Negative experience: Yo relamente perdi mi dinero en Esa ecuela aparte que la doña no trata bien a los estudiantes, poca paciencia tiene y grocera mejor ella trata de que te pongas nervioso. Y con su mala actitud asi no se puede.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time here, if you have options to go to another driving school please do so. The receptionist is the driving instructor, she has no patience at all, unprofessional. She speaks to people like if they are children and beneath her. Will not be coming back here.

Negative experience: Disrespectful Instructor (lady), Bad behavior, Unethical, she pretend to be strict but is worse. Not Recommended.

Negative experience: This driving school like most driving school are robbish, i took tow courses, i felt that was not enough in order to pass the inspection even after taking practices, this business is not like they have an stuff, specialist for each department, the owner is the instructor, the receptionist, the inspector, don't get me wrong she is not a bad person herself but the her business is very much so, because not only was not able to graduate (get my driving license) which is the entire purpose to go to a driving school. even after going taking multiple lessons and watching a 5 hours long course, which is completely trash. In my experience i was not able to graduate because i missed the inspection time. so they did let me taking the inspection so they were trying to charge me more money $70 dollars more just to take another inspection which is too ridiculously expensive. if take the online course online via dmv it only cost $50. i was not able to get my driving license and lost my money. I m very disappointed the way this business is that is unprofessional.

Negative experience: Probably the worse driving school in the Bronx but I don't want to say that being that I haven't been to all of them haha. The woman in charge has been doing this for many years so her patience is very thin. She is overbearing, rude, and doesn't allow you to learn without treating you like a toddler. Very unorganized but will act like she isn't and has it all together. She also books you appointments without telling you if you happen to come and register with someone else at the same time. She scheduled my boyfriend and I road tests together even though she did not tell me but told him. Please if you have any other options, GO THERE FIRST.. save yourself the time and money.

Negative experience: Not a professional business at all. Don’t invest into this driving school. You’ll regret everything! The owner which is also the receptionist + instructor ( she fails to mention she’s the owner + instructor) Doesn’t give proper instructions, she will have you feeling uncomfortable and tense behind the wheel. I took 5 hr course and 2 lessons out of the 5 lesson package i bought.On the second day of lesson i asked her to be more direct and to educate me about what i needed to do and know. She caught an attitude and started arguing. She said “ i tell you what i will refund you the money and you can go to another school. I asked for another instructor she said “ HES on vacation “ Which there’s probably no other instructor it’s only her running her own business. ROSSI didn’t give me an option to wait for the other instructor to get back to test him out. I went back for the refund she still charged me for the two poor lessons she gave me. Very unprofessional !! Invest in another school i know this school is cheap which is why students invest into it. BUT DONT !!!! PLEASE DONT INVEST !!! By all means Rossi is very nice until your vocal about her teaching.

Fantastic experience: I came here for 1 driving the lady was very pleasant and she is very patient I did not Have any problems with the service AT ALL I recommend going to this school She taught me a lot even in the “little time we had” which actually seemed like a lot Not a paid review

Negative experience: First i took my 5 hour class here and she made us take the test BEFORE WATCHING THE VIDEO luckily i passed.. then i decided to take two lessons with her (bad idea) she made me feel uncomfortable, was telling me to do multiple things at once.. hope she gets better at instructing but i will be getting a refund and going to another driving school.

Negative experience: I had the old lady for five driving lessons, but, something about her made me feel uneasy. I want to change my instructor. How would I do that if everytime I call she picks up the phone? I want to pay for additional driving lessons to prepare me for my first road test.

Negative experience: The lady was very very UNPROFESSIONAL, She didn’t show or tell me how to adjust my seat , before I️ begin to drive off she started talking on her phone has she was giving me instructions.. While I️ began to drive and turn on my right signal she Grab my wrist in a tight way , She was still having all types of conversations on her cellular phone that is very UNPROFESSIONAL as a teacher/instructor.... once I was near Story Avenue she groped me in an inappropriate Manner ? She had drive towards a dead End block I was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE..... bad Place NEVER AGAIN , DON’T recommend anyone come to this PLACE 1630 Westchester Ave ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Negative experience: Called Friday to confirm that they’re open on Tuesdays to have the 5-hour class. I spoke with the rep and she confirmed every thing on their site: $35 cash and no reservation needed. To my surprise, I arrive at the location Tuesday morning and they’re still closed. After calling twice, a rep tells me they’re not playing a video today, only in the afternoon on Wednesday. Today was my only day off and I did a lot of research on driving schools that would be playing a video Tuesday morning to accommodate my schedule. Very inconvenient on their end.

Positive experience: The package deals are great... Got my license...

Negative experience: Horrible service, they are robbing people. It do not cost $65 for no ones road test.The $35 for the five hour course isn't bad. If you look online you can find drivers courses for as low as $10. That's a fact.

Negative experience: Receptionist was highly disrespectful and didn't answer my questions in depth and hung the phone up on me. If there were an option of a lower rate I would rate lower than a 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Michael is the best ever! Both my wife and I got our licenses with him. Mine was two years ago and my wife a week ago. I got mine on my second attempt with a total of 15 classes and my wife got hers straight in her first attempt with just one wide turn mistake. She took 10 lessons. Michael is very calm and patient. He will teach you stress free and has the rights words regarding every step of driving. He is friendly and always on time, which proves how serious he is about his job. We were very please to have him as teacher at High Step driving school. Thank you Michael!

Negative experience: The lady who instructs does not do a good job at giving you her full attention. Because she owns the phone connected to the business, she is always picking up the phone and addressing customers. She can be rude at times too. I recommend you to go to another driving school such as sky auto.

Negative experience: Worst driving instructor! All she does is sit in the car and have you drive at 13mph, she doesn't help with parallel parking at all, she doesn't teach Blind spots (which could cost your life!) & she's snarky & rude! All she says is "you're doing it wrong" but doesn't tell you how to do it right. Waste of money.

Fantastic experience: There was so much to know for the road test that most people don't know. The lesson I took on the day of my exam really made the difference.

Negative experience: Not a good instructor. You get a lesson once week so that not a good idea for a rookie who never drive before. And force to take the driving test even if you are not ready. Not worth it. Save your money and find someone else to teach you because this agency just wants money and don't care about your driving skills.

Negative experience: The owner (some older lady) charged me $20 to replace my 5 hour certificate. I don't know if this is customary, but I found it RIDICULOUS! I got my 5 hour certificate less than two months ago. She didn't have to comb through any old files or do any hard work to replace it at all. She literally just whipped out a book & wrote it over. Oh & of course she wanted the $20 in cash. Because it didn't go to the school, more than likely it went in her pocket. SO HAPPY I'm taking lessons elsewhere & not with her business. That lady with her nasty attitude will never get another dime out of me! I mean, how do you have an attitude with someone who is PAYING you?! Girl, bye! There are a zillion other driving schools, people! Pick one that respects you & your money!

Negative experience: Worst experience learning how to drive. DO NOT TAKE LESSONS WITH THE OLDER LADY! She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I took 4 lessons and learned nothing with this lady. Instead of teaching you how to drive she criticizes you on the mistakes you make. I would not recommend anyone to this place especially is you are a beginner driver.

Negative experience: Do not get the old lady! She is rude, mean, disrespectful, it maybe cheap but not worth dealing with someone who can't teach you! Request another instructor for your sake, she didn't teach a broken u turn witch caused an instant fail for 3 students under her. It's just not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I went here with so little experience in driving. My instructor Michael taught me everything I needed to know, to prepare myself for my driving test. And thank to him I passed on my first try. I definitely recommend this place if you looking to prepare yourself for the road test.
