Negative experience: I haven't actually been a customer of this driving school, but I just watched an instructor (alone in a branded car and wearing a company shirt) not stop at 2 stop signs and make a three point turn in the middle of an intersection, all while cleaely looking at his phone. This occurred in a neighborhood where lots of kids play outside and rides bikes or scooters in the street. So I don't think this company puts kids first and I would not want that person teaching anyone how to drive.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Shabazz is one of the most patient instructors I’ve ever met with, and he constantly gives tips on how to better simple driving maneuvers and acknowledges progress throughout the week, checking up with parents/guardians about what each class consisted of. Due to his patience and professionalism, he made driving for the students very comfortable, and he never failed to make sure that the car did not consist of a serious environment that can intimidate the student drivers. Instead, he would send off students with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Shabazz was a fantastic and skilled instructor. His tranquil nature and vibrant personality allowed for a nurturing environment to improve my driving. Prior, to his class I was a decent driver on the road, but I lacked some of the nuances of driving and the dynamic of parking properly. He was able to teach me how to effectively park (forward, back-turn), parallel park, complete a 3-point turn, and use my mirrors and head properly. Also, Mr. Shabazz was always open-minded and willing to answer any questions, this was especially useful when he elaborated on his important driving rules. Additionally, he provides a list of 10 phrases that are quite useful to remember while driving, they also kind of rhyme so that helps too! Overall, within 7 days of driving and observation, I was able to attain my driver's license and felt confident in all my maneuvers on the road! I am very grateful to Mr.Shabazz for his guidance and masterfulness of driving. I infinitely recommend him and his driving school - Kids First Driving School - to anyone.
