Fantastic experience: The teachers/instructors are nice but of course if you aren’t with a positive attitude they won’t have a positive attitude with you either, I love how nice the instructors are with you throughout the whole ride, they sometimes remind you if you’re doing something wrong they might reduce points but it’s worth it since you’ll be remembering it the next Drive. Liked my service. Happy holidays.

Negative experience: Muy mala se que aprobé el examen escrito y ya son 2 ocasiones que me reprueban solo buscan sacar dinero no muestran el examen son las mismas preguntas que salen en el celular

Fantastic experience: Es un buen lugar para hacer tu prueba, yo falle 2 veces antes de pasarla pero el personal fue muy amable 100% recomendado

Negative experience: Worst experience! My experience at the school was horrible I did not enjoy it and I paid $500 to go there and the owner was really rude to students including me making rude remarks here and there I ended up going to another driving school. They did not want to refund me and they give very little time to finish your drives compared to 911 driving school which gives you 6 months rather then a few weeks I recommend going the 911 driving school. (Also see how there is no 2,3 or 4 star ratings there is only 5 stars and 1 stars ratings and some of the 5 stars look fake I’m just saying.)

Negative experience: Tengan cuidado con esta escuela de manejo. Pagamos mas de $500 para el curso de mi hija y ahora resulta que le falta un manejo y nos estan cobrando $300 mas. Es una robo de verdad. Ay mas escuelas de manejo en Pasco que son mas rasonables con los precios. No se dejen engañar. Careful with this driving school. We paid more than $500 for my daughter's course and now it turns out that she is missing a drive and they want to charge us a $300 fee to take the last test. There are more driving schools in Pasco that are more reasonable with prices. Do not be fooled. NOT JUST MINE BUT BASED OFF OF OTHER REVIEWS THIS PLACE HAS A HABIT OF BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS TRYING TO HUSTLE THEIR CUSTOMERS *FACTS*

Fantastic experience: The person testing me was extremely patient and understang and I was able to pass my driving test.

Negative experience: Un lugar con poca ética y profesionalismo, no lo recomiendo, estuvimos ahí un par de ocasiones y los empleados se comportaron de manera sospechosa y nos hicieron comentarios que despiertan la sospecha, no te muestran los resultados de tu prueba.

Negative experience: Tuve mi cita de manejo práctico, la pague con 2 semanas de anticipación, y guarde la fecha en mi calendario 2:30 pm llegue a la cita 2:07 pm y en mi cabeza me dije llegue con bastante tiempo, pues revisando mi cita era a las 2:00 pm y el tiempo de tolerancia es de 5 minutos. Y admito fue mi error pero pues por 2 minutos no quisieron, realizarme la prueba, ni reagendarme, menos reembolsar el pago. Su única solución fue decirme que debía pagar por otra nueva cita

Negative experience: The instructor got mad and honked repeatedly when we were simply trying to practice parallel parking before the test. You'd think they have more patience especially after taking hundreds from us for training. The parallel parking spot is on city property but you'd think they own the road the way they act!

Negative experience: The lady doing the driving test is a liar and doesn’t pay attention to the drivers and says I wasn’t looking or I wasn’t stopping but I was. This is my second time not passing and I have to keep paying for something I should have passed.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in the Tri-Cities! I took the October to November Youth Classes and I can say that they are great. The staff are amazing and kind. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school you can go to in tri cities they actually go by the book they have great customer service they explain things well they make you feel comfortable and confident in yourself i highly recommend people to go to sol driving school.

Negative experience: The first time I went for my first drive I got uncomfortable by a short instructor I do not remember his name but he is around 5”1 to 5”3 maybe and he referred to me as “mamas” maybe he has small kids at home he calls them that but it felt really uncomfortable for me as a first impression especially cause he looks pretty old.

Fantastic experience: The experience when you come in the building is so nice you sing in with the lady in the front dress she was so sweet. When I took the test I was really nervous put the person taking my test made me feel comfortable, take your test here.

Negative experience: one of the worst driving schools in tri they take you on a drive and charge you $50 for failing because you didn’t communicate but want you to pay them to take the class shouldn’t they be the one’s teaching

Fantastic experience: Me gusta la profesora fue muy amable enseñó con claridad aunque mí español sea diferente. Lo único que sería lindo que fuese opcional el llevar barbijo . Pero aún así se respeta.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend at all tbh. Passed my knowledge test here back in July; however, the front staff were not very welcoming. You could tell they hated their job and it was obvious with the little attitude they had. I was also really misinformed here. I was told that I didn’t need a physical permit anymore that if i was to get pulled over for whatever reason i would just show mt WAID and I would be fine because it was “all in the system”, which it is not true at all according to the DOL. This is why I’m writing this review now instead of way back in July. If I could give 0 stars i would. I heavily recommend going to another school. This one is just not the one.

Negative experience: Never going back! I’m 28 years old and for minute details I didn’t pass the driving test twice. First instructor was nice during the first try but the second was pretty much nit-picky. Didn’t even bother to finish the entire driving route with me like the first instructor had. They’re just looking to make a buck out of people, is my assumption and my sense of the vibe there. I’ve been practicing for over a year on my driving and hadn’t bothered to get a permit, much less a license till this late in life because I didn’t have a need for it till just recently. I’m going elsewhere for my licensing needs at this point because I know I am a safe driver. Maybe a little too safe but that’s my preferred way to drive.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, friendly and priced right.

Negative experience: BE AWARE! before you pay what they tell you to pay, first check prices in their website. They way overcharged my mom (she is an old person, and doesnt do well with technology), when I complained about it, they said it was a "mistake" , like she was their first customer ever. In reality this is just lack of ethics, they are trying to take as much money as they can from their customer. On top of that, the instructor was super rude to and helpless and customer service the worst (at first, they tried to convince me that the overcharge was legitim, finally they agreed to refund the difference) Before you get into this school I suggest shop around first, this school's prices are way more expensive than other ones with much better customer service and real "professional" instructors. That's my friendly advice, you will save money and headache going to other driving school. Hay muchas otras escuelas que hablan espanol, esta no es la unica.

Fantastic experience: So grateful that this is the place I chose! I was so nervous going in but the staff were so reassuring and helpful. I highly reccomend choosing Sols. Don't misjudge it being in East Pasco, its rating speaks for itself!

Fantastic experience: I went to Sol & I don’t regret it. They care about teaching you to be a safe driver and really push it on the students to make the best choices as those choices not only affect them but the community that they live in. I went there in 2018 & have recommended my friends and my boyfriend to go there! I haven’t been in a collision, haven’t been pulled over, haven’t gotten a ticket because they prepared me so well! I recommend it especially for young teenagers who may not be aware of the responsibility that comes with driving. They aren’t as laid back as other schools but it shows Bc a lot of friends who went to other driving schools have gotten in crashes & have gotten tickets! They teach you how to be responsible.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff, super professional and I am extremely appreciative they were able to schedule in my road test in such short notice!! If your checking your options of where to go get tested, then heres the place you want to go! Dont take your chance anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We drove all the way from West Pasco to take our son here. The instructor is a former public school teacher, and she is fabulous. My son speaks English as his primary language, but we loved that he was also exposed to bilingual instruction. We will no doubt take our other children here as well.
