Fantastic experience: Took only one class with Rezwan, he taught me about Parallel parking, and K-Turn, and some tricks. It worked for me 40 minutes of his teaching ( **I do have prior driving experience**) and tricks’ cleared my Test and it will be really useful, I will recommend Rezwan in Crucial time. He saves your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test on the first drive with Shahnaz teacher and I had barely drove on my own aside from just the classes I took. I had only practiced with my instructor with only 5 classes in total to master what I needed to and had passed the test with just 10 hours of practice max. Great learnings and great tips! Negative experience: Firos was a terrible teacher. listened to a book in headphones. used his phone almost all the time, very rude and aggressive, raised his voice when I didn’t understand how to parallel park the first time, he raised his voice and got angry. as a teacher, the worst teacher I knew in my life .your site has good reviews i mistakenly trusted your school the only reason we didnt crash the car was because I was careful , he used his phone and listened to a book instead of looking at the road so )

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Instructor Rizwan was very punctual, texted me in advance about the documents that we need to carry and reminded again the next day morning. Understands the anxiety of the students and instructs based on that. Definitely recommend Rizwan and his team for providing such a professional service.

I recommend Moon to any parent looking for an instructor with patience, kindness, and the ability to make any new driver comfortable before the actual test. She was puntual for every session and even went out of her way to accommodate the needs of pick ups and drop offs. If I could give Moon 10 star rating I would. Fantastic experience: I had Nakib(not sure of his first name) as my instructor. I called him 2 days before my test and he accommodated my schedule and was helpful in helping me pass the first time. He was patient in keeping me comfortable behind the wheel and very diligent with making sure I had all bases covered before it was safe to drive in the road.

Fantastic experience: Best Driving School hands down. I have been trying to learn driving from last 4 years with various other driving school and lost hope. Nusrat was god send to me and because of her I am now driving. I passed driving test in first attempt itself. She has lot of patience and soothes a nervous driver with motivating conversation. Firoz took over from Nusrat for my advanced training and did a fantastic job by giving me tips and tricks which helped in improving my road sense. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Rezwan was the instructor for my son. He guided my son with all the rules, intricacies & pointed out the areas where my son needs to focus. He was punctual with the classes. & followed up with scheduling the classes. He came to my house to collect the initial paperwork & informed me as soon as he received the permit. His feedback to my son at the end of 6 hours was crucial since it helped me judge which areas my son needs to focus and improve. I recommend Best driving school.

Firoz simulated precisely the test in the practice lesson and explained clearly what to do (including the parallel parking). The simulation he does is very valuable. Fantastic experience: Firoz is a great instructor. I was able to take a refresher before my road test. He was very focused in explaining the best things, precise and committed . I was quite impressed on how he was able to manage the time , was accommodative in last minute to arrange the class at early hour . Fantastic experience: I opted this driving school on the day of the road test at the Bakers Basin DMV. Shahanaz was very helpful to provide a demonstration and practice session before the test. I passed the test on the first attempt.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with this driving school last summer and my experience was uncalled for. I am writing this review now under an alias to warn others from this place, because I have been reading other reviews and the owner has not been professional in their replies. As a matter of fact, my first day was okay, and the instructor was very understanding. However, starting the second day, my instructor yelled at me for making a simple mistake. Although safety is extremely important, and if that mistake was bigger we both would have been in danger, that is still no excuse to yell. Yelling is not calming at all, and made me even more nervous to drive on the 3rd day. It was my first time ever being at the wheel, so obviously I would have made a mistake or two, but the biggest quality a teacher should have is patience, which this instructor did not have. Furthermore, my instructor did not seem to be paying attention to the road, and he was on facebook the whole time. Not only was that alarming, but a little while later he started making calls to his relatives. A quick 2 minute call would not have been a problem, but he was on call for at least 30 minutes speaking in a foreign language. This was distracting and also unsafe because I was unsure which way to go and he was not even responding to me. Additionally, on the 3rd day my instructor got too comfortable and started making me drive him around to do errands. He made me stop at 2 houses and then at Dunkin Donuts to get coffee, and this chipped away at the set number of hours I had paid for.

Within 3 weekends 2 hrs each day , I was ready for driving test & I did pass in 1st attempt.She is very knowledgeable and prepares you not only for exam but also highways, inner roads and judging dynamics in the road. I had no driving experience back in my country. Thanks Shahanaz Apa.I would highly recommend her to anyone who is new into driving.

Negative experience: Took a class from this school earlier and I can only give it three stars (I am a customer so I have a right to review this service with complete honesty) just because I have mixed feelings. I worked with a couple of people and I can honestly say that it is very different with each person. 1. An instructor, Nusrat, she was very understanding and even taught me a couple skills that I still use. She was patient and still firm with her teachings. If you get her as an instructor, stay for the rest of the sessions because it will be worth it. She is the reason I am not giving this one star. 2. Another instructor, who I have already seen bad reviews about but I will not give his name for his own sake. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn't know any other language except for screaming. Kept ranting while I was trying to focus on the road (and it was my first time, I was already scared). He also made an extremely out-of-line "joke" just because I wasn't understanding a concept. No, I am not kidding about that. He was the reason I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend this driving instructor at all. Also, I am aware of the difference between constructive criticism and being overly-mean. I stand by what I said. It is possible to give constructive criticism without being overly mean, especially when someone is in a scary situation. Great that you were "laughing and having fun" with other customers but you definitely did not treat me that way (and I never said anything rude to you). Also, Nusrat was not my first instructor to be clear, and $120 does not put me in debt idk why you would put false info without knowing my situation like that. But even the discount was not worth it. You're definitely right that this driving school is not for me, and it is not for anyone who wants their child to have a good experience with learning driving for the first time. Just don't understand why customers should be attacked online for giving honest reviews? Sorry but that just adds to my point about the unprofessionalism.

Negative experience: Worst experience with unlimited packages.Very rude instructor and staff. Unprofessional attitudes. Always on their language in front of clients and even talks about the clients in their language. The first trial pass never pays back the money they promise. Never recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had two 2 hour sessions with Rezwan during my college’s winter break and in that short time span, my confidence and road skills both increased considerably. Rezwan is incredibly patient and involved and starts with the basics, focusing on establishing fundamental habits and then moving on to more complicated rules and scenarios. Absolutely worth the time and at a very reasonable price!

Fantastic experience: I got referred to this school and Rezwan was my Driving instructor , he has an awesome bottoms up approach. I had 5 lessons with him and in those five lessons I cleared my road test, please note I had never driven before , so Rezwan is your man if you are someone like me, he can speak many language like English hindi Bengali and may be some more so communication was awesome. He is worth my time and money.

Negative experience: Very irresponsible, Mr Firoz said he will called me to schedule an appointment and he never did it. Four days later when we spoke from the first time, I sent him a text to please confirm the date and I got no answer from him. Then, the date was getting closer,  so I texted him two more times, different days including the day before the appointment, and not answered at all. My appointment was 8/17/21 at 8:00 Am and he finally called me that same day at 11:29 Am after I post the first part of this review. He does receives text messages because he answer my text the first day when I spoke to him about hiring his services. He told me to send him my appointment date, time, and my address and he answer me with a text,  " I'm going to call you for the schedule ". And he never did it. Not answer or ignoring customers says a lot of a in business and in his professionalism. Sometimes "Excuses are not a option"

One day after my class, Firoz gave me 10$ back from the fee because he ended up my class 10mins before as he need to pick the other student for road test. He said you are paying for every second so please take. That’s really great of him to be appreciated! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I took the 6 hour class along with the 30 min refresher before the road test. My friendly instructor Nakib, was very patient and gave helpful feedback based on my driving not just for the test but for driving in general. He gave me pointers for how to tackle different situations on the road and helped boost my confidence in driving. The 6 hour course will not only help you with the road test but will also definitely help improve your confidence in driving. :)

Negative experience: Firoz was my instructor throughout ~4 hours of driving instructions. Although it was evident that he knew what he was talking about when it comes to driving, he displayed some poor professional and teaching skills. First he was always late (15-30 min) for our appointments. He wouldn't provide any heads up about it until I would call him and find out. Also he never texted me back after numerous attempts to contact him. Second, he was not able to answer detailed questions about some of the procedures he provided. I would not recommend!
