Fantastic experience: thank you to Trinity Driving School for helping me! i was struggling with getting my license and finishing for two years but they managed to aid me in the process and be understanding of my situation.

Negative experience: the instructors were average at best with the exception of one. There was one woman. I think she might've been the owner. She tried charging me 100 extra for a class that she scheduled without my permission. When I didn't show up, she tried charging me. Then, I was unexpectedly hospitalized for one of my drives and the last thing I was worried about was a driving session. When I called to try to dispute the charge, she told me, and I quote "I do not care that you got hospitalized." She needs to be fired. If she is the owner, then she needs to realize that she sucks at her job and needs to learn manners.

Fantastic experience: Our 2 daughters have had a wonderful experience at Trinity. The instruction was great. Both of my girls had great driving lessons with Mr. Plauche. We highly recommend this company.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They made it very difficult to schedule the driving portion of the training. Changed driving appointments at the last minute. They also got the paperwork wrong such that I wasted a trip to the DMV. Go elsewhere.

We had no problems getting her driving lessons scheduled, even having to work around her school schedule. It was also very convenient to walk next door to Hi Nabor and get permit after completing her classroom and driving classes. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Driving was very with a great instructor. In the class room it is boring at times but you have to do it and the test was easy. Drive times were hard to book but if you get them booked everything goes smoothly

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Cynthia Danos was an amazing instructor! She stayed very calm throughout the drive, told me to breathe, take deep breaths, and she helped me ace my 8 hour drive test! Also, she tells you what you need fix and you can easily fix those mistakes quickly because her critiques are incredibly helpful! I would totally recommend her to all new people coming into driving school!

Positive experience: We had a very hard time with the first few classes and communication with the management was very difficult, however my last driving experience was absolutely amazing. Mrs. Danos was one of the best driving instructors I’ve ever had. She was calm and patient and never raised her voice. We drove on the highway and she explained everything and never made me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to convey her message to me. If you do decide to go to Trinity driving school I highly recommend that you try to schedule your classes with Mrs. Danos. She completely turned my experience around with Trinity driving school. She is very thoughtful and never raised her voice once and keeps calm and every now and then in the car checked to make sure I was relaxed and never tensed up on the wheel and only makes you feel more comfortable. The sweetest lady you’ll ever talk to. Extremely respectable.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has just completed the full driver's ed. course at Trinity. We were really impressed with the many communication avenues-online portal, email, even a personal call! The class was exactly as expected. Scheduling the driving portion was clear and easy to do online. The opportunity to get on a waitlist for a more desirable drive time was fantastic. Additionally, the students who may have completed the classroom course but had not completed all of their drives were given priority scheduling opportunities. Their owner is very clear about expectations for their driving school as well as those of the DMV. Hands down the best part about Trinity is driving with Coach Plauche. He really enjoys teaching teenager to drive and made my daughter very comfortable and confident in the driver's seat.

Negative experience: Only gave one star because I had no other choice. Customer service should be ones main focus when running a business. Whether you are a receptionist (which I assume you are if answering the phone) I called to ask for pricing and when the next class starts and was very rudely told to check the website. UMMMM ok,....... won't spend my money with you.

Negative experience: I have tried for three months to schedule the driving portion for my 17 year old son after paying upfront for both classroom and driving times. Will not answer the phone, return a phone call, email response lead us to a webpage that did not allow us to schedule driving days. It is March 31st, he took his classroom time in the first week of January. Would not recommend. Edited to follow up… everything I said before stands, but I do want to be fair and mention that a couple of weeks after this review, I was given all four driving dates at one time and my son successfully completed the course. It is my opinion that the review spurred that on because where I could not get any communication or dates set, they magically opened up.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has finished up her driving classes and the behind the wheel and is confident and ready to get her permit until she is able to get her license. We have had a great experience with trinity. Was always treated with respect and if I had questions they answered them pretty quickly. The behind the wheel classes was amazing. Got them scheduled when it was convenient for me and my daughter. Super easy to schedule them too. Thank you so much Trinity and a special thanks to G-mama for all four drives my daughter had. It was her favorite part to spend those days with you and learning what she needed to know about driving.

Positive experience: So far so good! Classroom scheduling and instruction were fairly straightforward. Scheduling the driving sessions can be challenging given the online format (and backlog of students still lingering post-COVID) so I deducted one star. My biggest praise goes to “G-Mama.” My teen was SO nervous before the first behind-the-wheel session but had a huge smile when pulling into the parking lot. Reported that G-Mama quickly relieved the anxiety and made the experience enjoyable. I have required minimal communication with the staff, so I can’t speak to concerns posted in other reviews. If there any major issues with future sessions, I will update.

Fantastic experience: Trinity's response time was great- In less than a day from initial inquiry I had all four of my student's drives scheduled for the next month. We have used them for both of our teenage drivers and have been very happy with everything from classroom to permit to license. Thank you!

Negative experience: terrible communication

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Horrible. From the beginning, when I registered my daughter for classroom time, the communication has been dismal AT BEST. I got an email saying that my daughter was not in the class because it was full - even though I paid my deposit. After checking with my bank; Trinity has even gone as far as depositing the check after claiming that they did not receive it. Fast forward to scheduling her drives. I scheduled her drives on 08/30/2022 - the times were not ideal, but I made arrangements in her schedule to miss the minimal amount of school. About 1.5 weeks ago, I logged into her account to double-check her scheduled drives. Trinity changed one session and cancelled another. I called, I e-mailed, all of it - NO RESPONSE. Finally, today, the driving instructor texted me to confirm my daughter's driving for tomorrow (I scheduled 2:30 p.m.; they have 4:00 p.m.). After A LOT of back and forth, the final excuse is that their computer was hacked. Funny, because somehow - in spite of the hack - they were able to contact me today via text message. Still no phone call from anyone. NOTHING! If you've taken the time to read my review or the SEVERAL below mine, do yourself a favor and DO NOT schedule with Trinity. Horrible company that does not care anything about their customers.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!! DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!!!!! Find another one. Especially if you’re ready to get your DL. It is virtually (no pun intended) impossible to get your kids registered to do their drive time. They will not answer the phone (she said she was tired of being cursed out) I now understand why they keep getting cursed and yelled at over the phone. Emails are easy to ignore and that’s the ONLY means of communication they allow. We scheduled 3 BTW (behind the wheel) drive times and have 2 of them confirmed by email but we are not registered for the drive times. You can ONLY register to drive at the end of the month for the following month (which Trinity changed 2X for September) meaning they “selected” who they wanted to have priority then changed the registration time without any notification to the other parents or drivers. If they cannot keep up with their BTW schedule they need to STOP registration for more classes!!!

Negative experience: After our experience over the last year, I will not be able to recommend Trinity to anyone. My son took the course last July and finished the test. We managed to get him signed up for his 8 hour driving instruction, but Trinity cancelled it without notifying us. We called and they said in the interest of fairness for students that had taken the course in May and June, they needed to schedule them first and they would start calling to schedule. We never received a call and our attempts to schedule him when the course was posted on the last Friday of every month we're unsuccessful. Trinity is to have their 8 hours completed within 120 days of the course. By January I finally called and requested a partial refund so we could complete the instruction somewhere else. She finally scheduled us in March, well after the 120 days. My son should have had his license by his 16th birthday in May as he wanted to get a job over the summer. Not only were the excuses rampant about why they couldn't ever schedule him, communication is non existent. Their delay pushed his 180 day wait period after instruction through the summer and cost my son the ability to get a job. Trinity is horribly mismanaged.

Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed in Trinity Driving School. If I could give a zero star I would! Don't waste your time or money. My son took the classroom portion in March and has yet to drive once (it is July 29th). The lack on communication and no open spots available once the new schedule is released is ridiculous!!

Negative experience: There is no option for zero stars. This driving school really needs to figure out their driving instruction scheduling. It will take you MONTHS to get driving instruction done after the classroom portion. The way they do their scheduling is unfair and not user friendly. They don't tell you this ahead of time. They tell you once it is too late to schedule at another school. Don't use them. Use another company that has driving scheduled in order that you complete the classroom portion because you will NEVER get done with them.

Negative experience: My daughter took the class during Thanksgiving week at the Geismar location and she has yet been able to take her first drive. Apparnelty this is a money maker for them to where they are scheduling more students than they can accommodate. I DO NOT recommend this driving school!

Negative experience: i took the class part in july and didn’t get my first driving course til november and today december 31 i tried logging on to get two more driving courses it wouldn’t let me because i have to pay 50 dollars for a no show when it was rescheduled so imma have to pay 50 dollars for something that the driving instructor had to reschedule which is ridiculous never go to this school they absolutely suck at responding to emails phone calls etc, they cant communicate with there customers correct tbh they need to shut down cause its ridiculous how you have to fight for a spot to get a driving course done i had to pay 500 dollars when other school go half of that and go faster

Negative experience: My daughter completed the classroom portion in July of 2021 and we still have been unable to get her driving time (that was paid for) scheduled and completed. Very poor communication and response to the students or parents needs.

Fantastic experience: I went for the adult 14 hour course. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful. They answered my questions, and really helped me work around my schedule when it came to the drives. Ms. Kristine was wonderful! You hear people say that you get what you pay for, and it’s true with this place. You are paying for good quality! I recommend Trinity for all your driving needs.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE customer service and communication. Do your self a favor and check out all the other reviews that say the same. They never answer the phone and you can only come by if you have an appointment. But they don’t answer their emails either so you can’t make an appointment. They are happy to take your money but then never follow through with anything else. I understand being back logged to get drivers in behind the wheel because of circumstances out of their control, but it is completely ridiculous how poorly they communicate.

Negative experience: My daughter attended Trinity driving school in July. She has still been unable to schedule any of her 8 hours of driving time & NO one from the company will respond to my calls or emails. I have found another driving school that will do her driving hours immediately, at a $400 cost to me when I’ve already paid Trinity for this service, but her paperwork from Trinity is required. All I have asked for is my daughters paperwork so we can move forward with getting her drivers license. It’s a shame a local company is out to steal money & hurt the kids by delaying them to do their driving in adequate time. Do not send your kids to Trinity! It is a scam!!!

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Totally unprofessional with absolutely no respect for parents or students time. Took 7 months to complete. My other kids took it at another school for half price and finished in 2 weeks. After the classroom portion my daughter was told to go online and basically fight for a spot to take driving portion instead of being scheduled. And for the amount they charge it should definitely be scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Contacted by email several times. Then contacted by email for money back when they kept canceling drives and was told I had wrong email. During my daughters driving portion they spent more time at the convenience store getting instructor food then driving. Instructor blared country music when they were driving. During the drives the instructor kept grabbing the wheel while my daughter was driving. I even witnessed her doing it. This school was expensive, unprofessional and flat out ridiculous. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: My daughter FLEW though the class section of drivers ed. Then, on the first day she was scheduled for the On the Road section, it SNOWED! It was cancelled, and we were told that they would get back in touch with us to reschedule. Since then, roughly HALF A YEAR LATER, I have heard NOTHING from Trinity Driving School. I have called, left several voice mails, e-mails, ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM TRINITY DRIVING SCHOOL!! Crickets. I guess my next step will be to make a complaint with the BBB.

Negative experience: Registered for a class in February, but the quarantine happened so I waited till July. Then the teacher retired so they keep telling me to wait and promised to put me for a class next month. They said that every month and I saw a lot of classes available but my name wasn’t there. I ended up waiting for nothing. Asked for a refund since September 6th and haven’t heard about them or receive the refund till now (October 16th).They’re just good at promising but not actually doing anything. Would not recommend.
