Negative experience: I gave these two stars since they moved to a different area. However, they didn't bother to update their location. The place inside is a bit cramped. Also, they have issues regarding availability, especially during the afternoon and weekend, in which I was told to wait weeks for some driving lessons, which is why I didn't take up their services.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely grateful for this company. With just a few training classes I was able to pass my road test on the first try. They’re reliable and have great communication as well as affordable. I would highly recommend any new drivers, I had a fear of driving however both trainers who helped me were extremely nice, have great patience and all around wonderful people can’t thank you guys enough.

Fantastic experience: Felt comfortable driving behind the wheel with my driving instructor. He was very nice and funny. Would recommend this driving school to everyone starting the driving process. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Negative experience: I scheduled a lesson to take place a week before my test with New Life Driving School. I wish I could say my experience was pleasant, but unfortunately it wasn’t. On the day of my lesson, I was eagerly waiting outside at the time of my scheduled pick up. 15 minutes had gone by, and still no car or word from the school. I called to inquire why, and was told to “hold on” while they call my instructor. I was on hold for 5-10 minutes before the call disconnected. I waited a few minutes after that before calling back and being met with “your instructor is still at the DMV. He will be on his way when he can be.” Mind you, I had work that same day. After asking if they had a time frame, I was met with hostility from the girl on the phone. I paid for my lesson 2 weeks in advance and they showed up 2 hours late. Frankly, had I not called, I’m not sure they ever would’ve shown up. The ONLY reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because I passed my test. That could’ve been in part to me utilizing another driving school before my test, but I’ll be generous. Would NOT recommend. Plenty of other decent driving schools in the area.

Negative experience: Messed up my sisters permit when they took it DMV (wrong birthdate) no one caught it… so she can’t take the drivers test on the scheduled day now and it will be pushed back months later. Whole process is unprofessional

Negative experience: So I took my driving test today , not only did I get there way earlier for my scheduled appointment but I also waited to the instructor was done. I paid for a hour class before my test as I am a new driver. I did not get a hour and also had people driving in the middle of my lessons. Called to talk to the school and very uptight. Not sure who you guys have answer the phone but you need someone more professional and that can help with a issue.

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional driving school. They’ve messed up things every single time my daughter has had to pick up her permit, and aren’t even apologetic about it. They constantly say they’re busy but have no regard for the client who’s paying their salary. The receptionist is so rude and literally sounds like she’s in 3rd grade. Don’t use this place, save your money and go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: I really recommend coming here; Mike, Carlos and Jairo were really nice driving instructors and had me learn some new stuff. I think everyone gets different instructors, but if you ever get them, they’re cool. Once you get in the car with them, the nervousness does go away. Thank you guys for the experience

Negative experience: Please do not waste your time with New Life driving school!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These are the reasons: They will schedule appointment with you and but will not show up on the day of the appointment. Additionally, they will not call to tell you about the reason why they didnot show up. Our first daughter who recently received her learners permit was excited and ready to sit behind the wheel and Learn how to drive. I scheduled an appointment with New Life Driving school and the appointment was, three sessions of two hours driving between 8am to 10am. On the day of the appointment, we decided my husband, who leaves to work at 7am wait an hour, to make sure that our daughter got behind the wheel and also meet the instructor before he left. At 8am, my husband called me at work and asked if the instructor will be coming. I said yes because we confirmed yesterday and our daughter even texted to the number given to also confirm. After 8.30am my husband who was already late decided to leave since nobody showed up and nobody called. We tried calling them and nobody picked up. After 9 am my daughter called and asked why they did not show up and they indicated they were coming and that something happened. As business, we know emergencies can happen but have the courtesy to call your client and let them know. At almost 10 am, after my husband was late for work, I called again, all the lady could say was; "you dont know what happened" This is was waste of time of the whole family and bad experience for our daughter first time experience of driving.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing driving school. Alicia was my main teacher and I also had a male teacher for one of the lessons (I think his name is Mark) and they both were great. Alicia definitely made it easy for me to relax and she was understanding and flexible. They definitely helped me pass my drivers test back in February and I appreciate how convenient, flexible, and honest they all were. I would definitely recommend this school. I literally had no problems with them which was great.

Positive experience: This is an amazing driving school!! The instructors are great and easygoing. Theyve taught me how to drive with only 3 two hr classes! I gave them 4 stars because I dont believe a person should pay extra to use their car for the road test when paying for 6 hrs. Other than that, this school is good for anyone who is ready to get a license!

Negative experience: I had hope but was quickly disappointed and annoyed. The instructors would make appointment times and not once did they show on time. When they did show it was a minimum of 45 minutes late. During one scheduled appointment the instructor was a no show and no call. Then when I called the office they just didn't care. My last grip is that I paid up front and during the last lesson which was also my wife's road test. They magically charged another fee.

Fantastic experience: The driving instructors are professionals, they teach the students special Technics on parallel parking, teaches at your own pace and use a special method that suits the students needs to better themselves and be more comfortable and confident on the road. They'll take care of you and always use corrective action to help the students learn from mistake to further assist in shaping the student driving ability. These instructors thrive on mistakes to help get rid of student bad driving habits. This school has a door to door service where the driver picks the students up from their home making it that more convenient. The fact that these instructors make it their mission to help you succeed in getting your license while also being a good driver on the road is the reason why I would recommend this school to new beginner drivers who are looking to pass their license the firs time. This school is very accommodating, they go above and beyond to professionally assist you no matter what to be a good driver and acquiring your driving license.

Negative experience: The guy there is ( i think his name is carlos ) he is really nice and really broke it down to me , but besides that this place is HOOOORRIBLE ! They showed up late the day of my actual test , my first instruction class showed up a HOUR LATE. They don't call and tell you that they're going to be late they wait until 20 mins go past and you text them. My first lesson I barely wasn't learning nothing. she was constantly on the phone , not paying attention, i was a new driver and had to here loud talking and phone ring during my whole lesson
