Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional by some old man. Don't waste your money on this place

Negative experience: This location is engaged in the practice of organized crime. - Lost 160$ plus a full saturday of OT, had to take another day off work to go to a new location. Individual named "Darren" attempts to pull off this crime by passing as a drug addict.

Fantastic experience: This was a good TSS class that kept me awake even tho I had an all-nighter study session the night before. The instructors were very informative and keep you engaged with their teachings. They're also very helpful with any questions & next steps after the class. If I ever had to do another TSS, I'd definitely choose these guys again @Last Minute TSS.

Fantastic experience: Let's get one thing straight - no one wants to waste their day with people telling them how they should drive, etc. However, I found this driving class to be absolutely fantastic. The instructors were very knowledgeable and made the experience very educational. If you thought you knew everything about driving and Arizona laws, think again - you'll walk out of this class having learned something new. The day went by smoothly and was very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Really nice people I made a call earlier today trying to get some info and got all the answers I needed. I’ve called and contacted multiple place trying to get help and info so that I can take the tss class and it was one of the hardest interactions and brain killing experiences. I made one phone call and they had all the answers I needed and helped me get everything set up for me to get the class done. I highly recommend everyone to give these guys a call and get the help they need.

Fantastic experience: Oh absolutely interesting call with the guy on the phone. Professional and enthusiastic individual. Remember guys not all people work the same way; refreshing and optimistic people need to be a part of the customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I was definitely not wanting to go to this class but I had no choice. I will say the instructor Michelle was really great. She kept the energy going throughout the day and made the material interesting. Michelle and Darren both were very professional and friendly both in class and on the phone. I hope I dont ever have to go to this class again but if I do I will definitely come back to see Michelle and Darren. Great job guys.

Negative experience: The man on the phone cursed me out and said he could be my father? Humiliated me and harassed me on my phone called me more than 3 times this man was definitely under something I have a video of the phone call as well…

Fantastic experience: Just recently did a class there it was easy. Michelle and Darren were great! They sent over class completion to the MVD minutes after completing the class ! Highly recommended

Negative experience: Had a class here recently, all the negative reviews are %100 right , I get we’re here to attend to a traffic survival school class but we aren’t going there to deal with someone else’s attitude problems or pot smokers trying to teach us a class. Very unprofessional service. Darren is off a substance & loses his control against you personally, then tries to apologize 10x by saying “I love you” knowing what he’s doing but wants to get his way with it & they never stop bragging ab the $160 fee there making off you & bragging about there’s no refund. The people running this place should not be in control of this business.

Fantastic experience: I had gotten a ticket and needed to attend traffic school. I selected this location as the class date worked for my schedule, and the fees were fair. I dreaded sitting for 8 hours!!! Plus, I had already paid my ticket....so why was this necessary (I questioned and later learned the rule as to why)!!!?? However, I was actually PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how fun and engaging Michelle and D's course actually was as the day went on. I enjoyed partnering up and learning a little about our group of drivers, as well as my driving behavior. They even offer additional resources as well. Quite the professional yet down to earth instructors!!!! I felt very welcomed in their establishment, and payment as well as course completion was completely streamlined. This allowed me to get my license reinstated the same day! Last Minute Traffic Survival School ensured that we were all comfortable with water, coffee, and a very clean environment. Never did I consider that I would review something I was forced to do....BUT THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional place they cuss in front of customers n argue amongst themselves terrible place don’t go here if your looking for a place that won’t disrespect u for no apparent reason from the very first minute of entering the building the man that works in the front is very rude takes his personal frustration and anger out on customers all from simple inquiries and questions upset him so much that he has to yell interrupt u every sentence u try to get out I think it was something prior to me showing up or that’s just his personality but never been that disrespected in any establishment I honestly found a place like McDonald’s far more professional and respectful that says a lot I’m a pretty social person and I can see someone with social issues becoming traumatized by such aggressive disrespect people are scared to even talk to people imagine getting a ticket and having an experience like that I’ve had many great hosts at other places that are very respectful to everyone while being funny and entertaining this place is unorganized unprofessional and u a good chance u will be totally disrespected hostile environment

Negative experience: I was going to make an appointment for my son as he was at the hospital with my husband who is actively dying at this time. Daren or Darwin ,I didn’t quite catch his name as he never stopped saying no no no no he’s to old and interrupted every sentence I tried to say. I have lived in mesa for 69 years and I have honestly never seen any customer service person this rude. My husband had gone there a few years ago. But I guarantee no one I know will ever go there. He should be ashamed of himself

Negative experience: Horrible customer service The man who answered the phone very disrespectful didn’t even say hello when he answered so I didn’t know if he was there so he replied with hello but with an attitude and I asked if I can schedule a class and he rudely says OK and then I told him if I can try to do like two weeks from now and he cut me off and says I didn’t check the stupid schedule on their website when I did that I was trying to ask if I can do it from two weeks from now and he rudely hangs up on me. How do you expect people to come to your Traffic Survival School if you guys are rude about it and don’t help out.

Fantastic experience: Instructor was very welcoming and friendly. I was not looking forward to an 8 hour class but It wasn’t bad at all all. the material they taught was not boring and she made sure we were all interacting and participating as a group! I don’t plan to be back to TSS but i would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you Michelle!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I loved Michelle! Traffic survival school sucks from what everyone told me! But this was a joy. She’s outgoing funny!! Makes the experience go by so fast. One amazing lady!! And Darren her better half is so helpful and smart about any questions you need on anything!! These two people are one amazing duo!! If you ever have to take traffic survival school don’t go anywhere else but here!!!

Fantastic experience: I was dreading traffic school especially 8 hours of it. Michelle was awesome and the day went extremely fast. She lead more of a discussion on how actions impact more than just yourself especially when driving a car. She was extremely knowledgeable and shared countless experiences helping the day go smooth. Highly recommend attending if you have to go to TSS!

Fantastic experience: I was not looking forward to spending 8 hrs on a Saturday in a traffic survival class.. Not only that I had to miss work and pay the additional fees besides the fines my wallet definitely took a beating. Now I will say that Michelle made every minute/ hour worth the time. She was very enthusiastic and kept the entire class involved. She's awesome at what she does and as much as I enjoyed her class and the other attendees I will not violate a traffic law again. So most likely I will never see her again. Thank you Michelle

Negative experience: I've been here before in the past so ill give an extra star because it wasnt that bad of an experience. Until I tried again... Darren the "lead" instructor or whatever was not so considerate over the phone. Immediately went to insulting me about how I've "ignored" my responsibilities. As if I don't know that. Felt like talking to a police officer with a chip on their shoulder. Things happen in life even if its your own fault. Who is he to immediately judge someone without knowing or even seeing them. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Never considering or recommending this place to anyone again.

Fantastic experience: Michelle did an amazing job at keeping the environment as fun as she could while still making sure we got the information needed. She gave us adequate breaks and even when it seemed like we were getting a little sleepy made sure we had coffee and water available. Would recommend this school for anyone needing this class, worth every last penny, and she did an incredible job at making sure we had everything taken care of at the end. Couldn’t be happier.

Negative experience: I attended last minute traffic survival school a few months back. My completion information was never forwarded on to the MVD according to the records and my license is now suspended. I have left several messages and can't seem to get someone to return my call. This isn't my first horrible experience of course. My initial class was scheduled I show up on the day that it was scheduled and there was absolutely no one there class was canceled and nobody even notified me. This business has been completely unprofessional, I'm hoping this review will get someone to call me back.

Negative experience: This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I got a ticket for the first time & the instructor was EXTREMELY rude. Was very unprofessional, and was shouting at me when I asked for help. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

Negative experience: Don't go here Very Rude when trying to get information. Not professional has a attitude when they are charging you 150 dollars please take your hard earned money somewhere else. I don't have to follow nothing you say I m grown and again you won't get my money I suggest no one else gives you their money as well find someone that will answer your questions correctly because this ain't the place.

Fantastic experience: *****As far as traffic school (TSS) goes, look no further.... this is the place to go!! Michelle & Darren carry lots of positive energy that seems to effect everyone in class. They keep everybody in the discussion and time seems to lapse at a very reasonable rate. After class, just about everyone had a question regarding their confusing ADOT paperwork & process, including me. This was received very patiently and thoroughly, assuring us of the steps needed for each individual and their specific case. You guys ROCK!! Thank you,

Fantastic experience: No one wants to do traffic survival school but if you got to do it, you gotta do it. Expecting a long boring class, I got in there and Darren and Michelle had great positive energy that kept the class engaged, making the time go by faster. Highly recommend, especially if you really need to do it last minute like I did. Called Tuesday, and came in on a Wednesday to complete the class.

Fantastic experience: Michelle and Darren made the experience much more enjoyable than what it could've been. They had their own trials and tribulations to pass which makes connecting with them easier. They know what you're currently going through. I wouldn't recommend getting a red light flasher ticket, but if you do, I'd highly recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: Painless process - great communication - interesting (given the circumstances) presentation. The curriculum keeps you interested enough to make it through. They really seem to care :)

Negative experience: Went in the morning for classes...door was locked...so I thought maybe they havent opened yet.so i went to get a coffee and came back 5 minutes later, place was still closed..waited 10 minutes...steal closed.....so the door sign says open from 8am to 12pm...so why y'all closed during your open times? Ended up going somewhere else that were able to squeeze me in their schedule that same day.

Positive experience: Easy scheduling, and the service upon arrival was quick and easy once you did the reservation online. Prices are fair. Cash or money order. Classes are taught by very knowledgeable instructors and they keep you entertained. I definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Owner was VERY disrespectful...i showed up for class and the place was not even open...3 other people showed up too so apparently i wasnt the only one who was told class was on a wednesday. The owner tried to blame me!!! I would not recommend going somewhere and you get talked to like youre less than human. Place doesnt even deserve 1 star but i had to put one to give a review

Fantastic experience: Darren was great! I was dreading having to spend a Saturday there but wound up actually enjoying my day. I was surprised that I really got a lot out of the class that applies to many aspects of life not just when you're behind the wheel. If you have to go to TSS, this is the place to do it!

Fantastic experience: Went to this place today and I was surprised! I never expected traffic survival school to be up beat and fun. The owner Darren was very nice and took time to break down some things that myself and peers did not understand fully. Michelle was also kind and very respectful. They were both energetic and confident in what they teached. I would recommend this class to everyone who needs it. Great customer service and hospitality. Five stars!

Negative experience: I would give 5 stars had it not been for the phone call I just had with one of the owners Darren...he was helpful getting in for the firt class I had to take...not sure why he was so rude and disrespectful...if your place of business is closed how about not taking the call.
