Fantastic experience: Gerald is a great mentor. It just took me two classes and i passed on my first attempt. He was really patient throughout and answered all my questions. He’s very punctual and I didn’t even feel nervous or under pressure while driving with him. I would recommend his driving classes to everyone who is scared and is been procrastinating getting their license.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor. My wife passed the driving test in San Francisco DMV in first attempt. Originally I planned that she should take around 5 classes but after just 2 classes Gerald told us that she is good to go and no further classes are needed. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been driving for more than 10 years. Recently I moved to US and needed driver’s license so I reached out to Gerald after reading good review. Originally i wanted more lesson, but after seeing me drive, Gerald told me 2 lesson is enough and he doesn’t want to waste my money or my time. And he was right, after 2 lesson to build confidence and get familiar with driving again, I did the behind the wheel test on the 3rd time and passed!!!!!! I really appreciate him consider his students’ level and not just trying to get more lesson, he showed me everything during our 2 lesson including what I lack of, and it was enough for me to get on road again. He gave a combination of real driving lessons and test preparation. Most importantly, he can spot the real issue (mine was nerves) and his coaching gave me the confidence I need. Fantastic experience: When I failed the test at another Driving school, I was told I needed to take 3 or 4 more classes, but I took a 90min of his lesson and was accepted! He is very knowledgeable about the DMV in Daly City and knows many tips for success. It's damn cheap compared other driving school and well worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I had only a few hours of driving experience before taking lessons from Mr. Gerald. Initially he assessed my driving skills and tailored the course in such a way where I needed more improvement. He was very patient and gives constant encouragement in his teaching approach. He quickly responds to your text messages. He also directed me on how to get my learners permit before starting the classes. He explains the complex road rules using sketches and models which made the understanding and remembering much easier and quicker. He took it step by step from safety, starting, stopping, turning, stop sign types, right of way, blind spot, lane change, freeway driving, speed awareness, protected and unprotected left turns, steep roads and extreme curves, revers, U-turn, parallel parking, etc in just four two-hour classes. I became more and more confident on my driving skills through his teaching approach. One of his teaching methods involves taking small steps, for example he controls the gas and break and lets us control the steering to concentrate on one thing at a time and improve it. He also helped me book the BTW test and gave special driving lessons before test. Thanks to him, I passed my test on the first attempt. He is an experienced teacher and I strongly recommend him!!! Fantastic experience: Gerald is an amazing instructor. I had only driver in India before this, that too right hand drive around 10-12 yrs ago so basically was re-learning how to drive from scratch. After 1-2 driving sessions with friends in empty parking lots, I signed up for a class with Gerald given all the positive reviews. He was able to gauge my driving ability within the first class (2hr session) and then after only one additional class he had me scheduled to give the driver's test. He set everything up as we used his car for the test and I passed on my first attempt. Gerald is calm, patient, and most importantly he neither wastes your time or money and helps you earn your license as soon as possible. Highly recommend him!!

Fantastic experience: I learned how to drive with Gerald in five lessons! Let’s start off with saying that Gerald is very easy and organized to collaborate with when it comes to picking appointments. Once you book with him and decided a lesson date he will come pick you up at a location of your choice and teach you how to drive immediately. It may be a little scary at first however he also has control over the car and is very attentive while you’re driving so there’s really nothing to worry about. Gerald also educates you on road regulations, you may think you know them but trust me…you don’t. These regulations are crucial to know for general safe driving as well as passing the drivers behind the wheel test (which I did pass on the first attempt thanks to Gerald) aside from all of that Gerald is a very kind, human being. He is clear, respectful, Professional attentive, and so much more! He has been doing this profession for years and knows exactly what he’s doing. Fantastic experience: Gerald is hands down the best instructor I've ever had! He is patient, understanding, wants you to become confident and comfortable behind the wheel. Gerald also taught me how to parallel park, which is a huge bonus since I couldn't master it back in my home country. I took 3 lessons after a 3 years break, and then passed my behind-the-wheel test on the first attempt. Thanks Gerald!

It was my first time driving, and he was so great about teaching me the law and the best practices to ensure safety. He definitely made me more confident with my driving and with his support! Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Gerald!!!! Happy to say after my two hour lesson and driving test the same day l have my license now Gerald was my driving instructor and was very easy to communicate with to set up a date and time to receive a lesson and a behind the wheel exam which was how l wanted it, given l did tell him l felt comfortable driving already, l wasn’t pressured to set up more lessons to add more charges. I had some experience driving already but my lesson with Gerald l found very helpful to get me to pass my behind the wheel exam. He was the positive motivator l needed going into my exam that day, open to your questions and making sure he answers them, let’s you know what you’re doing right which is really a confident boost which l think driving is all about is just having confidence. After our exam finished he was kind to ask how’d l do and l was excited to share with enthusiasm l passed and after he patiently waited at the DMV with me until l finished wrapping up there.

Fantastic experience: Gerald was honestly amazing! My sister found him on Yelp and intially went with him because he had the price. But beyond the price he is just an amazing instructor and truly cared about us learning the skills needee to pass on our first try which both of us did.
