Negative experience: Have called months to confirm they were going to take my daughter for her road test and the woman on the phone kept saying call back call back. Finally get back to me by text. They can’t take my daughter for her road test. Then why did you even make her the appointment? If you weren’t going to take her. I am so upset and my 16-year-old is devastated. Thank you Dee driving school.Horrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: Dee was prompt, professional and very personable. This made my anxious teen very at ease, not only for her written test but also when behind the wheel for the first time during road instruction. She was very patient and explained everything clearly. her tips on parallel parking and highway driving , k turns were so so helpful especially . My son was able to take his test for his permit on his birthday and he was able to complete his 6 hours of driving in one week. All of the motor vehicle paperwork was taken care of and he received his permit in hand! Wonderful school. Driving instructor was also great! Excellent experience. 5 stars

Positive experience: I loved how quickly i was abler to have my daughter get her six hours in. Other places made me wait months or go in a waiting list. Not only that, Dee’s costs were the most reasonable and you have the option to pay upfront of after the course was complete. Dee was very professional! She taught my daughter how to drive, so much so that I was comfortable had my daughter drive around town the next day. I highly recommend Dee’s Driving School!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dee highly enough! My son was very nervous and apprehensive before his first lesson. When he came home he was a different kid, confident and excited for his next one. She did a great job making him comfortable and confident and...excited to drive!!! Fantastic experience: We are so happy we decided to use Dee’s driving school to teach our son to drive. Our calls were answered in a timely manner and they were always on time. Dee was very patient and extremely knowledgeable and taught our son to be confident knowing the rules of the road. The whole experience was rewarding. Negative experience: We had some issues with the instructor for the first lesson. Dee was flexible and did the rest of the lessons herself. The issue was disappointing, but she was flexible and did provide a solution. My son finished the training and was scheduled for is driving test late March. I called Dee's school in Mid January to schedule the refresher lesson/taking him to his test. I was told I was all set and that the instructor would call closer to the test. I called again in late February to confirm and was told the same thing. Today I get a text saying they are booked and they can't take the appointment. I explained how disappointed I was and explained what i detailed above about the calls. She basically gave me the reasons she can't and said sorry. No attempt to find a solution, no accepting responsibility. I understand that capacity is what capacity is. However, she either never took my initial reservation or didn't bother to inform me she was booked in January and even waited another two weeks after my confirmation call in February. Running a business is really hard, I can't even begin to understand how difficult it must be, and I don't like to 'go after' local businesses, but if you create a problem for a customer due to lack of procedures, or duee to an oversight or something that is in your control and make no effort to address this, than you don't see my business and my opinions of the business as something that is important. Hence the 1 star

Negative experience: My child's experience was horrible. Kept mentioning racist comments about her being Asian. Driving instructor was not very helpful. My child ended up getting car sick with her and she did not help at all.

Negative experience: Didnt take my daughter on the highway but checked it off on the checklist that she did. Driver wasnt very personable. Not friendly. I had no idea that I couldve scheduled ahead to have them pick her up on the day of the test. Terrible communication.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was very nervous about driving. Her first time behind the wheel was with Dee and it was raining, my daughter said she made her feel so comfortable that she wasn’t even nervous. I also appreciate that my daughter drove for 6 hours. Other places share the 6 hours with other students in the car. With out any hesitation, I would suggest Dee to be your child’s instructor!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dee's Driving School. My son just finished his 6hrs with Dee and feels so comfortable behind the wheel. She was patient and attentive to all his concerns. She showed to be very knowledgeable and has a great way with the kids.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. I paid $120 to argue. I made it VERY clear to the secretary that I wanted to schedule this 2 hour lesson to learn how to parallel park & k turn before taking my road test and than I wanted to take the road test shortly after learning this. She told me she doesn’t know when they could take me for the road test and that I would have to speak to dee about that the day of. Waste of money and 2 hours. Dee was extremely impatient and unprofessional. Her website says she’s been doing this for 19 years & that comes to a surprise to me considering her attitude and CLEAR frustration with a kid who’s still learning how to drive. Clearly this is why I scheduled a class. After seeing that I wasn’t getting the hang of parallel parking dee said “I’ve shown you 3 times you should be able to do it on your own now” after struggling again I asked for help to which she said “and you think we’re going to learn this in 2 hours? because you only scheduled 2 hours?” Of course I’m going to schedule 2 hours for now but I can ALWAYS schedule another 2 hours, which I will be doing with a different driving school now. The end of the lesson ended with her ultimately telling me she couldn’t take me for the road test (not because she’s fully booked but because she just couldn’t???) and that I should go with the driving school that I did my 6 hours with. She also took photos of my permit??? And I am still confused about that. She said “they needed to protect themselves” please keep in mind we were practicing in an empty parking lot. This is as if someone were to randomly take photos of your license. The entire lesson was a waste of time and money because between her unprofessionalism, arguing, and straight up nasty comments I couldn’t concentrate on what she was “trying to teach me” if you could even call it that. I WISH I was being dramatic/exaggerating right now. Having a hard time understanding how most of these reviews are positive. I’m very bummed with the experience I had and TRUTHFULLY wish I could say it was a great one but unfortunately not. Will be taking my business elsewhere

My daughter who just turned 16 and has a learning disability was going to be our project... she was very understanding and patient. She made my daughter very comfortable. Negative experience: Totally unprofessional. My wife scheduled an appointment because the website advertised speaking English and Portuguese. She waited almost two months for the owner's availability. On the day of her lessons, she texted the owner who apologized and said that she sent a message to another number to cancel her lessons because she didn't feel comfortable using Portuguese in the lesson.
