Fantastic experience: I took the driving test here (with 2 hour prep) and I was incredibly nervous! The people here made the process incredibly easy. From getting the test scheduled to doing the test. the test instructor Phillip was patient and calm! He talked me through every step of the test and made sure I was ready. I feel like a much better driver now than I did before. I would recommend Top Tier to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Top Tier Driving Academy! They were so helpful and guided me every way I needed it. The communication here is top notch. After having a bad experience at Cowboy driving academy with my older child (horrible communication & it took 3 months to get in touch with a human that could actually assist me in scheduling my daughter's test at the Yukon location), I went with Top Tier driving with my second child. My 3rd child will be with Top Tier also and I tell everyone I know to go there.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that our experience was amazing from start to finish. April helped with the scheduling and was very patient with the questions I had and very accommodating. Joe was an amazing instructor and Philip answered questions after hours. I would 100 percent recommend them for anyone looking for driving instruction and testing.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best place for the driving services they offer! Our instructor Phillip was superb. My daughter had completed driver education thru the school district and was ready to take the drivers test. She has anxiety and Phillip was really great with her. She did have to take her test twice as her nerves got the best of her. He met with us 2 days after her 1st attempt and we also did the 1 hour prep before the test. Best $ I’ve ever spent. She aced her test the 2nd time around. My youngest soon to be driver I will be bringing here as well. I’m so glad Top Tier is in our community!

Fantastic experience: They provide you with food, drinks, bathroom breaks any time, and offer multiple options over if you want to do drives with them or just by yourself at home! They have a amazing system and I had such and easy time here, I failed my permit test and then I came here and I aced it, and I passed my drivers test very easily because before the actual test they offer personal driving time to practice the things first. Fantastic experience: If you want a license at any age, don't hesitate, just go to Top Tier. As a 30+ year old who'd never had anything more than a learner's license years and years ago I was nervous about getting my license for several reasons. Top Tier was amazing in every sense of the word from the classroom, to in car lessons to the test itself. Getting behind the wheel experience with someone who teaches driving for a living(in a car where they have access to their own set of brakes) was absolutely invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Can’t began to thank Top Tier enough! They were great thru the whole process. We used them for our first child driving school. They are very friendly on the phone and respond promptly to email. We will definitely be using them again in a couple years for our younger child. Thank you for the seamless classes and first time parent questions!

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with them because I was sick of waiting at the dps & they were kind enough to move some stuff around to accommodate to my day off and for me in very quickly. The instructor himself was absolutely wonderful. You can really tell he enjoys what he does & he is great at it. The tester at browns was very harsh and made me uncomfortable, same at Norman’s dps. I did a 1 hour drive & test with them and he explained everything I needed help with & was incredibly patient with me. I am now much more comfortable on the road & I was able to get my license. Highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe how much we LOVE this driving school!! Trying to get an appointment at a DMV is a nightmare so we decided to try and test here instead and I am SO glad we did!! Their team was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My son did not pass his first time around and the instructor took the time to thoroughly explain how he could improve his driving for his 2nd test. Scheduling his 2nd test was quick and easy. They were able to get him in the very next day. I am positive that had we gone through the DMV, we would have had to wait at least another month or two to even get on their schedule. The instructors and staff at Top Tier are dedicated to making sure your child is ready to be behind the wheel on their own. If you are looking for a driving school that will surpass your expectations, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Top Tier to any parent wanting to help their child learn how to be a more responsible and safe driver.

Fantastic experience: Like others who have left reviews, we were becoming very frustrated with the process to get my sons driving test scheduled. It seemed like the process was taking forever. We popped in to Top Tier to get some information about the driving exams. Phillip was very accommodating and patient. He would have let my son take his test the day we came in, but he had already tested with the DMV that day and was ineligible to test again that day. We scheduled a test within the next couple of days and he passed. I am very grateful for Phillip's kindness and willingness to help! Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: They’re great teachers and such nice people to boot! Phillip is endlessly patient with his students, which is perfect for nervous teens. As a first time mom, I appreciate working with someone who is approachable and understanding of my many questions and concerns. They have extensive, personal experience with Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety, which is super-comforting to me as a mom with multiple kids in those groups. They helped my oldest get his license and I’m planning on sending the other five to them too!

Fantastic experience: Phillip, with Top Tier, was awesome! Very helpful, very accommodating, very communicative. We didn't have to wait long to get an appointment either! You can either enroll in a class, just take your driving exam, or just hire Top Tier to teach you or your child more confidence when on the road and teach them what they'll need to know to pass their driving exam. I would highly recommend Top Tier Driving Academy and will use them in the future when my child is ready to take a defensive driving class.

Fantastic experience: We were having a horrible experience getting our boys into an exam site. They are booked 60 days out and the walk ins are not as easy as they seem to be. People are lining up at 3am to try to get a walk in spot. We called Philip with Tier One for some guidance. He helped us get through this process smoother then I could imagine. As of yesterday I have a licensed driver. Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me though each step and was extremely thorough. If you are like me and lost about what to do and didn’t want to wait 60+ days to get an appointment call Philip and let him do the work for you!
