Positive experience: I am a little disappointed at the service I received. I enrolled my daughter in Bell auto school. I purchased the package that included 5 classes and road test. She finished her 5 classes with the instructor and I recently took her out driving myself and realised that the instructor really didn’t give her any valuable lessons. He was just doing my straight driving. She didn’t get any instructions on parking, 3 point turns, or how to effectively switch lanes. My older daughter who was in the car who took the same package 3 years ago then told us that her instructor covered all that in 5 sessions. When I called Bell with this complaint their solution was to buy more sessions, which I was forced to because her initial package included a driving test as well. My daughter had her first lesson with a new instructor from Bell and she said she learned more in one session today than all 5 previous lessons. So basically I am paying extra because the first instructor not good.

Fantastic experience: I bought Bell’s 10 lessons + RT package, went into my first lesson with basically zero real experience driving, and today just passed my road test on the first try!! I was so nervous in the beginning, but Lisa was truly such a wonderful instructor — she was so incredibly caring and infinitely patient, never once raised her voice or got upset with me when I made mistakes. She even remembered my birthday, I was so touched <:’) All in all, every lesson was just a lovely experience, I’m very happy and thankful! <3

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Gordon! He is really good He held you build up your confidence and explain really well all the basics of driving since the beginning. He is honest in your improvements and helps you sharp your skills every single class. Definitely pick him!

Fantastic experience: I took about 8 lessons with Bell Auto. My first instructor was awful - he would yell at me for things I knew I was doing right. I had a feeling he was setting me up to fail my road test. I called up the school and thankfully Earl, the manager, signed me up with Mike B. Having only 3 lessons with him, I was able to pass my road test. Make sure you learn with Mike B., he will follow up with you and get you prepared for your road test! Thank you Bell Auto and Mike!

Fantastic experience: I took 10 classes from other driving school, but it won’t help me they won’t teach me simple rules. I am really pleased to share this because today I pass the driving test and all credit goes to MIKE B , I took only 5 classes with him. He told me all the rules which was helpful and informative. Fantastic experience: Used this convenient office location in Hicksville to schedule a 5-hour class for my daughters before they took lessons. I try to keep things in the family as I myself took lessons when I was younger. You get what you pay for and have access to various appointments, professional instructors and clean newer vehicles that are a step above the competition.
