Fantastic experience: Alnoor School is a great driving school for people who want to learn to drive and pass the road test. I took five lessons, including one before a road test with Muhammad Iqbal. I’m jubilant to say that I have passed my road test with instructor Muhammad Iqbal. The instructor is the best driving instructor who will effectively teach you how to drive and gain confidence in driving on the road. The instructor’s constructive feedback was very professional and helpful in a positive way that will encourage students' confidence to be more cognizant of their driving skills and enhance their driving performance. I would say that his feedback and support have helped me to improve my driving ability. He made me feel comfortable and confident to drive on the road without feeling doubtful about my driving ability. His teaching style effectively improved my driving ability and made a difference in my life. The instructor is very positive and friendly with the students to make them aware of their driving skills and surroundings so that they excel in the road test. The instructor is very patient and supportive of the students' need to motivate them to drive and be confident enough to drive safely on the road. Negative experience: Rude receptionist. It’s a big turn off if the receptionist is not interested in giving any information and only wants to take money for the class. She was rushing me, wouldn’t allow me to talk to my instructor about the basic questions I had. They don’t pick and drop. I got saved from the trap. You don’t deserve my money.

Ron, built up my confidence, taught me to drive and was extremely patient with me. Negative experience: The instructor lady is very rude and dropped me off far away from the school. The lesson was only for 30 min but it was supposed to be for 45 min. I paid for 45 min. This is not fair.

Made me feel extremely doubtful in my abilities and my exam was a couple of days away, it’s good I went to another driving school and I was able to pass my test

Fantastic experience: Today I took my test with the instructor Ron and I passed with a perfect score! I’ve been taking lessons with Ron since the end of February and he’s helped me come a long way. He guides you well but he’s also nice, funny, and has a lot of stories to tell. I definitely recommend taking your test at Red Hook because there’s no all way stop signs. Finally, if you’re considering taking driving lessons come here and ask for Ron!

Fantastic experience: I was a new learner, who had never touched a steering wheel until the age of 23. I was lucky enough to be paired up with Mr. Ron (instructor) and he was an amazing instructor. He took me step by step and within 5 lessons, I was pretty comfortable with driving. He is strict when it comes to teaching in the beginning but really can be really funny afterwards, also very friendly once you get to know him. It took about 13 lessons to pass but it was all worth it! I learned way more then just driving the car, I learned about how highway works, how does parking meter works, about many different driving scenarios that could happen, technicalities of the road with cameras and such, about road etiquettes and laws, such as Lemon laws etc. Not to mention, the driving school have great customer service and they are very friendly. I never had a difficult time booking appointments with them all while working a full time job. I am very grateful for everything they did for me.

Negative experience: This school is so bad for new learners.They just want you to buy the package and the instructor are not at all bothered whether you pass or fail the test.My instructor had been late for all my classes but they make sure they end the class on the mentioned time so you end up in 30 mins class instead of 45 min class. The instructor was just complaining about how bad the management is, and they dont pay the instructors on time ,On the day of my road test the instructor made me get cash from the atm and pay her upfront when i had already told her that i will be making the payment through my credit card like always. They are busy on their phone with their life problems and there is no training related to driving, signs , safety etc.they expect you to know everything.If that was the case , why would anyone join a driving class? i was told that they would pick and drop from my residence on the day of the road .Not only was she 30 mins late for my class on this day but she refused to drop me at my residence and instead dropped me near the driving school as she said she was getting late . This is a bad place to learn driving ...its better you spend some extra money and go to a better driving school and pass the exam in first go...It was the worst mistake and waste of time and money. You have unhappy people working at this place and i feel the owner is shady due to irregular salary practices the instructor was whining about during my driving classes . I would Suggest new learners to avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Best experience. Staff is very nice and cooperative. I had to change my 5 hour class multiple times and every time, I had a welcoming and cooperative response. Mr. Roan, explained me every driving skill in detail. On real exam, the examiner was completely satisfied and didn’t even ask me to do a parallel parking.

Negative experience: Mr. Iqbal thinks that the people who are taking his class haven’t paid so, that’s why mo matter what you say, he’d say. “If you’re gonna do that, have a good day.” Zero respect for customers and zero professionalism. Go to literally any other place than this because they don’t treat you with respect.

Negative experience: They are so unprofessional and the staff is very irresponsible they make appointments with wrong information even if you tell them many times they still do something wrong. The lady wrote my number incorrect in her book and then she canceled my appointment just because she was calling on the wrong number when I already corrected her 5 times. And when I arrived on the day of my appointment she was being rude, rolling her eyes and told me to leave and that they have canceled my appointment.
