Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. It's absolutely impossible to get an appointment that isn't during school hours and they're very rude about it when you talk to them.

Fantastic experience: Allstars is truly the best of the best! We had such a great experience from the start with signing up for online driver's education course, to scheduling the behind the wheel driving lessons. Our instructor, Dwight, is so knowledgeable, engages well with the students/youth, and is known locally in our community as the "go to" driving instructor and has a great reputation! We are so thankful for Allstars and making this experience so positive for my teenagers!

Negative experience: I don’t like the service of this driving school. The instructors are so impatient! They pressuring the student!

Negative experience: We are very dissatisfied with our daughter's experience with Allstars School of Driving and do not recommend it to anyone!!! There were multiple things that went wrong, which broke the claims that the company made. First, the lessons were NEVER a full 2 hours. The instructor was often late to the lessons and ended about 20/25 minutes earlier for two out of the three lessons. Second, he showed up to our house with another student in the backseat of the learners car twice and had my daughter drop the students off, even though they promised that no other students would be in the car other than my daughter. Next, my daughter said that he was very distracting on the road, cracking jokes and singing instead of directing and correcting her driving. He never taught her any of the basic driving maneuvers, such as u-turns, backing out, or parallel parking. Then, on her last lesson, she asked him to drive around the DMV area to get a feel for the test will be like and he agreed to it, but halfway there, he asked her to stop at Starbucks, got out for 20 minutes, came back with a drink for himself and asked her to drive back home. On the drive home, he told her that she would most likely fail, as her driving and concentration were inadequate and dropped her off at home 20 minutes early. My wife had to take a day off work and take her to the DMV area to practice before her test. I feel like I was cheated out of my money and hope that none of you make the same mistake that I did. PS. I'm editing my review bcz 9 years later, the owner of the company accused that I had been paid for the negative review. That is not correct. I was a real customer at that time, and my review was honest based on my experience. And I am surprise that it's taken 9 years for response with accusations from the owner instead of apologies and showing improvements of service.

Positive experience: Good customer service as far as office staff. My daughter’s lessons were with Adam. She and I had a hard time with his demeanor. I read other reviews that said he was great we didn’t have the same experience. I wouldn’t recommend specific instructor Adam.

Negative experience: We called and I wasn’t even complaining but the lady was yelling at me when I was scheduling. I don’t know if she had a bad customer prior to me but I felt like I was a punching bag. I just wanted to make an appointment and I was going to take anything.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Allstars enough. They were so professional and kind. My son felt very safe and comfortable with them.

Fantastic experience: Great School very profesional scheduling. Adam the instructor, did an excellent job with my kid starting with great orientation , constructive Instruction ,Hands on training and simulation for the DMV test . My kid had no knowledge of driving or even cars and she passed her test from the first time . Thanks for the amazing service .

Fantastic experience: I took driving classes with Mike. It is great learning from Mike from his experience. He helped me feel confident behind the wheel and took the time to explain techniques clearly. His patience and guidance made me pass the exam with a good score. I followed his words " practice, practice and practice.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just passed her drive test for her license. Her instructor's name is Jeff, and he is such a great guy! He taught my daughter everything that she would need to know and really cared about getting her through every step and giving her tricks to remember what to do. Wendy (Office Staff) was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had because it can be a confusing process. Staff and instructor were very patient and kind.

Fantastic experience: My instructor, James, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave useful feedback and was a great teacher. He was easy to talk to, and very relaxed. Furthermore Wendy, the person I spoke to while scheduling my lessons, was kind, supportive, and helped explain the whole process to me. I was hoping to get my license in a fairly compressed time-frame and they did a wonderful job!

Fantastic experience: I'm glad I picked Allstars. I paid for the 6 hour session and the dmv test, where I took the test in an Allstars car. My instructor for each lesson was Adam, who was calm and collected. Throughout each session, he spent a lot of the time explaining things and giving me reminders. I was also complimented when I did well. I appreciated the positive reinforcement. For my dmv test, Mike, the owner arrived at my house at 8:15 in the morning since it's better to take a driving test during a time that's not traffic hour. On the way to the dmv, I drove which helped me get warmed up, as Mike added some helpful tips. When we got to the dmv, Mike seemed to know a lot of people there and he was amiable. The test itself was about 10-15 minutes and I passed on my first try with only four minor errors. Additionally, I wanted to note that one of the reasons I was hesitant to start driving lessons (I'm 19 years old, not the standard 16) was because I was a bit worried that I'd get a creepy instructor, but I felt comfortable with both Adam and Mike.

Fantastic experience: The instructors were great! They have been in business for years and have an excellent knowledge of traffic rules. I payed for the extra assistance so they could take me to the DMV and found out that the owner himself was gonna let use his business car to take the test. Paying for this helps to make the DMV process faster since they already known the people that work in DMV They are all very friendly and try to make the student comfortable when driving.

Fantastic experience: We recently signed our son up for both the online drivers ed as well a behind the wheel lessons with Allstars. We only have the one child and so since this is our 1st time going through the process we were very nervous. Upon calling their office, Diana was so sweet and patient in answering all of our questions and explaining everything in detail so there would be no surprises later on down the road. It was also very convenient to be able to do both within the same company. Our son has a very busy schedule between his job, school, and the high school marching band. Allstars online driver's ed made it super easy for him to complete it at his own pace with being able to log in-and-out as many times as he needed . Upon completing the online driver's ed and calling the Allstars office they had his pink slip ready to go the same day for us to pick up. Or they also offered to mail it to us. Once our son passed the permit test we called Allstars again to schedule his 1st behind the wheel lesson. And although they had already told us upon signing up as well as we were told by the DMV; when scheduling the lesson they were also kind enough to remind us of their cancelation policy as well as reminding our son to make sure he had his permit with them during the lesson. Jeff was his instructor and was so kind to speak with us and explain what the lesson it would entail. 2 hours later they came back and our son was all smiles as his nerves had been eased by Jeff's patience and working so well with him during the lesson. Jeff once again took a few moments to show us the checklist that showed everything that was covered on the lesson as well as offer some pointers of what our son could work on before the next lesson lessen. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Allstars. Not only is their professionalism and patience appreciated. But their attention to detail in keeping their vehicles clean and sanitized also helps ease our fears. We came to Allstars based off a referral and are so glad that we did

Negative experience: This is my second time writing this review after my first one got deleted! Being honest isn't disrespectful or attacking. To start with, my experience with this place is horrible, the customer service is terrible to the point you would get screamed at, it was totally mean and disrespectful. During my first and second lesson, the car was dirty (and that was during covid). The teacher was nice but spent so much time talking about his life and we only drove for an hour!! (btw the lesson is two hours). For my third lesson, the day of my lesson my dad had to leave for SF for personal reasons and my permit was in his car! So I could not get my lesson, then when I called to reschedule, and the woman on the phone screamed at me and was really mean and not helpful telling me that I will need to pay for that lesson if I want to reschedule it! I already paid 320$ and paid for that lesson, so that totally doesn't make any sense! I also asked for a refund and they said no. and after writing my first review, they called me and told me that my review is not okay and the woman was trying to explain how my review was coming out of anger, and could affect their business, and wanted me to explain why I wrote it? I did because I HAVE THE RIGHT to write my view point and experience and let people know what happened, THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, great service. The office staff is amazing!!!!!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Website is antiquated. Difficult for even teens to use. Confusing, poorly designed. They seem to not have enough driving teachers for the amount of students they take on and always have some excuse as to why they are not able to provide the services paid for on a timely basis. They are backward in technology. No communication through texts or email about appointments or scheduling. It's 2020, get up to date. Scheduling with them is a nightmare!! Hard to get a word in edgewise. Always with the excuses. The time we did get to drive, the driving instructor was kind, and professional. Over all experience is poor. Will not be using them for any upcoming teen drivers.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with All starts.. Mike is the best and really motivated to improve every time. He was really patient and flexible. They were able to train me and get my driving test date exactly as required... love it recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Allstars was amazing to work with! The instructors really understand how to teach teenagers. And best of all, they were extremely accommodating to my schedule. I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Was told I cant make the 3rd and final appt until I have an appt with DMV got an appt and then they cant accommodate and tell me to cancel and reschedule the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a great conversation with my driving instructor, he was calm, and understanding with my driving but made sure I knew what to do. He went over all driving criteria for the road and the test.

Fantastic experience: My son was comfortable with his instructors. They showed up on time and gave him good feedback. Scheduling driving lessons was easy. He passed his driving test with a 99/100.

Fantastic experience: My instructor, James, was great. He gave helpful driving tips and helped me stay relaxed by making jokes and talking about interesting topics (he also introduced me to one of the greatest rock bands of all time, the Eagles). Thanks to him, passing the driver's test was a breeze!

Fantastic experience: This was an awesome driving school! My instructor for the last 2 of 3 lessons was James, and he seemed very knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful in any questions I had. Highly recommend this school because they're available to come pretty much anywhere in the greater Sacramento valley for the same, if not cheaper, price than other schools. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience: James, The instructor I got is amazing and fun to talk with through out the course. Gives good tips and spots your mistakes immediately. He also brings up funny jokes to humor the students. Overall, James is a good instuctor and is really fun to be with while driving.

Fantastic experience: I have 4 sons that all used All stars to get their driving certs. Dwight from the Rocklin office of All stars worked with all 4 of my sons. They all said he was a great teacher and stayed completely calm at all times. Unlike me! I would completely recommend All stars and the Rocklin branch.

Fantastic experience: My driving lessons were great. My instructor, Paul, was great at giving advice on what to do on the road.

Fantastic experience: I rarely give 5 stars on these sites, but allstars was awesome to work with. Not only I have twin girls learning how to drive, but they gave me a suggestion to which DMV office to use for the driving test. We went to the auburn DMV instead of rocklin. One of my girls passed with near perfect score. My other daughter is still in process. You need a flexible schedule cause they are doing their best to work around the busy season such as winter break, spring break and summer, when kids are out of school.

Negative experience: This school is so slow to get things process and the are not very good with the schedule if you have a busy life this school is not the one to go to for your children driving lessons, the certificate take for ever to get to you and they don't take ownership of their problems the have and excuse for everything. I'm not impressed by their professional performance.

Fantastic experience: My son was enrolled in all-star 3yrs ago and he had a Wonderful experience with his driving instructor who was Very patience with him and extremely knowledgeable inregards to the rules and regulations of the road we are now getting ready to enroll our younger son who is getting ready to start driving. It saddens me to hear these terrible experiences that so many have had with Such A Amazing company.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with All Stars Driving school. Dwight was a wonderful instructor and my son passed the behind the wheel test easily. The cost was reasonable, too. If you do have to cancel a lesson, be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Fantastic experience: My son had an excellent driving school experience with Allstars. It was easy to schedule the lessons. The instructors and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the convenient location of their office. The online school and driving lessons worked--my son passed both the permit test and the driving test on the first try. He even scored a perfect score on the driving test! Thank you Allstars!

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous at first because of the reviews, but decided to give them a shot and all I can say is wow! These guys are absolutely amazing. I had 2 instructors, Rich and Jeff, and they were so patient and extremely helpful. Not to mention very funny! I had a very fun & comfortable time with both! I took my driver's test today and only got 2 errors! Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have many friends and family who have used thus driving school and I have heard nothing but great things from them. Most recently, my cousin got all three of her lessons through then and loved them. She said that her instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the laws of the road. She used to be a very timid driver but now after her experience if with Allstars she is confident on the road. This means the world to my family as had safety is our first priority. I have also heard nothing but good things from friends who have used them did their teenagers and I will continue to refer friends and family to them.

Negative experience: The customer service with this company is absolutely horrible and the woman I spoke to likes to argue with paying customers. I should have listened to the reviews and gone to West Point instead, they are more pricey but outstanding when it came to scheduling and making sure all information given was accurate and in writing, my daughter got a 100% passing grade on her driving test. I would not recommend this place. I guess you get what you pay for.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THE JOKE OF A DRIVING SCHOOL. First off, everyone in the office is rude and disorganized. The driving instructors just play around all 6 hours, you hardly learn any driving from these hooligans, no u turns, no backing up in a straight line, it's absurd. My mom called to see if they had any other dates for my 3rd lesson, I was just curious, but instead they cancelled my lesson and rescheduled me a month and a half out, (mind you I haven't had a lesson in about a month) You'd be better off teaching your child yourself. You'd save a lot of money.

Fantastic experience: We were referred by a friend and so far, we have had a great experience. My son said his instructor was patient and helpful. They arrived early and the lesson was two hours as described. They work with your schedule and your student can drive both day and night. They used a newer vehicle with no other passengers. Our friend is a law enforcement officer and says most of his coworkers use this school.
