Fantastic experience: Fleet force Winterhaven location was where I receive my training, not only for in cab out cab pre-trip inspection, my maneuvers and my drive time my instructor Lamar Kelly was very thorough and direct and all his instructions. I would definitely recommend fleet force to anyone who considering obtaining their CDL

Fantastic experience: FleetForce is the best trucking school in Lee County, and it’s not even close. Tom, John, and Skilz are great instructors—courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. The trucks are clean, and the training yard is big and well laid out. Classes are held at the local community college, which is convenient, especially if you need to grab a bite at the cafeteria. Highly recommend this school to anyone serious about getting their CDL.

Your first week will be in a classroom, you gotta study as much as you can for the Written Exams and Study Pretrip. Tom is a great teacher and he has a lot of experience! The other three weeks are on the Track and on the Road listen what they tell you and watch the Lamar YouTube pretrip video. Tom, Skill and everyone at Fleet Force in Fort Myers are the best!

Fantastic experience: Thinking back on week 2 I was struggling to understand the angles of where the trailer is going, now going into to week 4 I see all the angles the instructors were giving us all makes sense. I chuckle at myself for being frustrated and being hard on myself for not getting it going into week 3 as new the last week was upon me. I appreciate everything the instructors showed me. I am ready for my exam and ready for my official license. Oh yeah most of all study those pretrip, because you don't go outside the truck if you don't finish it properly. Good luck future students. The entire schedule is well planned out, if you’re a veteran they work with the VA and have a great program for you to use. They have recruiters as well for job placements after you graduate to get you on your feet and start your driving career.

They provide a ton of insight to better yourself around them and what you do with the truck and trailer. You will have a ton of opportunities to learn how to back your truck and trailer safely and efficiently. You get quit a bit of road time as well. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it. You will learn how to pre-trip and you’ll probably do it so much here that you’ll do it in your sleep. Have the mindset that you will go as far as YOU wanna go.
