Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with this driving school. The office staff was helpful and always sent reminders (Call, text, and email) before my lessons, which I really appreciated. My instructor Henry was great! He pointed out what I needed to improve, explained why it was important, and showed me how to fix it while also highlighting what I was doing right. He made sure I felt comfortable driving, not just for the test but in everyday situations too. I didn’t get much practice outside of my lessons, but I still passed on my first try. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Henry is a fantastic instructor and this is a great establishment. Henry, is a patient and efficient instructor that showed me how to parallel park within the first lesson, something that I could not understand from anyone else prior to meeting him. He has this boiled down to a science and cannot recommend him enough. Since day 1, I was met with professionalism by the employees in the business that I noticed was extended towards others coming in to do business. Fantastic experience: My experience was great! The girls at the office are very polite, kind and answered all my questions. Henry was my instructor, he is amazing. He truly knows how to teach. He is extremely patient and understanding with new nervous drivers like me. Whenever I made a mistake he took the time to make sure that I understood what I was doing wrong and we would repeat it until I got it. I felt very comfortable, secure and confident while taking the lessons. I was nervous when it was time for me to take the driving test but Henry gave me the boost of confidence and empowerment that I needed. Thanks to Henry I passed my driving test on the first try! Blessings to him! I truly recommend him! HE IS THE BEST!!!! (p.s he speaks English and Spanish)

Negative experience: Great driving instructor. the people working in the office are super inconsiderate. I had bought my package of ten lessons and road test and only after paying did i find out that i had to wait until September to get an appointment for a lesson ( i bought the package in July). I wait till september and after my first 6 classes, I began work so i was busy for a week. I called the office to see when i can get my next lesson and they inform me that all of September has already been booked. Its only the 15th of september. Its common sense to prioritize appointment times with those who paid for the program first but if you dont call them to book your appointments, they will leave you there and wont inform you about the days that are available. Horrible service. Its been over two months and I cant even get ten proper appointments.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Professional Driving Center is beyond amazing. The office staff (Nayeli, Chelsea, and Alondra) offered me an exceptional service and are very nice people overall. My instructor was Johnathan and he is great. Johnathan is extremely patient and understanding with new drivers like me. Johnathan is a selfless instructor and he really wants his students to pass. He helped me to build up my confidence as a driver, mind you I arrived at this center with zero driving experience and nervous of being behind the steering wheel. I passed my road test at the second try. I got very nervous during my first road test because I never drove with a person other than Johnathan. Johnathan realized that and advised me to take lessons with a different instructor so I get used to driving in the presence of new people. I took that advice and it helped me so much for my second road test. I appreciate Professional Driving Center so much. Driving is a life skill that can be used to help others during an emergency. I have my license but I will be coming back to practice. Thank you so much you all.

Fantastic experience: My experience with my instructor, Henry, couldn’t have been any better. Like all new experiences, I was feeling a bit flustered, but he always tried to create a friendlier atmosphere by having conversations with me. However, don’t go expecting him to be a pushover because when he has to be strict, he will be strict. Whenever you make a mistake he will pullout the road test rubric, explain to you exactly what your mistake was, how much it would cost you on a road test, why this is important to do, and how you could fix it for next time. All of this lead me to pass my road test on my first try. In case you are wondering, he speaks both Spanish and English. If you want a amazing instructor, I’d recommend asking for Henry. Good luck with your road test.

Negative experience: Honestly do not go here. Basically what they do is they have you take classes you paid for and while you taking your classes , and you having trouble in a certain area you need more work in they don’t even try to help you in that area all the instructor does is try to say “you need two more classes” to get more money out of you. Or try to discourage you in regards to actually being motivated to pass the road test. They also gossip about other students. And it’s just really sad . You won’t even be able to actually pass a road test because they to busy trying to suggest you purchase more classes even if you purchased the maximum of classes already. Smh

Fantastic experience: I recently booked for 4 drivers lessons and my road test. They call and remind you about your appointments, even text & email. So they are very organized and on top of their students. My instructor was Henry. He is the best. I recommend him to anyone who books with this driving school. Before my lessons i didnt know how to park. He taught me in one lesson !! He taught my everything i needed to know and after 4 lessons I passed my road test the first time!! Fantastic experience: I came here because I read the reviews and I seen great reviews. The staff are amazing. They on top with your appt with text, calls, and emails. They work with your schedule. I had Jonathan as my instructor. He really friendly (because I was very shy and nervous) and he mad me feel comfortable. He thought me everything I need to know. One the day of the road test i fails one the try but Jonathan cheer me up and told me not to give up. So I rescheduled my road test and 2 more class but this time my instructor was Henry. He is super cool, he help on what I failed on my road test and I listen to him and did what he told to do. And let me say I did that and I pass it. They both teach differently but they both are the best. I highly recommend this school

Fantastic experience: I had Henry as my instructor. I purchased a package of 12 lessons. This was my very first time behind the wheel of a car and he helped me all the way! He taught me everything I needed to know. He helped me with things I messed up on and gave me great knowledge of things to remember. I took my test on 4/14/2021 and passed it thanks to him!!!! The driving school also called me every day to remind me of my lessons. As well texts and emails. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL.

Fantastic experience: This school is amazing. I have been taking lessons on and off for 17yrs. After 10 lessons with Henry. I finally got my license. Henry is patient and gives you the confidence that you need. After my first lesson with him I wanted to drive more. Negative experience: This is the worst driving school in the Bronx! Terrible communication and rude AF!!! They just want to get your money. They say the instructor is good, but I wouldn’t know because I never met them but the office staff is atrocious! Save your money and go somewhere else!!! Fantastic experience: Exelente escuela, Junior el instructor si pudiera darle un 10 lo hiciera con mucho gusto, paciente, amable y siempre pediente a lo que el alumno hace nunca había agarrado un guia y solo 8 clase fue suficiente para mi.
