Fantastic experience: My family has been going to NEDS for all four of our kids and it has been a great experience. NEDS staff members have been very accommodating and responsive. They are very organized and work hard to make the driver education experience as easy as possible. I highly recommend NEDS!

Fantastic experience: My son attended NEDS and got his license in Spring 2023. I can't speak highly enough of their lessons, approach, proactiveness, and their guidance. My son is a better driver because of his attendance at NEDS. The staff at NEDS communicated clearly, everything was transparent, and all staff were professional and friendly, and it is evident they care about their students. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This school is amazing. Everyone that works there is super knowledgeable and kind and patient, which goes along way when dealing with brand new student drivers. I loved how they were on top of Scheduling all of the practice driving sessions. Another cool thing was your kid could opt to do all the classes during the Christmas school break versus scheduling them over a period of weeks or however, long it would take. The parent class which was done online was very informative and I learned a lot. This school and the staff are definitely worth every dollar because they take a lot of the burden off of you. They offer sponsorship and provide the vehicle for the road test. These days most cars won’t meet requirements. Passed by on the first try. Will definitely use the school in a few years for our son.

Fantastic experience: Having to renew my Mass. driver's license after a long expiration period turned out to be more difficult than I could ever imagine. After failing the permit test and the RMV road test, I was at a complete loss on which way to turn, until I happened upon New England Driving Schoo which I would often pass by in my travels in Weymouth. So I called NEDS and spoke to Vanessa, who was so very kind and understanding of my plight, and she gave me hope that after a brush-up lesson with NEDS, I would finally pass the road test once and for all. Yet another blessing is that NEDS would set up the whole situation and that she would be my sponsor during the actual test. Her patience and encouragement helped calm my anxiety, and thanks largely to Vanessa I gratefully passed the road test! I would very highly recommend NEDS to anyone that has to take the RMV road test and/or learn how to drive. They are the best in knowledge and support and very kind and understanding. Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools out there today. I was able to learn a lot. I was too old to attend the classes but had driving sessions instead. Paul was one of the instructors, he made me feel comfortable. The lady at the office is very nice too. I recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: So you think you know how to drive huh? Yeah, I know, I thought that too. After all, I did get my license over 35 years ago! I must be an expert by now? It never occurred to me that driving with one hand on the wheel and the other out the window was wrong. And I also forgot how changing bad habits was way harder than learning them correctly the first time! My license had expired, and maybe if I had to take the permit test it would have helped. But come to find out only New England Driving School could have saved me! This school is the best around. If only I knew that the first time I chose a school. Learned from my mistakes yet again. My license was expired and I had to take the driving test again. I couldn’t use my own car it did not have the brake. I thought it best to go through a driving school and have the car and sponsor both. Ok the name of this school is not important, just be careful – for $300 and no lesson we met at the registry. She said I was all good, but at least an hour and a half later I was still waiting in the parking lot to take my test? She decided at last to go into the registry, and out he comes and he was pretty furious. I was upset enough but then I became really nervous, and every second got worse and worse. By the time he asked me to parallel park, which I have not done in years I just drive around the block and find another spot lol, I literally could not even back up. I just sat there. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She did her best to apologize profusely, she knew where his anger stemmed from, but it was too late. And did she really care? I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have found New England Driving School. I decided to take some lessons because we all might be excellent drivers but the question is, can we pass that test? The team at this school is amazing and super nice. Right from my very first conversation to the school until I said thank you and goodbye to Vanessa in the parking lot of the Registry after passing my road test exam, it was very clear that everyone at NE Driving School wanted me to succeed just as much as I wanted to. They all truly care and go above and beyond to let you know that you are important. Always asking what you need and if there is more that they can do for you. It would be great to close by telling you how much you will regret it if you do not go to NE Driving School. I can’t do that. I can only tell you again how much I regretted that choice. Why would you take the chance now? Of getting ripped off and not learning as I did? I tell you that if becoming the best, the safest, the most knowledgeable driver is critical, then choosing to get your education at New England Driving School is the best decision you will ever make. They want you to succeed, and if you want to do that then this is the driving school you should attend

Fantastic experience: Best driving school in Massachusetts! Working with NEDS was amazing, they made the process of obtaining my license easy. I did a private driving lesson (it was with the owner) followed by a brush up lesson (was with an instructor) before the road test and they really know how to prepare and build the confidence in their students. They make sure you feel comfortable with all aspects of the test and have the best tricks and tips for remembering everything. Best part is the owner was there the day of the test and really helped calm my nerves before taking the test and gave pointers and reminders. Needless to say thanks to NEDS I passed!

Fantastic experience: The team are great. I am a senior driver moving from the UK and Vanessa guided me through all the steps to enable me to get my Learners Permit with the DMV. Dave and Mike then gave me a couple of lessons to guide me through the practical issues of driving on the right and I passed first time today. Many thanks to the team. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Driving instructors were patient and kind and pick ups drop off convenient and prompt. I called their office many times to see if they had driving hour cancellations so my daughter could complete her hours faster and they were so helpful, kind and patient. Rachel especially. Oh, and she passed her road test first time! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Overall, I had a great experience. Took the driver course via Zoom due to the pandemic. The owner, David was the instructor. I give him and the staff credits for being calm and collective working with teenagers. During driving hours, I was a little overwhelmed at the beginning but some of the staff made sure to be calm and reassuring. As long as you continue with driving outside of the professional lesson, you will gain your skills . I started zoom class in February every Saturdays til the first Saturday of March. And with driving hours it takes time. I got my license the last week of June. Best of luck to the future students! -Bacon

Fantastic experience: New England Driving School was excellent to work with. They were great with their communication to the parents and students regarding what needed to be done. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: While I did get my license, it was in spite of the driving school. The different instructors repeatedly contradicted one another and were often indirect and vague with their directions. Mary was the only exception to this. If I could go back in time, I would have picked a different, less expensive driving school.

Positive experience: The NEDS team is great. The in class and road instructors were good. The team provided useful information to new students and parents. The communication and emails were very thorough, driving hours were generally easy to book and reschedule. Their online portal is so simple. I’ll be sending my second son there in a couple years time.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the school. In the middle of a pandemic, my daughter got her license 6 1/2 months after getting her permit. The instructors were all patient and professional. Every time I called the office, whoever answered the phone was polite and helpful. If I left a message, they always got back to me the same day, I highly recommend NEDS.

Fantastic experience: I needed help with a snafu at the RMV and Vanessa at NE Driving school came to my rescue! She responded to my call in less than 24 hours, gave me very helpful advice, emailed the RMV directly and then followed up with another phone call and more excellent advice. I was sure this was going to be a giant cluster but she saved the day and problem solved!

I already held a UK driving license but as a permanent resident now in the USA I had to take the driving test here. As a senior I never thought I'd ever have to take a driving test again, but with their help I passed first time with just a few lessons. Thanks to all at New England Driving School!

Fantastic experience: New England Driving School gave me a great experience! I did not go to school there, but I did purchase two practice driving hours and took the driving test through them with the RMV. Regarding my driving hours, I found the instructor extremely helpful, calm, and knowledgable. He was enjoyable to drive with and was very patient with me. Regarding the driving test, Vanessa and staff worked diligently around the clock to help schedule me for my test. The only downside to taking the test with multiple students is the wait time, however, it is absolutely worth. You not only get to see a preview of the test with students in line before you (especially parallel parking), but your sponsors (the driving school) give you extremely helpful tips before the test begins so you are well prepared. I would absolutely recommend this school to others!

Negative experience: I had the experience of teaching at this institution. But in my classes I realized that their intention is to sell classes and not teach. I did 4 classes and I did not pass. I decided to take another driving school where I did a single class and I passed. I do not recommend this institution. Each class with a different car and instructor. Everything for the student to go wrong and buy more classes.
