Fantastic experience: Elite Driving school is a pillar of our community. It has always been a pleasure to work with everyone there. Both of my children attended this driving school as teenagers 7 years apart. So when it was time for my youngest to learn there was no question on where they would go. Ms . Scott, Ms. Broussard, Ms. Perry and the entire staff are amazing and committed to supporting their clients. They are all informative, professional and nice. Thank you all for your help.

Fantastic experience: I took the 6 hour adult course and I learned a lot. I passed my road signs and rules test at the very end and I have been given the proper information to pass my road test.

Negative experience: They called 3 days before it was time for my child to pick up license packet to tell me that we never paid for the driving course and stated we needed to pay an additional $300 in order to get the license packet. They stated they couldn’t find paperwork. This is a scam to get more money like other reviews have stated

Fantastic experience: Very kind people. Every instructor from the in classroom to behind the wheel instruction are very nice and calm. They gave out a folder with all the information you needed to get your permit and license. Very helpful.

Fantastic experience: While no process is perfect, great outcomes can happen when you have people that are willing to work with you and make necessary adjustments. We have hectic schedules, two households, but with the great effort by the ladies that run Elite was able to get our 16 year old licensed within a time frame that we needed to. I want to personally thank you ladies for dealing with me, I know I'm not easy sometimes, but I do appreciate all the effort. We'll see you with the next one soon! Oh, and the only thing he missed was signaling before parallel parking! Great teaching.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not only do they take the time to teach your children how to drive. The most important thing is teaching them the about safety and the responsibility that comes with being a responsible driver.

Fantastic experience: Enrolled our 14 year old and they were able to actually keep him focused and he learned something besides video games. They were professional and on point and she was so informative for me. She gave us all the info we needed and helped us navigate the system so easily. Love this place and the staff, we will be enrolling our other son in two years, can't wait!!!

Negative experience: Well I wish I had something better to write, but sadly I do not. I have been emailing and calling this company for quite a while just to SCHEDULE my daughter for her in car lessons. I have left multiple messages and sent several emails. No one answers, ever. Yes I already paid for these lessons online. Stupid me. I am currently trying to get someone to issue me a refund. If I cannot even reach anyone there after I have paid, I cannot imagine what the in car lessons would be like.

Negative experience: Let’s start...people are sorta nice. VERY UNHELPFUL. Class starts at 4pm. Arrived at 3:15pm to ask questions. Door locked. Secretary arrived 3:45pm we approached with our questions. She was not able to talk to us because she was yelling at other people to sign in and sign contract. Kept referring our questions to back of contract which did not even start to answer our questions. Parent orientation is after class and AFTER CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED. Totally disorganized business model. NEVER NEVER available on phone or in person. We scadadled out of there.

Negative experience: Lost my paper work. Now I have to either retake drivers ed or wait until I’m 25 via Texas state law to get my drivers license

Positive experience: Schedule worked great for my high school schedule. I learned alot while in class and on the road. Wonderful experience . The staff really know their information

Fantastic experience: My experience was great and I would recommenend this for every teen!

Negative experience: Poor service. You can barely get time to schedule driving sessions. They continue to ask for additional money to accommodate your schedule. They never answer they phone or answer your calls or needs without reqesting an additional fee. Horrible, run the opposite direction!

Negative experience: Very bad experience. We are appalled by the excessive financial investment and abusive fees we were coerced by Elite to pay. We paid Elite the excessive amount of $150 for a road test that my daughter failed and were told that an additional $150 would be required for a second road test. I now know the Texas Department of Public Safety charges only $11 and allows her THREE opportunities to be tested. We were NOT told there are additional fees if an Emergency Road Test is failed the first time. As of today, we've paid over $700 to Elite and my daughter remains without a driver’s license. We must wait over 30 days to be tested by the DPS office and Elite has not honored their proposed discounting of the $150 road test fee to charge us $75.

Positive experience: The only downside is the lady you check-in with (Ms. Scott). Otherwise, all of the teachers are very kind and enjoyable.
