Fantastic experience: From some driving experience as a teen being nervous on the road to being very confident and comfortable in my surroundings efficiently was all thanks to the instructors here who made learning how to drive enjoyable and stress free. Made sure to include very helpful tips each lesson to know what will be on the behind the wheel test itself at the DMV. Each lesson with just the two hours was extremely helpful. Every instructor has their own tips which helps to make driving in general more advanced knowing what will/will not be okay when on the road.

Fantastic experience: Both my girls went through traffic depot drivers training. They always made us feel comfortable and safe when they took them out to drive. The instructors were very informative and taught them the rules of the road. I highly recommend you use traffic depot for your child’s drivers training needs too!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend these driving instructors. Here’s a summary of my daughter’s lessons: 1st Lesson - Eddie was the instructor, and he was far from effective. He spent two hours talking about unrelated topics and only briefly mentioned driving instructions like turning left and right. To make matters worse, he accidentally took her onto the freeway during her first lesson. Overall, it was a terrible experience. 2nd Lesson - Padro was excellent. He was very professional, and my daughter felt much more confident after his lesson. 3rd Lesson- Mr. Angel called at 11:05 a.m. to say he’d be an hour late, even though the appointment was at 11 a.m. This disruption messed up most of my Saturday plans. His instruction was no better than Eddie’s, with the only difference being that he spoke less during the lesson.

Fantastic experience: My daughter's instructor was Tyler. She received 6 hours of instruction with him. Tyler was very professional and patient during his time with my daughter. After her drivers training, she went to take her driving exam and passed on her first try. I highly recommend Traffic Depot, because they're very flexible with scheduling and enrolling was also very easy.

Abi is an amazing instructor and took her time explaining the rules of the road, under the hood, and helpful tips to pass the driving test. My daughter feels confident that she will pass the test and can’t wait to do her last drive!

Fantastic experience: My daughter just completed her last lesson this past weekend. All of her instructors were great but her last one was Briaun and she was AWESOME! We had to reschedule two different times due to my daughter being ill and the front office staff was very accommodating . Everyone was kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this company for driver’s training. The staff are fantastic, especially Ms. Debra Wood! She took great care of my grandpa and even helped prep him the day of his driving test.

Fantastic experience: Best, most understanding, kind people ever. Extremely helpful and great teachers. They were so uplifting and taught me how to drive and I had no experience. They taught me how to drive in 2 2 hour lessons. I used their car for my test and they did a refresher for 40 minutes before my test. I had Walter for the first two rides. He is such a kind and patient guy. He boosted my confidence behind the wheel after just one lesson. By the second, we worked on things I didn’t feel confident on and afterwards I was ready to take the test as I was pressed for time to get my drivers license. The last lesson which lasted a hour before my actual test was with Doug. Doug taught me how to keep my car steady and straight when backing up. I literally use his technique now that I ama licensed driver. I passed my test first try. Keep in mind I had never driven before and they single-handedly taught me everything I needed to pass a test and be a safe driver. Thank you so much traffic depot. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you. You changed my life for the better and gave me a skill I needed as a 24 year old single mother. I will never forget Walter, Doug, Janine, or Bianca! Janine was just as helpful with scheduling appointments and took the time out of her busy day to bring me a booklet I called asking about a week before my test. She did this after she got off and didn’t have to do I’m very appreciative. Bianca is just amazing. She worked with my not so flexible schedule due to being a single mom. She made sure that I was able to get all my lessons and learn how to drive so that I could give my kids the life they deserve! Thank you traffic depot! I highly recommend you all to go to this amazing traffic school! You will not regret it!

Negative experience: Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I ever had not only from the customer service but also there were a lot of billing issues the car I drove was atrocious would never go back and there is no professionalism whatsoever there was a man that looked like he worked there speaking about an employee in a very rude way almost felt like he was bad mouthing the employee to another employee and I would never want to be associated with a company that doesn’t appreciate employees

Negative experience: Very unhappy with their level of service and how they hide major billing issues in the terms and conditions. Beware of the time-line of course completion. If your son/daughter are over they will charge you again on top of what you have already paid and will be charged for each driving period. I'm not sure how they can justify charging more for a service that you have paid in advance.

Negative experience: You should not let someone, drive on the freeway if she isn’t comfortable or confident speeding up to the speed of the traffic. Entering the freeway at 10mph is not ok. When entering on the freeway you need to go the speed of the cars on the slow lane. The 41 is not the place to teach a driver how to drive on the freeway, at the busiest time of the day. They are going to cause an accident.

Negative experience: My daughter received this as a gift we did one drive and then called to schedule the other 2 drives. We were then told that it would be another $60 because we didn’t complete our classes in time. This is something that should be communicated before the final 2 classes.

Fantastic experience: Bringing my oldest daughter for driving lessons. From my first call to our first visit the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Jeanine took my daughter out and was giving lots of info and pointers!

Negative experience: This was the worst experience i have ever had with a driver instructor. The instructor woman, who does not even introduced herself to me was very uncivilized, unprofessional and conflictive, yelling and unstable. I honestly think having an instructor like the one i had is unsafe in the road for any person learning how to drive. I would recommend the school to re evaluate certain instructors because knowing how to drive does not mean a person have capacity and self control/stability to be a driving instructor. The worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful professional driving course! Best 110 i spent in my life! First off i only drove 3 times 1 year ago beforehand. So i didn't know much. The instructor pretty much acted like i knew how to drive before which gave me so much confidence! I never drove on a street with other cars or stop lights but he just told me when to slow down and break. Next thing i know im driving on Herndon like a champ! Then 1 hour into the session i was out by the hills going 60 mph with lots of curves . He was telling me what exactly the dmv driving test was looking for. And how to pass. I also have a stomach disease which makes me have to use the bathroom if i get stressed out or nervous. I had ZERO issues with that which means so much to me. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I was in a bind to get the necessary paperwork for my daughter to take her permit test. I called and asked what we could do. I mentioned I was headed to town for a meeting that I couldn’t miss. Jeanine, said no problem and drove the paperwork to me. This is my 3rd child going through their program and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the customer service provided. Sean Bowe.

Fantastic experience: Traffic Depot's instructor was more thorough, better prepared and more communicative than the instructor from a different traffic school that charged me twice as much as Traffic Depot did for the same two hour driving lesson.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional people stay away

Negative experience: I signed up for the driving classes because Im new to driving. My instructor was very rude and impatient. She expected me to know everything even though I had told her at the beginning I have only drove about 2 times befor! She was rude and kept snapping at me when doing something wrong which had only made me more nervous. It was uncomfortable, a feel I wasted my money. So unprofessional and she was fustrated with me from the start. I wanted to get taught how to drive from a professional, instead I was yelled at and expected to know everything.

Fantastic experience: Traffic Depot is a top notch organization. My son liked working with Doug. Made the time driving enjoyable. Jeannine was particularly helpful when I needed an extra copy of my certificate for my insurance. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Payed 3 one hour classes for my daughter to get ready for driving test, she said no teaching just driving around. No call or report on how she did or what she needs to practice. Driving school??. So seems I️ pay for the 3 most expensive Uber hours..

Fantastic experience: I finished my behind the wheel training 2 days ago and decided to take my dmv drive test the day after and I passed with only 2 errors. I love all 3 of my instructors David, Edwin, and Chelsea. All 3 were very knowledagble, corteous and made me feel very confident while training. The only thing that made me anxious is when they go on their phones for about 3-5 minutes. But, all in all staff were friendly and would definitely recommend Traffic Depot!

Negative experience: I completed my 3rd lesson today with Traffic Depot with Jeannine. I had a different instructor with each lesson, The first 2 were fine, they both answered their phones while i was driving which made me kinda nervous but all in all were fine. But today I had the worst experience ever. Jeannine was so rude to me i almost cried multiple times in the car with her, she straight up told me i was going to fail while laughing at me, said "Oh my god, you don't know that? Wow." probably 10 times, laughed at me so many times i cant even tell you, grabbed the wheel and made me swerve multiple times, almost causing us to hit someone once, told me she would see me in her traffic violations class and is apparently the boss. It was terrible-especially with her being the boss. I definitely do not recommend Traffic Depot.
