Negative experience: Genuinely not even mad I didn’t pass. but the instructor Steve was rude, the cones for parking were not placed correctly, barely giving any space as if thats even how they teach you in drivers training. And this is not the first time I’ve seen negative reviews about Steve. He was rude and dismissive and rushing. This company seems money hungry. They fail almost everyone

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with this company. We did the virtual option with drives and observations in Coopersville. The office was always very responsive (within a couple of hours)if I had questions and I would pick this company again if I had the chance. I am sure the bad reviews were from people who were not friendly and very rude because I did not see any evidence of any of the said behavior from this company. If you treat someone bad at a company that is trying to work with you, you shouldn't expect them to bend over backwards and accommodate you with behavior like that..... Also, if you are on the fence about the virtual option, I highly recommend it. It is very strict and they have to pay attention and fill out their study guides and turn them in at the time of testing. Your kid will have to pay attention in order to pass and be eligible for the final written test! 100% will be using them again for Segment 2!

Fantastic experience: Had my lessons with Mike, and I must admit that he did a great job. If you are looking to learn how to drive or where to take your road test, I’ll sure recommend century driving based on my experience with them.

Fantastic experience: Took my lessons with Mike Roskamp, a great instructor. He makes sure you are fully capable of driving the right way before you take your drivers test. Took my drivers test with Jackie, she was vey helpful and a good personality. Would recommend this place.

Negative experience: Do not use this location for driving tests. They will fail you.

Negative experience: My daughter was really happy and excited in this school, but unfortunately they had a really bad instructor on the last day. It’s so sad how the instructor was just yelling at the others teens and unfortunately she did the same with my daughter. I’m sorry to leave 1 star for the other instructors but I do understand that it is really important to leave one star hoping that they hire people who really wants to work with teens.

Fantastic experience: For all the people coming to Drivers Ed don’t freak out lol because it gets easier in the end. I just want to say all the overthinking and anxiety isn’t worth all that energy. Let’s just say that before I came to class I was determined, anxious and had some anxiety. Everyone is going to make mistakes and no one is judging so it’s ok. The mentors are amazing and I suggest you study because it doesn’t just come with class but on the road driving because questions are going to be asked trust me. In the end though I actually felt accomplished and was positive right at the end. So don’t stress just try and it all comes to nature at some point.

Fantastic experience: I did a roadtest at century driving. Denise was my examinator. She did an excellent job. Very friendly and open. But at the same time really professional. She saw everything and gave some helpful tips after the test.

Positive experience: My daughter just went through century driving for segment one. She is now driving on her permit and I feel she got a good foundation through century. She is my sixth child to go through century, and she really liked the instructor, Ron Bistline. Not only did he teach them about driving, but he was very engaging. I have never had another child come home from drivers education talking about the instructor in such a positive light. He told them memorable stories and challenged them to be good drivers. She mentioned that he challenged them that they don’t need to drink to have fun, and that they definitely should never drink and drive. If you can have Ron as your instructor, I would definitely book drivers education with century driving again.

Fantastic experience: Driver’s ed for my daughter was coordinated through our high school via Century driving school. Her instructor Ron Bistline provided the kindness and technical direction that my young new driver needed. Ron Bistline is a very good instructor. Grateful for the school system and seamless partnership with Century driving school.

Fantastic experience: Within the course of the month that I had spent will Century it has helped me well. I drove with Ben Hondorp, and Mike Lynch. Both of these instructors have taught me well. Both of them treated me with such kindness, it really did bring a smile to my face. I recommend Century Driving School out of any others out there.

Fantastic experience: We have had great experiences with century driving school for all four of our kids; from the classroom instruction to the in car instruction to the drivers test ( highly recommend Jackie syswerda for the driver’s test portion).

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with this driving school. I listened in on my son's class and they are very thorough!! Also the staff is very helpful. Phyllis moved mountains to accommodate my son's busy schedule during scheduling drive times, and adjusting him into a couple makeup classes. I highly recommend them!

She was immediately put at ease when she was told not to apologize for driving mistakes because she's learning. The information was clearly presented. Fantastic experience: I just finished segment one with class with Mary and Ron and drives with Judy. They teach this class very well and they apply the stuff you learn in class into the drives. It is fun to drive do not be afraid abs you will do great.

Positive experience: All three of my boys have gone through Century Driving. I have been very happy with how the schedule and curriculum is done. Ron Bistline was a great instructor for my youngest who has just completed segment 1.

Fantastic experience: My son is wrapping up segment 1 this week. I’m so impressed with how well Brian did teaching this class virtually at 8:30am. He made the class fun and it had a good pace. We were also extremely pleased with his driving mentor Mike Lynch. He was so calm, patient and made the experience wonderful. He made time to answer my questions discuss how my son was doing. Everyone I’ve communicated with at Century has been wonderful. I would definitely recommend Century to friends.

Fantastic experience: We have been very happy with Century all around. My son had 1:1 instruction with Adam, who was EXCELLENT with him. Our son is on the autism spectrum and Adam has specialized training in this area. He took the road test with Jackie today and she was amazing to work with as well. Overall just a very positive experience!

Also want to give a special shout out to Phyllis in the office, she is beyond helpful with booking segments and drive times, as well as patiently answering every question I have. Thank you Phyllis! I wouldn't trust anyone but Century to teach my kids to drive.

Fantastic experience: Both my children took Driver's Education here. They both had a great experience. My daughter just completed her experience and had class and did the majority of her driving with Ron Bistline. She really enjoyed her experience and gained confidence in her driving ability under Ron's guidance. Ron did an amazing job explaining things for all learning styles so she and her classmates could gain a deep understanding of all driving situations and road rules/laws. I feel like Century has really done a great job preparing my kids for driving. I felt that Ron truly cared about making her a safe driver not only for herself but for others around. She said he was funny and made the rides and class enjoyable.

My daughter was very nervous to start driving and with Ron he made it stress free for her. She is very confident being behind the wheel. Fantastic experience: What a relief. I was so confused with what to do for my stepdaughter and what she needed completed and I was feeling overwhelmed. I gave Century driving school a call and I was lucky enough to have Kim answer the phone. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Not only did she answer all my questions but she took the time and went above and beyond to advise me about making appointments for the Secretary of State. I am no longer confused or overwhelmed about the process and it has everything to do with Kim and how she performs her job with excellence. Thank you cam. Because of you I will recommend Century driving school as much as I possibly can.

Negative experience: We were on a waiting list for the Hudsonville location for 3 months. We received a text message saying they had an opening, but we had to pay in FULL within 8 hours or we would be passed over. I paid the $500 for segment one and then they switched us to the Wyoming location without telling us. That is not acceptable. We were on the waiting list for Hudsonville because we live in Hudsonville and that’s where we needed to do it. We called to get it sorted out, but didn’t get the same answer from anyone. I went to the Hudsonville location and the manager of all the locations was there. I explain to him what happened and how I’ve been having a hard time getting anyone to help me with this all I wanted to do was either go back on the waiting list or get moved over to the Hudsonville location. He basically told me “oh well.” I called all of his offices again and again...got told different stories from all of them. I called back and spoke to Kim. We went through the whole story again to see if she could find out if we could be moved back to Hudsonville. She said no. I told her I’d have to call her back after I figured out what to do. She called my daughter’s phone 30 mins later and said that my daughter was no longer invited to participate in segment one with them and that they were going to issue a full refund. So I called Kim back again and asked her what was going on, she said “she’s not welcome” and then hung up on me. I’ve been trying to call back for over an hour and I can’t get anyone to pick up there even though she says that they close at 5:30. Now, it’s so late into the year that all of the driving schools are booked up, there are no openings and my daughter has to miss out on drivers training this summer because of they made a mistake and refused to fix it or make it right. They are unprofessional, rude unorganized, and shady. My daughter is devastated. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to go with them.

They were also very accommodating during Covid and switched the class to virtual which was nice. They were always on time for all the drives and helpful when we had questions. Positive experience: I have had 2 teens go through their training. We had a great experience. Good communication and flexibility.

Negative experience: Just horrible. I have 1 driver who finally finished Segment 1 @ $395 price. Segment 2 was supposed to be $50. Their website is horrible. NO communication on what you're supposed to do when trying to sign your son/daughter up. NOW because of "COVID" Segment 1 has increased to $499 and Segment 2 has increased to $99. They can't even get their system to work correctly as they keep signing up my Step Son for a Segment 2 class when he hasn't even completed Segment 1. Literally we are ALL struggling with money and increasing your pricing when everyone ELSE is not is a piss poor way to make it through a pandemic.

Negative experience: Office staff and Test instructor was extremely rude. Disrespectful to person taking test and also to the parent. They were not helpful or understanding. Staff should really be more kind and happy if you want to keep Century Driving open. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Today is Tuesday, August 27, 2019 11:05 A.m. My wife should have known that this company is bad because there are so many bad reviews on it but anyway she made an appointment and I just now called them to change the date and they refuse badly what a customer service was a company, I wish I could give them zero stars because one is a lot. I will not recommend this company to anyone .

Positive experience: Pretty good place! They prepared me well throughout my year or so of training before my driver’s test, and I passed! It is a good place to take driver’s education at, and most of the instructors are very good at what they do

Negative experience: I hate this place so much, I made a second account just to give it a one star rating to satisfy my undying hatred to this school.

Negative experience: You pay for the first test then it seems they find a reason to fail you the first time so they can have you reschedule and make more money off of you

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place absolutely not happy I took my cousin to his class and we got stuck in a 20 min TRAFFIC JAM on the highway by the time we got there oh it was to late because it was not my fault and denied my cousin his class because he was to 10 MINUTES late absolutely rediculous

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 of my children go through the program here & they have had a great experience ! The desk personal are wonderful, they always answer the phone & my questions quickly.

Negative experience: The front desk person is the rudest person I have ever met! I dealt with her several times. She treats people like dirt. I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. Give your money to some other company!!!

Negative experience: Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. Take note of that definition Century/Integrity! Had I known Integrity had combined with Century I would have stayed far, far away. Neither Century nor Integrity seems to know what the meaning of this word is. They can't seem to get a few simple things right and try to blame them on you. First they scheduled me for a driving test after I showed them my paperwork from Secretary of State only to tell me I can't take the driving test when I showed up for it. Umm...look at the paperwork when people bring it to you and ask if they are set to take the test. When I go back to complain the following week they tried to charge me an additional $35 to reschedule. Yeah, I don't think so. I wasn't about to pay for their mistake. So I rescheduled and was told to show up ten minutes early from the scheduled time. I was there and waiting for twenty minutes! That should be an automatic $35 refund since they make you pay that if you are late! The instructor not only showed up twenty minutes late, she was in a horrible mood. At any rate everything seemed to be going fine with my driving test, but at the last minute, of course, she found a way to fail me. Interesting that I had done the same thing earlier while driving and she never mentioned one word about it. By the way this "mistake" that she failed me for was something that I was told to do during drivers' training if I ran into this exact situation. I HIGHLY recommend finding another driving school to take your driving test through since Century/Integrity seems to find a way to fail you so they can make more money. No I'm not saying this just because I failed. When you teach one thing, but fail someone for doing something you have taught them, you are the one that is screwed up. Failing drivers more than is necessary is a known problem since even people at the Secretary of State mentioned that they do this, as well as purposely messing up paperwork to make more money. Run, run, run from them or that's all you'll be doing because they'll never pass you so you can drive because money, money, money is what's important to them!
