Negative experience: Signed up for an online class, received a successful payment email. Link didn’t work on the welcome email for me to complete my course. I’ve sent 2 emails over the last 4 days asking for help and received nothing back. Waiting on a call back after leaving a voicemail but who knows if they’ll actually call. Very disappointed. Just want to take the course I paid for.

Fantastic experience: Straightforward and convenient. Very intuitive user interface. I learned a lot, stuff that, as a seasoned long-term driver, one would think you would know.

Fantastic experience: Great class! Was very easy to start and stop the sessions so it fit my schedule. Also the price was the best with no hidden fees and the very straight forward PayPal payment option was very convenient. I liked that there were no goofy videos, just easy to read text laid out in a logical order. Next step is submitting the pdf certificate to my insurance company for my discount!

Fantastic experience: This course gives you all of the information you need to know in order to become a better driver and also gives you plenty of time to read and study it. They are also very merciful, if you fail a quiz it’s ok, just go over the reading again and then take the quiz as many times as you need. The reading is also easy to read and informative, some of what you have to read is a bit on the long side but it is all important

Positive experience: While it is easy, YOU NEED TO VERIFY WITH THE COURTS THIS IS RECOGNIZED. Not valid or recognized in Wyoming. Completed it and was notified by them that they'd take care of it and contact the Courts. They didn't, and got a failure to appear notice, wouldn't matter because Courts noticed they don't accept them. Great way to get your license FORTUNATELY, THEY REFUNDED ME.

Fantastic experience: Regarding the NJ DMV list of approved online providers: half of them LAUGHABLY unprofessional. Even the AARP site was flakey: they wouldn't provide an electronic certificate! Most of the remainder are ridiculously overpriced. THIS is the online defensive driving class you want. Jerry was totally professional on the phone, the course is straightforward, the price is fair. They delivered EXACTLY what they said they would: no aggravation here. Perfect.

Fantastic experience: Course was very affordable and easy to follow! I love how they give you numerous opportunities to pass the quizzes and the final exam. They don't tell you which ones you get wrong but that's ok. Final exam is only 30 questions but it might be difficult to remember all that information especially when you can complete the course whenever you'd like. So it took me 8 months to complete course (family and work got in the way) and 1 day to complete exam. What worked for me was taking notes throughout the course so I can remember the information.

Fantastic experience: Can actually learn something even if experienced driver. Set up is very good in terms of chapter reading and tests are pretty easy but often still need to read something in the chapter.

Plus to make sure all those things these younger kids are telling me, that they learned, are true. I did not need the time limit that was given and had to wait it out. Fantastic experience: I had already signed up for a course, that was super confusing and had already been negatively reviewed on yelp because of poor customer service and scam-like qualities. (It took me forever just to start, because I had to verify starting with a voice-automated phone call. SCAM.) This course was much cheaper than that one and the Information was accurate, finished in a reasonable amount time, and they took care of everything. Would definitely recommend.

It would also be a good idea to show which questions were answered incorrectly on the quizzes/final exam so that individuals will be able to go back and review the section related to those particular questions.

Positive experience: Very boring but informative information. There are no videos, diagrams or people talking to you. The developers need to check their work as there is multiple errors. There was one page where questions were repeated right after each other, the organization of questions were sometimes out of sync: Under the topic of Fog they switched to how wind was a factor. Best part about this site is can retake test until you pass (I did not need to but was one of the reasons why I chose this site over others). It did not take as long as they said and you could stop and return at anytime to complete each section.

Positive experience: Go at your own pace with the online exam. You can retake the quizzes and final as many times as necessary. Only complaint is they did not show which questions you answered incorrectly on the Final. I passed the first attempt, but I got one question wrong, but I don't know which one it was.

Positive experience: You need to update the test. The age for children required in Michigan to be retrained in child safety seat is either 8 years old or 4'9". That is not an option for an answer

Fantastic experience: The program worked smoothly with no technical problems, lessons were informative, quiz and exam questions very reasonable. At first I was just annoyed at having to do this because of getting a ticket, but as I went through it I found that some of the sections, especially the ones relating to emergency situations and poor driving conditions, would actually be good for everyone to brush up on from time to time. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Good class suggest to add some illustration, pictures, when describing road signs (i.e show picture of broken lines on 2 way highways which indicate it's OK to pass)
