that I had an amazing experience with SurePass. My instructor Adam couldn’t be more helpful. Getting into a car can make you feel nervous but he made it so fun and I was relaxed every time I drove with him. The day of my test he texted me good luck and 2 hours later, I passed with a perfect score. He will make sure you are completely covered for your test with everything you need to know. Thank you Adam!

Fantastic experience: Surepass driving school is a really exciting and well teached driving school. My instructor Adam was very kind and funny and taught me everything I need to learn to drive. If you are going to sign your kids for surepass I highly recommend. I also highly recommend you have your child with the instructor Adam because he is a great teacher and will have your child ready to drive. Adam is such a great teacher I had 0 mistakes on my driving test. I highly recommend surepass driving school to learn how to drive and prepare for your driving test.

I was mainly instructed by Fabi, she kindly corrected my bad driving habits and kept me from being too nervous by chatting with me. She outlined what would be expected of me in the driving test clearly, which I appreciated a lot, and generally gave helpful driving advice. I'd definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with our experience with Surepass in helping our sons learn to be good drivers and obtain their licenses. My younger son had Adam as his teacher and said he was friendly, easy going, and gave him good tips to prepare him for the driving test. My older son had Fibia before that, and he said she was very nice, friendly, and a great teacher as well.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best driving school you ever gonna find in Simi Valley. I mean I checked these guys online and it was very easy scheduling an appointment with them. They even scheduled the DMV's drive-test appointment for me and picked me up on time for training on the day of test. The instructed was quick to note some of my driving weaknesses and focused my training on them through repetitive instructions until he was satisfied that I was ready for test. I'm so happy I now have my drivers license and I'm really thankful to the guys. I bear true testimony that these guys are just amazing. SUREPASS DRIVING SCHOOL anytime any day.

Negative experience: Surepass driving school rips people off . The driving lesson was fine . I paid 300 for there service .Then when they came to pick my Daughter up they wanted another 40 . so i paid that . she had two lessons and now they want another 40 dollors to do the last lesson . They told us it was in the contract . but they never gave us a contract or signed one .Surepass is just a big money hungry company .and should be shut down.

Fantastic experience: When I did my drivers training with Surepass Driving School I was greeted by Fabi who gave flawless instructions and was friendly. The cars were very clean and had really nice interior. I went 3 times to do my drivers training at this school and was very pleased every time with every instructor. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent course provided thorough instruction and training. I learned a lot over my 3 instruction periods of 2 hours each, and I ended up passing my driving test with zero errors! Incredibly professional and very fun. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better drivers training program. My instructor Fabi was very helpful and friendly!

Fantastic experience: WOW! These guys are the best. As a parent I care about where my kids are getting taught and this is an A+ business to work with. The staff is friendly and professional and the trainers are the same and very knowledgeable about the rules or the roads. They take you through the same steps and even the same route as the DMV. The cars are very clean and they are always on time. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Surepass Driving school deserves a review for the GREAT rating that they have earned.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience here. The classroom had a great environment, we took tests that would directly prepare us for the permit test. The instructors explained everything perfectly. My behind the wheel training was fantastic with the instructors. They gave very clear instructions, helpful tips, and were all around very understanding and knowledgeable. Zipped through the driving test without any struggle thanks to these guys. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would like to just start off by saying WOW!!! I loved my experience at Surepass Driving School. The driving instructors were very very nice and comfortable to drive with. My instructor was very funny at times. I would recommend this place to every teenager who wants to get their drivers license without having any fear or trouble. Honestly I have to say that I really learned a lot about driving with my experience at Surepass Driving School.

Fantastic experience: Professional, accommodating, skilled teacher, pontual with reasonable price. I looked around and interview many driving schools before I signed up with them and glad I did.

Fantastic experience: I've had my permit for about 2 months and passed the test 1st try. I went twice a week for two weeks to the class with about 10 other classmates. Our teacher Kimberly was great on correcting our mistakes with the practice tests. She was able to get us all to understand the driving rules of the road and by the end of the 4 days we were all getting 100% on our practice tests. And the place is conveniently placed near a Carl's Jr for lunch time.
