Negative experience: Yall are very ignorant, rude and condescending! You need to shut that place down! This is nothing more than a money grab! Yall are unorganized ,you’re not informative, The way they talk to people will make someone pop them in their mouth! Just ignorant! Please don’t spend your money with them!

Negative experience: I wasted an entire Saturday at this place. The instructor, Ms D, spent 2 and a half hours preaching and telling personal stories. After finishing, she began to judge us for our life choices and give unsolicited personal advice. I should have expressed my dissatisfaction at the time but chose to remain silent. I take responsibility for my part in not speaking up within those 2 and a half hours. I understand that there are plenty of people who would have been touched by her words and that maybe her words were not meant for me. After I finished the class, I decided not to return for the driving portion. I notified her the very next day. I assumed that since I was giving over a month and a half notice, I could, at the very least, not be charged an inconvenience fee. Sadly, that's not the case. I will say one thing. She does make sure you pass the class. While I did not need help during the test, she was giving answers and support to the other students as they took the test. After speaking with her on the phone, I realized I may have lost my cool and spoke over her. I do regret that because I believe she is a good person, and that's not how I speak to people, but I was so frustrated that I lost my temporary and hung up. The fact that she not only wouldn't give me a partial refund but also charged an inconvenience fee made me very annoyed.

Positive experience: When I paid for the class, I was not warned that I would be preached at and judged for almost 2 and a half hours. The teacher, Ms. B, told a very long, rambling story about the death of her children, her first marriage, and other personal topics. If I had been told to expect this before going, I probably would have taken another class. I felt very uncomfortable listening to this woman's religious beliefs and her experiences with spirits, etc. I wanted to get up and leave more than once, but I had already paid and didn't want to go through the process of requesting a refund. I understand that her message was probably not meant for me and that many people would have been touched by her words, but it was also extremely unprofessional. When she finally stopped telling her story and asked us about ourselves, I thought we would finally get going with the class. Sadly, as was describing myself, I was cut off and told I was wasting money paying rent when I could be living with my mom and saving. Overall, I think Ms B is a very nice person, and she has a great message. I just think these things should be spelled out before students sign up and pay the fee. The driving portion of the course went smoothly.

Negative experience: They are rude, condescending, and nearly useless for learning to drive. "Miss D" spends more time bullying her students and trying to scare them than teaching. Expect to be treated like a misbehaving child, no matter your age or your behavior. Her drivers are more professional, but they mainly care about fulfilling their minimum legal requirements, not helping you.

Fantastic experience: I would prefer anyone trying to get driver's license to come to 4-Wheels Diving Academy, They teach you, prepare you, and make sure you master the basics to drive, and Ms.Dee is really sweet.

Ms. D does not give you any type of disrespect, and is very patient with answering questions. I saw a lot of bad reviews from this place and I can confidently say that it had to be just pure hatred or ignorance. She one of the nicest people I have ever met. The class was long, but that's just because of, requirements but she made it very fun. She just makes you feel at home when you come in there and I absolutely loved my experience. Thank you Ms. D!!!

Negative experience: very unorganized, and miscommunication, Feel like I was cheated out of my money and to get something I already had in the beginning. Read reviews before going .she Interfere with other peoples live and business and would talk 45 minutes about somebody else is business then drive them . UNPROFESSIONAL . She can be 2 hours late , but once your 10 or 5 minutes later they wanna throw all kinds of fees your way , You are there to teach not tell ppl false information about their life , and people around them No ma’am , if you wanted to say something should’ve said it when everyone was in front of you , wouldn’t recommend going here .

Negative experience: I wish I would have read the reviews before sending my son to this place. I gave 1 star because you can’t give zero. She is very unprofessional, rude, and she is very ignorant. My son would come home daily and tell me about her tirades about her personal life. She finds ways to cheat people out of their money to keep from fulfilling her obligation of actually teaching. Too bad I found out after the fact that this is her motive but karma will definitely deal with her. I see why the price is so cheap because you definitely get cheap service. I would advise to stir clear of this place.

Fortunately, Ms. Dee is running this family owned business no matter what challenges and difficulties surround it. She is pasionate about teaching and driving, and will guide you straight to the point of what you must know to be safe on 4 wheels. Negative experience: If I could give this place zero I would. It's a small family owned business. The students aren't taught road signs, traffic signals or anything that had anything to do with driving. Instead, the instructor talks about her personal and family life and experiences. There was confusion because she insisted that my daughter looks identical to another student. So instead of verifying the children's names, she shared confidetial information with both sides because she failed to properly identify each student. My daughter and I did everything that we were instructed to do and we got beat and cheated out of our money. My daughter was left in a classroom with no attendant because the owner had to run errands and take care of personal business. That's not how this is supposed to go. She blamed her lack of professionalism on my daughter. Not to mentioning, my daughter was 17 at the time and still a minor. Under Contracts Law, you cannot enter into a contractual agreement with a minor. Also, looking at the responses to these comments, she must also know that you can't disclose certain things to the public. She's trying to defend herself but hurting herself, instead of just apologizing and trying to correct the situation. I've now had to file a complaint with the DMV and have my attorney look at the issues of breach of contract and other liability. There are also licensing issues with this facility. Then she refused to give me any paperwork for my daughter. Claims she has no record of any paperwork for my daughter other than a failed test. But I have pictures of everything and video Those who have grievances, please file them. If you need help, please contact me. Cheap rates. But be cautious. You get what you pay for and pay for what you get with this place. I've been teaching my daughter myself and yes, she passed the written test based on MY instruction . AND YET YOU CONTINUE TO SHARE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. YOU HAVE BROKEN THE LAW AND CONTINUE TO BREAK THE LAW. MY DAUGHTER LEARNED NOTHING FROM YOUR SCHOOL. SHE WENT TO DMV, TOOK THE TEST, AND PASSED!!!! NO THANKS TO YOU. YOU OFFERED HER A FREE CLASS AFTER SHE GOT HER LICENSE. SHE DIDN'T NEED IT. AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME THE OPTION TO COME LOOK AT MY DAUGHTER FILE OR ANYTHING. YOU TOLD ME THAT MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T HAVE A FILE OR ANY PAPERWORK. YOU ARE A LIAR. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME FOR ME. I DIDN'T SEND FOR YOU. JUST STATING THE FACTS.

Negative experience: It is a small family owned driving school. So we spent a lot of our class time talking about her personal life, which took away from the book. One day, she even left us at the school by ourselves for over an hour while she went to run personal errands. She told us not to tell, cause they could get in trouble for that. Then there was the drivers lessons. I had no prior driving experience, which I expressed to them on my paperwork and in person. While they were patient with me, it was clear they did not know how to teach me. Then there was my driving exam. Not only did we get in an accident, when a man hit the back of the car while we were at the red light. I learned that the driving instructor car did not have insurance. So, the instructor let it go, and had me finish my exam in a car without insurance and without getting me any medical attention. He asked if I was okay, and had me finish the test. So if you’re going to go to this driving school, it’s best you already know how to drive, and have your own vehicle. It’s not really for kids.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost this was the least expensive driving school I could find. From the time I walked in the door Mrs. D was absolutely amazing. She was engaging and of course informative. She took her time to let the class know “your driving skills will determine what type of license you get!” The class itself with the test took about 4 hours which was great. She gave you every bit of information you needed to pass the test and didn’t move forward until EVERYONE got it! The driving portion wasn’t what I expected it to be. It was 10 times better! I was nervous at first but my instructor made me feel at ease! He was attentive and accommodating. He didn’t talk too much to distract my driving but also didn’t make me feel like he was criticizing any wrong moves I made by not talking! I’m very happy I chose 4 wheels and have been referring family and friends since!

Negative experience: My son enrolled in this school they are not good .They are all about trying to get money out of u . WATCH signing Any paperwork because this is how they get you . I had to pay 20 extra for a book . Then 65 extra for a class then they wanted an extra 65 . The owner was mad because I Questioned her n threw my son out of the program when he had one more class left ... very unprofessional people

Fantastic experience: Good school. They are all bussines. It's rare to find anyone as hard working as Mr. Moore and Mrs. D. They genuinely care about you earning your license and they will make you do the work. I'm 40 and very pregnant, having a very difficult pregnancy so learning anything is hard enough, they tried to accommodate me and my schedule way more than anybody else would. My daughter is definitely attending next year for her license

My som went here and everything went tell but when it came to contacting them , they never answer the phone her husband is not a people’s person , and rude ! When it was time for her to go back, it’s like I had to stalk them down and call and email constantly for a response it’s took them 2 weeks to contact me back and I just think this is very unprofessional. Then went your running a little late , they charge you a high fee, but they are never on time and expet us to wait. I’m so glad my son is done with them .
