Fantastic experience: Very pleased with City Line! The whole process from permit to driving test was seamless and clearly communicated. My daughter did 6 hours with Tom and he set her up with her drivers permit. Today he picked her up for a lesson before the test and practiced parking until she felt confident. You can’t go wrong with City Line. They are real pros and made my daughter feel comfortable and ready for her test. And she passed!

Negative experience: I literally just called to get information on the 16yr old permit program and the female that answered had a major attitude. It really sounded as if i was bothering her to call. The only way i can get information on the problem is to call and ask. I had to literally tell her it’s ok i will call another company you cannot talk to people that way! I was ready to make a payment but her attitude is nasty! I’ll pass go luck to those who work with her! I wish i had gotten her name!

Negative experience: If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. Hired them to do an hours worth of practice for 65.00 followed by taking my child for the test for $125.00. Test was scheduled for 10:00am. After I had to call several times, I was told instructor was running behind but would be there by 9:30 and testing wouldn’t be a problem as the appointment time set by dmv wasn’t set in stone if u show up with driving school. Instructor didn’t arrive at my house til 9:56, in an effort to not make my child even more nervous or upset, I didn’t make an issue of anything at that time. Making an already nervous and anxious child wait additional time because you can’t be on time and do the job I hired u to do is unacceptable. The instructor made sure to confirm my payment before leaving my house at 9:58. I again asked about my child getting the hour practice and was assured the hour practice wasn’t a problem. Well I was at the dmv at 10:52 and my child was second in line in about a 7 car line.. Maybe I can’t do math but at that point i was lucky if my child had 35 mins of practice of the hour I had paid for. Like the 125.00 I pd for them to take my child for the test should have covered the 15 mins travel time there as well as the time it took for the test. Needless to say my child was not prepared for the two most important parts of the test. Mind you, I already pd this company previously the 350.00 for the 6 hour course my child completed in which I was told would be enough knowledge to be prepared for test day. I did the extra class in addition to taking her out daily just to practice driving as practicing parking and k turns I felt was better left to professionals. I know better now and should have saved the money and made a point of just teaching my child myself. If you are seriously considering this company for your child’s road test. DONT! I honestly feel my child was set up for failure by the instructor who was more concerned with their own child’s current predicament then the child they were paid to focus on!

Negative experience: I called to get information about driving lessons and the woman who answered was super rude and has no people skills. After she rudely told me they currently aren't servicing my area, I suggested she should put it on the website and hung up. Next thing I know she proceeds to harass me by calling and texting me like a lunatic! She clearly doesn't know how to run a professional business. I'm glad I didn't get driving lessons from this place.

Fantastic experience: Maria is a great instructor she is very professional and makes you very comfortable. i was always scared to drive but when i decided to do this i choose Maria and Thank God i made the right decision. she helped me so much and now I'm an officially a Driver. Negative experience: I had an appointment with this company for my daughter driving lessons and they kept us waiting and nobody showed up, I called and texted the women and she never replied to me. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I took classes from this driving school after failing the first attempt of road test. The instructor clearly evaluated my driving skills, and help me to rectifying my driving mistakes. As a result, I was able to pass in the next attempt of road test. Besides this, the car used to teach driving is good, the instructor is knowledgeable, and fluent in speaking English.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with the women instructor . She is very unprofessional and DOESN’T have any patience at all. I took a class once I asked her if she has any open availability for another class to take because I want to be sure before I make an appointment for my driving test I’m 100% comfortable and she act like she is doing me a favor for free and not getting paid for it. I called and texted her several times no response just say you don’t want to teach others who learn differently and not as fast . Save your money folks and go somewhere who is much more pleasant , professional, and patient !

Negative experience: I had the WORSE experience with Maria. She is SO rude and does NOT have patience with beginners. She was 15 minutes late and at first she was nice but then she lost it. She kept talking very harshly and yelling sort off. And she would put her hand on my arms very harshly to the wheel to show me how to hold it and turn it. The whole time she was teaching me how to park and do the k turn she was on Facebook and Instagram not focusing . At the end of my session She DID NOT give me any tips on how to improve my driving. I do not recommend you to go with Maria. If you don’t have any patience why be an instructor. I felt very uncomfortable and upset I wanted to cry. Do not go with Maria. I wish I can give you NEGATIVE STARS.

Negative experience: This driving school is state approved SMH my daughter has been waiting here for awhile then he calls and says that the car has problems what kind of cars are they driving I would be scared to put my child behind the wheel with a school like this. Negative experience: Joe was good for the 2 seconds after I entered the car. After that, it was a mess. Some woman who was constantly on her phone is a mess as well. Do not recommend. Go to the Amin's Driving School instead.

Fantastic experience: Joe is literally the best! I've been with three other driving schools and did not understand the parallel parking method until I met Joe. His method is simple and he is a great guy. The prices are low as well compared to other schools.
