Negative experience: Woman at the counter was extremely rude to everyone that came in, and scoffed at people who didn't speak perfect English.

Negative experience: Please stop having your students DRIVE OVER 25 mph in my neighborhood! There are children that run up and down the street and this driving school is allowing their students to SPEED OVER 25mph in the neighborhood! Please stop

Negative experience: Walked in to do a driving skills test to be informed they have no availibility and the employee did not seem particularly interested in helping me find out when they have availibility. So basically the website is a lie!!

Negative experience: I had three of my kids not pass their driving test mysteriously by a 78. They will never give what questions or even what categories they need to study. One child even took it 3 times. Their attitude really resemble a scam if you don’t take their course. So a different child went over to Defensive Driving school in Kennewick and passed with a 98 one week after failing at Premier with a 78. Something is fishy. Buyer beware!

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor's, very friendly, patient and great with the students. The owners were very helpful and understanding of my hectic schedule. They worked with me to make sure my daughter finished her course. I am so appreciative of their kindness.

Fantastic experience: The person who gave me my test was a enjoyable person to be around. The whole getting a license in Washington experience has been surprisingly good. Oregon, where I had my previous driver's license, does all this in one spot at the DMV and people there were just unhappy. It is nice to go to these government mandated places and everyone is in a good mood

Negative experience: Honestly, with people have a learning disability I don’t know why they make us take a knowledge test in the office been calling people, and answering the phone in the office. Can we take the knowledge test at the big room mind as well take our phone for not cheating.‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this school to anyone who is ready and willing to learn how to drive. They will get you on the right path and teach you all about driving. They were also able to work with my work schedule to get me at least once a week or every other week for an hour drive. I’m thankful for their patience and excellent teaching skills. Negative experience: Complete failure to follow any covid safety guidelines on the part of the female instructors we’ve encountered. Don’t wear masks above nose or even at all yet walk close to all the students violating 6 feet regs as they talk, talk, talk unmasked. Show some respect for peoples’ safety! Horrible parking. Not impressed.

Fantastic experience: I speak two languages and sometimes it's hard to translate words from one language to another. The customer service I received made me feel confident and ready to pass my test. They were very patient took there time to explain anything I needed help with they are willing to help you with any answers you get wrong and go over them with you so next time you can do better. I highly recommend tri cities premier Driving School I was going to a diffrent driving school and it wont compare to the service I received here. Dont look for any other driving school if your reading this just call and schedule with them you wont regret it. You will love the staff and the way you learn there.

Fantastic experience: The people here was extremely welcoming, kind, and explained the process for someone out of state, which the DMV front desk rep was no help. I got everything done in a day and prices were very fair.

They respond to emails and text messages in a timely manner and she said her drives are low pressure and comfortable. I will be HIGHLY recommending Premier to everyone we know :)

Positive experience: Everyone was so nice and friendly when I went in to take written and driving test. But when I took the driving test the lady seemed to not be in a good mood and was very strict on everything and wasn’t that nice about the little tiny mistakes.

Negative experience: This place is horrible! They discriminate the disabled! Wouldn’t spend a penny on this school!

Fantastic experience: We love this school! Very professional. We've had two teens successfully complete the course and two more taking it now. Even with all of their different personalities, it's a great fit. The staff members are respectful to students and parents. They are knowledgeable and thorough. We definitely recommend Premier!

Fantastic experience: Premier Driving school is amazing! I've had my permit five times in three different states and never felt comfortable driving. Craig is amazing! This is the best driving experience I've had and I have had MANY instructors. He is so personable and made me feel comfortable and way more confident driving. I was almost ready to throw in the towel and never get my license before coming in. After almost ten years of letting my permits expire, Craig convinced me to finally try for it and without him, I probably would never have taken the test. Words can't describe how grateful I am for Premier and how highly I recommend them! The instructors are very knowledgeable, pricing is good, and you'll be the best driver ever with what they teach you!

Fantastic experience: Simple course and Steven was an great instructor. Tye course was great. I would suggest the extra little bit to pay for the full deal well worth it.

Negative experience: Good prices. However, the written testing area is the same as the workers office. Which means they are talking to each other and other clients while you test. Major concern in general, especially when it comes to those with learning disabilities.

Fantastic experience: They truly care about their students and do a great job of giving one-n-one time when needed. When it's time to take your state test, they offer walk-in written and drive tests which is super hard to find in the area. Definitely call Craig and Lorita when it's time for your kids to take driver's ed!

Negative experience: I drove perfectly, I missed my parallel parking barely and I was extremely cautious and I thought I drove great. Gave me a 74 and I needed an 80 to pass. $50 down the drain and if you fail you have to pay another $50 I highly don’t recommend going here
