Negative experience: Horrible customer service the Spanish lady that answers the phone very rude and the manager even worse told her to take her time while in process and had the nerve to say thing under her breath thinking I couldn’t hear her very rude and unprofessional they need to be fired

Negative experience: Agarré mis clases con esta escuela en Frederick, terminé mis clases a tiempo pidieron que no teníamos que llamar que ellos llamarían para programar las 6 horas de manejo después de casi un mes aún no recibí ninguna llamada pero tuve que llamar dijeron que habían llamado y nunca tuve ningún registro de llamada perdida ni de mensajes a dos números de teléfonos que les di, pedí en mi última clases que si por favor podían llamar después de las 2:30 debido a la mala señal en mi trabajo cuando fui y hice el reclamo el que me atendió un hombre llamado Luis dijo que él nunca tuvo esa información por último las 6 horas de clases las dejaron para dos meses es decir hasta en marzo cuando mi permiso de manejo está a punto de vencer. Muy mal servicio y falta de comunicación. Para que resolvieran mejor tuve que llamar a la escuela en Wheaton.

Fantastic experience: Tu latino que buscas obtener una licencia, te recomiendo al 100% esta escuela, la verdad me llevó una gran experiencia la recomendaría mil veces, muy amables, se aprende al 100, todos los instructores muy respetuoso, profesional, amables, y un agradecimiento al profesor Roberto una gran persona y profesor, sin nada mas que decir 5 estrellas me parece poco.

Negative experience: Esta escuela nola Recomiendo es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero fui apasar mi tés de manejo y el traductor que me tocó que se yama Alberto no sirve como traductor solo ganar el dinero nomás falle mis 2 pruebas con él porque no me supo explicar bien y cuando le preguntaba algo bien serio como que si nole estaba pagando igual en las clases no dan el tiempo completo nola Recomiendo esta escuela chic@s no pierdan su Dinero en esta escuela

Positive experience: Te dicen que son dos Horas diarias Y empiezan tarde y terminan antes tu clase pague un paquete por 10 Horas y me siento estafada tenía mis prácticas de manejo de 3pm a 5 pm y ellos empezaban a las 3:25 conmigo la clase y me llevaban a la escuela de regreso 4:45 No cumplen El Horario … algunos instructores Usan demasiado el teléfono También mientras dan la clase NO ME GUSTO .

Negative experience: Very upset after paying $340 for this class to teach my wife how to drive find out you need to teach them first. No one told me this after paying. Total waste of money. Now my wife has to re take the class and I will be teaching her how to drive. No help or assistance from this company

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. THEY JUST LIKE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. We have been trying to complete the 6 hours behind the wheel practice and we haven’t been able to because they are not taking appointments. There excuse us that they are backed up because COVID. MVA DONT CARE THEY WILL JUST MAKE YOU DO THE SKILL COMPUTER TEST AGAIN BECAUSE LEARNERS PERMITS CAN NOT BE EXTENDED. First they make you pay full amount after finishing your 30 hours. They said they would call to make an appointment. Mind you I finished my 30 hours in JUNE and we are about to be in OCTOBER and they don’t want to schedule me a spot to get my license. I am very disappointed on this. I suggest you to try somewhere else before going here!

I finished my classes on time and everything and they said I would have the school call me the week I finished to set up my hours with the instructor and they lied. They never called and I waited. I had to call myself and they left me no option and said i had to wait until november. They are making me wait 4 months to get my license. It’s absurd. Don’t go here.

Fantastic experience: I really liked coming to this driving school my bestfriend,brother in -law , and my husband came here and they recommended me to come here. I enjoyed my learning experience here for driving. Xiomara is a great instructor one of the things I liked about her was to tell us to ask her any questions that we had. Overall every one was really friendly and welcoming in the office.

Positive experience: Came in to get some information for my wife's driving classes. Was greeted as soon as I came in & was given all the information needed. She hasn't enrolled yet, so we can't give all 5 stars since she hasn't taken the courses or dealt with instructors, but definitely a good start.

Negative experience: Sinverguenzas! Ni dan las clases y quieren sacarles MAS $ a las gente por salir más rápido? Un amigo compró su certificado acá sin hacer las clases y después no pudo pasar el examen en MVA! Me parece muy feo y no se los recomiendo a nadie!
