Fantastic experience: The name truly reflects the quality of the company, as they are undoubtedly the best choice. The young lady in the office is very professional and my instructor Mitias was amazing. He was incredibly patient, always encouraging, and built my self confidence. Parallel parking was a challenge for me, but Mitias did not give up until I was comfortable with it. Just days before my test, he took the time to send me step-by-step instructions for parallel parking which was extremely helpful- I was able to memorize the steps. On the day of my road test, he reassured me and when he noticed I was nervous, went over everything again, and patiently repeated things when asked. This is my second driving instructor, and Matias has been the best by far. I highly recommend Best Choice Driving School, and while I’m sure all their instructors are great, I particularly recommend Matias. He is professional, caring, and truly invested in his students’ success. Thanks to him, I passed my road test! Thank you so much, Matias!

Negative experience: Peor escuela de manejo. Muy poco profesionales y RACISTAS. Dan mala información, hacen mal su trabajo y luego no quieren asumir las consecuencias y cuando uno reclama lo resuelven con un lo siento no hay nada que se pueda hacer. Claman ser una escuela que habla español y francés y sin embargo cuando llamo la respuesta que recibo es un “yo hablo inglés y español pero NO quiero hablar español porque esto es América” lo que claramente va contra sus valores como compañía que clama ser bilingüe. Llame a hacer un reclamo y me dice que estamos en América y tengo que hablar en inglés, que a ella NO le da ganas de hablar español y luego me cuelga el teléfono por pedir un reembolso por el dinero que nos están robando porque claramente es un robo después del pésimo servicio que dan.

Fantastic experience: Nicest people. Truly helped me with getting my paperworks all sorted out and being truly patient when teaching me. They’re always on time and making sure that I know what i need to know to be prepared for the test.

Fantastic experience: Like many others, I had a great experience and highly recommend Best Choice Driving School! Majority of my lessons was with Howard, who was very patient, friendly, and detailed, and overall made driving more comfortable for me. I also had Moises for my last two lessons, who was also very friendly and knowledgable and gave me advice before the road test. Highly recommend both Howard and Moises as driving instructors!

Negative experience: I wouldn't know if they were the "best choice" or not, the woman Marta or Martha that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She hung up the phone on me. I can only imagine how many other sales she's cost the business. Just a piece of advice to management reading these reviews, anyone acting as the voice of your company should NEVER hang up on a potential client and should have pleasant phone etiquette.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the package that included 4 45 minute lessons, an additional 5th lesson on the day of my road test right before the test and use of the driving school's car for my test. Howard was my instructor and he was everything I could've ever wanted. Patient, funny, easy to understand and most of all just a great teacher. His techniques and advice are second to none. Take it from someone who hated driving and failed his first road test... Howard and best choice driving is the way to go.

I’m a pretty nervous/jumpy driver but they went over everything in detail repeatedly and helped me pass on my first road test with a very picky examiner. I took most of my classes with Howard and one with Moise. They had different teaching styles and both were great. And talking with Howard is always a joy! Office staff were lovely too and very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Positive experience: Passed my test on my first attempt! I had the chance to practice with both Howard and Moises. I took 3 classes with Howard first and then 3 with Moises. I prefer Moises way of teaching. And to top it of he is also funny so it made my driving practice less stressful. One thing i'll recommend for future students is to do your driving practice closer to your road test date... doing a practice on the same day would definitely help!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My son had to take "Zoom" driver's education in school. How can someone learn to drive on Zoom? I contacted Best Choice Driving School and purchased the 5 lesson package. They provide the car; they picked my son up; had a variety of times available to select from including weekends. Instructor Moise did a great job and my son went into the road test confident and passed his driving test on the first try!
