They make you feel like family, the instructors are amazing, patient and care about each child individually. A HUGE shoutout to instructor Kevin S. For reassuring my daughter and giving her more confidence but also having patience with her, you sir we’re phenomenal! I will continue to recommend Buckle In anytime I know of a parent is looking! Your staff is amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great driving experience to learn, develop, and practice your skills. Dave was the best teacher, instructor, and driver that there is around.

Negative experience: my kid was called “embarrassing, and seen instructors laughing at him for not knowing what do. They put him on a course that he had never been on before, he was supposed to learn about it, but of course the instructor didn’t teach him. And then they got mad when he didn’t know what to do, but how is he supposed to know, I wouldn’t recommend a place that demands perfection.

Fantastic experience: Dave teaches the class really well. He's a very calm person but has a big personality which makes the class more interesting. There's a perfect mixture of fun and learning in the environment. Everyone in the Academy is very calm and has patience with you. Overall, this is a great place to attend to and I would definitely recommend for people.

Fantastic experience: I learned how gravity works and what a car is. Without this class I would wrap my car around a tree like a Christmas present since Dave specifically is exuberant, which makes each class an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Buckle In Driving Academy is a phenomenal training academy for a young kid learning to drive! This was my 3rd kid to get their license … by far the best place to use! (Wish my other 2 had used them ) The staff was always positive, supportive, helpful, and available! I loved the instant feedback I received on their practice drives so I could work with specific concerns as we drove together. Even when we encountered a problem during segment 1 - they were quick to respond and create a solution to the problem! I HIGHLY recommend using Buckled In!

Fantastic experience: Buckle In Driving Academy has earned its name and reputation to the fullest extent. With the 24 hour classes and driving hours, I feel very prepared to continue my driving experience. Struggling with parallel parking is something that everybody struggles with, especially on your road test. Buckle In gives you time to practice parallel, straight, and angle parking. With four of your driving hours dedicated to Range, you have plenty of time to practice your driving. You also have the chance to observe your fellow classmates drive and see how they might approach different situations. Each drive on the road prepares you more and more to drive. From encountering highway, normal road, and roundabouts, you will feel prepared at the end of Segment I. As well as being able to control your own speed and braking, the instructors also have their own brake pedal and are trained on how to steer from the front passenger seat. At Range, you are able to drive different cars and see how you need to maneuver differently sized cars. For example, a compact SUV (like the Jeep Wrangler) will park different than a small sedan (like the Chevrolet Malibu). Range gives you the chance to become familiar with complex movements at lower speeds. Turning, parking, and backing up are much easier when you are first introduced to them at only 5mph. Overall, my experience with Buckle In was sensational and I highly recommend them to future drivers.

The owners (OWNERS) were there, nice, explained EVERYTHING, answered ALL questions and EVEN CALMED ME DOWN ON DRIVING DAY!! Fantastic experience: Super impressed with the instructors and the entire program. The best by far in the surrounding area. Worth every mile driven to get there and very convenient being at the mall.

Negative experience: Instructor pulls out to close in front of me and then hits the brakes. Im in a loaded semi can stop the easiest. Wouldnt trust an instructor who drives like this.

Fantastic experience: Buckle-In far exceeded my expectations of a drivers ed experience. Our first experience with Buckle-in was for our second driving child. His older brother was jealous that he didn’t experience a lot of what is offered here. Their communication is top notch, we began with a helpful parent meeting and received an email after every drive saying what our student learned and how he performed in each area. The teachers were so encouraging and articulate in how they presented information and gave instruction. Parents also were invited to ride along in the last drive to see how far their child has come. I even received pointers with transitioning to being the instructor myself when driving with him at home. My son parallel parks like a champ! Buckle-In has an assortment of green vehicles so that the students can experience different sizes and types. They are like beacons on the road saying “watch out, I’m new here” …and the classroom and all their accessories are matching the green theme. It’s a neat and clean modern feeling environment. Everything is not only done with excellence in every area, but it’s cute too. Located so conveniently at the Lakes mall…and comparably, you get more for your investment all around. It’s a family owned business and it has an obvious vibe of care and attention to detail. No question Buckle-In is the best!

My daughter is noticing signs and asking questions about driving as she rides along with me which is great to hear. Fantastic experience: I wish we would have been able to use Buckle In Driving Academy for all of my children!! They are very professional and great at communicating after each drive to the parents and the student driver!! The range driving is something unique but so real world and it was a great experience also for my daughter. The instructors utilize real world teaching with hands on instruction regarding important features of the car and what's under the hood! They easily engage students with fun learning and little giveaways to keep their attention focused on learning! I would highly recommend Buckle In Driving Academy to any parent!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve used other driving schools for my other children but Buckle In provided a much better experience for us. The communication was top notch and it was nice to always be able to talk to a person if I had questions. I appreciated feedback given after each drive and the real life experiences given to new drivers such as pumping gas and using a drive through! Thank you!

FANTASTIC communication, they kept us informed on everything and also included a parent on the last drive. They even have their own course they set up and have the kids practice 2 times out of the 6 drives very beneficial! I highly recommend them, they go above and beyond!

Parent invited to go on students last drive with instructor ( not sure if other schools offer this) They teach practical tips like going to a drive thru and pumping gas. Taught very specific reference points for parking ( I even learned something!) Little things that make a big difference. They seem to really care! Definitely recommend!

I feel that my child was fully prepared to drive when finishing Segment 1. All of my questions were answered by the instructor. After every drive an evaluation was sent to me on what should be worked on and what was done well. I was able to ride along on the last drive to see where my child was at with her driving. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are very impressed with how well the buckle in teachers have taught him. They did experiments so that you could diagnose an oil leak if you had one. And other essentials to driving I would definitly recommend Buckle in. I loved how nice they were and how well they taught me.

Fantastic experience: We just put two kids thru BIDA. I can say first hand they do all the little things the others don't. Tire pressures, oil levels, gas pumps, drive thrus, a driving simulator, etc. Both kids were nervous going into the academy, but came out confident, knowledgeable, and ready to take their next steps towards getting their licenses safely, and in a positive environment. Thank you Buckle In for taking what can be a stressful time in a teenagers, AND PARENTS life, and making it a breeze!

The instructors do a great job of making the classes interactive and engaging. They also have an understanding of student learning difficulties and make accommodations if needed. An added bonus was having the students learn to drive a variety of vehicles: crossover, sedan, and a truck. I highly recommend this program!
