Fantastic experience: I am thrilled this week because I finally passed my driving test exam. I owe this success mostly to Jean, my instructor at Diaspo Auto School, who encouraged, motivated and taught me well. Negative experience: I started this driving school on June 8th and told him my goals. My goal was to do lessons and to do my first driving test the last week of June. I did 3 lessons out my 5 and on my third and last lesson, he was 20 minutes late without letting me know. I was not able to reach my goals due to unprofessionalism and lack of communication. On multiple occasions, I was told a date and time then told that the day was overbooked or someone “called back for their appointment”. I triple texted and double texted to confirm dates and times and received responses hours later. I asked the instructor to book my driving test and he never did and never let me know he wasn’t able to. I had to reach out to him to find out he never scheduled it after asking 6x through text. This experience was extremely unprofessional and communication was all over. I was told “exceptions happen” when I explained my frustration and never given an apology.

Fantastic experience: Jean knows all the tricks to pass — knows the route they will use and runs you through it. I passed on my first attempt.

He's an excellent instructor and will work with you to make sure you are prepared. I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: This is a great auto school. I always knew how to operate a vehicle but I always had issues parallel parking and my 3 point turn. I learned both in 5 lessons and got my passed my road test. I love Jean’s technique when teaching and he’s very patient. I will be sending my 16 year old daughter to him to get her license. In addition, the fees for classes with this driving school are more affordable than many others in Brooklyn.

Positive experience: I had two different instructors. One of them worked better for me than the other. Jean was patient, always on time and very nice. The other instructor was most of the time late and made me feel anxious while driving. The school is a little messy in terms of scheduling. I mostly got the time of my lesson the same day in the morning so if you work a full time job it can get tricky. I think they are good teachers but the school organization is a little messy.

My instructor (I forgot his name) was pretty support and wanted to make sure I grasped everything we have went over in the lesson. My road test is in a few days but I’m confident enough and my instructor helped me with my confidence.

This week, I passed my road test and expect to obtain my NY driving license due to the great teaching and training of that driving school.

Positive experience: All the + reviews are right but I’m more disappointed that I spend $500 + & didn’t get to pass. He’s the only teacher & should’ve had other strategies to teach since he knew I was struggling with parking. I should’ve done better + with pricing there’s cheaper at Bronx/Queens. So disappointed. After ten lessons, I took my road test and passed. His information is easy to understand and it's quick to get comfortable behind the wheel with him. My only gripe is he won't let me speed up a little bit when I'm making turns. Other than that, this is great place to learn.

Negative experience: Very un professional. They gave appointment and cancelled 2 times after i was prepared accordingly.again they said they cant do and gave another number and told to go there.There they said they dont know them. So waste of time
