Negative experience: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE it’s a SCAM I was told I would be able to take my test in December 27 PAYED EXTRA. Now they want to reschedule for February. Lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Dejo mi comentario por que siento y pienso que si alguien busca una escuela d manejo sería útil saber acerca de las clases y maestros …. Desde el día uno la atención fue muy buena , desde Raquel hasta el Maestro maravilloso que me toco Marcelo -brasileño un sol de maestro y ser humano , solo puedo agradecer que existan maestros como él y que esta escuela cuente con El , claro antes de el estuvo el pésimo Nuñes - Dominicano , pesimista todo el tiempo , constantemente me decía que el instructor del DMV me iba a gritar y tratar mal por que yo debería hablar Inglés que si lo sé hablarlo como voy a dar el examen , me escribía en las notas con la letra que no se entendía me hablaba en Inglés por que según él así me iba hablar el instructor y que si algo hacía mal en el examen el instructor me va gritar ….. rasista a mi parecer no tiene ni 1% de lo que debería tener un maestro podría seguir con todo lo malo d este señor …. Ojalá cambie su forma de. Enseñar , pero si tú que lees esto y buscas una escuela te recomiendo esta 100% solo pide que no te toque este Sr. Nuñez Por lo visto hay más maestros así …. Lleva a manejando más de 8 meses y según este Nuñez yo todo lo hacía mal , me estresaba y hasta me causó ansiedad cuando manejaba por que me hizo sentir que todo lo hacía mal pero eso era cuando el estaba a mi lado , cuando tuve mi tercer hora con Marcelo y l fue como el cambio de la noche al día … esa misma hora me dijo todo está bien la próxima clase será así y la última hora del paquete me animo m dijo que lo hacía bien y que podría dar el examen si. Problemas y así fue si obtuve mi licencia , estoy segura que si me quedaba con ese Nuñes lo hubiese logrado por que este solo se sienta a lado a criticar , asustar no se por qué , solo pude pensar que por resista pienso que es de esos hispanos que lo les gusta los hispanos y por que habla inglés se cree Americano Marcelo que tiene la pinta de Americano y habla Brasileño me hablo en español que Dios le de larga vida y bendiciones

Negative experience: Os professores do curso de 8 horas são ótimos, mas essa escola tem o pior atendimento por telefone que já vi na minha vida, apenas fiz porque eles ofereciam o curso em português, mas por telefone são desleixados e extremamente descuidados em como atender um cliente, a pessoa responsável por responder o WhatsApp não responde e quando responde parece que acabou de sair da alfabetização. Recomendo que melhorem.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with this location. Ghetto to say the least, the way the instructors talk to you and give you attitude is beyond me. Very unprofessional and they do NOT know how to talk to their customers who are paying them money for their time, find another location. They love to waste your time and get more money out of you.

Negative experience: Não recomendo, eles sabem que se estou pagando para me ensinar me instruir na direção justamente é porque? Porque eu não sei dirigir e daí vem um lá e antes de eu sair com o carro não teve educação para falar comigo, se estressou e eu me senti mais nervosa do que eu já estava, a minha vontade foi de descer do carro e ir embora porque daí quando sai com o carro não conseguia fazer nada e ele ficava mais nervoso e me deixava mais nervosa sendo que eu já tenho problemas com ansiedade. Acabei que fiz tudo errado por conta desse instrutor. Única coisa que peço por favor melhorem o tratamento com os clientes, estamos pagando e não está sendo de graça!

Negative experience: Worst school ever. There are some trainers are nice and others are very bad, I almost had an accident with her on the night of the exam and I failed on the test because of her not paying attention to me , stressing me out , worst instruction ever and the school is expensive in price and I went to another school is better in price and the trainers are excellent and actually I passed the road test and got the license

Fantastic experience: Great school! there was a mixup over the use of their car for my road test but the staff were very hepful and one dorve me over to the DMV to take the test and I PASSED I highly recommend this school to anyone (especially foreigners like me used to driving on the LEFT!!)

Fantastic experience: I passed road test @Danbury DMV this week on the first attempt. I took 4 hrs. driving class from main street danbury epic school and would like to share my experience here. I am very thankful to trainer Ana, she expalined me exact all the marking points, instructions, route, tricks examiners usually give and observe during the test. During the test I felt nothing new and everything I was doing what I practiced during training sessions with Ana. She is a great trainer. My experience abt this road test is its all about tricks, dos and don't during the test, Ana explained me all these so well that it was just a cakewalk during the test. I am very thankful to her, please convey my regards to her as I didn't get a chance to meet her post test. I am thankful to Temy also, she took care of all my paperwork. I had to reschedule the test 3 times due to several reasons but she helped me to reschedule with a smiling face always. She is so professional and helpful at her work This team is very professional, helping and rocks. I reached out to other schools but epic's fee seems to be lowest and also they have different flexi packages. I am so impressed with Ana, Temy and Main street epic school that decided to spend some times to provide the review. Thank you so much once again.

Fantastic experience: I found Epic Driving School at Main Street in Danbury by a chance because my son had to take his road test in Danbury DMV, and I wanted him to become familiar with the roads in Danbury. It turns out I made a great choice. I observed that the instructor, Bernie Souza, that my son first met, has a great knowledge to teach driving safely and how to pass the road test in every detail. Although we needed to travel a long distance to Danbury with two train transfers, I decided to schedule more lessons for my son with Epic before his road test. My son said with Bernie’s instruction, he had confidence to pass the test because Bernie taught him precisely what to do in every scenario, for example, my son had struggled with reverse parking with other driving schools' lessons, when Bernie came, just gave a few recommendations and strategies, it became a piece of cake. This is a big difference when you meet a good mentor, suddenly difficult tasks become easier to learn. The day before my son’s road test, Emily Silva gave my son a two-hour practice lesson. Wow, she directed my son to a highway driving lesson in the first hour and taught him how to speed up to get on the highway safely, changed the lanes on the highway, and exit the highway. I was very surprised that my son could have the full confidence for this highway driving which he had never had before. After that, Emily directed him to drive on busy streets, in different situations with different speeds, and also parking in different kinds of parking lots including the one with very narrow spaces. I felt my son accelerated his skill tremendously and with full confidence of taking the road test the next day. The next morning. Ana Garcia took my son to the DMV in the early morning for the road test. Ana is a very patient person. We arrived at the DMV before 9 AM. The DMV did things a bit slow. After my son had the road test and passed the test, we still needed to wait for processing the documents for the driving license and taking the picture. In the entire two hours since we left driving school parking lot and finished all the DMV business and returned back to the driving school’s parking lot at about quarter to 11 AM, Ana was there for us, just for a single student, my son, to pass the road test. My son and I greatly appreciate her patience. In summary, the staff of Epic Driving School at Danbury Main Street ensured my son to pass the road test in one attempt. More importantly, it is not just for the road test, I feel my son had learned a great deal of safe driving skills that currently many drivers lack of on the streets. Finding good mentors are essential to master skills. I highly recommend this driving school and the instructors my son had to the fellow learners who are searching for good driving school and good driving instructors. Unlike my son and I had to travel a long distance to Danbury for the driving lessons, Danbury locals are lucky to have this school just in the area. They should take the advantage of this driving school if they ever need driving lessons or need to pass the road test. To me, my son’s Epic Driving Experience meets the goal of driving safely and passing the road test on first attempt.

Negative experience: Pathetic experience. I took the 8 hour safe driving course with them in Bethel and made the entire payment for the same. They said they are going to give me the certificate at the end of the course but they didn't while all others in my class got it at the end of the course. So I had to specially go to danbury to collect the certificate. So I took an appointment so that I dont gave to wait when I get there and my certificate is ready. Still I had to wait for half an hour before the guy shows up to sign the certificate. Such a harassment. Highly disappointed. Never take up a course with them.

Negative experience: Worst driving school. They didn’t give the certificate after class. Went to their office in danbury and person responsible to hand the certificate wasn’t available. Worst management team.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE !!!!!!! TOO dam expensive for adult courses & when it comes to your road test you can’t even re-schedule it they take the money which is 100$ & the people there are RUDEEEEEEEE Danbury & Bridgeport location !!!!

Negative experience: Horrible service. First experience: Rented a car for DMV road test. First car with no heating, second car totally different from usual one took for driving lessons. My brain was frozen until after the test finished. Second experience: signed up for driving lesson, always told to be picked up at the school. I went and instructor was at the house! Wasted 15 minutes. Third experience: scheduled 2-hr lesson, instructor never arrived. Called office twice but nobody picked up. Asked for refund and all they had to say was "no refund" policy. Well, if you do bad business you must be responsible for it. Now I got transfer to contact the school owner who's on vacation until who knows when. Lesson learned: Never work with these people. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Fantastic experience: They are good at what they do.I paid 450 for six hours of driving practice and as rent for the car to do the DMV road test.my instructor was Bernie who was an excellent instructor I am very grateful to him for all the effort he put in. I got my license today.
