This school has helped improve not only my driving skills but has also expanded my knowledge on being a safe driver and state laws. Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: I decided to try this driving school after reading good reviews about it. I called about a month ago to ask questions and to set up a day to come in. I was told by Miss Evans that I could come in to do paperwork and then schedule another day to drive, because I was told they don’t typically do paperwork and drives on the same day. So I give her my name and set a day to come in and do the paperwork. When the day comes, I get to the office and it’s locked. Nobody is there. So I call the school and once again, Miss Evans answers the phone. When I explain to her the situation, she says she doesn’t remember having the conversation and setting anything up. She asked if I’d made an appointment and if I was ready to drive that day. I said yes, I’d made an appointment, because I thought me talking to her and setting up a day to do paperwork WAS my appointment. However, I wasn’t ready to drive that day because of what she’d said about paperwork and drives not being scheduled the same day. She said it didn’t make sense to come in just for paperwork then, so I offered to come in the following Tuesday (it was Thursday when I came the first time) and do paperwork plus drive, which was the complete opposite of what she told me the first time. I was told to come between 10:30/11am. Tuesday comes and I get to the school at 10:30 and again, no one is there. I called twice and left a message, leaving my name and number and what happened. I waited until 11 to see if anyone would show up. No one ever did, and there was no answer both times I called. As I said, this was around a month ago now and I still haven’t gotten a call back. I find this very unprofessional, as either both times were forgotten by her, or she neglected it twice. Either way, it was unorganized, unprofessional and an overall waste of time. I won’t be trying again.

I also had one lesson with Mr. Bason, he was funny and taught me useful parking tips. Both instructions were great and thanks to 1 Premium Driving School I now have my license!
