Fantastic experience: So far in my journey to achieve the Washington state drivers license i have had a great experience and i can’t express in words how nice and welcoming everyone has been to me so far and i don’t anticipate anything different. Going for the driving test tomorrow and i will update on that experience as well. The test wasn’t difficult but i imagine that if you don’t study you will have a hard time. I do recommend that you read the literature and take practice test before hand. So study and take it seriously. If you do that the test is very simple!! Thank you!!!

Negative experience: Scam Alert: Avoid This Place Like the Plague This place is the definition of dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Let’s talk about Jheel, she’ll act friendly and accommodating at first, but the second your payment goes through, her true colors show. She becomes rude, and dismissive, and clearly couldn’t care less about you or your situation. The test system? A complete joke. They won’t give you the points you’ve earned, even if you’re 100% right. It feels like they deliberately fail you to force a retake. And when you try to reschedule? Good luck. First, they tell you two weeks, then suddenly it’s “Oh no, it has to be within a week.” They make up rules as they go, and you’re left scrambling. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This place is a scam, plain and simple, and Jheel’s fake niceness only makes it worse. Go somewhere that values honesty and treats people with respect, this isn’t it.

Negative experience: Dishonest and Frustrating Experience If you value your time and effort, stay FAR away. They’ll dock points even when you’re correct and fail you to make you retake the test. Speaking of retakes, they’ll lie about the timeframe, first saying two weeks, then suddenly changing it to one week when you try to schedule. Their system is disorganized, their policies are inconsistent, and they seem more interested in confusing you than helping. This place thrives on setting people up to fail. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else that values honesty and professionalism. Zero stars if I could!

Negative experience: Hello everyone I go in all star driving school for knowledge test on 3rd October 2024 and it was a horrible experience. I already pass this test in California but due to some reasons I moved in Washington and here I need to go again for knowledge test so, finally I reached in all star driving school they gave me one pencil and some paper to read the question from one paper and write the answer on other paper and the environment was so disturbing there was a bell and receptionist was ringing this bell again and again and I can’t concentrate on my test and finally I failed the test. And the knowledge test questions was so difficult. They try to make these questions so tricky for the students. Questions should be simple and straight to the point. I was trying to read the question more than 3 times but I can’t understand what they are asking in this question ridiculous and than a teacher appears there and she started checking my paper manually in 2 minutes she check my paper and said second test is free for you. You can come tomorrow again but read dmv book first. My question is? how I can believe that she checked my paper carefully I mean, she can do mistakes maybe she checks wrong. And if my answer is wrong then how do I know what is the correct answer of this question. Simply it should be on computer so you can know what is the correct answer. I will not recommend this driving school to anyone

Negative experience: They intentionally fail you so you can go several times and keep paying them. They don't show you the results with questions paper that's because they don't want to you to know that you have passed it. Even if you have passed the test, they will make you fail so again and again you go and keep paying them. A better place is public driving school where in the first attempt, I passed it

Negative experience: I went here because my sister said it was a decent place. With a couple of interactions I've had with the lady that answers the phone, she's pushy, demanding, won't give a refund, I paid for two sessions but I having a love one dying and couldn't make my sessions so I called to reschedule or get a refund, she told me no to the refund and that I couldn't reschedule. They gave us no context, just said it was policy, first their website is down so not only couldn't I see the policy but I can't see if I could have rescheduled. She said it wasn't her problem. So I wasted 152 dollars. She ask if my friend would come in and take over my appointment. They were extremely disrespectful to her, i will admit that I don't much about what we should have and what we should for a driving lesson, I thought they would at least tell us. Just don't go here.

Fantastic experience: I came here almost a month ago to take my driver's licensing test, the staff were polite and understanding. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if the examiner would be calm and nice as I've heard of other people experiencing rude and impatient examiners, but the examiner was calm and very patient. I felt comfortable and passed the test with ease. Overall they had great staff, and a good price, I recommend this place if you're deciding to take your driver's licensing test!

Negative experience: We encountered several issues with All Start Driving School. Initially, when my mom took the theory test, they graded it incorrectly, resulting in her failing when she had actually passed. Later, my mom scheduled a practice exam with them, but I called in advance to cancel the appointment because she didn't feel ready for the test. I requested a refund to the card she had used for payment, and they told me she needed to visit in person for reimbursement. I inquired if it was possible for her to come for the reimbursement after about a month, as she doesn't live in the area, and they agreed. However, they are now refusing to refund the money because my mom opted for a different driving school. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB, and I will also contact the credit card company to seek reimbursement.

They specially made me the second time so that I did not pass, I was picky about a little thing, when we were driving along the streets, a car stopped in the middle of the road, I stopped behind it, at that moment the instructor said to go, I asked again and left, after which she shouted what are you doing, and after that she said that she did not pass, never go to this school, they deliberately extract money from you

Negative experience: The worse customer service and the instructor doesn’t even understand driving rules because she fails people crossing intersections on yellow lights. She wants people to take several classes with her to get pass.

Negative experience: !WASTE OF MONEY !Never never never NEVER EVER choose this place for taking a test. You will be failed purposely especially on road tests. The instructor will make up any silly reason to fail u. He will make u repeat the same thing on the road over and over until failure. I was asked to parallel park 4 times ! Did 3 times perfectly and slightly messed up the 4th. I WAS MARKED ACCORDING TO THE FOURTH TIME. Who does this?? This school is cheaper than others , yes , but they will make u take it multiple times so in the end its not cheap. Its a SCAM. Save ur money and go anywhere else. How ironic is it to fail a test twice for reasons I haven’t heard of before and the next day i go to a different school and i easily pass ? I shouldn’t have wasted my time and money here . They are ridiculous especially if u aren’t from the same culture as them .

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a road test, they asked me to come in 15 minutes earlier then my appointment. I had to wait outside for 10 because all the employees were late. Lady instructor was very jittery & is known to cut off test early & do things to make you nervous, the car i drove wasn’t in the best condition. Went to 911 driving school & their deputy instructor told me my general driving was good & passed me. definitely would not recommend all stars, very unprofessional & a huge waste of money.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment, then i called few times to confirm appointment nobody answer. When i came next day to take my knowledge test they said " We dont accept any online appointment. If you dont accept it remove this option from google map...!!!

My daughter went in to do her drivers test..within 5 minutes it was over..Instructor told me my daughter was the worst driver! They didn't leave the parking spot..Instructor yelled at my daughter a couple of times and put her in tears. She had trouble getting the emergency brake down and yelled at her again!! This is unacceptable!!! He had no patience!! He should not be a Instructor. Spoke with the owner and he was rude!! Requested a refund or half due to the experience my daughter had..stated no!!
