Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would

Fantastic experience: Took my driving test this morning, The staff were very friendly and the instructor/tester was great. Nailed my road test :)

Positive experience: Was alright just need to help with parallel park practice some more

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment over the phone for my drivers license , they told me they would print everything out when I got there . I drove 30 minutes there and 30 BACK HOME after they told me I had to print all these documents out and that my mother who is 5 hours away from me would have to sign forms even tho I’m 18 years of age. Lady at the front VERY RUDE and unprofessional, she needs to be fired immediately, doesn’t know how to talk to customers that are giving MONEY to the company. Girl you are not working at the DPS office , there was no one in there besides us and another worker . There is NO reason for the unkindness . She is lucky I didn’t decide to cuss her out . Will not be returning, wouldn’t give my money to a business with employees such as her .

Negative experience: Mr Guzman is a great instructor but the examiner who did the road test with me failed me twice I have autism hello shakes head

Negative experience: The people are very rude

Negative experience: Mr.Guzman was great, however the lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional over the phone and in person. Whenever I would check in to go into class she would give me a dirty look and talk to me as if I was bothering her. I haven't taken my 14 hours of driving yet but I'll follow up to let you know how it went

Negative experience: The in class portion is great. My daughter got through it quickly. The driving portion however, is another story. The students have to have 7 hours of driving with the instructor. I was able to make an appointment the first time without problem. Now, I’ve been waiting almost a month for a call back to schedule another appointment for her to continue and finish these hours. The receptionist tells me that they’re going down a list of call back, but, seriously? Almost a month to get a 30 minute driving appointment? Then I was told that they have such a long list bc their other location closed- maybe they should have kept that other location open? It’s frustrating having to wait this long for a 30 minute session. If I would’ve know this, I would definitely have found another location.

Fantastic experience: I got My Permit and Mr Guzman was very helpful and friendly and very fast teacher!

Negative experience: Could be better. Paid over $400 so that they can spend 14 hours teaching my son to drive, while I have to spend 30 hours teaching him to drive. Defeats the purpose of putting him in driving school. My advice, teach them yourself and save yourself the money.

Negative experience: Zero stars for this place. Do not come here. They will not schedule my son to finish his driving hours. Been over a year since they took our money. I can understand the pandemic and low staff, but a year !! Ridiculous Yet they continue to enroll new classes

Negative experience: My daughter liked all the driving instructors although they were very short staffed getting drive time was very difficult. The lady in the office is borderline unprofessional and rude. There was disorganization with paperwork as well on their behalf where they wanted to charge me extra fees because I didn’t have it, turned out they never gave it to us. I was so ready for my daughter to complete her course and be done with them. Currently they are down 2 drive instructors & I don’t doubt it’s because of office ladies attitude.

Negative experience: Es mucho lo que cobran y poco el tiempo de enseñanza. Y tienes que apuntarte y esperar a que tengan dias disponibles. No son seguidas las horas de clase .

Fantastic experience: Great services especially with Mr Guzman he is a great instructor. I would highly recommend this course.

Negative experience: Overall the school and teachers are great. But don't waste your time calling because the "lady" at the front desk never answers the phone and has a horrible attitude. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 4 days called about 20 times no luck. I work same hours they do so I rely on being able to speak to someone over the phone for information or to schedule appts. for my daughter.

Negative experience: Mal servicio!! Mi esposa fue a sacar su licencia en ese lugar, fue a las clases y paso el examen escrito sin problemas, el problema fue cuando intento hacer su examen de manejo, ella fue y se presento le dijeron que tenía oportunidad de 45 min de práctica antes de su examen y no le dieron el tiempo suficiente para practicar y la pasaron directamente al examen sin estar lista, no paso el examen y le recomendaron tomar una clase de manejo, ella pago y le pusieron una fecha y hora, el día de la clase de manejo se presentó y le dijeron que no estaba en la lista y que le intentaron marcar pero que nunca contestó cuando a ella nunca le marcaron (ella ya avía pagado el dinero de la clase y les llevo el recibo y aún así no estaba en la lista) en fin, le pospusieron su clase le dieron otra fecha y otra hora, se presentó y paso el mismo problema, que según no estaba en la lista, cometieron el mismo error dos veces, dos veces en la que ella tuvo que dejar de trabajar para tomar esa clase, le dieron otra fecha y otra hora, ella marcó a los pocos días para confirmar que en verdad le fueran a dar su clase y no pasaría como las veces pasadas y no le dieron una respuesta concreta la tenían esperando en la línea por mas de media hora, ella colgó y decidió ir personalmente a confirmar bien su clase, ella va y se presenta y todavía la cuestionan de porque va a ser su confirmación en persona, se llega el día de tomar su clase y se presenta y todo bien, llego, la atendieron y tomó su clase de manejo, se paso el tiempo de su práctica y la instructora le dijo que estaba lista para retomar su examen de manejo así que ella pagó por retomar su examen de manejo y el día de hoy 03/27/2021 a las 7:30 de la mañana fue a hacer su segundo examen de manejo con otra instructora que según tengo entendido es la dueña o encargada de la escuela de manejo, ella le aplico el examen, mi esposa hizo todo lo que le explicaron y enseñaron en su clase con la otra instructora y aún así no paso el examen, mi esposa dijo que eso fue lo que le enseñaron en su clase, no sé de qué sirve que pagues por una clase y cuando haces el examen no es lo que te enseñan en la clase y ahora la que le aplico el examen a mi esposa dijo que ella tenía que hacer todo como el manual y que ella quería cuidar su licencia, señora dueña o trabajadores de este lugar, si está viendo y leyendo esto nosotros entendemos que qué quiera hacer todo como el Manual y que cuide su licencia y su trabajo, entendemos eso, pero si le pido de favor que a demás de cuidar su licencia y que quiera hacer todo como el manual (que está bien) fíjese que sus trabajadores den las clases como deben de ser, otro dato, usted le dijo a mis esposa que podría matar a alguien por su forma de manejar, cuando esa forma fue la que le enseñaron ustedes, así que ojo en eso, si ustedes le enseñaron a mi esposa y luego dice que puede matar a alguien, eso significa sus enseñanzas puedes ocasionar problemas a la comunidad, deles un curso a sus instructores, o cheque bien como hacen su trabajo, mal servicio y mal mal aprendizaje, además de una mala experiencia, si pudiera le Daría 0 estrellas!!!

Negative experience: I have never left a review on any type of business. But I did not like the service that was given to me. If I could I would ask for my money back . It was a waste of time . I was recommended to this place because I need my license. I did not have a good experience at this place I believe the staff needs more communication between themselves. I called on the phone to schedule a driving lesson because that’s what the instructor recommended me . I showed up twice at the time and day they scheduled me. They told me I was not on the list and then they said I was on the list. Which didn’t make any sense. They told me they had been trying to call me but I never received a call. So I had to drive back home .. and I was mad because I can’t be asking for permission at work so many times and not get what I need done. They also told me I had to be confirming that I would be there. Which didn’t make any sense because I payed & if I made the appointment then why would I not be in the schedule. But this third time I took the lesson I made sure to show up and confirm in person because I didn’t trust the person on the phone anymore. I work and have a life like everyone else, I understand if it happens once but it happened to me twice. I don’t find that professional. The people that work there say different things , they contradict themselves. I’m not the person to make a show or talk bad but honestly I can’t rate the service 100 ... with that being said I payed for a driving lesson after not passing my driving test I payed 100 and something ... + 60 for the lesson and the lesson was good but everything the Instructor taught me I did on my driving test retake and this other instructor told me everything I did was wrong .. so I failed the test twice ... I payed for a driving lesson that taught me apparently what I needed but the main instructor of this place says it’s wrong ??? Then why are y’all teaching different things if it’s so important for you to keep your license In that case make sure that y’all teach the same thing because then I’m being charged with no purpose. Because at the end of the day I will Fail my test. All the staff in this place are not on the same page. FYI I will not pay 100 & something for a test nor more money on driving lessons . Now I will just take my test at the actual Dps :)

Negative experience: This place is very unorganized & the operator Veronica has very poor customer service. Every time one calls she’s extremely rude and comes across as if you are bothering her or she hates her job.

Fantastic experience: The lady there is very nice ! , she answered all the questions we had , she explained everything as far as what the school is about and the prices and what you will be doing ! . She is very Attentive to you . & by the way thank you !

Fantastic experience: My oldest son took Drivers Ed a few years ago and now my middle son came, as will his 15 year old brother! The quality of service and professionalism is why I keep returning and I definitely would recommend. The satff at both locations are very kind and helpful!

Fantastic experience: The programs is easy to understand and remember they also thoroughly explain how to get your permit and driving fundamentals. If lucky a guest will educate you in a entertaining way leaving an imprint by the end of the day. Overall this establishment does it's job efficiently

Negative experience: Absolutely Terrible overall experience. I had to wait two weeks for my final drivers test on only 10-15 mins of practice before the actual test, THANK God that I have a great muscle memory or else I could've failed bad if it were someone else all because I was only supposed to wait one week but Elsa forgot the time on when the test was taking place! If I didn't call her for my appointments of when I wanted to drive they probably would've never came by for my lessons, I paid $495 plus the process fee so over half a grand just to be given the run around and then on the day she was late another student passed the test and they were all cheering and having a good time right in my face while I'm sitting there feeling deflated and then having a conversation in another language with the lady that graduated while I had to take a ride of disappointment home, you could at least translate what she's saying so I wouldn't have to feel like the third wheel being left out you need to learn some manners on that note Elsa! I feel like the course was worth only $200 if even that! I just got my license today but not because of this school but because I found a way to fight around her being late to my lessons, failing to make it to the test appointment and taking over priorities of other students over me who gave her and them OVER HALF A GRAND! I'd give this school sub zero scores if I could DONT GIVE THEM EVEN A PENNY FOR THE THOUGHT OF GOING THERE!!

Fantastic experience: I've always been nervous behind the wheel and that fear has set me back a lot. As an adult it is hard to getting around not being able to drive yourself and so I finally decided to it was time to try a driving school. I can't tell you how worth it coming here. Mrs.Castillo was my driving instructor and within a day I learned more from her than anyone who ever tried helping me. She was kind, patient, and very informative. Because of her I am sharpening my skills and will back to learn more. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing woman and Texas driving school.
