Griselda was wonderful over the phone and help me know what we needed and that my daughter could come take it at their location. She went over everything to ensure we had everything we needed and that my daughter would be treated with care and respect.

Fantastic experience: Sent my daughter to this location. I was terrified to teach her on my own. Everyone was great! Happy she was able to get her license. Only 1 teenager left. I will use them again.

Fantastic experience: I had to retake my exam as an adult and it could not have been easier. The staff was professional and super friendly. I'm sending both the kids here in the next few years.

Negative experience: Terrible service from the lady at the front desk. My father went in to sign up for a course and explained his situation to the lady at the desk. She went on to say in a rude manner that they don't want to deal with it and told him to go back to the DPS. Well, that is one customer lost. I have actually attended this location along with my siblings as kids and we also felt the attitude with this lady on multiple occasions. Seems some things don't change.

Fantastic experience: Okay! Very friendly staff. My kiddo is 15 and I decided to gift him the course so that he is able to drive by 16. The in class course was 3 weeks everyday. Within the first week we were given a form along with instructions of documents needed to take to the DPS to get his driver's permit. Without the driver's permit you will not be able to do the on the road training even if you paid for the entire course. The on the road training is outside classroom lessons which are to be scheduled by you once you have the DPS Permit on hand. We are now done with the in classroom lessons and are moving on with the on the road lessons which are every other day. We got DPS permit on 11/30, The in-class lessons ended on 12/2(Saturday because of holiday weekend make up day) and his first scheduled road lesson was 12/05. Hope this helps anyone needing info. Staff is friendly ask questions when in doubt! Can't be happier with my selection of this school.

Once at the appointment, the front office staff went above and beyond to help have all of our documents ready for the DPS. The driving instructor was amazing...made my daughter feel comfortable and helped to minimize the nerves. An overall excellent experience!

Negative experience: Horrible service! I have number of attempts try calling but no luck trying to get anyone on the phone. Try even emailing and texting the number on the website, still no luck on anyone calling back. Try the other location and both email and text, lucky I got a text return and provided my number per their text they will call me back!! Guess what NO CALL BACK AS OF TODAY!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Told my referral I don’t know how they send their kid to a driving school with such poor Service!!

They answered all my questions and my daughter has nothing but praises for the tension free and relaxing road test experience . They gave us a sealed envelope and I booked an appointment at dps . My daughter got her license in 15 minutes !! I would recommend everyone to come here .

Negative experience: This is my honest opinion: The Adult Drivers Ed class was a waste of $130. I spent a lot of time trying to get a hold of one of the instructors, only to find that they were too busy to answer and not willing to call back. There should be more than one person customers can speak to so that they can figure out a drive time schedule. (As in, people should be able to call or schedule at the front desk.) Overall, it just felt like they focused more on teen drivers more so I would go elsewhere if you're looking for a quality adult driver's ed.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Such a great service! Nice and professional people! I love that I could book my road test through their website. I have a driver`s license from Europe and needed to get just the road test. The test started on time and everything took 20 minutes all together. Very nice atmosphere during the whole process, the test was fairly graded. I left with a sealed envelope with documents for DPS. I highly recommend Champions Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I had a driving lesson as well as did the Road Test with Lupe from Champions Driving School. He was very professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in my driving. I highly recommend Lupe and his team if you are looking for driving lessons. They are flexible with their time schedule and I was able to take a same-day road test.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this place. They had AMAZING customer service!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was very nervous about my road test but my instructor was very patient and took the time to have conversation with me. I drove 40 minutes to get to this location and the drive was worth it.

Fantastic experience: Recently took my drivers road test with the owner Lupe and i am so thankful we crossed paths as he was highly recommended by another local driving school. Lupe was very kind and considerate and made me feel 100% comfortable. I highly recommend him and the school to anyone in search of some driving assistance or even a road test. I have also started telling my close friends and family members about this outstanding school.

Fantastic experience: I took my DPS road test last week at this facility and the service was great. I was able to make my appointment online and the examiner was very polite and friendly. The test is priced at a reasonable price and I was in and out of the place in 35 minutes. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I liked everything about this school. From the prompt response over the phone to the road test, without forgetting the in-car adult driving. I think they are very professional and serious about their business. Roxana gave me the in-car lessons and the road test. She not only demystify the idea of driving on the freeway, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the entire driving times I had with her. I totally recommend this place.

Negative experience: The man who instructs you as you drive is very rude. He doesn't give you instructions and then he gets angry when you make a mistake. He is unprofessional. He doesn't know how to control his bad temper. I will not come here ever again. The secretary was a nice lady but the driving instructor was very difficult to be around. Goodluck to other people who choose to come to this place.

Negative experience: I really wish that I would have read the recent reviews before wasting 3 days of my time trying to get my daughter signed up for a refresher driving course that they offer...Susan who said she is the owner couldn't be bothered with getting anything scheduled but took my number for Lupe the driving instructor to call me back and also told me that I would work out payment with him??? None of this felt right to me but I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt...well 4 days and a follow up call from me to their answering machine and I have not received any response from either Susan or Lupe! A+ driving school offers the same services and they actually want business and treat customers like they matter! Do yourself a favor and read the other recent reviews on Champions so you don't waste your time or money on them! I didn't want to give them even 1 star but it won't post otherwise. BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I filled out the forms wrong and they helped me fix them no problem. They didn't send me home like the dps would have. The test part was awesome guy testing me was chill and helpful. I could tell he wanted me to pass. They also give you a packet with all the forms filled out for the dmv. Very simple process and very respectable people. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to take a driving test. probably would have taken me three trips at least to the dmv to get done what I did here.
