Negative experience: Never had an actual lesson from the instructor. However, I did have 2 close calls of being hit from I'm assuming is the instructor, because no one else but a lady was in the car. She definitely did not pay attention to her blindspots and she did not have her signal lights turned on either. Both times she almost entered my lane.

Fantastic experience: I rented a car from this school to take my driving test and I passed! Martha Ortega helped me book the appointment and it was a great experience!

Negative experience: Horrible experience and customer service!! From the very start, she was very aloof and rude with us, and when it came to taking us for the lesson, she was very offended that we wanted the full 2 hours. She told us she had to wait 5 minutes but the directions were unclear. Unable to be diplomatic with her students.

Negative experience: Paid for the online classes and tried to contact through phone and emails with no responses. Do NOT waste your money here to get an online certification.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time and money here. Before booking my lessons, I told Martha very clearly my available hours and asked her if there is availability to take my lessons during those hours and she assured me there is, and so I paid in full for the 6 hour package. After only getting my first 2 hours, I called to schedule the rest and she ghosted me for a whole day, and when she finally answered she said there’s no availability! And when I objected to that, she started being extremely rude telling me what do you want me to do? And saying that It’s my fault I don’t have more availability!! After I reluctantly agreed to her proposed timing, she refused to schedule me and hung up on me!!! I tried calling and texting and she would not answer, she only answered when I told her I’d report her to DMV!

Fantastic experience: This school really helped me longterm. I was apprehensive and nervous about driving, but they take their time and also have great instructors. You will go over any problem areas you may have which is helpful. I got my license with minimal errors. Shoutout to them ! 5/5

Negative experience: If I could give 0 star I would, very unprofessional. We scheduled over text as per her instructions, she did not show up then asked to reschedule for an hour later. I asked about payment she accepted which she stated Zelle and then her account is not set up to accept payment correctly which she tries to blame my banking institution for. So ignorant about business matters too! All she could say is "I've been doing this for 16 years" which is not an excuse for being so unprepared and plain rude.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service I received from this school. The wait for a lesson was not long, and the instructors were very thorough. It made the challenge of giving my license considerably more comfortable. I am confident I will be a much safer driver in thanks to this school.

Negative experience: This is a scam company Buyer Beware!!!! They just steal your money and don’t provide any services. DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Negative experience: Horrible communication. Avoid at all costs. Paid for 6 hours, instructor failed to show for the last 2 hr lesson- no voicemail no text. Took many texts and phone calls to receive documentation of hours. Poor instruction

Negative experience: Pathetic customer service. They only take cash and then refuse to schedule your remaining classes and deliberately refuse to communicate in hopes that you get fed up and stop expecting them to hold their end of the bargain. I am reporting them to the bureau of better business. Who ever this lady is that runs things is the most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure of coming across. Not only is she incredibly rude she also talks about random things while you’re driving which is incredibly distracting. And she runs her errands during the lesson, so you’re left with parking sporadically and waiting while she gets done with whatever she needs to. Save your money, time and respect and do not give them your business. When you call them to convey your grievance, she is hostile and then hangs up to you mid conversation. I am amazed she is still in business with such pathetic practices and demeanor.

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor was extremely great with communication, and teaching in general. The instructor was calm and nice!

Negative experience: very unprofessionals wants you to pay in advance before committing and then flakes on you two minutes before the appointment then trys to put put the blame the clients and says they work from 10:30 to 5 then why the heck to you pick up your phone after 5

Fantastic experience: Rented a car for my driving test here. The girl picked me up on time and was really kind and made sure to show me the basics of the car before the test and had me practice before (she let me drive to the dmv). The car was simple to drive and I passed! After she drove me home, it was lovely meeting her and a it was a great experience with them :)

Negative experience: I cannot believe this company is still in business. She tried to add taxes to my sons driving cost. I asked why is she charging me tax? She says, I have to pay taxes! Good for her, so do I. I don't pay for other peoples taxes! It is illegal for a business to charge tax on a service such as this. She is a scam artist in my eyes. Also, the instruction was extremely poor. Buyer beware, If you truly love your child, do your due diligence and find a better qualified business.

Negative experience: Website shows one price, however they charge higher (saying it was because of the distance, we are 5 miles away) and no where on the website is there a disclaimer for price difference based on location. We continued as my teen was excited to get the lesson done. They also said 'cash only' but web says you can pay over the phone. We had an 830 am appointment, at 8:45 when they had not arrived we called & they told us they didn't know what time the appointment was, that no one had written it down on their end and that they would be at our home at 9. At 9:20 I called & was sent to voicemail 3 times. I called from a different number and they answered immediately. I explained I would like to cancel the appointment, they said 'thank you' and hung up without even taking my name! Very unprofessional and very sketchy. Avoid this scam place!

Negative experience: This sounds like a scam, we did nit find their office and the lady who answered the phone did nit even know the bane if the instructor we were supposed to meet with.. parents, don’t trust your teens with anyone specially suspicious companies like this one.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this company. I was told over the phone that I would need to pay cash to the driver to guarantee all 6 hours could be scheduled before April. I was quoted $225. I gave my address and scheduled my daughters first 2 hours. When the driver got there, I was told it was $249. I explained that I was quoted $225 over the phone (that is how I knew how much cash to take out that day from the ATM). The driver said she would call the company. She left with my daughter and cash (no receipt). A lady called me and told me that because of where my neighborhood was it was more money. She took my address over the phone when I made the appointment, obviously because the driver made it to my house. I don't mind paying whatever it costs, but not when you've already quoted me, had my address, and now my daughter with your driver. I told her to bring my daughter home. Very shady and dishonest. I have several families that have kids that are learning to drive, I will make sure they do not fall into this "bait and switch" nonsense with this company. I'd rather pay $300 to a company that is honest and upfront, than deal with this type of dirty business practice.

Fantastic experience: My instructor is very kind, patient, experienced and always on time. She often explains different road situations by drawing them on her notebook. She helps me a lot to learn how to drive from scratch. Many thanks.

Negative experience: Extremely disorganized. My instructor was very late because somehow my appointment was lost despite the fact I’d already paid. Also, from what I’m reading in the other comments, the management is overly defensive of the business and fights back at whatever people comment. That seems highly unprofessional to me.

Negative experience: They don't deserve a star, not even ONE! Martha, was the instructor, she show up late to the appointment and during the lesson she was ON THE PHONE with her daughter for an hour and the other hour was spent at a parking lot and could not understand her very well, she showed frustration while I was driving. The customer service is not the best, they don't return phone calls in a timely manners, the person who answer the phone has no idea how to process anything and all she can do is give you Martha's phone number to handle the situation and things don't get done. VERY FRUSTRATING. Don't waste your money!

Positive experience: Okay so for this driving school I’m very mixed emotions. I liked my teacher Martha but as she barley speaks English I couldn’t understand her fully. The other girl was very sweet but I had many scheduling issues. I was told a time and they’d be there late or way too early then attempt to charge me for their Mis communication. Also I got switched instructors without my knowledge which I feel I should’ve been aware of. You should be aware there’s a 72 hour cancellation fee of $20 I believe. All in all I feel the school didn’t teach me much and I needed them just for my permit to activate. I feel most of my time was purposeless but it worked out because they’re the cheapest prices around and they were very nice. The extra star is for when I was the dmv and forgot my slip from them they’ met me half way to give it to me (:

Negative experience: BEWARE awful experience. Daughter failed driving test because of this so called, two- bit driving school. Language barrier... instructor talked on her cell phone too much, and stopped at Starbucks during her lesson. Ripped her off on time paid for. Please take your money and business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The instructor is very kind and patient and makes sure to go over driving rules constantly so you won’t forget them. You can learn to dive quickly and fairly easily.

She is also very understanding and patient. Her motto that “anyone can learn to drive” is also very encouraging and motivating. She emphasizes the idea that anyone can learn to drive. One just needs the will and the practice. Martha will help you a lot throughout your lessons. I definitely recommend her driving lessons to any new drivers and/or to drivers who need a refresher.

Positive experience: Great business to boost your confidence in yourself and driving in the streets. With the right attitude and desire for learning how to drive, you will be ready to Ace your behind the wheel test at the Dmv. I would recommend Luis as an instructor for he gives you clear instructions of what us expected and will help you improve. Martha is good as well, even though her English isn't the best she's great at giving you street knowledge if you do not have the knowledge, she'll be sure you have it. I had my first lesson today with Martha and the difference was incredible! She was very calm and gave easy to understand instructions. I already feel more confident in driving and look forward to my next lesson!

She helps you get comfortable and not only teach you to drive but follow the rules of the road! She will review, draw, and reasure that you are getting the information!!! Fantastic experience: Very much enjoyed my experience with Aery driving. Martha, my instructor was extremely sweet and made sure that I was comfortable in every lesson. Throughout the lessons, she made sure to go very in-depth with everything I would need to do to pass the test. Not once did she scold or get angry over mistakes that I made and rather reassured me that I was doing fine. She is the type of instructor to talk and draw out diagrams including everything you need to do to pass the driving test. Extremely informative, all the tips stick with you on the long run. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well advised instructor.
