Olympus traffic survival school and Interlock service.

Fantastic experience: No one wants to attend traffic school, but Anita made this experience a breeze! When going through the list of options to satisfy the traffic school I needed, all of the options seemed pretty similar, but Olympus stood out because of its great reviews on Google. I work from home, and attending something like this for EIGHT HOURS sounded absolutely painful, but the reviews did not fail me! Anita took what otherwise could have been a miserable number of hours and made it into an enjoyable and educational experience. I highly recommend a class with Anita if you have to attend Traffic Survival School for any reason. I truly feel that this class improved my knowledge of possible violations and how to be a safer driver. Thanks so much, Anita!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany, our instructor at Beep Beep TSS, was amazing. She was clear, concise, and candid - meaning she told us bottom line what is really what's up with Arizona laws and procedures. Her teaching style made it easy for all of the class participants to join in and share our experiences with each other. Nobody felt like we were alone and everyone participated in a positive way. She needs to be commended. I am so happy to have shared this necessary and needed course. Thank you Tiffany.

Negative experience: Instructor showed up 15 minutes after start time and they requested you be there 30 minutes before the start time. Instructor spend inordinate amount of time talking about her personal issues. Numerous delays from people entering the class room to get things. Then wanted to keep the class past the scheduled end time! Worthless day!

Fantastic experience: Let’s be real, most people aren't thrilled to be attending traffic school, but our instructor Anita made the class. She kept things fluid, entertaining, and the time rolled by. Simple registration, easy check, if considering the class make sure get Anita.

Negative experience: Signed up and paid online only to go to a locked building and no one answering the phone. They should NOT be scheduling classes and taking payment if they're no longer in business! Will report to the BBB for sure.

Fantastic experience: Coarse was great and informative. Instructor Anita was very good. and could relate to students reason for taking class per experiences.. Kevin helped this 78 year old man take class on computer from Illinois. Good job Kevin. Olympus even notifies ADOT of us taking class and passing requirements.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever! The customer service is horrible, the representative that answered my phone call started yelling at me and he wasn’t professional at all! He ruined my whole day unfortunately I didn’t get his name and he claimed that he’s the manager and the owner but I doubt it.

They hand delivered course materials to my front door, made scheduling changes when I needed it, and Samuel, my TSS Instructor, was patient, thorough and professional. He was also very personable and funny, which made the classroom hours fly by. I would recommend Olympus to anyone in need of traffic school or interlock services!

Negative experience: I show up on time for an all day class at 8AM just to have him tell me class was cancelled; no text, no call, no email. Entire day (of PTO) wasted and I still have to take the class.

Fantastic experience: Red Light violation in PV led me to this TSS class/facility... And they did a great job from enrollment-thru-completion! Kevin kept the class engaged while making sure we were well educated on the highly important topic of safe & aware driving. One of the opening discussions is naming 3 or 4 people meaningful in your life... And remembering those important people while you drive these roads. Def. recommend Olympus TSS!

I can’t say that I’ve been to many of these types of classes whether it be, Traffic Survival School or Defensive Driving School, etc. However, Kevin B. makes the class experience interactive and engaging. When I signed up for the class I wasn’t looking forward to an 8-hour day in a room to fulfill my MVD requirement. After, leaving the class today, I’m actually happy that I came and can honestly say I learned over ten new things that I can carry forward on my driving days, months, years ahead!!! Thank you Kevin for your energy and your knowledge!

Fantastic experience: I had to take an 8 hour class in January with Tiffany Bryant, in Scottsdale. I had just gotten off of a 14 hour overnight shift, so I was dreading having to sit through it. I was pleasantly surprised that she made the class interesting and very helpful! We had the right amount of breaks to move, etc. and the classroom was comfortable and nicely decorated. I didn’t fall asleep like I thought I might! I walked away from it, actually learning new things (I’m 56), and with plans of putting some new ideas to work! Very good instructor, and interesting material!

Fantastic experience: Had been dreading going to TSS for the longest mostly due to the length of the class. I attended late September and my instructor was Brittany R. Honestly she made the class a lot more enjoyable than I could have imagined. She was very patient and accommodating to my and my peers questions and abilities. Although it was still 8 hours her ability to make it interactive and fun made all the difference. She was very informative and I can safely say I learned a lot more than I thought I would. Though I don’t plan on going back Brittany definitely made it a lot easier to get through. Thank you again!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Was wonderfully surprised how much fun this class was! Kevin made sure that we understood the laws of the road while making it fun by having the class be interactive. I split my 8 hour class into 2 days (4 hours each day), back to back, which made it easy with my schedule.

Fantastic experience: When I found out I had to take Traffic Survival School to get my license reinstated, I was seriously dreading it. I kept putting off taking the course, but I knew I eventually needed to just get it over with. I finally decided to do that at Olympus. The instructor at Olympus Traffic School actually made the course enjoyable (never thought I would say that LOL). He was super funny and the class went by really fast. If I ever have to attend Traffic School again I will 100% be coming back to Olympus to take this course. I would highly recommend Olympus Traffic School and their Scottsdale location! :)

Fantastic experience: They made the process very simple for me. They emailed me verification of payment, and completion right away. They had flexible schedules to choose from. The education and tools I recieved were very beneficial. The instructor was so professional and yet hilarious and transparent. I definitely recommend beep beep traffic safety school if you are in need of these services!

Negative experience: The class itself was fine but I was told that the MVD would have the completion by noon the next day (Monday) and it is now Wednesday and the MVD has not received so I STILL have not been able to reinstate my license. It is super frustrating when you make plans and arrangements to go to the MVD and are told it would be able to be done at a certain time and days later, you are still having to wait. Obviously I am not able to drive so it’s not like I can just hop in my car and drive down to the MVD at any time to get it done. I have to make special arrangements to get there because of work and being a single mother. They should not be giving false hope and should say it can take 3-5 business days for them to receive the information if that is really the case.

Fantastic experience: I'm fortunate to have taken the Traffic Survival Course online with Beep Beep! The staff was more than accommodating and made me feel totally cared for/supported during the enrollment process. When it comes to the actual course, I'm blown away by the level of professional instruction! This course opened my eyes to my wants/needs and how they influence my choices and behaviors (in a non-judgemental way), and how I can implement positive change to my driving and life overall! Please do yourself a favor if you're looking to complete a Traffic Survival Course: choose Beep Beep!

Fantastic experience: Adrienne and Wanda were a joy to work with! They kept it real unlike most instructors! They were funny and could relate to each and everyone of us in the class. I was dreading the 1st day but after a 1/2 hour into the course it was actually fun. Adrienne even went out of her way to drop off my books since she was going that way so that I didn’t have to pay to get them delivered! She went above and beyond!!! As she would say “Thanks Girl” Great customer service and thanks for keeping it real!

Fantastic experience: This is a completely different experience from what you’re probably expecting. Course is more of an examination of you rather than a punitive experience.. Environment is great. Class was small (due to Covid-19 restrictions) and the area where the class was held was open, clean and very useful. Complimented with kitchenette and living area with sofas for breaks. Plan on never having to go again but if i had to, it’ll be this place I choose
