Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Bestway. They prepared me for the driving test and then some. I had two instructors over my six lessons, and Eric Block was my favorite. He was very helpful and would talk to you like a friend, but would also be a great instructor at the same time. I think he was the reason I did so well on my test.

Fantastic experience: We have loved working with Bestway Driving Academy. I highly recommend them. They respond quickly and are very helpful with any and all questions. Fantastic experience: Over the moon pleased with this company. My son thrived with the Hybrid class and behind the wheel training. They made it very easy for my teenager to learn and actually want to learn because they made it FUN while stressing the importance of the responsibility. I was at ease trusting them with providing excellent instructions for my son. And at any time I had a question, they responded to my emails almost immediately. Including on the weekends. Absolutely would recommend Bestway for your child to get the needed tools to obtain their license.

Fantastic experience: We were so happy with our experience in summer 2022. Bestway was incredibly accommodating in a less than ideal situation when we had to find a new driving school quickly. Online scheduling is a breeze and so convenient! My new driver is confident, even with parallel parking! Thanks for the excellent service and communication.
Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Bestway Driving Academy for Behind the Wheel instruction! From my very first phone call to transfer my son from a different school, they were so helpful and kind, taking the time to answer all of my questions. My son really liked all of his instructors and received great feedback every time.
Fantastic experience: We had the best experience with Bestway! My son was in need of two driving classes to meet his requirement and we called Bestway to see if he could sign up. They walked us through the sign up process and scheduling. They use an online scheduling system that is great, super easy. My son really enjoyed the two driving sessions with Bestway. Positive experience: Although it was our choice to do the online classes, I do not recommend them if you get bored easily. It took my daughter forever to get through it and my son with his learning ADHD never got through it. As for the behind the wheel part, my daughter did not like her instructor. She said he was very critical with the way he spoke to her, and I can tell you from driving with her that she learned absolutely nothing from him. My boyfriend and I have been working with her to teach her things she should have learned from the teacher. For someone that has no driving experience from the start, I suggest they get a different behind the wheel teacher. I am not impressed for the money we paid.

Negative experience: They had one instructor named Heather and all she did was sit on her phone, she made us drive to the gas station for her to get coffee and a muffin. She doesn’t deserve to be an instructor because that’s not instructing. Overall they didn’t teach me anything new or help me with anything.

Hey there! It looks like there may have been a little confusion. We're Bestway Driving Academy based right here in Beaver Dam, WI, not the Best Way Driving School in Brooklyn, NY. While we can't take credit for their rescheduling habits, we'd be more than happy to show you how we do things the right way behind the wheel!
Negative experience: Class is decent . But the driving portion is horrible. They don't have their act together, 2/2 of my lessons theyve failed to show and had to reschedule.

Negative experience: My daughter definitely was not taught what she needed to know in class or in the behind the wheel classes. In comparison, I had 3 children before her that were taught with other companies and was shocked at her lack of understanding the basic driving rules. For example, she never made a left hand turn in behind the wheel or a lane change in town. I was very disappointed and basically had to teach her everything on my own.
As the current owner of Bestway Driving Academy, I want to express my sincere apologies for the disappointing experience your daughter had with us eight years ago. It's important to note that your feedback pertains to a time before our ownership. We took over the school in 2019, and since then, we've implemented significant changes to enhance the quality of our instruction.
