Negative experience: I failed the first time test driving here and yes admittedly it was my fault but Dave (I believe) wasn't a good instructor, he didn't give clear tips and was very vague.

Negative experience: I feel like it was a money scam I failed my Parking payed 80 bucks was in the car for 3 mins he could of atleast let me practice with the rest of my 48 mins the test was suppose to be so I got better took me on the road test because parking isn’t driving to see what I do wrong there as well but nope I’m lost out on 80 bucks go to mosleys this place isn’t it

Positive experience: Segment one online class is so incredibly boring but it got the job done.

Negative experience: Paid for the second part of school for my daughter classes start today and they totally won’t answer in where she has to be so she missed her class and they stole my money no stars if I could would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Joe Lutz was really nice and made the class super fun, but still helped me learn exactly what I needed to!

Fantastic experience: I’m taking segment 1 and I will soon be taking my test. The classes itself were great, and everyone who was in my class were really nice and great to talk to. Trica is the teacher/mentor of the classes and she is a great person and made the classes fun and interesting as possible while also making sure we are aware of how serious driving is. When I took my driving courses, I enjoyed driving with Dave and Trica. They were very kind and understanding and are fun to converse with. I hope I pass my test :) EDIT: I passed!!

Fantastic experience: This school is great. The teachers are patient and will help you find what areas you need to improve on. Their adult lessons are reasonably priced and very effective!

Fantastic experience: Tricia made driving super fun and I actually learned a lot! Dana and David were amazing to drive with, and helped calm any nerves or worry.

Fantastic experience: The mentors were extremely friendly and I feel like I’m prepared to drive. Tricia was especially friendly and made the class a fun environment to learn in.

Positive experience: Dana was super nice to drive with!! Tricia was great too. They don’t make you feel under too much pressure.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time out to greatly express my gratitude to Mike Rosksmp. He was very patient with me, stayed calm while I made mistakes and explained in full detail the things I were doing right and wrong. He lifted my spirit and gave me the confidence I needed to past my state test and for that I say thank you Mike….Don’t be a Russian, rushing to a red light saved me a few times!

Fantastic experience: I just completed segment 1 at Century in Grand Haven, and the class was exciting and engaging- I felt informed and comfortable with the driving hours and benefited greatly from Tricia’s (the mentor who teaches the class) teaching style, she was very energetic and excited about teaching the next generation of drivers.

Fantastic experience: I took my drivers test with Jim Harrington and he was very clear with instructions. I didn’t feel nervous but felt confident because he was saying funny comments and making me laugh. Very nice and professional I must say. Good job :)

Fantastic experience: James Harrington did a great job with my son whom is at times nervous behind the wheel. His road test went awesome! My son also did a practice test with Mike Lynch a couple weeks before, and Mike was awesome as well. Century Driving, particularly in Newaygo did an excellent job!

Fantastic experience: Today my daughter took the drivers test with this company. She had a very good experience with the instructor James Harrington. He goes by Jim. He was very professional and clear in what to expect and do. It was all very easy to understand about what to bring and do while there.

Fantastic experience: James Harrington called us over when he saw us waiting our turn for our appointment so we didn’t wait in our vehicle long to get started. He was courteous and knew everything we needed to complete the appointment. He has you sanitize your hands before using his pen to sign documents which made me feel better. He let me know about how long the drive would take and as far as I could tell they got back earlier than that. It was a short and sweet process. I recommend using Michigan Road Testing and James Harrington as the instructor.

Fantastic experience: We arrived early and Jim was ready and waiting for us. He was friendly, helpful, and best of all, passed my daughter for her road test (which I wasn't too worried about)! She felt comfortable driving the car they used (due to covid restrictions you can't use your own vehicle). Overall it was an easy process and a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I took the Segment 2 portion of drivers training, and I had such a wonderful, fun, and professional experience. Mrs. Tricia, the mentor of my class, was such a wonderful teacher and truly taught the class the dangers, and wonders, of driving. From the risks of driving to the ways to drive a car safely and correctly, the amount that I learned in this class, and what I will apply in the future, is astronomical. I will surely refer my younger friends to Century Driving, and tell them the fantastic experience I had here.

Negative experience: Called because the website wasn't working. Typing in my zip code it gives an error. I checked and even though I signed up on the wait list, I had to sign up again for it over the phone. I had asked how to get on a waitlist for multiple locations and was told "sometimes it gives you other locations, its hard to say" then when I asked the approximate length of wait time for the list I got "its hard to say" so I asked, this year or 2022, just trying to get an idea of when I may hear back, got the same useless answer. I understand things are backed up because of covid, but not having any questions answered was frustrating. It doesn't give me good vibes for the actual instruction.

Fantastic experience: Super nice staff that you can tell actually care not only about their job but about the person testing too. They let you know if you’re doing something wrong in a kind way instead of yelling at you. If I had to go back and take my test again it would definitely be with them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter did her driving test with century. The instructor was very nice and made it easy for her with simple calm directions. Explained everything to her in detail. It was a great experience for her she said it was fun. I highly recommend this school for your road test.
