Fantastic experience: This is the best class to take a risk reduction class in Augusta. Ms. Angela Caldwell is a great instructor. She made this 20 hour course enjoyable, educational and worthwhile. If you have to take a driver course or a risk reduction program I highly recommend PATHWAY CONNECTIONS.

Fantastic experience: The environment for the class is very professional. This was a very informative class. It flowed nicely and kept me engaged throughout the entire class. I went to take my test right after the class and I got every question on the test correct. I would recommend this class to everyone. Even if you are not mandated to take the class it is something that will greatly benefit you.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend a better DUI school. Mr.Hall does a phenomenal job! At first I lamented the idea of sitting in a class from 8am - 5pm, but Mr.Hall kept keeps you engaged through his story telling skills and experience as a great educator. For anyone looking to take the risk reduction course, I strongly recommend this school!

She is extremely knowledgeable even when asked things that is driving related but not relevant to the class, she gives a prompt answer or information to find the right answer. Fantastic experience: Took defensive driving class and it was great.

Negative experience: I spoke to Crystal, Monday about getting a copy of my certificate and requested it to be sent by email. She then told me that it can only be printed at the school and not emailed. I was told to visit and pick up a copy anytime on Thursday 8-5pm. I requested time off to leave work early at 4:30pm and be on time to receive my copy. I showed up Thursday at 4:55pm. I knocked and no one answered. I called her and she told me five to ten minutes and was turning around. I waited until 5:40pm and called her back. I was then told she had to be somewhere at 5pm and left the school at 4:55pm. She then told me I can come back Friday OR receive it by email. I had an appointment at 6pm and still haven't received my certificate by email. Very disrespectful and disregarding of others time.

Fantastic experience: Thank you pathway connections for helping me retain my license. The instructor was amazing Professional and knowledgeable. They were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs Driving defense classes. I give them 6 stars out of 5. This is definitely the place to be to get you back on the road. I promise you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I like this school because they have a defensive driving class EVERY Friday. The other facilities you have to WAIT for a class to be open which is usually once or twice a month. The class instructor Crystal does an EXCELLENT job with teaching the class. She’s very informative and you will learn a lot and she also makes you feel comfortable and welcomed no matter the reasons on why you taking the class. I recommend EVERYONE try this accredited school FIRST!!!

Fantastic experience: The place to go if you need a guaranteed pass on the defensive driving course. Crystal is a fun and laid back teacher. I didn't take my ADHD meds and was a bit concerned I'd completely blank out but Crystal kept giving us breaks which helped to keep me a bit more on track. While I did zone in and out a bit, which is to be expected in a six hour course, Crystal made it very clear what was expected both on the test and in the class which helped a lot.

Fantastic experience: The instructor has exceptional knowledge and is truly gifted with presentational skills. The 6 hour defensive driving course that i had imagined, was replaced by an informative, interesting, and interactive social gathering. I recommend this course to anyone who would like to pay less for insurance or has issues with their Ga state drivers license. BTW Guys the lady is stunning. A really cool girl with impressive credentials, to me $95 is a bargain just to hang out with her for 6 hours.

Fantastic experience: I had my best experience at pathway connections with Mr. Greg he was a excellent instructor and Ms Crystal was also very helpful and resourceful to i would highly recommend this school if you have a DUI or any or other traffic violations i nothing but good words and respect for this school and the staff

Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to have found Pathway Connections DUI and Risk Reduction School because I needed to take a Defensive Driving Class and all the other schools only have class on Saturdays once a month. Pathway Connections has their Defensive Driving Class every friday. I was able to get that day off and attend. Instructor was very nice, easy to understand and I learned so much I dint know. Fantastic experience: I never thought I would find myself having to attend a court mandated program such as this but it is what it is and this is the best place in the world to go. I didnt know what to expect but Crystal Gowdy and Gary Hall made me feel like a valued person and not a criminal. The fee is what is mandated by the State. I can't thank them enough and actually I hated for it to be over.

The instructor Crystal kept my son attention and even after the class he was still telling us about new laws and things we should and shouldn’t do. Crystal is very understanding, friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend Pathway Connections!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Crystal has got to be the rudest person I have ever talked to over phone from a business perspective. Don’t see how this woman still has a job, making unnecessary calls back to customers just to be rude and act out. Then went and block my number, this place is a joke lol.

Fantastic experience: Pathway Connections is the only defensive driving and risk reduction school in the CSRA that truly embodies its name...to help people connect the gaps in their lives in building pathways to a better future. I needed to take the class last year and learned that there were several schools to choose from. After calling three of the schools and still being undecided, I decided to give Pathway a call. After I started speaking with Crystal, the owner, her genuine spirit, non-judgmental attitude, customer service and willingness to help caused me to realize that I could stop looking. Regardless of what a person's history is as to why they are there, everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and they are given the tools and motivation to succeed, not just behind the wheel of a car, but in life. Any school can dispense information. Only a select few can teach, motivate, encourage, and upbuild. Pathway Connections IS that school.
