Negative experience: They tell you that they charge you to cancel, but that’s all they have done. Not to mention time spent outside waiting no one to show up , calling and no answer until hours after. Putting us on the back burner since we had “time”, now at the last hour cancelling for unforeseen circumstances only to push us after his 6 mos which now requires DMV payment AGAIN AND JUST DRAGGING this out! Absolutely ridiculous . Business is to small and does have the capacity to assist all the new drivers they take on. BEWARE!

Negative experience: My driving instructor was racist against islamic people. That was the most inappropriate comment I have ever heard. He had no right to talk about the temple of Islam while being an instructor. He said about the temple that they should blow it up which is beyond me to say that as an instructor while working. Edit: I noticed I forgot to mention his name it was Richard I personally am not islamic in any way but I think the whole situation was inappropriate.

Richard made me feel very comfortable and confident while driving and was giving me tips as well as compliments when I did something correct. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: First of all, Praises and Glory to God! I want to thank Instructors Kim & Bob of Guardian Angel for a job well done for being great teachers to my daughter during her driving lessons. You both have instilled safe driving in her that the DMV Examiner made 3 great points during her behind the wheel on 10-10-24, such as “Make smooth stops”. Ms. Kim made this very possible for Gillianna to passed her behind the wheel on ONE take. She wrote down pointers on her Mock DMV that Gillianna practiced on 1.5 weeks before her Actual DMV test. I will definitely recommend this driving school to family & Friends. 5 star for having knowledgeable, professional and safe instructors. Excellent customer services. 6 hours of driving lessons was broken down to 3 and the schedule worked perfectly. We never had problems with scheduling or cancellation. Everything worked out well on our favor. Praying for traveling mercies for all the instructors as you continue to teach young teens to be safe and mindful drivers. Thank you for all you do. Negative experience: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This company is horrible. They told me to schedule my daughter’s appointment with the DMV and they would work with me to get her last behind the wheel in before her driving test. I scheduled the appointment and now they are saying they can't schedule her for almost a month which is after her DMV appointment. They said they would work with me after calling for two weeks straight they were rude to me and were not helpful at all, they bank on being the only driving school in the area so they can get away with this unprofessional,I would not recommend them to anyone and I would travel the extra couple miles to go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Guardian Angel driving school is an amazing driving school to learn to drive! As a student, I felt very prepared to take my driver's test and passed the first time! Unlike what other reviews say, I would argue that this is the best driving school and they have the best instructors to learn from. 10/10 would recommend! Bob and Loraine really helped my driving skills.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I went though this place for my training in 2005, didn’t know it was still in business. I will definitely be sending my oldest here now that I do. This place was amazing and I passed my driving test on the first try!

Positive experience: I had my driving time here. All of the people were very friendly and gave me good tips. However, I would recommend that they work on the website, and it's not very easy to use.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Guardian angel driving school and it’s mostly because of my driving instructor Lorraine! I had a few sessions with other instructors as well but I wasn’t as happy with their teaching style and when Lorraine was assigned to me as my instructor, I made sure that all my remaining lessons would be with her! She’s really nice and does a great job of teaching and making you feel comfortable right off the bat. She set a good learning pace and made sure to point out all important rules and instructions while I was driving and I feel like I made the most out of my sessions with her. Thank you so much Lorraine!!

Negative experience: Horrible people! Very unprofessional and frankly downright mean to our 16 year old son. When my husband tried to get a refund he was met with complete disregard. They are all family and act in the same terrible manner. I signed our son up with a very lovely woman Heather who is apparently the wife. Unfortunately she does not work there anymore. Do not go to this school- read all the reviews and now that I’ve been talking to other families- I can see it’s a farce of a company.

Positive experience: After waiting for a return phone call for a week, I was advised to send an email for a quicker response. In doing so, my email was replied to quickly and I look forward to seeing the service provided.

Negative experience: my first session went well, but the next session... nobody showed up. i got a confirmation about my appointment 2 days before, but on the day of, nobody. very disappointing and a waste of my morning.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this driving school. I struggle with anxiety with driving and I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience. The driving instructors are so patient, positive and kind. Years ago I had Edwin(I think that’s his name) and his positive, can-do attitude really helped me begin to conquer my driving fear.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I used this company back in 2016 or 2017 for my oldest son and they weren’t the most professional as there were some scheduling issues. However, as far as him getting quality, behind the wheel experience and training, it was fabulous. He is still grateful till day for the knowledge instilled in him while utilizing this company. It was money well spent and I’m hoping to sign my youngest up really soon here. Hoping they can accommodate us. Thank you, Guardian Angel for the excellent service and driving methods you taught my son. He’s been on the road for 4 years and has a great driving record. I’m very grateful!

Fantastic experience: Guardian Angel helped me prepare SO much for my test. Robert, Mario, and Heather all helped me with specific things to help me (hopefully) pass my driving test tomorrow!!

Fantastic experience: Services were stopped for months due to COVID. The DMV wasn't even available for appointments. Total nightmare. Meanwhile, our kid's 16th birthday came and went. When business opened back up Guardian Angel picked up right where we left off. They were flooded with requests with no one available for our last appointment (which needed to happen before the only DMV date we could secure). But the owner helped us out and sent his wife who came and gave the last driving lesson just in time. Well, my kid finally made it to his behind the wheel appointment, way out in Palm Springs because San Bernardino DMV was destroyed in the "peaceful protest" (riot). Palm Springs was 117 degrees in mid-August and they had to take his temperature twice, but ultimately he got in, passed the test and got his license - first try! What a ride this has been. Thanks Guardian Angel, you guys were awesome and very professional, especially given the challenging times you had to navigate. We have already been referring others your way.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, cancelled my son's 1st class and said we cancel then second time came around I called to verify that someone was coming and guy said Becky was on her way she never came then 3rd time around Martin was going to come on Friday and they cancelled again. This people really think we have their time. We do pay for their services is not free I don't understand how they still have a business. They are so nice when you first contact them. Don't waist your time. I just now hope they do refund my money

Fantastic experience: My daughter just finished her behind the wheel driving classes with Guardian angel and we are very happy. The 3 instructors she had were very professional, friendly, patient, kind And great teachers. The front office staff was very kind and helpful. The only recommendation I have is that they work with their students more on backing up in a straight line but that's it. I will be bringing my next teen to them! Good work Guardian Angel! ps my daughter passed her driving test on her first attempt. :)

Fantastic experience: I would greatly encourage going to this driving school. From a personal experience, all the instructors are very friendly and always want what’s best for you. This school made me a well experienced driver and i ended up passing my drivers test and getting my license on the first try.

Negative experience: They only care about the money , The lady at the front desk has a bad attitude and needs to be trained . They don’t teach you properly and if you mention you want to go somewhere else the lady gives you attitude about it . I want my money back ! Redlands driving school is bad ! Would’ve got better treatment in san bernardino ! Never recommending anyone here !

Fantastic experience: I have been happy with each trainer except one. I let my concerns be known and that instructor is actually no longer there so it wasn’t just me/my daughter . Tonight my daughter is with the owner, Ms. Heather, whom I had a long conversation with, when scheduling this last appointment . I highly recommend this driving school due the experiences we have had. Note: before I chose this driving school I read the reviews and actually sent an email asking about one of the reviews. Long story short, I got an explanation, and I appreciated the quick response and feedback. The honesty was refreshing . Every driving school I looked up had some thing negative and positives. This one had way more positives. I highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful school to learn your driving. Yelp is a place where people refer to before trying new things, so when we write our review we need to be responsible, because it’s going to be a real help for people those who trust yelp, at first I was scared to choose this driving school because of the reviews, but since it was my only nearest option I choose it, but after training with the people in their driving school, I felt those reviews were not true. They teach with responsibility and patience. Heather is so intelligent and experienced in teaching, so she clearly knows how to train the student based on their strength and weaknesses. Especially with price, there is no hidden charges like other places, the rates are pretty straightforward.Withrespect to scheduling I faced no problem, everything went smooth as planned. They pretty much explain their rules at the beginning, when we stick with the rules as they mentioned before there will be no problem. Best and safe place for teen drivers because as teens they should learn and follow the traffic rules in order to practice safe driving, I’m 100 percent sure that this place will train your teens to be a wonderful safe driver. Positive experience: I wasn't sure about joining here by looking at the bad ratings. But I still went ahead (took 6hr package) as this was the only available and nearest to me when I was in Redlands. Thankfully my experience has smooth. My scheduled appointments were never cancelled. Special mention about my instructor Heather who is very good at her job and she did make sure that I unlearn some of my old driving habits and relearn. She was very patient ,and helpful in making sure that I did the things in the right way (the DMV approved way)

Positive experience: My daughter was given a gift from a relative paying for a 2 hr driving evaluation course. My daughter realized this course was designed for someone who had been practicing driving significantly. Since my daughter did not have adequate experience she realized what she really needed was driving lessons. When we asked for a refund, our request was dodged. We were offered a year to use the class, or another person could use the class, but what we wanted was a refund. We had to get several family members involved in an attempt to obtain a refund, and it was clear, they did not want to honor our request. We finally had to open a dispute with the credit card company, who in turn refunded our money. It was a bad experience and I believe the company didn’t use integrity.

Negative experience: My daughter registered in December to take the 6 hours driving class and we paid immediately. I got several calls from Gloria harassing me to ask if we paid. Luckily I had the receipt with me and it was then she said we found it. On the very first date of our class they cancelled without giving us 24 hours notice and they are giving us an appointment next month. I called to see if they could give an earlier one. Gloria was very rude , no customer service. I have asked to talk to the owner. I suggest if you are looking for a driving school, Don't use them. I just saw other people review, obviously they now have a bad reputation. The Owner needs to read People's response.

Negative experience: This African American instructor is beyond rude! She had the student driver stop in a no parking zone on a very busy street during rush hour. And this was right in front of my house. I went out there to let them know how unsafe it is to be sitting in a lane of fast moving traffic..she rolled down her window and wanted to argue with me..very unprofessional! Not someone I would want working for my business or instructing my loved ones on how to drive when she doesn't even know how to be a human being!

Negative experience: The customer care and service leaves a lot to be desired. It took nearly 6 months to get 6 hours of instruction done and my son’s last appointment was canceled & rescheduled 3 times. There’s very little feedback shared with the parents, as well. I would definitely recommend not using this driving school.

Negative experience: Omg sooo rude! I would give 0 stars if i could. Once they have your money its done and over with the friendlyness. Was vasicly called a liar by the owner. Told her I left several messages and never recieved a call back! She is very rude and unprofessional!

Negative experience: After paying for just a 2-hr behind the wheel driver's training for my kid, it took almost 7 weeks to get it done. First appointment was cancelled by them & rescheduled later ....to night time! Driving lesson at night??? It is just so rediculous. I declined & asked for a daytime appointment. I also had to remind them that my kid would soon be going to school by fall which was barely a month away, leaving us lesser available time. The school's Sunday business hours in the afternoon would have been more convenient for us but I just wondered why they could not come up with a Sunday appoinment. I left my kid to make the arrangement with them by himself ...and he finally made it 46 days later from date of sign up. Obviously, their priority is just money, not good service. They taking note that I am "not very polite" on the phone, it is because they deserve it. This is the kind of business to be avoided. The very low rating they get here is no surprise at all.

Negative experience: Lack of Response...UNORGANIZED...Inconvenient. That describes the Administrative Staff at Guardian Angel Driving School. The drivers are great but the office staff is unprofessional, unresponsive and do not know or care about customer service. Go somewhere else--this place simply doesn't care.

Negative experience: The website was very difficult to navigate and the staff in the office are not in the slightest bit interested in being helpful. We sought to get our monies returned and they refused when their services did not deliver what was promised. DO NOT use this school for online drivers ed.
